Smeg Microonda Garantia
LARGE APPLIANCES: TWO YEAR FULL WARRANTY from the original date of purchase, including parts and labor, to the first purchaser of this appliance. When the appliance is installed, operated, and maintained according to the instructions attached to or provided with the product, SMEG will pay for replacement parts and/or labor to repair defects in materials or workmanship. Service must be provided by an authorized SMEG company (unless advised otherwise). This warranty is void if the consumer attempts to repair the appliance or has someone other than an authorized person try to repair it. The sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be product service and repair as provided herein. THIS GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER COMMERCIAL USE.
LIMITED 3 – 5 YEAR WARRANTY from the original date of purchase, including parts and labor, to the first purchaser of any SMEG refrigerators, coolers, or wine coolers. SMEG will pay for parts on repairs on the sealed system only. This coverage excludes labor charges.
The appliance is assured by Kitch (M) Sdn Bhd for a period of 24 months from the date on which the first user purchased it. The date of purchase may be proven only by means of a document valid for tax purposes issued by the vendor to the first user which states the details of the retailer in addition to the date. Any user who wishes to make use of the conventional warranty offered by Kitch (M) Sdn Bhd must present the aforesaid document, together with this manual, to the technical staff who will check that they are valid.
The warranty covers all replacements or repair work due to manufacturing defects or lack of conformity with the product characteristics, as stated in the accompanying documents, which were present at the time of purchase. Repairs carried out under warranty do not give rise to extensions or renewals of the warranty itself.
EXCEPTIONS:
SMEG WILL NOT PAY FOR THE FOLLOWING SERVICE CALLS:
1. To install or correct the installation of an appliance
2. To provide instruction on the use of an appliance.
3. To replace house fuses, re-set circuit breakers, or correct house wiring.
4. To correct house plumbing.
5. To clean drains, filters, or garbage disposals.
6. To repair an appliance if it fails due to misuse or abuse.
7. To repair cosmetic damage to the appliance (cracked/broken glass components, scratches to stainless steel components), unless such damage results from a defect in the workmanship or materials.
SMEG WILL NOT PAY WHEN THE FOLLOWING OCCURS:
1. Damage resulting from fires, acts of God, alteration, accident, improper installation, installation not in accordance with local building codes, or uses not approved by SMEG or the manufacturer of the appliance.
2. Pickup or delivery of major appliances requiring service. The appliances are designed to be repaired in the home. However, SMEG will not be responsible for traveling and labor costs if the customer lives in excess of 50km/30 miles, or if the travel time is in excess of 30 minutes from the nearest service center.
The consumer shall ensure that it keeps all drains clear, that it replaces all filters in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications, and ensures that all electrical wiring meets local codes and conforms to the manufacturer’s specifications. In no event will SMEG or its parents, subsidiaries, or affiliates be responsible for damages which are caused, in whole or in part, by the consumer’s failure to comply with the foregoing obligations, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary or special damages, or damages in excess of the price paid for the product for which a claim is made.

Our old MW fell over and we wanted a replacement that looked good in our kitchen and would be easy to use. The Smeg SA34MX 34L exceeded our expectations and we thank Appliances Online for their excellent delivery service into the country where we live.
This microwave has a range of automatic settings (ie pasta, chicken etc) which are fantastic. I also love the microwave sleek appearance! My only annoyance is that you can’t turn the dial to quickly heat something you need to press a button to set it beforehand which can be slightly frustrating.
Once again Appliances online have got 10 out of 10 for ease of order, delivery plus removal of old appliance in a pronto fashion, great Microwave very pleased with it.
Fits right in with our other Smeg appliances. Was not after a grill especially but it has turned out to be quite handy. Excellent value for the price.
The microwave is excellent and meets our usage requirements as well suits our kitchen style. Great service by the appliances online team to deliver the product on time. Fantastic !
