Dishwasher Not Draining?
If you opened your dishwasher only to find a sudsy puddle along the bottom of your appliance, have no fear. Garbage Disposal The drain hose from the dishwasher empties into the garb[...]Fridge is leaking
If you notice a puddle near your fridge and it's not from someone spilling something, then the issue could be coming from various areas in your fridge. A leaky fridge can not only cause slips and falls, but it can also damage your floors and pose a shock hazard. Before starting any repairs or[...]Whats the benefits of having a gas range versus an electric range?
When it comes to buying stoves, homeowners usually have two choices: gas and electric. People usually make their choice based on the kinds of foods they cook. However, there are a variety of differences between the two that could easily change your preference. When it comes to energy, most gas st[...]Does my dishwasher have a reset button
If you own a dishwasher, you know that it comes with many features and depends on the model more than one button. But what you're probably not aware of, because it may not be directly stated, is that there is a reset button. Now you're wondering, where is the reset button, and how do I use i[...]Oven Cleaning Options
Despite our best efforts, we all have experienced a mess in the oven one way or the other. Whether it’s cheese melting off a pizza, or a cobbler oozing over the baking sheet, spills can leave quite the mess. When shopping for a new range, it’s important to know the available options you [...]Product Reviews:
If everyone would submit their complains to Whirlpool, they might do something about this. Submit your complaint to ALL of the followings emails: investor_relations@whirlpool.com media@whirlpool.com whirlpool_customerexperience@whirlpool.com B2Bdevelopment@whirlpool.com. Here is what I wrote to Whirlpool: Model: WTW7800XWO, Serial number: C02670320. I purchased the 4.6 Cu. Ft. Cabrio Platinum Top Load Washer in June 2010. The washer lid has broken 3 times now. It's snapping by the hinges. I have been charged about $300 per lid. I believe the hinges are not durable enough to support the weight of the glass lid. I have read hundreds of reviews regarding the same model and issues, I also have a friend who has the same model and is experiencing the same issues and has had to replace the lid twice now. I'm disappointed that Whirlpool has not taken accountability for this and either issue a recall or replace the lid at no charge to the customer. If there has been so many complaints, why hasn't Whirlpool taken action on this? I am requesting that the Whirlpool Headquarters address this issue immediately. When I called customer service to complain about this issue, the rep informed me that they have never heard about this issue before. From all the reviews I have read online, it seems that customer service is telling them the same thing. By not addressing this defect, Whirlpool will lose thousands of customers. This is not the way to retain or have returning customers. This is the first time I have purchased a Whirlpool appliance. I will not be a returning customer if this matter is not resolved.Cam of Boca Raton, FL

I bought the Maytag Bravos X, last year. The silver color and glass top fooled me into thinking this was better quality than it is. This washer is very easy to go out of balance. I had to open the top (easy) and install/glue a little styrofoam, to limit the amount the tub could travel. Second unresolvable problem is how to wash anything larger than ONE outfit. If you watch the videos, and read the information, this washer is supposed to flip your clothes so what's on top makes it to the bottom for agitation. Ha! Absolutely BS. Unless you wash a very small load single level. The clothes in a TYPICAL size load will sit exactly as you loaded it.the only attention the top layer of clothes is only sprayed with water, no agitation. Hope you don't have kids. Doesn't XL mean extra large? It sure does, you can wash one pair of extra large pants, and or one extra large shirt.Theo of Boron, CA

I have a family with three kids. That means a lot of clothes to wash each week. Love the load sizes, helps me get away with doing less loads. Clothes get washed great, then come out smelling fresh and clean. My washer reliability has been good so far. The different cycles mean I don't have to worry about ruining my delicates, yet know I can trust my washer to deep clean all my husband's work pants. It's a simple appearance. Not hard to keep the outside clean. I usually wipe everything down 1-2 times a week, just to keep everything nice and clean. In my opinion this washer has been a good value. This is a trusted company for my family and I do believe you get what you pay for when it comes to major appliances.Michelle of Jasper, AL

The washer (model WT1201C) only used sufficient water amount to clean when set to bulky, and even then the no-agitator washer would throw the clothes off balance. This would trigger the washer to refill in an attempt to balance the load, which would then throw the clothes off balance, and this cycle would repeat ALL DAY long. I put clothes on before work at 6am and when I got home at 3 in the afternoon the washer was still continuing to fill and spin, fill and spin. I was so frustrated when LG said it was bc of gov. regulations and that all the washers did this, I finally gave up and bought a Speed Queen which works AMAZINGLY well.Donna of Madisonville, LA
