Technician are not attending the customers in time. They made us to wait days together. This is the first time I bought washing machine. All my happiness became sad with customer care. I am still waiting for the Technician to install water smoother and to get a cover.

This dishwasher was the best appliance we ever bought. The front/exterior of the dishwasher looks very smooth - no buttons visible. Most importantly, it runs very quietly. Yes, it cost a bit more money but it was worth it. The dishwasher is five years old and so far we did not have any issues.

I have a Bosch Evolution Gas Range that we have had for about 4 years. I have been quite happy with the range for the most part, except for the ongoing problem with the oven door not closing. I have done some research and it appears to be a very common problem that has been going on for years! I am extremely unhappy that such a well known company with such a good reputation would risk losing satisfied customers by ignoring this issue! Dont you understand that poor customer service can destroy that wonderful reputation? How can I, in good conscience, recommend a company that will not take responsibility for a chronic and common problem with their product? The answer is, I cant! Im very disappointed. Dont think another Bosch will be in my future if something doesnt change. All these customers with door issues should not be ignored. Do a recall and fix the problem! I rate customer service a 0.

We purchased our Bosch refrigerator two years ago at a higher price than other comparable Fridge. We purchased it because of the excellent reputation. The gallon milk door tray broke after 2 years of use. I called Bosch customer services about it. They will not replace it because it is beyond the warranty period. My prior refrigerator uses different type of plastic and it is thicker. It lasted 20 years without problem. They need to design the product of looks and reliability. I was a plant manager. My experience has taught me the product quality and reliability are the most important factors in keeping customers. Bosch manager need to stand behind their product. I would not buy a Bosch refrigerator again.

I purchased and installed the Bosch HMB8050/HBL8750 stacked microwave/convection oven and built-in oven pair in 2011. The microwave/convection oven was great in terms of roasting small items and we used it very frequently. That is until the convection part of the oven did not deliver the preset temperature and was making rattling noises. The repair technician determined that it was the drive shaft of the fan is broken causing temperature not distributing properly. We went to all the appliance parts suppliers and could not find the part as it has been discontinued. I also contacted Bosch directly, after being re-directed to 3 or 4 different numbers and confusion with the part number, they said no part was available.We tried to replace the microwave/convection oven with another Bosch but the model is discontinued. New models are now all flushed with the cabinets which means my existing cabinet has to be rebuilt and will look out of place with the existing built-in oven. Found a different make microwave/convection oven ($700) that may fits in the existing cut out but discovered that the Bosch microwave/convection oven and built-in oven shared the same power source!! The Bosch representative recommended replacing the complete system!!! So, because of a $180 part that Bosch discontinued will require me to take out a working microwave AND a perfectly working built-in oven and put in another Bosch $5,000 to $7, 000 combination oven in?? NO WAY! Will I buy another Bosch again? NO WAY! It is absolutely ridiculous to discontinue a part barely 10 years after a product in the market. Shame on Bosch.

I would NEVER recommend a Bosch dishwasher to anyone. I bought the top of the line based on previous reliability of Bosch products. What I never expected was that they would REFUSE to stand behind their warranty. My dishwasher has completed less than 100 loads in total - or about $30 a load. Not even close to value for money in my opinion. It started leaking and triggering the dreaded E:15 within 5 months of install. When a pinhole leak was discovered in the machine the certified repair tech told us he had never seen this and it was clearly a manufacturing defect. Bosch, decided not to look at it and refused to honour the warranty. Now I guess we get to work with consumer affairs. I am happy to share photos for all to see.

Really quiet dishwasher with a water softener built in. No pre rinse required. Really cleans dishes well, is made of stainless steel not cheap plastic like other brands. A little more pricey than bottom line other brands. But if you want a dishwasher that works well and is quiet and will last I recommend the Bosch brand.

Bosch has a pathetic customer service. We purchased a washing machine from Bajaj Electronics, Forum Mall on Friday 19/5 and it got delivered on 21/5 and since then we have been waiting for the technician to fix it but every time the guy make false promises. Its been 5 days of the purchase but no response. I would recommend to my near dears never go for Bosch appliances.

My Bosch oven developed a crack in the glass door. Contacted customer services to explain the problem. They arranged for an engineer to call 4 days later between 8 & 5 pm. The engineer did not turn up till after 4.30 pm. He then confirmed a fault but said he could not fix it as he had no part. Checked on his laptop to discover the wrong part had been ordered anyway & was not booked out to any engineer. Proceeded to contact Bosch & was told a repair could not be arranged for another week. This meant I had no oven for two weeks. Really not on. In our sixties & I also provide meals for my elderly neighbour who suffers from Alzheimers. Contacted a person from the company & no help from them. One very dissatisfied customer & doubt I would buy anything again or recommend to friends. Poor after care service.

Bought faulty Advantixx washer dryer (wouldnt dry). Had to threaten with consumer affairs before they would replace it. They replaced it with a factory second where the filter cover continually falls off and the rubber on the drum was filthy and warped. Called and reported it - Bosch were unconcerned. Sent photos after much argument and nasty attitude from their customer service - now waiting again. Whole machine appears very cheap plastic and the quality of the rubber drum is appalling as confirmed by the first technician who visited. The rubber ripped after a few weeks. Worst purchase ever - cost $1600 on special!!!

Have an expensive 8 yr old Bosch refrigerator. Already replaced water pump (about $400.) now door handle broke off at bottom. Bosch CS is worthless. Most repair services dont handle bosch - cant readily get parts. Those that do wont give prices - they want $100 service call to diagnose prob and then order parts for 2nd visit. And cant get price of new handle without a costly visit -- some scam theyve got going. It also never produces enough ice. Supposed to be stainless steel - aside from not being stainless its not magnetic - so what kind of SS is it really. My opinion is to never buy bosch anything.

