Our Haier dishwasher broke less than one month within warranty. When we called customer service, they told us they would get in contact with an authorized repair shop. Two weeks later, they call to tell us there is no authorized shop in our area. They will ship us a new machine if we send them the serial number tag, which we will have to install at our own expense. Three weeks later, our new dishwasher arrives, dented and damaged. After we sent them pictures of the damaged replacement, we waited another week with no response from Haier. Had this dishwasher broken a few weeks later, our extended warranty would have applied, and the store we bought it from would have repaired it free of charge. Haier would not allow us to apply the extended warranty early, even though the store offered to honor it. The extended warranty is now void as we sent the serial number tag to Haier.

I bought this model because of the low decibel rating and excellent price. I have purchased Haier products in the past. They withstand the test of time. Excellent products!

Great dishwasher! Does exactly what it should and you don't even notice it's doing it. Looks great in our small kitchen and we don't hear it in living room 12 feet away. Dishes are sparkling clean. You might find a cheaper unit, but you get what you pay for and if you plan on using it every day, wouldn't it be wise to get a great one?

We bought this dishwasher as it was the cheapest and all we could afford at the time. It doesn’t have a lot of functions to choose from and it’s very basic, but it’s last 8 whole years with no problems and never failed. It washes the dishes well, dries the dishes well, you must use a rinse aid otherwise there’s streaks on the glasses but that’s all!

NEVER BUY A HAIER PRODUCT! We purchased a Haier chest freezer from Sams Club. Without going into the delivery nightmares and false claims made by Sams Club, the freezer was delivered with a buckled lid. Haier refused to accept responsibility for replacing the lid and tried to blame it on the delivery. Sams Club agreed to send a new one, but the delivery and return were a worse nightmare than before. We had to hire a handyman at our own expense to help us. The replacement was delivered with the package undamaged. When opened, we found that it had been packaged at the factory with a cracked end cap on the lid. The lid was also installed crooked. We cant go through another nightmare return and this damage was clearly done at the factory. Even though the warranty states that it is warranted for defects in materials, Haier refused to fix it. We spoke to a supervisor and the same thing. I dont know what to do. Weve paid full price for a poorly constructed, damaged product and Haier refuses to accept responsibility. If you buy a Haier product, youd better pray that Haier Quality Control was paying attention that day because Haier is dishonest and irresponsible and takes no responsibility for their product. Still trying to decide what to do. Well probably just return it to Sams Club and buy a GE from Home Depot. Learn from my mistake. Stay away from these crooks.

We have had our dishwasher now for 2 months. It is wonderful compared to the previous one. Much improved organizer inside provides for washing many more dishes. It is super quiet and we can't tell it is running. Absolutely no complaints.

Its not very complicated and its not high retail microwave. Good for quick dishes, has 700 Watts, comfortable for me. Its really easy to clean, very compact. It has the different buttons for a particular items like potato, pop punk Pizza, frozen dinner reheat or beverage that you can use quickly.

Very sleek with hidden controls. Has more features than I need for my basic dish cleaning needs.

This dishwasher is perfect for my small kitchen. The other reviews are comparing this machine to a full size machine. Not accurate. If you need a small dishwasher this is excellent in cleaning, drying, quietness, attractiveness. Do not hesitate to purchase IF you need 18”. I do and I love it.
