Product Reviews:

It all rusted out within 2 years. Does not clean clothes that good. I had a Whirlpool for 19 years and never rusted and the clothes come clean. The dryer is ok but in less than a year the filter ripped. LG would not stand up to their product. The Whirlpool I also had for 19 years had the same filter. I only changed machines because I could no longer reach the bottom so I got the front load. Big mistake.

My Bravos Washer and Gas dryer are only a few years old, and they have both been problematic to say the least! Neither Home Depot nor Maytag have been helpful. My washer has had the shocks replaced already, because it would constantly go off balance and shut down and they can't grease the bearings because they are "sealed". So, now it sounds like an airport is in my laundry room! The gas dryer takes an entire day to half dry a load and it's burnt on the inside!

Old machine but is reliable and gets the job done well. I've been using Kenmore appliances for a few years now and have never been disappointed with its performance. I know that every time I use it my clothes will come out clean with almost no lint left on them. It also isn't as loud as other machines out there. Standard look, not an eyesore in any way but not fancy either, it has the simple yet efficient look of dependability. It is all white and easy to clean or wipe down if detergent is spilled on it, good size so doesn't take up too much space in the garage. I bought this maybe 4-5 years ago and it still is working as good as the first year of owning it. The newer models look nice and have more features, but if this one gives me 5+ more years, I'm satisfied with the model I currently have.

I've had my washer for about two years and have been disappointed from the get-go. I did a lot of research and found this to be top rated... Wrong! Even though I use the HE detergent and I've even cut down the amount with no results, it leaves gobs of soap/lint residue on most of my darks and I wind up having to either rewash on clear or rinse by hand to get rid of the stuff.I've also noticed some snagging on some brand new towels, but I attributed that to possibly the brand. Well, then I had an issue with some very expensive bottom sheets shredding and raveling and still didn't catch on. Today I noticed a different towel with similar problems, which led me here and walah! I see I'm not the only one having these issues… Darn! Warranty is expired and I'm stuck!

I have never had a problem with either my washer or dryer. Clothes are always properly washed and come out of the dryer so warm and cozy! I've had both (purchased together) for about 5 years now and have never had a problem with either. Sometimes the washer can get a little loud, but really there are no problems! Would buy again!

I purchased a new apartment sized washer dryer combo approximately 2 and a half years ago. It was always noisy when it was on the spin cycle but then the noise became unbearable so I called an authorized repair service. I was told the shaft was broken and it would cost $700 or more to repair and there was no guarantee it wouldn’t happen again, that cost me $100. I called and complained to Electrolux and they said all they would do was cover 20% of the cost of new parts which to me is next to nothing. So the lesson is if you buy from Electrolux get the extended warranty and good to you.

I just bought my first home and after well over 20 years of apartment living and not having my own washer & dryer I was so excited to finally be able to buy one! I decided on the Maytag/Bravos and even spent the extra $100 for the glass top. The "high efficiency" machine was delivered on August 8, 2016. My kids are grown so it's just me; I do one load a week give or take. A week or so ago, I noticed the washer was taking an inordinate amount of time to go from "sensing" to "washing" and even longer to get into the "washing" cycle. This past weekend, it didn't work at all. Just sat for hours with the "sensing" and "washing" lights on, without actually "washing" the clothes. The machine was packed loosely with the correct amount of High Efficiency Detergent in the proper place. I called the #Sears store I purchased the appliance from (Braintree Ma.) and they said there was nothing they could do as it was past 30 days, gave me their "customer solutions" number which is basically a call center with people who I could barely hear and/or understand. They in turn gave me more phone numbers which seemed to me to be in the same call center. I want to return the 4 month old washing machine that doesn't work and I want my money back. I've filed a report with the Massachusetts Attorney General Consumer Affairs Department. I will NEVER AGAIN shop at #Sears and I will NEVER AGAIN purchase a #Maytag appliance. I am beyond disappointed in #Sears and #Maytag, both names that used to mean quality and customer service. And if there's a class action lawsuit to be filed, please count me in.

I purchased a washer, dryer and refrigerator from Sears and it has been a terrible experience! The fridge broke twice, the dryer broke twice, and the washer broke around four times! I was told that since they fixed it last time for free, this repair was on me! If all the items didn't break numerous times, I would not be upset. But for all the items to break so many times, that's telling me that I shopped at the wrong store! The Whirlpool Cabrio sucks! So, I was told by Sears on 8/1/11 to ** it up!

I had a Kenmore set when I was raising my kids. I thought the large size and particularly the durability were great with five kids; I gave the pair a workout. I should also mention living in a rural area, Kenmore's are a more convenient brand to service. I believe my pair lasted some 15-20 years, the dryer going first.

My review mirrors all the others: Ice maker problems within couple months of purchase, water leakage problems follow, poor customer service, and repair persons said Samsung is worst refrig on the market.... We bought 3 Samsung products, they replaced the washing machine at 3 months which has been working great, but the dryer still has problems and the miserable refrig...