I appreciate that Bosch has very high ratings. We may just be the unlucky ones to get faulty appliances, but our experience has been quite the opposite of high ratings. We remodeled our kitchen 5 years ago. We bought all Bosch appliances: refrigerator, built-in oven, induction stove top, microwave, dishwasher. About a year ago (so the appliances were 4 years old), the oven started overheating when we tried to clean the oven or have it on a high bake temperature for more than a few minutes. The oven would shut off and there was an error message on the panel that indicated overheating. We had it checked by the local authorized dealer and made several calls to Bosch. In essence, we were told that it is overheating--thats all! Well, we knew that. This has been going on for a year, and we havent received any solution from phone calls or visits.A few days ago, we tried to clean it again because something spilled in the bottom of the oven. It again overheated and shut down. Today, we were having people over for brunch. We set the oven to Bake with the temp at 400, and put the bacon in. We went back to check the bacon when it should have been done, and the oven and bacon were stone cold! We assumed we had not turned it on properly, so we again hit bake, set the temp to 400, and hit enter. Again, nothing. Our oven is completely dead, and it is just slightly older than 5 years! The oven panel displays all the right settings as if it is heating, but the oven remains cold. Again, with the rave reviews Bosch gets, we expected the oven to last more than 4 years before starting to have problems. As a matter of fact, with the price we paid, along with the reviews, we frankly thought that the oven would outlast us!Now for the refrigerator. Our self-defrost and icemaker have been malfunctioning. Again we called the local authorized dealer/repairmen, who came to look at it. He identified the problem and ordered a part to fix it. That was 4 months ago, and the part to fix it has yet to be shipped to the local dealer/repairmen. So although the problem was identified in August, it is now December and still no solution to our refrigerator. My husband has made several phone calls both to Bosch and to the local number, but to no avail. As you can see, I cannot in good conscience, recommend Bosch appliances to anyone. As a matter of fact, I would highly recommend not to go with Bosch. We have to replace our oven and probably our refrigerator, and we will absolutely not choose Bosch!

This is my third front loader, and without a doubt, the best. It is silent, efficient, and everything comes out clean. Only complaint would be the marks on the rubber seal. I cleaned it every time I used the machine and left the door open but still got marks.

Purchased dishwasher 11 months ago and displayed error code E20. Bosch dispatched local tech who determined it needed over $600 in parts to repair. Tech also indicated they had absolutely no knowledge of how to repair a Bosch. Called customer support to ask why they wouldnt just replace since retail on the unit is only $800. They indicated they want to give it a shot with the tech. So now a tech with no experience is going to completely take apart a dishwasher in my home and hopefully it doesnt leak and destroy my house after hes done. Customer service was extremely unprofessional and rude. Stay away from Bosch. While they may have a record of low repairs. If you do have an issue they dont stand behind their product.

2014 current line model. I had the dishwasher for about 25 days, pulled out the lower rack and two wheels flew off (I guess rack was out of alignment). There are 4 wheels on each side. But it CRASHED as the rack hit the door - and the DW barely had any dishes in it. The damage to the tin foil they call Stainless interior was scary. When I called Support, they said they never heard of it damaging the door and there was no recall. BUT they didnt want pictures. A second call got a rep who said they are working on the flying wheels issue. The Internet shows its been a BOSCH issue since 2009. Sure they would agree to fix it, but who wants to have a repaired $1000 DW that can so easily get damaged? It was the lack of Bosch concern that upset me the most. I just ordered a Kitchen Aid.

We bought a complete set of Bosch appliances, range, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher in 2016. Within the first year, we had a repairman come out for our ice maker on the fridge, (wasnt making ice) quick enough, thought he fixed it the first time but... he ended up coming back out a second time. We then came to the conclusion we use too much ice than the ice maker can handle for 2 adults!! (Seems odd) but ok. Fine... Now here we are, 3 years later and my range will not heat, the broiler works but the oven does not.. for appliances that are relatively new that seems really odd!!!! Ive had a Whirlpool that lasted 15 years!!! I do not think I will buy another Bosch appliance!! Ill stick with GE or Whirlpool... Tomorrow I have a repairman coming!! Can only imagine what thats going to cost!!??

We moved into a home that has the Bosch Nexxt 500 series washer/dryer. Within a month, our clothes smelled like mildew. They are twisted and balled up after the spin cycle. No amount of bleach, vinegar, or scrubbing will remove the mold from the rubber seal. And I leave the door open between washes. The lint trap is impossible to clean, so the sensor doesnt work properly. I have to hang the clothes to dry after the drying cycle. I am ready to junk them and go back to a cheap top load washer. I would never recommend these products.

Microwave has a lot of space. You can pretty much fit an entire chicken if you wanted to with plenty of leftover space. It has plenty of power. I did however found that the popcorn feature leaves a several more kettle corn un-pop compare to my old microwave. The fan pushes a lot of air when cooking which is a nice feature since my old microwave did not have enough power to push all air out.

We purchased a Bosch dishwasher 2 years ago. We have had nothing but trouble with it. It had an interior odor from the very beginning and the smell continues to get worse, unbearable actually. We clean it regularly, wash the filters, use store bought cleaners, have tried vinegar, everything imaginable that I could find on the net. A couple weeks ago I decided to call Bosch. They sent a a service tech to the house who was there a total of 5 minutes. He looked in the dishwasher, checked the filter and the wash wand. He confirmed that the machine has an odor, confirmed that it is installed correctly and that the machine was in fact clean and well maintained. I followed up with Customer Service and was told the problem had been escalated. I was told they would respond within a 24-48 hour window. They didnt. I followed up once again and was told they would do nothing about the situation. When they said a service tech would come by, I assumed that meant they would be able to help. Sadly, it was all a waste of time. There has been nothing done to eliminate the odor and no explanation as to why the odor exists. We are currently renovating and will be replacing the dishwasher. We will NEVER EVER purchase a Bosch appliance again. This was an expensive mistake.

I have ordered Bosch 7 kg Fully-Automatic Front Loading Washing Machine (WAK24268IN, silver/grey) on 11th OCT 2018 from Amazon India. After receiving the product, it took 20-25 days for demo. On the demo day, weird sound is coming from washing machine and I informed Bosch technician the same moment. However he convinced me by saying as if now it doesnt have any load (clothes), so do not bother about it. On 2nd day, the Surf Excel is coming out and washing machine is vibrating like anything. We bought a $800 Bosch washing machine. Not cheap. After 2 months one day we opened and it looked like some clothes had got stuck in the door. This shouldnt happen as the door should need a vacuum seal to close. We had to call Bosch who failed to organise a repair - we had to book them ourselves. Apparently as there is a tiny break in the seal of the door thats not covered by warranty and will cost us over $200 to fix. Their repair company not easy to deal with and drawn out. We would have been better to have bought from another company. My wife 8 months pregnant and not happy, Bosch. :(

Its the worst mistake my wife and I ever made, buying a Bosch dishwasher! It has never cleaned dishes from day one. You have to put 1/3 of the dishes back in or wash by hand. This was a very expensive dishwasher. We would never buy a Bosch product again.

