3 or 4 times now (Ive lost count!) the freezer drawer has broken after just opening it. Just from pulling it and opening it! The first time we dealt with it the Service company came to fix it. Well, it’s been fixed and it has broken in the same exact way with the same pieces breaking 3 other times!. We paid a lot of money for our Viking appliances, expecting a superior product. To be honest, viking products are GARBAGE! GO ELSEWHERE! We’ve had nothing but headaches. It is extremely disappointing and aggravating. And Viking customer service is non existent and not at all helpful. Do not buy a Viking appliance!

I thought Viking products were exceptional. They are not. Our range is 15 years old and he have had it repaired four times. Each time, the cost is very high. Also, a repair business doesnt want to come to our house because we are 40 miles away. Viking did talk them into it. We have probably spent more than $1,200 on repairs since we had the range. I will not buy another Viking product.

Seeing that this is my fourth change out on my Viking Range I think I am being generous with my one star rating. The range itself has been very disappointing since it has been the same reoccurring problem. But I will admit the service deserves a 4 star.

We were remodeling our kitchen and we wanted to upgrade all of our appliances so we did get Viking for everything. However, the refrigeration portion was faulty so we called our warranty and they did replace it. Its now working fine but thats not expected when you spend that much money on a refrigerator. It was a bit disappointing. For a week, we had to figure out how we were going to store food. We ended up having two technicians come out because they didnt communicate. It was a bit of a mess but its over and Im glad.

I have a built-in Monogram that I pulled out and died and I dont how to put one. I have spent that kind of money to put a built-in back in. Ive known Viking Refrigerators for a while then I saw it in the store. It met my needs. There was something damaged on it though and I was supposed to get another drawer and I didnt. I like that it keeps the vegetables fresh although this wonderful refrigerator does not have one of those little twist-in filters. Even the way its set up, you cant put an inline filter because its built-in and you cant get to it. Theres not enough room at the bottom.

Before we purchased a range from Viking Ranges, my husband knew about the product and liked it. It was due to the companys name and because we liked the look of their product, that we went with them. We got the fridge, the oven, and the range. The range that we got is good. We havent had any issues yet with it. Weve just started using it about a month ago because we have just moved into the house which was previously under construction. For the last month, the range has been working fine. However, I surely wont ever buy a Viking product again because Ive tried to get through to Customer Service to tell them that I have a problem with my fridge, was on the phone for 40 minutes, and spoke to five different people, but I never got anywhere. So, Im not happy with Viking. Moreover, nobody in the area where we live in Toledo, Ohio, which is not a small city, will service and fix Viking products because of the experience that theyve had with the company. So, I have to go an hour away to get somebody to come in.

The Viking hood that goes with the Viking range could not be installed in my house because I do not have 10-foot ceilings. We had to purchase a non-Viking hood to match the range. We did need to call in a repairman because the ovens werent lighting nor were they maintaining the heat and the interior lights werent coming on. He said that they were not plugged in on the interior. We had been using it for a year and exactly a year later, without moving the oven or anything else, it became unplugged from the inside. But because it was still under warranty, we had it serviced very quickly. The quality has been superb.

I bought my Viking microwave (which is really made by Sharp) in August of 2013 and have already had to have the door switch replaced 3 times. It is only Nov. 4th, 2013! Guess what, today the microwave quit working for the 4th time. The same thing happens as the last 3 times. I can reset the breaker and as soon as I open the microwave door, the breaker trips again. So, I have learned to put the food in the microwave, flip the breaker and heat my food. As soon as I open the door to take out my food the breaker trips again. This has to be some kind of joke. I paid a hefty price tag for my Viking appliances and have only had a working microwave for just over half of the time Ive owned it. It always takes at least 10 days for parts to come and then 2 days to schedule a repair man. So, for a total of 35 days or so since mid-August until now, I havent had a working microwave. Now my Viking stove has an issue after just a few months. The center burner constantly tries to light. The burner is on with a flame, but the ignitor is constantly clicking and sparking, but thats another review.

I love Viking but the range that I got have been serviced already because of the ovens. The sensors on the temperature controls were popping off and now, it doesn’t hold a constant temperature. It constantly clicks all the time and re-lights. Id have to call back in on it again and get it fixed. But for the most of it, its been okay. But I wasnt too happy with the salesperson from the Viking dealer. When you spend $20,000 with somebody for your appliances in your kitchen, you would think youd get a little faster response out of people. Ive left messages with him for over a week and never been contacted back. Also, the appliances at the house weren’t installed properly. I had to call back on that. Also, I went by the details that Viking put out for the measurements on building cabinets and your measurement. If I built one to those measurements, wherein on the top side, behind the LED instrument panel was a little bracket that was screwed in to protect the controls and that little notch out was an inch high by 10-inches across, and there was no way I could put the microwave in that opening. It still got to be notched out that inch by 12-inches to get it in there. Its a mis-drawing on the diagram. Viking needs to look at those details and make sure everythings correct cause the installers wanted to knock out my stalls on the cabinet. But my cabinets werent screwed and nailed. Mine were dowels and biscuits cut together and glued. If he had knocked that stall out of that cabinet, he would have ruined that cabinet.

We have a condo here and we went to Ferguson, one of these retail stores, to look at the appliances. We liked Viking, so we bought it all from them. They looked elegant and efficient, and I liked the overall design and workmanship. When the bottom line of the refrigerator was making a noise in the back, the guy came over and fixed it. There was no problem, and it took him one minute. Then, another problem we had was that we were making too much ice. We took it out and all of a sudden, we were not making ice anymore. So, we did everything. What happened was that the ice must have frozen in the line. The guy then took it out and fixed that aspect of it, too. Now, everything is fine. It works like a charm and so we like it. It has got everything else in there. We like the Viking electric range too. It is excellent.

Awesome range - very efficient and easy to use burners that regulate heat very well. Having a professional-series product also unfortunately means that I now want to upgrade everything. Ten years ago, we saw Viking ranges when we did some other kitchen. We had bought a Samsung Dual Fuel and it was a month-old when it broke, so we sent it back. They brought us another one and that one broke too, so we decided not to go to Samsung anymore. We went out to look for a stove and where we had just remodeled our bathroom, they had a kitchen display for all their kitchen wares and were moving showroom, so all their kitchen stuff were on sale. The Viking Range was 50% off. It was $6,000 but we got it for $3,000. We were looking for a stove, so why not? Ive only had it a couple of months, but I like it. However, Im not crazy about how I cant get it to simmer low enough, and the blue light that clicks off and on, so I dont really ever know when the ovens preheated. Theres no bell that dings and says that its ready, so Im constantly looking at that light to see if it has preheated, and I wish there was. Also, I miss my drawer in the bottom where I kept all my cookie sheets and stuff, and the Viking Range doesnt have it. We had to take our microwave out and get a downdraft, and that was a bummer. It wasnt really a Viking dealer who sold it to me. It was a Fergusons Plumbing lady who did. On the other hand, one thing I do like about it real well, is the way the telescopic tray pulls out in the center.

