We ordered this refrigerator as part of a Cosmo package. We’ve owned quite a few refrigerators from various brands over the years. I am very impressed on how relatively quiet this Cosmo is and how smooth the opening/closing mechanism of the doors is. What really caught our eye was the sleek modern design on this refrigerator. It’s not a surprise that recessed handles are in trend because the look they provide a kitchen are stunning. It’s an eye candy in the kitchen and we can’t stop looking at it. And wow what a difference it is having a FINGERPRINT RESISTANT finish on the doors. Our kids can put their mucky hands on the fridge ALL DAY LONG without us having to worry about wiping it every day and our kitchen still looks fresh. We sacrificed having a water dispenser in the front of the refrigerator door because we could easily walk 3 steps to the sink where we have filtered water and it was a good decision because now there’s one less thing that could possibly malfunction on the fridge (much more convenient to have a mechanical water dispenser at the sink). Another nice feature is the alarm that goes off when the refrigerator door is left open for too long … no more ruined ice cream! For anyone thinking about purchasing this fridge, you will enjoy it for both its look and easy function!

So far so good with fridge. I do miss my water line but will end up getting water cooler.

We had never heard of this refrigerator and took a chance buying it without seeing it. Having had bad experiences with name brands in the past, we figured it could hardly go any worse and ordered it. Right at the moment of hook up we realized the water hose for the ice maker was smaller than the standard ones and was going to need a compression fitting. The delivery guys didn't even know about it because they had never seen the refrigerator before either. So heads up on that. The second thing we didn't like is the instruction manual, which is utterly ridiculous and contains nothing helpful! Now on with the good stuff. The refrigerator is the quietest refrigerator we ever heard, phenomenal! And beside working great it's also incredibly beautiful, functional and spacious. A pizza box does fit slanted in the freezer, if anyone is wondering. The ice maker works well, but it does not have a dedicated water filter... unfortunately. Our first impression is excellent, but we'll see how it will stand the test of time. I will come back in a few months for an update.

Good to excellent rating - fridge appears to be running great and looks outstanding. Very happy with 2 lower freezer drawers verses single option for organization. Serious upgrade in our kitchen, far superior to our tired old model!

Excellent delivery into home. Refrigerator style is sleek and quite spacious. Working fine but only been 2weeks. Very pleased w purchase at this point.