Was told by salesperson at Lowes in Longview that the Bosch Dishwasher #SHe53tf2ud02 FD9503003422 was the best to buy. Was purchased for $796.41 in May 4th. 2015 at Lowes in Longview. From the start we could not dry dishes in the machine. Asked for service man to look at it to see why it would not dry dishes. We were told by service rep. that it was not designed to dry dishes. Went back to sales department at Lowes and were told that it was too bad but we purchased a dishwasher that didnt dry dishes. No recourse what so ever. So, since owning it our dishes are now etched and the washer stinks up the kitchen and make it smell like a moldy swamp. We are removing the crappy dishwasher and replacing it with a 219.00 Frigidaire like the one we took out. Dont buy Bosch from Lowes or anywhere else.

We use a big pot on the stove to keep the humidity up in the winter and the small burner turned all the way down still gives off too much steam. My wife does not like to clean the stove because of the knobs and it gets greasy easily.

Bosch 500 Nexxt Plus Washer - The washer smells awful. We try to clean the door gasket and leave the door open. Our towels smell awful after the first day. One out of 10 times the washer does not spin out the water, so you have to do a quick wash to get the system to spin out the water. I called the customer line and finally was routed to a person who said I need a repairman. The washer was bought in August 2008, just four years old. We are going to replace both the washer and dryer. Thanks for nothing Bosch. Dont buy Bosch washers! A no-customer service company.

We really like this new dishwasher. It does take some use to understand how to load it. Some of the prongs are tight and placing a cereal bowl becomes difficult. The total capacity seems to be reduced from what we had in our old dishwasher. Cleaning is very good and the high-efficiency is excellent.

Bought a Bosch SHE3 series about three years ago. It did not clean or dry dishes from day one but I thought I caused the problems. After reading the complaints, I am not alone. I tried everything. This unit does not clean tea stains, coffee stains, fruit stains, dry food or much else. Very long cycles leave dishes wet. I am not contacting customer service. I will just replace it with another brand. It is the worst appliance I ever purchased and will never buy Bosch again. Ill bet Bosch engineers dont have one in their home.

Love this dishwasher. Its very, very quiet even when standing right near it. It has a red light on the floor that indicates that it is on. Dishes are clean even on the fastest cycle. Filter is easy to access and easy to clean.

The Bosch HMV5053U01 is beautifully designed. It was selected to match my induction range. Relatively easy to use, not too many buttons, though how the defrost works is not that intuitive. Not sure of the price/value as I had bought it over a year ago, just remember it was not inexpensive.

Im now getting ready to dispose of the dishwasher. I cannot afford a $1700 fridge every 7 years and a $600 dishwasher every 4 years. The dishwasher has 3 baskets for dishes. Super quiet and a light that shows on the floor. When The light goes out the dishwasher is finished. You need the light because the dishwasher is so quiet. An awesome dishwasher.

We purchased a Bosch dishwasher because I liked the 3rd rack feature, the super quiet rating, and seemingly good reputation. This dishwasher does Not clean the cups or glasses. The glasses taste like soap and the cups are still dirty inside. The repair came out twice, changed the soap dispenser, told me not to use rinse aide, to always use the heavy setting and extra dry. The glasses are better, but the cups are not and I have to wash all the cups before they go into the machine. It can be hard to arrange the dishes in the lower rack. I have bent some of the tines to make a 9x13 baking dish fit.We bought this dishwasher and a GE range the same day, it took 2 months for delivery. Apparently, Bosch starts the warranty before the consumer actually has the product. The GE Range is still under warranty, while the Bosch dishwasher is not. GE starts the warranty upon delivery, not purchase, which seems much more fair to the consumer. Bosch warranty and service were both not much help. How a warranty can start before the product is in your home being used is ridiculous and unfair. But it doesn’t change the fact that it isn’t even a good dishwasher. We do Not recommend Bosch. Go GE.

Hi, On December 2, while I was self-cleaning my oven, the glass shattered. I paid extra for an extended warranty. I contacted Bill Smith Appliances where I bought the range. I also sent an email to Bosch customer services. Yesterday, 7 days later, someone from Bill Smith came out to determine the cause of the glass shatter. He indicated that it was a fault of Bosch manufacturing and the quality of the glass that was used. Today, when we called Bill Smith, they indicated that the repair had to be approved by Bosch and then the part would be ordered.According to them, it could take an additional 2 weeks before the oven was repaired. This is unacceptable! I have already been without my oven for 1 week, so if it takes 2 more weeks, I will not have my oven working for a total of 3 weeks! At this time of the year, this is extremely inconvenient because I cannot do any of my regular Holiday baking. I also tried contact Bosch. This is a nightmare! I have called them at least 20 time. The call does not go thru and I get a busy signal. Absolutely, no one answers the phone! I really dont think there even is a person available to answer!Bosch is considered to be a premium appliance brand. However, and this range is not quality and does not meet Bosch’s reputation and the price associated with it. This glass should NEVER have shattered, especially on the first time the oven was cleaned! My expectation is that the oven could be cleaned many times and survived with the glass intact. In addition, the service to repair has too much red tape and is extremely slow resulting in great inconvenience to the customer! I wish I had something good to say about my Bosch kitchen appliances. I redid my kitchen oven, cooktop, exhaust fan, microwave, and dishwasher with Bosch products. I lasted about a month with the dishwasher and told my husband I wasnt going to live the next five years with it. I replaced it with a Kenmore and couldnt be happier.The Bosch racks were terribly, inefficiently configured - that was my worst complaint. It smelled sour. The microwave is OK as far as doing the job, but its not handy in any way and is impossible to clean because for one thing I cant reach the back of it without a step stool. You have to put in the number of minutes and seconds every time you use it. The convection oven doesnt thrill me at all. My cookies turn out pasty and it doesnt seem to do anything any faster at any temperature.Same old oven as far as Im concerned. I bang my head on the exhaust fan whenever I try to see what is on the back burner. The burners on the cooktop are too big for the pots, except for the smallest ones. The knobs on the cooktop get very hot and are hard to adjust with a pot on them. Lets see if there is anything good I have to say. They look pretty, but the engineers who designed them have never even boiled water much less cooked a meal, and they have certainly never cleaned them or even used them.