I got a French Door Refrigerator from Viking and I like that part of it. However, Theres a ding on the door because the people who designed my kitchen didnt have clearances from Viking. So far, the quality of refrigeration hasnt been than great. Plus, the refrigerator lost power completely one time. We didnt realize it at the time and so we lost everything in the refrigerator. Additionally, one of the drawers inside the refrigerator doesnt fit properly. We called in to Viking and they sent another drawer out. However, theres a fitting below the bottom of the door which doesnt line up right. That needs to be fixed. Somebody from Viking is gonna come by my place to talk about the clearance of the door.

I chose a Wolf range and they had a part problem and couldnt get the range in in time. So, my second choice was Viking. The oven is great but the burners are hard to regulate and I don’t like them. I had somebody from one of Vikings vendors come in to look at it and make sure it was operating correctly, and it wasnt completely operating well. They fixed it. I still am not completely satisfied though. The deal was I wanted a different range to begin with, and somehow, this one arrived. I was moving into a new house, so I had to have a range to get a certificate of occupancy. So, I ended up keeping it. But my struggle with it is I can never get the burners to go low enough just to simmer. Im constantly playing with them and its irritating.

3 years ago my stove top exploded (a sealed burner unit) in my nannys face; singed her hair and eyebrows. Luckily the pot of boiling water did not go up in the air (the gas tubes held one side of the stove top in place). After repeated calls to the dealer, distributor and CEOs office I was told that since the unit was 2 months out of warranty it was not their problem. Amazing. Now I have 2 30 ovens that are about 7 y/o and they beep all day and night. However, they dont make (or repair) the electronics panel parts anymore. So again out of luck and need to pay $6,000 for the ovens to be replaced.Today I get the call that my $8,000 wine cooler, about 5 years old, needs new evaporators and it is $3 to 4,000 to repair. What a horrible company and product line. You pay full price for high end products and you get junk with a company that does not stand by its appliances. Stay far far away from Viking. I will gladly find the picture of the stove top if anyone wants to see.

I had a Viking at my previous home. I just like their product and the commercial aspect of it. The first one I had was the open burner kind of thing and all steel. With the new range, I like the way it cooks and the little LED light thing thats underneath that you can actually see the knobs that illuminate it. Compared to the old range I had that had a softer side and could easily be scratched at the back, this new one has a softer cushion and it doesnt mark like the first. The only shortcoming was my experience with the Viking dealer. I like the range and if I had just gotten it from someone else, it would have been a whole lot better. Everything did not happen like it was supposed to. The salesperson neglected to schedule the installers so I had appliances sitting in my kitchen for three days uninstalled. I went to that store so many times prior to them doing the delivery because I had such a bad feeling it wasn’t going to go right and I was right. But theyre the only game in town and I was trying to buy local instead of ordering it on the internet.

We like the refrigerator that we got from them. Its size and all its shelves are my favorite parts of the refrigerator. It has the filter and it can make ice cubes. When looking at other competitors of theirs, Vivint could step the design up a little bit. But for the price point, the refrigerator is doing what I would expect it to be doing. I havent had any issues in comparison to other issues Ive had or are having with Vikings other products such as the freestanding range. The performance has not been as expected. Ive been having some issues with the oven specifically and the griddle not working. Theyve sent some technicians multiple times who tried to fix it but its still not working. Im trying out to see about getting a replacement or refund since it’s been over four times now. Theyre easy to contact so Ill give them a 10 or an A+ for that but the follow up is lacking. Trying to get parts in has proven to be next to impossible. On three different occasions, different parts were needed for 3 separate Viking appliances, it took over one month to get parts delivered to service repairman. When questioning the repairmen (I have tried 2 different service companies) they all stated that they were unable to get anyone to answer any questions, had no tech support, and were very hard to work with. I love my appliances, however going without a dishwasher for over 1 month, after 3 service calls and still the part is not on its way. And of course the warranty is out! I need a motherboard replaced after only under 2 years of buying the appliances. $345 for just the motherboard, not to mention 3 service calls. I have bought Viking appliances for my past two kitchen renovations and I have to say I am disappointed in the quality of my latest Viking range; especially when I compare it to same Viking range we had before. The latest range makes a loud bang sound whenever we turn the oven on and it is heating up. It sounds almost like a small explosion and when it first happened, my wife and I thought something seriously happened with the oven and that it was faulty. We had a Viking technician come out to look at it and he informed us that it is becoming increasingly common with Viking ranges and that there is nothing much we can do about it.I have to say that paying a huge premium on an appliance and being told that there is little we can do about it is not a very satisfying answer. It is also embarrassing whenever we have company over and they hear the bang go off with our oven and are surprised to learn that is something we put up with every day especially after spending so much money on a high-end item. I am not exactly sure what can ever be done about this but I must say that if or when we renovate our next kitchen, I cannot say that Viking will be high on my list as appliances to purchase.

Viking Refrigerators could pack a little bit better. When we pulled it out of the box, there were one or two dents on the front of the fridge that happened when it was getting taken down off of the warehouse and shipped. Also, it makes a little bit more noise than a conventional refrigerator but I’m assuming that’s because of the size of it and the inner workings. Whenever we noticed that it was running a little bit louder than we thought it would, we would call them to come out, look at it, and make sure there was nothing wrong with the fans or anything like that. And it was super easy getting somebody out. Overall, the quality of the refrigeration has been pretty decent. It has sturdier build quality, the doors close better, and the drawers inside of it slide better.

