Hurray for Ruud. I’m so happy this turned out great. I was skeptical about replacing my air conditioner because the online reviews gave me the impression that there is nothing really worth the trouble out there. I got this Ruud because a friend of mine reassured me of its excellent services. For 7 months now the unit hasn’t given me any problems. Only had to fix it once and that was covered by the warranty.

The temperatures can really go high in the summer days. You can’t imagine my frustration when my AC broke last summer. For about 2 weeks we had to go without any air conditioning. I was in a rush to get the problem fixed so I got this Ruud but I didn’t know much about the unit. Finally, the problem was solved but then I wasn’t sure the unit would hold up without breaking down. So far so good, haven’t had to do anything except routine maintenance.

Things are going well so far. I haven’t had any trouble with the Ruud AC I bought. I got it 5 months ago to replace the old one which couldn’t cool the house anymore. Thanks to Ruud and a nice dealer here, I can enjoy the comfort of my home.