I learned Bosch does not stand behind their products. We purchased a house this summer that has a Bosch dishwasher less than one year old. When the appliance failed, Bosch customer service (Shawn ** specifically) informed me that Bosch will not honor the manufacturers one year warranty because I was not the original purchaser. I am not talking about an extended warranty that could have been purchased separately, I am talking about the standard one year manufacturers warranty. A car comes with a standard power train warranty that is transferable, for example. I thought Bosch was a premium brand before this experience, but I can assure you they are not at all interested in providing support.

The one star is for the quiet dishwasher purchased. It is quiet probably because it does not work. We purchased a Bosch dishwasher because it was supposed to be top of the line in dishwashers. Unfortunately, I was swayed to the quietness and not the cleanliness. The racks are designed for the number of dishes it can wash. Unfortunately, I need to wash frying pans, bowl, utensils, cups, glasses, etc. Considering that it holds so many dishes, nowhere is there a China or crystal setting. Worse yet, my load is not complete clean, even on the heavy cycle, even though I am using the recommended Finish products. There is no room for bowls, large dishes. Plastic items have a film remaining behind and pots or fry pans still have food in them and a greasy feel to them. Unless you plan to buy the most expensive Bosch model you would be better off with a less expensive model with generic racks that fit the items you cook with as well as just dishes.

This is the second time in a little over three years that I had to pay a repairman for my Bosch gas-free standing convection range. The first time was the igniter. It cost me $197.95. Now, I had to pay $85.00 for a repair because the control panel came loose and I found out it was just taped on. I cannot believe the poor workmanship that goes into your product. I will never ever buy any of your products again and I will tell everyone I know not to buy any of your products.

I really love my oven and it came with the house when we purchased it. As much as I love it, I am not sure I would spend the extra money if I had to replace it. I have had GE in the past and was equally satisfied with that performance.

We just realize our refrigerator is so hot and call service. They just change one part and got 120 turkish lira (40 euro) then problem never finish. One day later they come again and change this part again and problem never finish again and after one week later we called them they came and it was different guys from. They tell Problem different. We need to change different part too - its price 160 tl (55 euro). So my dad say You always come and couldnt understand what is problem. Everyone telling different problem and want money always. You never understand real problem and we are terrible from 10 days because of your fault. All food, drink is terrible.Called Bosch in Turkey but they didnt care. They said We cannot do anything. I purchased this dishwasher during a kitchen upgrade. Prior dishwashers were noisy and tend to leak over time. One nice feature of this dishwasher is its completely sealed underneath. This keeps the noise level down and of course no leaking out the bottom. One drawback is you may need a longer water inlet line because routing can only follow a predetermined path.

My dishwasher was damaged during a lightning storm. I initially contacted customer service who gave advice, which made no sense (add rinse agent??). Called their local service rep. Service rep contacted their tech department upon arrival at my home & was advised regarding what part to order. Service rep returned, installed part, didnt work. Rep contacted their tech dept. again and was told that was the wrong part & to order another. I had to pay for the wrong part & service call to install it. Service rep installed 2nd part, didnt work, returned it. Service rep came again & installed replacement part, didnt work. Service rep took my dishwasher to his shop and worked on it. After 4 months, without a dishwasher, and a final bill of just under $500, my dishwasher still does not perform at 100% capacity. Contacted Bosch to at least be reimbursed for the wrong part & service call to install it and they said, Turn it in to your home owners insurance company.

This is our second Bosch dishwasher. The first one died within a year and was replaced (though it took ages). We loved the way it worked, esp. the silence of it, but were surprised by the failure of a new appliance. The customer service was not great. New house, new DW: this one died within 11 months of purchase and installation. And I am a super-neat-freak the dishes are almost clean when they go in dishwasher user. But still, this new Bosch died 11 months in, and 5 weeks after reporting the problem were still being given the run-around.After trying to replace the board and sensor unit on site this past week, the service guys hauled it away, damaging my cabinetry. And suddenly (lo, presto!) we now, 2 days later, have a leak under our sink, which is adjacent to the DW, from where they pulled the fill/drain hoses and did god knows what. Next time I will camp over their shoulders, video camera on. So: 5 weeks after reporting the Bosch units failure, we have no dishwasher, and are unable to use our kitchen sink. I am disgusted.

We just bought a Bosch dishwasher. It will not start and everything is connected as per the installation manual. I need some customer help. I have been on hold for a half hour. I give up and will return the dishwasher.

I purchased 3 Bosch appliances less than six years ago - 2 ovens and a 5-burner cooktop. When deciding on the purchase, my appliance dealer assured me that Bosch produces high end appliances. We went ahead with the purchase and paid high end prices too. Now, less than six years after we bought them, all 3 appliances are malfunctioning. Its so strange - almost like they have a pre-ordained life span from the manufacturer, because they all broke within the same 4 - 6 weeks.We have been trying to get them repaired through Bosch service for over a month and they are dragging their feet and giving us a horrible runaround. What a shame! I dont think I shall ever purchase another Bosch appliance nor recommend them to any of my friends or relatives. The customer service reps are lying to us, changing their minds, changing their strategies, not calling back, making offers then going back on their word... Its all horrible. I regret the day I ever bought Bosch.

We are quite happy with the unit. We use the dishwasher practically every day for the past few years. Never broke down. This came with house purchase in 2007 July... I would recommend this Brand. Solidly made.

The online registration doesnt work. So I wasted about half an hour trying it several times and calling the help center. How frustrating! Then I find out that you cant call anyone for help with online registration or to let them know it doesnt work. To make things worse, I asked not to get ads and information in my email account, but I started getting it immediately from a no-reply address with no unsubscribe capability. I havent even tried using the dishwasher yet, but so far Bosch has blown it.

I bought two Bosch dishwasher, one broke down and the other stopped cleaning the dishes.

I am a senior and have owned Dishwashers all of my adult life. This machine is just over a year old and it needs a service because of not draining. I have never had to get a repair on any of my previous machines. As I look online this appears to be a common problem with Bosch.

Admittedly, my Bosch Oven is now over 10 years old and out of warranty. However, this is the second time that the Bosch Oven has exploded with glass shattering over the floor and the people in the kitchen. Whilst I expect some ovens to grow old, I do not expect them to explode - especially twice now. The first was when the oven was being used and the second time was when the oven had cooled down. The first time, Bosch provided some (around 40%) reimbursement. On the second contact, first impression from customer service was that they were interested, but since then, they have been notably unavailable for comment or response. I wont be recommending a Bosch Oven purchase to anyone - in fact my response would be the opposite.