My daughter got a KitchenAid but I don’t like it at all because when you close one door, the other one doesn’t close all the way or it stays open or you have to open both of them. Every time I go over to my daughter, I try to clean her refrigerator and five minutes later, the fingerprints are right there back again. It just really annoys me. Im kind of a brand name person and Viking means something that’s classy. I like the look and style of it. I like the weight and the handles were strong. All my appliances are very personal and I have to like the way they feel.Everything has been good with my fridge but I havent quite figured out how to work the panel on the door as far as changing the temperature and I havent really investigated it as far as the manual goes. But it stays cold. I like that it doesn’t show a lot of fingerprints.I do use a cleaner on it, but it stays on it. It keeps the fridge looking good for quite awhile. When we ordered it, it had the other grill on the bottom of it but when they delivered it it had the solid tray on the bottom. I think it was new change but I like it. Also I do like the separate compartments in the freezer. Theres a couple of shallow ones and the bigger one on the bottom.I love my Viking refrigerator. I would get another one. Some people think youre going to get Viking just because of the name but I did try to have an open mind when I went to purchase my refrigerator and checked out another one. The lower oven would not turn off and the series of buttons on the control panel fell inside the housing. After 2 weeks of calling, they sent a repair service to diagnose the problem. The circuit board was melted from heat. They came back a few days later and said it was a bad design and would fail again. 1 day later it failed again. I have a double electric built-in oven approximately 11 months old. The temperature has never worked properly, and in August, I had a technician come out to regulate the temperature. In the process, we realized the convection feature did not work properly in the top oven (and later also in the bottom oven). After two trips to regulate the temperature, the technician also ordered a new fan for the convection portion. Shortly after that, we told him to order a bottom fan as well, as that was not properly working either. He called and told me the fan would take three weeks to arrive from the factory. I asked if it was in China, and he said no, he got parts faster from China than he did from Viking in the Midwest!!I had bought the oven from Albert Lee Appliance in Bellevue, WA. I called their service department initially to complain about the temperature, and they put me in touch with the local technician, who is excellent! I never had any follow-up call from Albert Lee to see if I was being taken care of. As time progressed, and the parts had not arrived, I again called Albert Lee service, and later the salesman I bought the oven from to ask for their help. The salesman referred me to to his service department, and they said they would look into it. After three weeks, and another call to the service department, I have never heard from Albert Lee.I finally called Viking, and after three re-routings of my call, was connected to the rep in Southern California, who told me to call the Northwest rep. He returned my call the next day, and promised to get the parts overnight so my oven would work. After a week and a half, and no parts forthcoming, he called and said he would replace the oven with a new one. He did mention receiving an email notification about bad convention fans in wall-mounted ovens (which I knew from three weeks prior from the technician!). At any rate, I am now awaiting a new oven (no delivery date yet). I would NOT recommend Viking to anyone based on my experience with their sloppy, untimely repair issues. I do have a Viking cooktop, and am happy with it, but hold my breath if something goes wrong with it after this experience. Also, I would not recommend Albert Lee Appliance to anyone, for their lack of customer care, and general lack of any follow-through on customer complaints. They sell and forget, it seems, so I will buy there no more.

I bought a new house and the builder offered Viking. Compared to GE, I picked Viking. However, its not so great so far because not only were the refrigerator shelves broken, I also get a lot of inconsistent temperatures inside. And everything freezes at the the top and bottom shelves. Things are going really bad. So, theres no good circulation of cool air. I sent an email to them a couple of months ago to see if they can send me a replacement but I dont have anything yet. I had a dishwasher that also broke down within a year. I had a lot of difficulty getting through to Viking. I was trying to tell them what happened. It took them a long time to understand when I called them. I asked them if they can just replace the dishwasher because Ive been waiting long to get it fixed. They sent me to the customer service but they couldnt understand what I was asking them to do. They were reaching out to the appliance repair guy when I was asking them to replace it in the first place. I had a very frustrating time. Thankfully its repaired now but it took them two months to get it fixed. I always thought Viking was a very good brand. Im very disappointed. Im not really recommending Viking to any of my friends until I think otherwise.

Our experience with Viking has been great. We have been chefs for 25 years and we love to cook in Viking. We like the quality, the sturdiness, the heat that its providing and it can cook very evenly. We use it at home and we also love the convection oven. Working with the Viking Range is great and it makes you love cooking.

I truly love my Viking range. I got it for less than half price, so I was happy. It was a floor model, an upgrade for a good price for what I was planning on getting for our kitchen, and it looks awesome. I use it a lot. I just wish it had a lower blow. It is kind of thermonuclear sometimes. Also, I wish that the oven would heat up a little faster. It seems to take longer than the range we had before, which was a much lower end. Other than that, it is all good. I would totally tell people to go for Viking.

I put in a gourmet kitchen so I wanted the best appliance, and since Viking is a well-known brand, I then got a refrigerator from them. We purchased it at Ferguson in Scottsdale and the gal who helped us there, Veronica, was very knowledgeable and she had great suggestions. Also, she knew what she was doing and I appreciated her input on appliances. I had a Sub-Zero one time, which I hated and I tore it up. On the contrary, I love my Viking refrigerator and the freezer. I love that my Viking is big and so spacious, and I like the soft-close drawers in the refrigerator.

Purchased Viking stove and built in Viking microwave VMOS200 while kitchen was being remodeled so it sat in warehouse for around a year. Microwave installed and worked fine for about 10 years, and then it stopped heating the food. Researched cost of repairs and found them to be way high in cost because of labor and the cost of parts needed. Researched for similar issues, to find out that other with same problem as a result of some switches behind the keypad that were bad and needed to be changed. As per Viking the little switch would cost around $22.00 ea. I worked as a purchaser of electronic components and I thought it sounded fishy for a switch to cost that much. I used to pay pennies for some switches and granted there are different types for different uses, but nothing could justify $22.00. I took the switch description and specs and fed it into Google and like magic had a list of them including the one from Viking. Found the one that matched my needs for less than $3.00 ea., sent description of it to Viking and asked what the difference was.Vikings response was that there wasnt any difference between them and either one would be perfectly good to solve the problem with my Viking microwave. I purchased over $25.00 worth of switches because I wanted free shipping. Also, this model has 4 switches behind the keypad and I was not sure if one or more switches were bad. They are ripping off consumers with their high prices for appliances built by Sharp and sticking their Viking name on them and selling their made in China switches for $22.00. If this is not illegal, it should be!??? Does Consumer Affairs look into things like this? Wish they did.

