Will this fridge - freezer work without a water supply?

I dont know a lot about fridges or freezers. Ours has packed up and I wanted to help my mom who just lost her mother and has cancer. It's the Haier Cube 90 Series 5 HTF520IP7 American Fridge Freezer. I dont know anything about connecting it to anything other than a plug socket. I read that it needs a water supply for the water dispenser and ice maker but does it need it to function as a fridge freezer? I dont have money for a plumber. I have someone who could maybe help do it but lives hours away and can't come for a while. I feel stupid, we've been having a terrible time and I wanted to get something good for my mom. I honestly have only ever seen water dispensers with a box you fill up yourself so I didn't think about it. If it's just the water dispenser and ice maker that needs it I can wait/save for a plumber to sort it.

Answer:

You don't need the water if you don't use the water dispenser or ice machine. We keep a fridge in the garage and just never set that bit up. Its fine.