Do not purchase the ventless stackable washer/dryer. It takes about 3 hours to dry a small to medium size load and they are still damp. The dryer gets really hot on the outside to the point where it is dangerous. Bosch is horrible about returning calls and responding to questions. I furnished my entire house with Bosch. The refrigerator is incredibly slow at making ice. They have no answers. Disappointing company. Should have purchased a different brand.

I would give a negative start if it was possible. My Bosch microwave began turning on by itself. I purchased it with a paid warranty. I called Bosch in early February and they set up a time for someone to fix it in early March. The Bosch repairmen came and said he fixed it, however, the issue reappeared moments after he left. I called back. They set up another appointment and the repairmen did not show up when he was supposed to (of course they never gave me any notice). I called back and set up another appointment. Of course, the repairmen never showed up. I called Bosch and complained to a manager (who was the rudest manager I ever spoke with). He set up another appointment. This time the repairmen actually showed up with the parts but then informed me that the parts they ordered wont fix the issue. So they had to order different parts.So I set up another appointment for today. Surprise surprise, the Bosch repairmen never showed up (again with no notice). In summary, during the past 5 months, I have set up 5 appointments and have had 3 no shows (without any notice). I have complained to Bosch US, Bosch UK, and Lowes. I filed a formal written complaint to Lowes. I have spent over 15 hours calling Bosch. I have complained to 4 managers to no avail. 2 managers were supposed to call me back but they didnt. I am at a loss for what to do. Now all I want is my warranty money back or a new microwave. Can anyone help me????

I purchased this washer to replace a failing stacked washer/dryer combo. I bought the Bosch set because the dryer is ventless and this just fits my townhouse better. First off, this washer is designed to plug into the back of the matching dryer (Only one 240V outlet is needed!) So far so good with this washer's results. It is very quiet and efficient. The matching dryer, while ventless still dries VERY well. I am surprised as Bosch's claim of only 8% slower than a vented dryer seems to be very accurate. This washer is designed to fit 10-14lbs of laundry per load and I can attest this is accurate and is efficient while washing and drying. The dryer will take some getting used to and messing around with the proper settings but once you figure it out it's a cinch! This is an absolutely GREAT product.

After cooking a pot roast I accidentally got pan drippings on the oven door. I wiped them up and closed the oven door and found that drippings poured inside and became trapped between the glass. This is a minor incident and I cant find anyone to help. The manufacturer had no advise on how to solve this. I called various appliance repair services and no one will help.

Purchased a model shs5av56uc Bosch dishwasher. Less than 2 months old. Service module out. Service came has no idea when the part will be in. Bosch wont post my review on their website. Only positive reviews. Bosch will not respond to my concerns. I have never had this issue with any other brand. Terrible appliance. Would not buy another Bosch again.

Both machines (Washer and dryer) required major repairs just after the warranty expired. Now its an ongoing repair cycle. Paid extra for quality and they were worse than the GE models they replaced. Do not buy bosch.

The convection wall oven has locked up and over heated 4 times in 6 years, once cremating a very expensive standing prime rib roast, the circuit board replaced twice. The microwave had its circuit board replaced and the dishwasher had to have its hinges repair. All on my dollar, even though the oven was just barely over 1 year old, the microwave was 2 and the dishwasher 4. Their customer service is the worst. For company that thinks it is high end it is just another overseas cheap piece of junk. Do not buy Bosch appliances.

I used to be a happy Bosch customer. I had a Bosch dishwasher for 10 years and liked it so much that I even recommended Bosch to my friends. Last year I bought a 500 DLX model. From the beginning I could see that the new machine did not clean my dishes as well as the old one. I have done everything the manual suggests and I am still dissatisfied with the performance. When I called Customer Service today the woman was not at all helpful, especially when she saw that I am two months past my 1-year warranty. I strongly object to the warranty starting when I purchased it. It was installed on Jan. 22, 2015, so it has been in use less than a year. It looks like I am stuck with an inferior appliance and I will not recommend this brand to anyone ever again.

I bought a upper top of the line dishwasher. Most times that I use the machine some of the dishes come out dirty. Its not me and its not the way I stack them. Bosch has refused to acknowledge a problem. The pocket handle has broke twice and so has the rinse dispenser. Bosch replaced them both once within first 12 months. Now that warranty expired they ignore my requests for assistance. If youre considering Bosch, dont do it. Poor machine, worse customer service.

Great unit, top is gas, oven is electric, the oven is a convection oven, with many other choices to use, it is the best unit we have ever owned, it bakes, broils, control panel is easy to use and it maintains temp accurately, it also came with a baking and convection guide. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

I really like the new Bosch dishwasher we purchased. The problem is that the bottom rack flies off the grooves provided for it in the interior door frame when open for loading or unloading. No matter how we try, the rack seems to disengage from the grooves provided. There are no tracking mechanisms, just gravity holding the rack in place, so were wondering what were doing wrong. Has anyone else had this issue and if so... how youve dealt with it. Thanks.

I do like my new dishwasher - cleans great and is quiet but there is a smell. This is not food related, or deposit related since it is only 2 weeks old. It is obviously from the plastic molds used for the racks. I am unsure if this is a deal breaker yet and send it back. I have no alternative one to get. This one has everything I want except this smell is bad. You would think Bosch would fix this long ago, sadly not.

I join the many consumers angry about the quality of the Bosch Dishwasher. I purchased a Bosch dishwasher believing that this is a high end brand and a quality appliance. In 2012 we renovated our kitchen, and laundry with 9 appliance that included built in coffeemaker and range hood.The appliance are poorly made and the parts are expensive. The first to go was dryer, that repeatedly gave lint error message and would not switch on. The next was built in microwave oven at 4 years. Then the washing machine has to be replaced at 5 years. In the 7th year it is the built in double oven, after minor troubles over 2 years finally failed completely. The company is not helpful. We can not talk to their technical support since they only talk to their own select group of technicians. The spare parts are ridiculously expensive. These appliances are unreliable. Please stay away from these appliances.

We bought front loading washing machine 5 months with extended warranty. After buying fully loaded though expensive machine facing same problems repeatedly and at the time of buying they hide so many points about machine. Engineer visit takes so many days. No quick service will be given to us after requesting for emergency. Its just a brand name. Nothing special in machines.