I bought a house that has a Viking Range. So far, the quality is good. I like the stovetop with the gas and heavy-duty grates. It’s easy to maintain and clean. However, I recently called them about some parts. There were some little rubber grommets on the bottom of the stove grate that shrink with heat and fall out. And I still haven’t received my replacement parts they offered. But other than that, the oven itself is very efficient and cooks way quicker than I expected. Plus, my interaction with the reps was good and they were helpful and friendly.

I bought an upgraded Viking gas oven with the highest quality cooktop/burners. I opted for this upgrade mainly for the burners and the self cleaning feature of the oven. The FIRST TIME the self cleaning feature was used, the oven door would not unlock! Evidently, the oven door locks when the self cleaning feature is activated to prevent a child from opening the door and getting burned. Makes sense (except any opening of the door while in use would result in burns). One would think that a distortion of a bi-metal plate would enable this locking feature. Viking, however, uses some electronic mechanism (some cheap piece of crap) which breaks down when exposed to heat! GENIUS! This mechanism evidently breaks down often and the Viking-recommended repair man suggested breaking the lock mechanism to enable opening of door rather than repairing since it would break again! HERES the KICKER -- THE SELF CLEANING FEATURE WILL NOT ENGAGE ever again because the self locking door is inoperable. PATHETIC. Viking should be ashamed of themselves. As in all these other reviews. Buyer beware. DO NOT BUY!!!!

The fridge has been great except for this freezer function thing. It was kind of upsetting considering how much money the refrigerator cost. You think theyd work that out before it got to me. I would recommend it, but Id tell others about the icemaker issue. Other than that, the Viking looks amazing and the overall quality is great. I like the metal functions. The inside of the doors are not plastic so they’re cleaner. What I like the most is that somehow my food lasts longer. Our 36 wide Professional 36 model Viking Range wouldnt hold the correct temperature and required six (yes 6) visits by the repairman to correct the problem. One might suspect that the repairman didnt know what they were doing, but its actually quite the contrary. They started the process by trying to eliminate the most commonly occurring problem(s) first, then moved on to the more complex issues. Bottom line, during the course of the multiple visits, the repairman said that it takes them an average of 4 to 6 visits to get Viking products working properly!!! (If I produced such an inferior product at my company Id have been out of business by now.) One big problem that still needs to be addressed is the obnoxiously noisy fan that Viking provided, to keep the oven cool enough to not melt the mother (control) board. Nothing like a roaring oven fan in the background when youre trying to have a quiet dinner conversation, eh? Personally, Id never buy OR recommend Viking to anyone, as the quality of their product is way beyond mediocre. Oh, almost forgot to talk about the problem were having with our Viking double door refrigerator, where when you close one door, the other pops open!!! Nothing like having quality (and pretty darn expensive) products in the kitchen to come home to every day, eh?

When we bought the house, it was a new construction. Apple Homes has been building since the Truman administration and we went with the quality and reputation of the builder. Ive had a number of different houses and appliances like Wolf, Thermador, Sub-Zero and LG. The appliances I was really satisfied with was Wolf but Ive always wanted Viking. Then this house had Viking and one of the considerations when we bought it was having the appliances we liked. We had used the Viking range for almost a year and then it freaked everybody out during a dinner party, because as my girlfriend opened it up, the door literally came off in her hand and when she let down, it hit the floor pretty hard. The range is a Professional and it has a heavy door. It was lucky it didnt land on her foot as the door couldve broken it. There was only one service tech in this area and that’s who came out and put the door on. He also said that when it was installed, it may not have had the door adjusted right because it was bent and it fell out. From what Apple Homes told me, the installer was Viking-approved because they got it from whoever could sell Viking. Yet they did it incorrectly so its like damned if you do and youre damned if you dont.Plus, weve had problems with the Viking refrigerator too. The ice machine goes everywhere when we use it and it doesnt click off. Its just poor design. I even thought it was a Professional but the service person told us it was actually another manufacturer that did that particular model for Viking. It wasnt really a Viking. Thats very misleading and I wasnt aware of that. The service cost us $100 because when the service person came out, they said he couldnt find our warranty online and we couldnt find copies either. We had sent all the registration and we dated it from when we first moved in. So we got it again from the builder and refilled it out. However, the service guy did say that Viking might reimburse the $100 service call fee. This happened just right after our first year and Im not sure but I think appliances got more than a one-year warranty. I hope so, for something that expensive. Hopefully it wont have any other issues because we like the way it cooks. We loved the stove and we wouldve recommended it until the door fell off. When that happened, we hated it.

We have had Viking Ranges since they pretty much came out. We are on our third Viking Range. When we remodeled our house, my husband wanted to get me something high quality because I’m a baker and I cook a lot. So we’ve researched and thats what came up. I like the way the Viking Range looks. We also renovate houses since the 80s and we always put a Viking Range in there. We flip higher end houses and people wanted Viking look or Wolf. We bought one Wolf and I hated the Wolf. I was like, Forget it. I don’t have to buy another Wolf. Weve bought plenty of Viking Ranges. The first one I had was a gas range and I loved it. And then we traded that for a dual fuel electric oven which I hated. The oven was much smaller and I couldnt fit all my baking pans. I couldnt even fit a turkey in it. I was really disappointed in that. It also started arching, spitting and shooting flames out the vent and the top. Wed called Viking to find out if there was any root cause. And they said not that they are aware of. So we ended up going through our insurance company in getting a new one. I got the Dual Fuel Viking Range. Its the four-burner. They did change the oven so its much bigger. Ive baked four cakes already with it and its only been a month. I wish they would have had one on the floor so I could have looked at it. But most people arent caring them because theyre so expensive. The people that I talked to at Viking have been very nice. But I wish we could have gotten more information about the other one that had started the fire. They didnt seem very interested and we still have that oven. They werent also going to take the oven so we figured we just hang on to it and see. Were thinking of making an outside kitchen and just tearing the oven apart and turning it into an outside stove. They also have people who came to hook a Viking Range up but hooked up the electric cord wrong. So then we didnt have an oven for a week cause it wouldnt work. Somebody came to fix it. They replaced the cord and took it right one on and that works great.

