Great product! Great service. Seldom have I had a sales rep. Down sell me on a product, so that I would be able to enjoy my fireplace. He advised that the larger fireplace would be to much for the space, so I would not be able to enjoy the flame as well as the heat. He was right and I am very thankful!

I was very happy a year ago when I got my fireplace insert, but even a year later the after sales service was exceptional, prompt response to resolve an issue was received, thanks Brent and all the staff who cared and responded.

This place is amazing and the employees are even better! Service was great from start to finish and the employees really engage with you to make sure you feel confident about everything at the end. Best service I've seen in a very long time.