Unbelievably quiet for a dishwasher. I didnt believe it was on or had run the first two times I used it. It also does the dishes sparkling clear WITHOUT the Finish product. Just the normal dishwashing detergent. Rave all the time about it as I unload it. Dont know how many features are necessary to wash dishes. A rinse if I have new stuff, I just want to sterilize and the regular good wash. The short wash tended to leave the dishwasher smelling of food after even though the dishes were clean. This does not happen on the regular wash so I think it has to do with running long enough to get the food completely down the drain. This is the only drawback: it is not as big as previous dishwashers I have had and the bottom rack is not conducive to glasses and bowls mainly just plates. We use a lot of mugs and glasses and bowls, so I need the majority of the dishwasher to conform to placing these dishes safely in line. Sleek and beautiful. No buttons or lights showing anywhere except a reflection of the light onto the floor when its running, which lets me know it has begun. If Bosch would create a rack that could conform to different dish size and shape, this would be the PERFECT dishwasher of all time. It is amazing in terms of the lack of sound and the sparkling dishes.

Very quiet dishwasher - I think quietest on the market. It also has a fail-safe to prevent leaking. Was easy to install - I was able to do it myself. The top row cutlery rack is also a great feature to have.

WFMC3200UC Washer NEXXT series - I believe this must be the first front loader Bosch made. If Id known at the time of purchase I NEVER wouldve paid the major bucks I paid. I think its 7 years old. My Mother has a top loader for 22 years. Beautiful, I think we replaced one part on the thing all these years. Anyway, I despise this washer. Its too small, takes almost 2 hours to cycle AND smells like mold. I have the top & back panels off to remove the out take drain tube which is visibly covered (inside) in black mold. Problem is the way its put together is like no other Bosch washer. Two weeks ago I found a video online which showed how to remove the thing and today I go to my bookmarks and NO VIDEO. Im about to throw myself on the floor and have a complete meltdown. WTF happened to the video? Ive looked for thirty minutes all over internet to no avail! Its a servicing video I know that and those are hard to come by. Help me lawd! Thought I might feel better writing this however I feel like upchucking. Thanks anyway. P.S. SHX46A05UC/14 Dishwasher, 2004, paid $ 1,600.00 Stopped draining water, developed endless cycle, finally started to fill up with the water overflowing to my newly renovated kitchen.The quality of the cleaning was degrading slowly, leaving residues on glass and dishes.Bosch certified service showed up for just over $ 75/h, looking and playing with the washer for 2 hours; diagnosed, well nothing, they check in fact the water drainage path and remover a rubber part from the pump section, saying that I dont need that, and that this was perhaps the cause of the problem. After over $150 for service call, (no parts replaced = no 30 days warranty for the service) !!!... The next day, well, we have exact this same issue, cycle takes hours, no full water drainage. Service call, week later, different technicians, diagnosed for new control unit and quote for over $350. (for $500 I can get new dishwasher today, but my old $1600 unit should work for years - or not). Called Bosch, same response as for all of the people below. They couldnt care less. The Customer service from the service company concluded that I would be better off buying a new unit ! Great, that much about my love for Bosch, and we have the whole kitchen furnished with that junk. After short internet research, I found people helping step by step with similar issues, so I did take apart my unit, opened the controller, and found that it has overheated and damaged connection. No, is not that one under the recall, the recall one must cause house fire I guess! Cleaning the connection and re-soldering it helped, partially, it works now as it use to, but still fills with fresh water after is done, so I have to cut the water intake. Conclusion: I would spend $350 for a new part or service and still have another issue!!! Now, I need to take the intake valve apart to see if this is the real problem. Slowly, I am getting a master degree on Bosch dishwashers, and I promise to never buy one again.

After 40 years, it was finally time to purchase a brand new washer/dryer set. Since I had lived in Europe, I had a high opinion of Bosch appliances and choose Bosch as my brand (Model #WFMC5301UC 16-496151) for both the washer and dryer. It was a huge mistake. Two years after purchase, I had to replace the entire front door, which wouldnt close properly. Now, the same door has a crack at the base (even though I gently lift and close the door from the base for each use) and the water slowly trickles down to the floor. The same is true of the dryer door -- two cracks across the top of the plastic. I called Bosch and the replacement cost would be half again as much as new appliances, which, of course, will be worthless. I was told that 5-10 years is all the one can get out of a top-quality appliance. I will NEVER purchase a Bosch product again. What pieces of junk!

So... Im standing in the kitchen around 11 pm, watching a soccer game, getting ready to take the dog out. The bottom oven was on Proof at 95 making yogurt. I hear pop! pop!, look over at the 6-year old Bosch double oven. Flame is coming out of the vent at the top left of the oven. I walk over & blow on the flame. It goes out but is still smoking so I get the fire extinguisher & spray the vent a couple times. I spend the next hour or so cleaning up white powder that spread a lot further than I would have expected. Next day I call the local Bosch Certified Technician. We pull the ovens out so we can see the control boards behind the control panel at the top. Main control board has four melted relays as well as a bundle of burnt wires. Tech says he is going to recommend the oven be replaced instead of repaired, that there is probably more damage that will show up later and we will never trust this oven again. Tech takes a picture to send to the Bosch regional rep along with his report & says to call Bosch customer service. CSR says they need a copy of the original sale receipt. Of course, we cannot find it. I send the original packing sheet and call again. Different CSR says she will see if they can find it in their system & gives me the File #. Call again & CSR says they have enough info so it has been submitted to upper management, should have response in a couple days. The response: Bosch will replace the oven with the current equivalent model prorated. That means if we pay them $1649.50 (half the MSRP) they will remove the burnt oven, ship & install a new oven. I say My oven should not start on fire! Bosch should replace it with an oven that wont burn up without cost. CSR says he will submit my request. 2nd response is the same. The oven was part of a Bosch package including stove top, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer, refrigerator & tankless hot water heater. The control board burst into flame & apparently Bosch has no interest in finding out why. We rejected Boschs offer & purchased a different brand.

The platforms that the feet of the cast iron grates sit on are ridiculously small and unstable. Causing the grate to slide off the platform and toward the center of the cooktop and then any pot on top of the cooktop to also be unstable. Worst cooktop design I have ever seen. This is a simple and very basic function. I cannot believe this would be an issue. Very unsafe and unsettling. Wish I could upload a photo!