When our builder gave us two options, whether the lower grade or the higher grade, I went with the higher grade which was Viking. I have already known that Viking Refrigerators were better and I like them. I like how easily I can move the shelf and I like the partial shelf a lot which drops under so I can put more tall things on the inside shelf. But one thing I don’t like about the Viking Refrigerator is the icemaker. The refrigerator is a three-door and I love the way the bottom freezer opens but every time I do the ice, it knocks an ice cube underneath. It’s crazy and I can’t get it to stop doing that. I’ve called it in but they told me that it is a standard problem. If I would have known that problem, I wouldn’t have bought it because it’s aggravating for me to chase around ice cubes under the refrigerator. They shouldn’t be there but it spits them out to the floor in front but if I pull the door out, they drop down behind the door. Also, the freezer part needs development because the top tray sticks and it’s hard to remove sometimes, and it’s brand new. I’ve seen the double drawer and I don’t know if I can have that in the freezer part at the bottom where the one big solid door with two racks inside is. They have a slim drawer on the outside and it’s the rest of the door, and even that would be a better model. Then, the first time I got my refrigeration filters, it took three months to get the filters replaced. It was some back order and I never knew the status of it. It was really aggravating and absolutely crazy how long it took to get the filter cartridge because it’s brand new. I really wanted them replaced for a while and it took at least two months come through. I didn’t even know that the order was still placed because I never got any feedback. So, there was really poor communication. I called Viking customer service and it was crazy. When I called the warranty department, the phone went automatically to their “We’re out for lunch.” I ended up calling a different department and said, “I’ve left messages on the line. I’m in the east coast. You can’t be out for lunch at 1 because it’s 8 AM.” They called me back and Desiree was lovely and was wondering why I was getting that message so I told her to try the number I called. There was another person who helped me, because the house was in North Carolina, and we’ve had an easy 10 hours in trying to contact Viking, which is beyond reasonable. I’m surprised they haven’t called to follow up on the status yet. Viking sent three different people to see if they would fix the machine. The first two wouldn’t even come for service because they don’t service Viking. Now, I fully expect the service for any repairs to be that awful. I should have shopped for a different model or looked for different ones because they’re a pain in the butt.

Viking should not ever let Best Buy sell their products again. I totally understand that there’s a shortage of product and people to build product. But Best Buy ordered it for me, initially, then they canceled the order, then they triple billed me. I was paying $18,000 for the stove at one point. Then, come to find out, it sat in their warehouse for two months. Then they shipped it and brought it, but they brought the wrong one. They ordered a propane stove instead of a gas stove. My husband enjoys cooking. We were looking at other ranges all around the same price and we found Viking. It was on sale at the store and we were saving a couple of thousand bucks. So far, it seems it has a good quality. I like the blue light that lights up the knobs. Without it, I wouldn’t be able to see what I’m doing. I also like the way the racks inside the oven slide nicely. The sales rep was friendly. But after the purchase was made my husband had a few questions, and they weren’t so quick to talk to him or call him back like they were before the purchase. Also, I find it odd that it doesn’t have a self-cleaning oven. When I turn the burners on they don’t always ignite and burn evenly the way I would expect them to. I do the baking and seeing that it’s Christmas, I’ve been making cookies that I can only bake in the middle rack. It’s funny because in all the advertisements they show a door opens full of all kinds of goodies on all three levels, and I can’t cook that way. I have the middle rack and that’s it. Anything on top or bottom burns. And they’re not removable racks, except for the middle one. The top and the bottom are on roller slide, that’s why they move so easily. I can’t just pull it out and move it up or down.

My experience has been horrible. I planned and did everything right. I wanted to make sure I researched. I wanted to support the country too. What I was thinking was either Miele or Viking. Miele was made by Germany while Viking was made in the US. Ive built my house and everything we use is made in the USA. Pacific Sales told me to go with a Viking. I asked how was their service and they said everything is perfect. When we called them, they said it would take longer. It was about closer to Thanksgiving time. They said it takes about eight weeks to build it. Somehow, somewhere, somebody called me one day and said they had one Viking unit sitting in the warehouse. I asked if it was a return unit and the guy said no. They brought it to the house and installed it. After a couple of months, we smelled gas. I called the gas company and they detected the whole house and found out it was the unit which was leaking the gas so they shut it off. When you turn the oven on, youll hear a tick, tick, tick but it will not ignite. Then it will fill up the whole house with gas smell. When I called the service company, I told them, “The gas company canceled my gas. Can you send somebody so they can fix it? The lady said, Oh, we have until next week. When we told the gas company we smelled gas, they showed up within an hour because it was urgent. The guy opened the whole unit and found out that the end of the gas igniter and all the electrical were exposed. It was sparking at the back of it instead of the front. He said it could cause an explosion so he unhooked it and said I could not use it until they replaced it. They came over and changed it but again, it started the other side. At that moment, I called Pacific Sales. I told them I bought this thing for safety. I have young children. It made me uncomfortable to use this unit. I didnt want it anymore. If they could replace it, that would be great. I didnt wanna keep calling somebody. What I found out was that the best interest of the companies that they use for repairs is to come back because every time they come back, theyre charging Viking service fee. Theyre the one who can make the decision whether things could be repaired or whether things could be exchanged and they always say it will not be exchanged it but it will be repaired. They came back again and this time, the grill was not fitting. The guy bent the pipe. I said, Isnt this pipe engineered and shouldnt have bent like the way youve done? He said it was okay. Theyre supposed to quality check before they ship it. It should have been tested if it closed perfectly. So I called called Pacific Sale back. They kept giving me the runaround. The other day, I called them and said, Every time you do it, the same thing keeps going. Im tired of somebody coming to my house and doing this thing.” They said they were not gonna change. They were gonna send another third party company to look at it if I wanted that but they were not gonna replace it. The griller doesnt work. You turn it on and wait. One day it works, one day it doesnt. They said somebody will contact me within 24 to 48 hours but they never contacted me. The other day, I told the lady, You know me. I talked to you many times, right? She said, Yeah, yeah, Mr. **. I talked to you. Now, I actually have a report for you. My boss told me no, were not gonna do it. I asked if he could call call me but she told me he doesnt call. Im discussing with my attorney what are my options are. Its not right. My familys safety is important. I regret it ever buying this unit. I wish I never dealt with them. I spent closer to $60,000 for that purchase. Viking hood and Viking range are the two things I bought. The rest of it was Sub-Zero and Miele and I have no issue with those equipment.

