The Sharp Celerity™ High-Speed Oven features advanced technology that can cook a whole chicken approximately three times faster than a conventional oven, perfect for a fast-paced lifestyle.

Bringing the best in high-speed cooking innovation to the Kitchen and Bath Industry Show (KBIS) in Las Vegas from February 25–27, 2025, Sharp Home Electronics Company of America (SHCA) is showcasing its line of innovative kitchen appliances, including the Sharp Celerity High-Speed Oven that can cook a whole chicken approximately three times faster than a conventional oven.


“Sharp continues to lead in design, innovation, and technology, with our new Celerity High-Speed Oven set to showcase these advancements,” said Jim Sanduski, President of SHCA. “In addition, we will display a design-centric emporium of award-winning, best-of-breed kitchen appliances to complement any kitchen, big or small.”


The Sharp Celerity High-Speed Oven features advanced technology and is perfect for consumers with a fast-paced lifestyle. Its industry-first Golden Heater rapidly reaches high temperatures and works with other functions for superior results. With faster cooking and oftentimes no need for preheating, it offers exceptional convenience. Additionally, it includes True European Convection and Microwave Inverter technology, ensuring optimal performance and impressive results.


To showcase how the Sharp Celerity High-Speed Oven can transform cooking for both home chefs and experts alike, SHCA has teamed up with renowned celebrity chef Stephanie Boswell, known for her appearances on the Food Network, to highlight the capabilities of the Sharp Celerity at KBIS.

Stephanie will host a series of live cooking demonstrations throughout the show. Attendees will have the opportunity to see the Sharp Celerity High-Speed Oven in action as she prepares a range of mouthwatering dishes, including focaccia with pesto and ricotta spread, lamb meatballs with tzatziki sauce, spring rolls with sweet chili sauce, lemon herb chicken, and chocolate chip cookies. Stephanie’s fun and delicious cooking demonstrations will occur daily at 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, and 3:00 PM in the Sharp booth (W2457).

These vignettes will illustrate a range of dynamic kitchen layouts, tailored to complement any style, while showcasing a variety of Sharp appliances, including Microwave Drawer Ovens, dishwashers, ranges, combination appliances, refrigerators, and more.

About Stephanie Boswell The internationally acclaimed pastry chef got her start in Chicago before moving over to Las Vegas where she created the Foie Gras Candy Bar, which the late Anthony Bourdain called a “must-do in Las Vegas.” Now, in addition to appearing on the Food Network, Stephanie has been named one of the “Best Up-and-Coming Female Chefs in Los Angeles” by CBS LA as well as “A Woman to Watch” by LA Confidential magazine. She was most recently the Executive Pastry Chef of the world-renowned Peninsula Beverly Hills, where she created the Faberge Egg, a signature dessert that has received worldwide recognition. Currently, Stephanie consults for luxury hotel brands throughout the country.