The machine has no load size setting. Its a front loader so it has to be propped open or it stinks. The brand is Bosch. I inherited it. I will never own a front loader again. The time it takes to wash a load is long.

The compressor on our Bosch refrigerator seized after just 7 years. The cost to repair was more than we paid for our new refrigerator - NOT a Bosch, a Frigidaire Gallery. Stay away from dual evaporators - sounds nice, but its too complex for the government-mandated efficiencies. (The Bosch dishwasher is great.)

Similar experience to what has been described. After 15 months the dishwasher would not drain - E 24 error message. Followed the advice online and cleared filter, checked impeller, etc. No success. Now there is an E15 error message and the drain pump will not turn off. Very dissatisfied with this purchase. Had an ASKO that worked for 16 years without any issues at all.

In the last 12 months, Ive bought a high end Bosch flexi-induction, series 8 oven and washing machine. The first two, I intentionally paid a premium for it as they are made in Germany while the washing machine made in Thailand. The branding has bring down not only tarnished her brand but to Germany as a world-class engineering country. Almost everyone knows top quality engineering comes from Germany like Porsche, BMW, Merc, Audi, Miele etc.Utterly disappointing with less than 12 months, there were multiple service calls on the new oven, induction and washing machine. It’s not a coincidence. Three products all have issues, be it German made or not. Almost all my white goods and big household items are Bosch. Going forward, I’ll just go for China or Korean brands that are significantly cheaper. Premium price doesn’t equate to quality and durability anymore especially with Bosch. I used to have Bosch dishwasher that lasted for years, now, quality of this brand has dropped significantly and I’ve changed to Miele instead. Bosch, seriously is hopeless. It will be another Nokia (market leader went collapsing) if it still doesn’t wake up.

We got our Bosch dishwasher 2 weeks ago. It was very labor intensive to set up. Too many bells and whistles. Also we did have a problem with water accumulation. We were told to use the extra shine button. This works. However we have to make sure we are here when the dishwasher is done so we can open it right away to let out the steam. So we have to take the extra step of setting the timer. Also it takes a very long time- 2 1/2 hours for the cycle to get done with the auto button and the extra shine button.Also the amount of dishes you can put in seems small. The plus here is that the dishwasher is very quiet. We got the Bosch hoping for an energy efficient machine. We do have to rinse the dishes first so that also takes up extra water. Perhaps this is a good model if you are a caterer, but cumbersome for general household use. My old broken down dishwasher did a better job of cleaning and drying in half the time. Its actually easier for me to wash my dishes by hand unless we have company.

We just got our dishwasher and we are unable to pour the jet dry into the dispenser! It all leaks out! I called Bosch, they were no help and rude! This is the best. Yeah, right. Thats a joke! Its a lemon! And now we have to fight with Bosch and the company we bought it from. One recommendation: dont buy Bosch!

I purchased a Bosch dishwasher Silence Plus 50 dBA at Lowe’s June 2015. It worked for 1 month and stopped working. I had a repairman from Lowe’s come and fix it. It worked for another few months and stopped working again. Had another repairman from Lowe’s come and he left without fixing it because he didnt know what was wrong. Another repairman (#3 so far) came out and says he knows whats wrong with this model, there is a defect with the door latch. He fixes it. Works fine until a few days ago stops working again. Of course its now out of warranty so I will have to pay to fix a dishwasher that is a little over 2 years old. I wish I kept my old noisy dishwasher instead of this piece of crap. Has been nothing but trouble and I will Never buy another Bosch product again. Dont believe the hype. It is also hard to load the dishwasher as the racks are too narrow and it didnt dry the dishes well either.

Bosch dishwashers are the absolute biggest pieces of junk! I spent over $800.00 on their dishwasher and it has broken down 20 times in 6 months! My cousin was going to purchase 50 dishwashers for a condo unit he is building. Guess what!? He isnt anymore! The stench from the dishes not getting cleaned is disgusting. Never, ever buy Bosch for anything! Their customer service is the WORST!!! The water does not fill leaving the dishwasher to run for over 2 hours never cleaning a single dish. Quiet. So quiet only a red light lets you know the dishwasher is running and a faint subtle beep alerts you as to when the cycle has completed. The dishware that it cleans comes out looking like new. Highly recommend.

Model 9000356727 rev c purchased last year as a replacement. Does not wash dishes clean and dishes are sopping with completed cycle. Machine is so close to the floor one has to kneel to fill the washer. Would never purchase this machine again.

My children and I nearly lost our lives 3 nights ago in a fire. I went to bed after turning on my premium Bosch dishwasher. I am deaf in one ear. I went to sleep and heard/smelled nothing. Suddenly my 12 year-old daughter came running into my room yelling that there was a fire in the kitchen. I ran down and saw 3 foot flames coming out of the dishwasher. Thank god I had a fire extinguisher, which I had taught myself to use after seeing a Dateline story years ago that most Americans who have extinguishers dont know how to use them. We are now displaced temporarily from our apartment for at least 2-3 weeks during clean-up and without a kitchen for 3-4 months.If one more minute had passed, I would not have been able to reach the extinguisher on the counter and would have lost everything. If my daughter had not been so alert or there, I/we would have died. What makes me angry is that Bosch KNOWS these dishwashers may catch on fire. There is a voluntary recall posted deep in their site for models from 1999-2005 for a very rare ability to inflame. They have made little effort to contact consumers directly. If you google, you will see that the international news media is starting to notice.