We went to a local appliance store and looked at a number of different brands and models. I did some research online. Ultimately, after the salesperson had described the aspects of each, we settled on the Viking. Viking has that kind of a household cache to it. It seemed to have a good track record. My wife is an interior designer so she has helped clients choose their appliances, and the feedback she has gotten has been positive too. We like the looks of the range and the burner configuration was to our liking. However, I wish it had a timer or a clock on it. We had to buy an auxiliary timer. Our previous stove had one and it was quite convenient. We had gotten used to that over the years so that was a bit inconvenient. Also, the dials are black on black, which makes it a bit tough to read. You have to get down low. If there was some contrast to the dials to make it easier to read, that would be an improvement. And the blower that cools the unit down is a bit annoying. It comes on a lot and lasts for quite a while. We had to make a service call because the igniter was not catching and it was spewing gas into the kitchen. We had to call the Fire Department the first time it happened. It happened over the Christmas vacation so repairmen weren’t open, and the one appliance repairman who services our entire county was backed up for three weeks. We had to live with that problem for three weeks and that was very frustrating. We did finally get the technician in, and he took the range all apart, moved the igniter closer to the gas outlet, and we haven’t had a problem with it since.

We have used Viking products in the past and really liked it. We have a Viking range and an oven, a cooktop stove, and a microwave so we got a refrigerator and it matched everything else. Weve been using it for about a month now and so far, its good. The experience is absolutely great. Its pleasurable and hassle-free. The only thing is its not the easiest thing in the world to level in comparison to any other fridge that Ive had. But its not that big of a deal and we got it leveled. Other than that, everything is absolutely fantastic.

We installed all Viking appliances when we built our home. Thinking we had made a great decision on a high end appliance line. It has been very frustrating dealing with these appliances. The dishwasher stopped working and it was more to have it fixed than to purchase a new one. The double ovens have been running 75 degrees high after a year. After many expensive service calls they still are not fixed. The double sided refrigerator has been replaced once and the current refrigerator freezes food that is in certain areas of the refrigerator as well as we cannot regulate the temperature in the freezer, causes food to thaw. We have had many expensive service calls with no success in resolving this very frustrating problem. Viking appliances are beautiful but there is obviously a serious problem with their products.

I purchased our Viking Refrigerator Model DFSB423D 48 side by side in 2005 and have had nothing but problems since 2006. Ice maker stopped working, tray at bottom fills, etc. Ice maker was replaced and its still having problems. After a year of services, Viking has said that the seal is unrepairable. They have offered us 50% off a new unit. So, we will be out of pocket $4800 for a refrigerator we dont even want. They need to replace the unit with no cost to us. There is a lemon law for appliances. How come no one has hired an attorney or started a class action? We are sending our final letter. We will wait for a response and then if the response is unacceptable, we will be hiring an attorney. Join us!

My stove had a manufacturing defect and failed to work properly from the outset. The oven would not hold a temperature and could not be calibrated. It took weeks and many, many phone calls and threats to get it repaired. After many requests and escalation to Viking customer relations, Viking finally agreed to send the necessary part by overnight mail. However, they did not make good on this promise. The part did not arrive for another week. We were exceedingly unhappy with the initial defect and with the very poor customer service. We are long-time Viking customers and would think hard before buying another Viking stove.

A condominium I bought in California many years ago already had a Viking installed. It was brand new and it had one of the big double ovens with the six things on top and the grill. The gas burners are very efficient, very powerful and I love them. However, were now in our second home in Washington state, and we found out that most of the dealers here have quit carrying Viking. They said it was very difficult to get service up here, so Im a little concerned that I made the choice. I didnt realize they were closing it out when I got this last range. Ive had four ranges, and Ive been happy with them. I had trouble with a couple of things on the range I bought in California in my condominium, including the modernized clock it had on it, but I always got service out and they took care of it. So far Ive had a really good experience with Viking and they were good.

I was a little disappointed in the delivery from the vendor that I got the range from. He kinda just threw it on the front door and left. It wasn’t installed, so I had my contractors install it. But there was some damage. I don’t know if the guy damaged it on the front kick plate right under the oven. Once I called, they sent someone quickly and replaced it. Overall, it’s a great product. Ive known about Viking Refrigerators for a long time. We purchased a home recently that had a built-in refrigerator and it had a sub-zero that was not working. I went over to Best Buy to check some stuff out. I knew they had the Pacific Home in there so I went in and got the Viking fridge. We had a rocky start because when they came and delivered it, the refrigeration door was approximately a half an inch lower than the freezer door. And there was no adjusting it. They had to basically come out, take the door off, put some spacers underneath the one side to level it out and get it all to work right, which is pretty frustrating for a $12,000 refrigerator. At first, Best Buy said, Well, youre gonna have to call Viking. and I said, Im not gonna call anybody. I bought it from you so you guys can figure it out or you can come pick up your refrigerator and Ill buy from somebody else. And they figured it out. The lady I talked with at the dealership was very helpful. When she wasnt available the day that I called and there was an issue, she called me the next day. She also called me after the follow up when they came out and fixed it to make sure everything is okay and did a great job.Everything is great. I do like that all the shelving on the doors is all metal instead of the flimsy plastic. We have a separate ice maker so we don’t really use the one inside of it too much. It doesnt seem to hold a lot so if that was our only ice maker, that would probably be a downside for us. Overall, the refrigerator is very solid. Were looking to hopefully buy an in-wall oven and a dishwasher from Viking soon.

We had an old Sub-Zero and we needed to replace it because it was not possible to repair it. We were trying to find an appliance who can go inside the place and we had a few choices. Viking Refrigerators model was the right price and it was a high-quality product. We had a problem with the delivery of the fridge to our home. They broke our product during the transport but the fridge seems to be working properly. And the installation was really complicated for the installer. They took three hours to adjust everything and it was really difficult, so thats the thing that we cant fix. Also, the shelves inside are too soft, so when you put like a turkey inside, the shelf bends. And it makes a lot of noise and we were surprised by the noise of that model of that price. Now, we are waiting for a technician to repair the damage during transport. They have to change a part of the door and another thing that broke during the bad delivery. Also, in the store, they told us that model adds a two-year guarantee and in the manual that we have, they said three years of guarantee. The technician told me that usually when he comes to repair over the guarantee, he always took the information in the manual. He told us maybe its a two-year on our bill but if we could take a picture of the manual and say its a three-year guarantee from the date of purchase or delivery date. I would like to receive a confirmation if its true because it seems that they change the base guarantee. We bought an extended guarantee because we want to use that product for the next 20-year. We dont want a problem. I would appreciate receiving a confirmation that that model we have has a three-year guarantee as a base guarantee.

