We use these at work for when the client's chiller fails. It's easy to use, easy to move around and works wonderfully.

It works great! Easy set-up, even came with a little window kit so you don't have to cut up ply-wood and board up all the windows. Just screws in and you done. The unit setup is easy. Keeps the master bed room cool on hot nights i still use a fan but i would say if its 95° outside this little unit keeps this room at least 73°-75°F. For the price i paid when it was on special is totally worth it.

It's easy to install....performs flawlessly. ..not noisy as some say..

This duo air conditioner / heater is so nice. most of the time I put it on the dehumidifier, and it makes it so much nicer and cooler in the office.

Excellent air conditioning unit. I'm very pleased with it. However, It was a little tricky to set up the exhaust hose.