I bought a Bosch washing machine about a year ago. I was very happy with the machine. But suddenly the machine stopped working. So I called up the call center ppl to register my complaint. I was told that the representative will attend me in next 48 hrs. So I was relaxed. Now it is 4 days. I didnt get a single call neither any representative attended me. While I purchased my Bosch electric range in September of 2014 and am out of warranty, I had expected a better experience when the inner glass door shattered during the self-cleaning cycle, especially as I rarely use the oven and this was only the 3rd time I used the self-clean feature. When I called Bosch, the agent I spoke with seemed to agree with me that there must be a defect of some kind for this to happen, and she made an appointment for a technician to assess the issue at no charge to me. I may have been somewhat naive, but I was led to believe that Bosch would likely review the issue and not charge me for the repair as the damage clearly occurred due to a defect in the appliance and through no fault of mine.The technician they sent was awesome, arrived on time, assessed the problem and told me he would order the glass. As I didnt hear back from Bosch, I assumed that the agent had brought my issue to the attention of her supervisor and, since I didnt hear back, assumed there would be no charge to me. Well the technician is in my kitchen repairing my oven door and asked if Id heard from Bosch as to the charge. When I advised I hadnt, he suggested I call. I was shocked to find out that no one had made an effort to send my issue up their chain of command, nor was I able to speak with a supervisor as there was none available. The best they would offer, as the technician was already doing the repair job, was a 20% discount off the replacement glass.I also had an issue with my Bosch microwave one month out of warranty when the turntable motor stopped working. I was told I would have to pay not only for the replacement piece, but for the technicians visit, but I wasnt told that until the repair guy showed up at my door and told me that I would be seeing lots of him because they dont make appliances the way they used to. I sent him away on principle and hired an appliance repair guy to do the job - it wasnt cheaper but I couldnt get past the guys attitude.Had I known I would also be charged to repair a defective appliance, I would probably have hired the same appliance repair guy to do the job. The only thing that made this experience less horrible was the technician they sent - he was prompt, efficient and clearly knew what he was doing. I bought Bosch Appliances because everything I read indicated they were absolutely top of the line. I am severely disappointed in the product and their poor customer service problem resolution.

I bought a Bosch stainless steel dishwasher in December 2012. Today, 12/2017 my dishwasher has rusted down the front. Bosch says it has not rusted through (water coming out) so it will not be repaired unless I want to pay the cost of a new front. I will never buy another Bosch product - my dishwasher that was replaced by this one was over 20 years old and had not rusted. I wish I had it back!

We bought our brand new home while the house under construction. Unfortunately, builder already bought the appliances. A month after and when the technician came to install the part he found out was USED! And when the technician call to report that the REPRESENTATIVE FROM BOSCH was very RUDE which I experience that previously...Now my $5,000 dollars refrigerator it is starting to fail! DO NOT BUY BOSCH MADE IN CHINA NOT IN GERMANY!

I bought a new washing machine on 01.01.12. From the date of installation, your machine is always tripping. I was already registered in customer care (toll free) but till now I get no response. I purchased only because of the name Bosch. I was totally disappointed in your response. Please take immediate step and confirm.

My fridge has been off for 4 days and the Customer Service hasnt done anything for me. The temperature soars to 46 Celsius here. Its been 3 years, we bought the fridge, after 1 year, every summer something happens to it. We have been running in circles and no one has come to fill the gas in the fridge. The numbers are either not answered or the standard reply... someone will come. Biggest mistake to buy Bosch. Would never recommend it to anyone.

I have always thought Bosch as being a company that makes high quality products and I have purchased and used many without issue. However I feel that they have either lowered their quality to make more money or are trying to reach a different type of consumer either way it equals some disappointing details on many of their products. I do find that the stove is very nice and solid and seems to work well so far. Just need to see their products in person. Sometimes when you think its metal its actually plastic.

In late 2015, we bought a refrigerator (33 in. W 24.8 cu. ft. French Door Refrigerator in Stainless Steel with Icemaker) and a microwave/oven combo (stainless steel 30 Inch Wide 4.6 Cu. Ft. Electric Built-In Combination Oven with 1.6 Cu. Ft. Microwave and True European Convection Lower Oven). We chose the Bosch brand based on reputation, longevity, performance, and design.Unfortunately, neither of these products has performed well considering they are both 3 years old. The refrigerator completely stopped working and had a large build up of frost on the back wall of the freezer wall. A service technician with Hagedorn’s Appliances fixed this problem by calling a Bosch technician to learn the control panel and plugs stopped working. The technician commented that this is a rare issue and was surprised the appliance was a Bosch due to the reputation. We were charged $688.79 to fix this issue. The microwave control panel is dim and we are unable to see what buttons we are pushing. The technician from Hagedorn’s said this is a realistic issue and fixable problem to the tune of $350.00. We have not scheduled this repair at this time.The third item we bought from Bosch were $775 dishwashers. We bought 2 of these. To say we love the dishwasher better than the microwave and refrigerator would be true; however we must stop short of saying these items are ‘exceptional’ in any way. The doors seemed ‘warped’ and don’t shut well all the time. The washing capabilities are fair (sometimes leaves marks) and the time to complete is crazy long 2.5 hours, even close to that on ‘speed’ mode. However the washing quality is worse. We will give it credit for being quiet, that it is, well done there. We really have just had a hard time and these products are not the ‘show pieces’ we had thought we bought just 3 short years ago. It will be hard for us to consider Bosch for the price and performance.

We purchased a Bosch Dual Fuel Range and it worked great for about the first year. Then error code 118 began showing up when trying to preheat the oven. It would happen occasionally but after the 4th year it would not preheat on Bake at all. We researched the problem and found the parts we needed to fix the problem were not available. Bosch no longer makes these parts and there is no updated part to resolve the issue so we are stuck with a 4 year old range that cant be repaired. The new model looks exactly the same so why do they not sell parts that will update the older models. We will never buy another Bosch product.

I purchased a Bosch range from Lowes in 2007. All the burner valves are leaking. This range is overpriced garbage.

We purchased this due to the ratings. We thought we could install ourselves. We had to call a plumber due to the channels under the machine. I’m not happy, it was a hassle. Next, I noticed I had to rewash many of the dishes. There are always food particles on most of the dishes. We had the machine for 9 months and the part on the front of the machine leaked and ruined my hardwood floors and damaged my family room ceiling. This machine cost a fortune, plus we had to pay a plumber to install it, and now we are dealing with water damage. The machine is not worth the hassle or the money. It’s a bad machine, dont buy it.

Bosch double oven HBL 57 - I have been happy with this oven until today. I went to use the self-cleaning feature for the first time and the glass in the door shattered into a million pieces approx. 1/2 hour into the cleaning cycle. I called Boschs 800-944-2904 number and explained what happened and that I felt they should replace the glass since it was obviously defective or would not have shattered. I was told no they could not do that but they could give me a service provider number in our area. When she determined that they didnt have a provider in our area, she said I should look in the phone book for someone to repair the oven. She did, after I asked her, provide me with a service provider in the nearest large city to us, but she left me with the impression that she could care less about providing good customer service. I will be sure and tell everyone I can how helpful Bosch is when you have a problem!