This is the worst refrigerator on the market. In the 2.5 years we have owned the unit, we have had the following issues: handle broke off the ice drawer, handle broke off the vegetable crisper drawer, the hinge that keeps the door from hyper-extending has busted twice, the fan went bad, AND on top of that there is a faulty design with the circulation system that is supposed to circulate air from the freezer to the refrigerator -- it causes everything on the top shelf of the refrigerator to freeze, so we cant put anything on the top shelf (I talked to many Viking employees who admit they are aware of the problem and theres nothing they can do about it)! I just called customer service to plead for a new crisper drawer since our warranty just expired and it is clearly a faulty design. The handle is not secure on the drawers and breaks off very easily and they said, No, you will have to pay $213 PLUS shipping and handling for a new plastic drawer. The last refrigerator we owned cost $10,000 less and we didnt have a single problem in 10 years. Please dont buy a Viking refrigerator!

Viking refrigerators had the designs we were interested in so I bought from them. But the quality is very substandard. They had to replace the first refrigerator because it was defective. It took eight service calls with countless calls back and forth over a period of seven months to finally replace it. Then, they shipped a new one and before they installed it, the installer scraped off the insulation on the outside of the door. It was a custom ready refrigerator so we installed our own custom panel on the outside of the refrigerator. So now, we’re getting water drippage between the refrigerator door and the inside surface of the custom panel onto our hardwood floors. And the food is freezing inside the refrigerator.I’ve been going back and forth with Viking for a couple of weeks about this and I found out that they changed the engineering on the door. They’re saying that they can have new doors installed but they can’t be held accountable if my custom panels won’t fit the door. They’re not giving me any help. I called Juanita, the supervisor in the customer service department and she doesn’t answer our calls and doesn’t return calls readily. It’s ridiculous. My whole kitchen was breaking. I have this very expensive 42-inch side by side refrigerator, the dishwasher and the warming drawer. All the appliances are Viking. And then I don’t get straight answers from them at all. It wasn’t a good experience. I would not recommend it.

I bought a house and it had an older Viking range and a Bosch dishwasher. I needed to replace my refrigerator so I wanted it to be Viking. I chose Viking because I wanted it to match the stove. Besides, Bosch did not have as good reviews as Viking. And I was a bit limited as I live in a very old house and it’s a standalone refrigerator. It’s not a built-in and there aren’t a lot of those high-end available and Viking had a nice one. So I purchased the refrigerator through Best Buy and they were very nice. They didnt have the refrigerator on the showroom floor and this guy named Ryan found it for me when I told him exactly what I needed. When I bought the French Door refrigerator, it was fine. I like the way it looks, as well as its lighting. But then it began making high-pitch tinging noise that was driving me crazy. I had an appliance guy come in to check it and I pointed it out and he took a video and told me that its no good. It was not the fan which a lot of people thought. The fan makes a fine sound. Almost a comforting sound. But this was a metal on metal and it was the condenser. They put me in touch with Viking and they sent out a technician and he put some sound deadening material on the condenser which has solved the problem. Thing is, it should be designed that way in the first place. Its silly. And also right there in the back of the fridge is a crazy piece of cardboard which doesn’t make any sense. It should be a metal panel. But overall, its a very nice fridge with a very good price. I would recommend Viking.

I am in the midst of a kitchen remodel. When searching for a range, Viking was definitely the brand at the top of my list. We were in Best Buy one afternoon for something unrelated. I went over to the range section of the store to browse, not knowing that Best Buy even carried Viking. As I walked through the aisles I noticed a white Viking Range. It was beautiful and fit my kitchen design perfectly. When we asked about the range, we were told it was returned by the customer, it didnt fit their design. So we purchased it immediately out of box. Last week, my contractors brought it into our home and installed it. Right away, we realized it was not working properly. We were told when we bought it, there was a two year warranty. I made a call to customer support. They patched me through to a technician who thought the issue was air in the gas line. We ran the range several times, following his instructions, and it still did not work. I called back to customer support and was told I had to register first and that takes 24 hours. I registered the range and called back the next day. I was then told the product was registered to someone else. The rep said he had to do some investigation and called me back. Turns out my warranty is expired because the customer who returned the range registered it and this had occurred two years prior. That was their final answer and they did nothing to rectify my issue. So, now I sit here with a Viking range that does not work in my brand new kitchen. While we are pursuing Best Buy to resolve our issue, I feel that the help I receive with my issue was unacceptable, given the price and reputation of the product. I will never look at another Viking product.Updated on 07/05/2018: We bought an “out of box” Viking range from Best Buy. We were told there was a 2 yr warranty - that was Best Buy’s error. When installed, the range did not work. After calling Viking Customer Service 4 times, I gave up. No one called me back. I called a Viking certified repair place and paid to have them come out. It was going to cost $1700 to fix my NEW range. AND, the technician recommended I return it as it looked like it had been taken apart. I did as he recommended and bought a different brand. I will NEVER buy Viking again.

After 2 hours of attempting repair and figuring codes we still have a non working Viking refrigerator. I have never had an issue with a cooling fan (per code) and have paid less than half of this money for other refrigerators. Bought a home with all-Viking appliances. They LOOK heavy duty, and the range certainly is. Problem is, they dont work as well or have many features available on more popular consumer brands like GE, KitchenAid, etc., that cost much, much less. Our Viking range has racks that are impossible to pull out. In our other home, our GE Monogram has beautiful ball-bearing shelves that glide fully in or out with ease. The Viking fridge has shelves and compartments that are all cracked, even though its pretty new. It beeps once in a while for no apparent reason (the door is CLOSED! ); its slow to make ice, and has no ice or water through the door. Seriously? Why would anyone pay thousands for this junk when other brands have better features, more durability and cost far less to service?

We were looking at the Wolf, and it was out of my price range. And the only reason I looked at the Wolf is because of its name in the industry. When we went to the store, the gentleman pointed out that its not necessarily the best product on the market. Its just got a following and a name. It was my first time purchasing a gas stove and he showed us the Viking. He told us a little bit about it and the features, and it had a model that they were actually discontinuing and it was a really good deal and we picked it up.Even our renovator who installed it said, This is a really good oven, because of the way it cleans. The grill of Wolf is tight so its harder to clean. With Viking its so easy to just pick up the grill and wipe it and its done. I love the product. You can really control the heat and Ive never cooked with gas before. I was reluctant, but its a lot more controlled in the heat in how you cook so I like it.The rep was also really good and knowledgeable and not pushy when I first went. He educated me on this. So check out the product because the Wolf and the Sub-zeros got its name in the industry and then everybody wants one, but they don’t realize that theres this other product that are just as competitive and has better price points that are equally or if not, better.

