Im going out washer and dryer hunting tomorrow, and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations or critiques on particular brands of washer and dryer.


I'm just looking for something reliable.

Speed queen washers are really excellent and worth the cash.


I have a SQ set—love the washer, but am meh about the dryer.


If i could go back , I'd pair the SQ washer with a cheaper dryer.


(No huge issues with the dryer but I don't love where the lint trap is and don't think it's any better than cheaper dryers).