The oven will intermittently not cycle and reignite to maintain temperature. The range is now nearly the end of the warranty and replacement parts, motherboard, and gas valve have been on backorder for months. After numerous calls to the authorized service center over the past two and a half years, the problem is getting worse. We bought a Viking Refrigerator on 20th of September. And then, we heard some grinding noise from the compressor. We had a previous refrigerator that failed and it’s giving the same sound. Also, when we got the refrigerator, there was a ding on the top of the door and the people who sold it to us said they’re going to get a replacement door and a replacement shelf that was cracked inside the door. They haven’t done anything yet, and it’s a little bit frustrating spending $3,500 on a refrigerator and then you have to deal with the people who sold it to us, who said they will just bring another one. They didnt even adjust the doors, so the doors arent realigned. In October, I called the main Viking office because I wasn’t getting anywhere with the local dealer. However, it was super hectic during the holidays so I haven’t had time to call back Viking and find out what happened after they took all of our information. We’re supposedly going to send it to someone so they could call us because nothing came up in the system right away for our location. They had to search for someone to service it or come check the unit, and so I just wanted someone to come and replace it because even though we love the fridge, there are so many problems in just within two weeks of having it. When we did a complete remodel of our kitchen in 2018 we purchased Viking range top, downdraft vent & dual wall ovens. Viking had a promotion going where they threw in the dishwasher. The dishwasher stopped working in late January 2019, about 8 months after installation. We called the Viking authorized appliance repair company. They sent a service tech out 8 days later. He informed us the dishwasher had a bad water pump and circuit board. Told us it would take a week or two to get replacement parts. Never heard back so after two weeks I called the service center and was informed the parts would be in late March which means were out of a dishwasher for over 2 months.I am a general contractor with over 40 years in the business and have never experienced a dishwasher failure. I guess that is why Viking is giving them away! I may go ahead and purchase a Miele and throw this Viking unit out. I dont know how Viking can justify two month wait times for parts. We have all Viking appliances. We have the convection oven, microwave, dishwasher and range. All are great. We had been going to open houses and a lot of the model homes have Viking appliances. I got a Viking refrigerator for the high-end performance and the quality is very good. However, I had gone to an authorized Viking dealer and the people there were not so great. I would not recommend that store ever again. It was just a regular store in Pleasanton. They sold many different high-end brands but we had already chosen Viking so we went in and just said we wanted Viking. The sales guy was fine but once we got to the order phase, the manager of the store dropped the ball and didn’t place the order. They told me it would be two weeks and it ended up being about seven weeks before the appliances arrived. We were under a full kitchen remodel so all the old appliances were gone, and it was the holidays. I had to get involved with the corporate office before they did anything about it. Also, one of the burners on the range isn’t working very well now so I have to call for service on that. Its a six-burner stove and its only a month old. 10 years ago we bought a 42 inch side by side frig. Service and repair began regular visits from day three and it has been a terrible experience. There are too many issues to list here, but if any one cared I would be glad to share the rap sheet. The original dealer was Sewell Appliance in Sandy Springs, GA and the service company was Hadco. One of the frustrating issues was that many of the diagnosis discussions did not make sense. Cause and effect, symptoms and solutions, etc. are not always rocket science. Many ill-fated service calls have been endured. Once again, details available upon request. We have lost contents several times and constantly put up with. High temps, iced up element, overflowing drain pan, on and on - we now have a small back up fridge plus TWO $160 freezers to rely on. I have no confidence in the Viking fridge. Im surprised they are still made. I curse the day we saved $700 by not buying a Subzero. What do I want? I would like to have a qualified Viking rep look at my service records and admit that this is not normal. In the meantime, I would never have a Viking product and am seeking ways to publicize my opinion until Viking would step in for some sort of acknowledgement.

We purchased an entire suite of professional-grade Viking kitchen appliances. My wife is a very good cook, so she wanted a gas range with Viking as a name, and we thought the refrigeration would be good too. However, I just had somebody come in to repair my refrigerator cause its a defect. The drain was not designed properly, so it would basically freeze up or clog up at the end of the day and then back up. And then, I ended up with ice below my freezer tray. It would melt on the door below the freezer door and then get my floor wet. As a result, I have cupping on my wood floor. So, not only did I pay the repair company that just recently came over $170-$200, which I havent even been reimbursed yet for, but I also have damaged floor.I havent had Viking contact me regarding that yet, and that was something I was expecting a call on. I reached out to them first, and they informed me that if it was a sealed component, it would be covered under warranty but if it wasnt, it wouldnt be. I ordered a part for the snap tray from a repair company, and I asked about the refrigerator and its leaking characteristics. They mentioned that there was a fix for it, and Viking knows about it. A notice was sent out and apparently, Viking has amnesia with that. They dont know of any notice. Theres no recall, yet its clearly a defective product.

I Upgraded our New home by Purchasing All Viking Appliances which was quite an Expensive Upgrade!! Terrible products!! The microwave had plastic covered controls on the front that within a year wore out. You could see fingerprints marks on the frequently used numbers, it looked terrible!! The microwave burnt popcorn even when you used the ‘popcorn setting’! Within a few years (after the warranty expired) it stopped working and I had to have it fixed!! The other appliances were just as bad! Don’t purchase Viking Products!!!

Following a friends recommendation, I got a Viking range and its beautiful. I got the black one and not only does it work well, but it’s nice-looking. The quality is really good too. I love cooking with it, although there are things that it can do that I havent utilized yet because I’ve only had it hooked up for about four months. Also, when I first got it, the broiler was broken. They just fixed that about a month ago. Its an amazing broiler, it goes over the whole top of the oven. It took a long time for them to come out to get it fixed because I live in a rural area. There was some problem with me getting the paperwork, but it didn’t have to do with Viking. I bought it through AJ Madison, and their company was the one that I was having trouble with obtaining the paperwork so that I could get the product registered, and then I could get it serviced for free under the warranty. The person who handled it did a good job, and it works now.Apart from the broiler, which I love that, I also love that on a standard stove that I’m used to, it has the smaller center burners, and these can all go to the boiling. And then they have one that’s huge, so it really gets your water boiling quickly. It also has a dehydrator built into it, which is amazing. It bakes well, too. I’ve had good experience with everything. I would buy one again for sure.
