I went to an appliance store and compared Viking to others. There was a Viking representative in there who showed me some things that were different about the range. So thats when I made my final decision. Ive only owned the range for six months and I really like the dual fuel.

My husband wanted to go with Viking. When we were at a store, they were trying to persuade us not to. They kept telling us that the Viking refrigerator tend to fail quite often and a lot of their customers actually had problems with it once it goes out of warranty, and so they have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. So, we were persuaded not to get it but my husband was determined to get it because we bought extended warranty. We like our refrigerator. We dont have any problems with it overall. We have the one side freezer, and one side fridge. We like it. Its big. I like the icemaker. Its convenient because its so wide. I wish theres more space, but overall, it functions fine. So far, were satisfied.

I have some friends who have Viking at their home and Ive heard a lot of good reviews about the brand. I liked its name, quality and the look of it. It’s also pretty durable from what I was told. Things went perfectly fine with the dealer. I bought an eight-burner range and I like the grill part of it where I could cook steak on the side.

Our Viking built-in refrigerator door fell off, on top of my 8 year old son. The hinges that broke were actually the replacement hinges that were given to us by Viking after the initial door hinge recall in 2009. The replacement hinges were only in place only a year before failing. Has anyone else had a replacement hinge fail?My 8 year old sustained some minor injuries. The door, which weighs a couple hundred pounds, damaged my tile and also dented one of my ovens. I am now without a refrigerator as I will not allow the door to be replaced a third time.

Our builder put Viking range, dishwasher, and refrigerator in our home. The range is great but I already had to replace the motherboard on the refrigerator within six months. The seal around the freezer chipped because the availability of getting a motherboard took an extra number of weeks. The appliance company sent somebody out and said we needed a motherboard. They tried to communicate with Viking but they werent successful. So we ended up calling Viking and then we rescheduled the guy to come out to put it in. I wondered about that a little bit and I wasnt happy with that at all. I wish they were a little more customer service oriented. If Im gonna recommend Viking, then it will be something based on my experience with them and not how I like their range. My little experience with the refirgerator has clouded my perception and I would not choose Viking if I had to replace an appliance.

We’ve previously lived in houses and in rentals that had Viking in them and I know that it’s a good brand. And when we were looking at the appliances, there was a couple that fitted in our budget and we also looked at the style of the oven. We looked at Wolf and Sub-Zero, and Viking, just a combination of the style, price, and functionality, won out over those. We bought a Viking refrigerator and a range from an online company out of New Jersey. It came from the factory and it looked like it had been packed up with a dent in the door. It was underneath all the packaging and theres no kind of dents in the packaging. It was difficult to figure out how to get that repaired on someone else’s dime because it’s not our fault. The dealer was more problematic than Viking. It was like sending emails to a blank wall. I felt like they could’ve said that this was not their issue and they’re sorry for sending it to us. They were just searching to figure out who I needed to contact. After four emails and a handful of phone calls they told me to call Viking. And then Viking sorted it out as I could expect. They took care of it in a good fashion and took complete charge of its cost. Viking had someone came out and replaced the door. Then, something also happened when they installed the range. Some of the workers tried to move the range around and they pulled off the door of our oven and that had nothing to do with Viking. But we were able to get that sorted out on the same day. It’s good for it to all happen at once versus a couple of times. The quality of the range is good and it seemed perfectly functional, especially after the door was fixed. It works when it needs to work.

We have had the thing since 1999 and it has never lived up to what it was cracked up to be. It does no good to call Viking. When they first answer the phone, you will think you are on a straight track to be taken care of, but once you get to the source, all you will get is the runaround. The oven has had trouble a number of times, it is always the igniters that are bad. As for the broiler, we just learned to live without one, it will not last long when they change the igniter for some reason. What I dont understand is how this company is still in business? There needs to be someone to start a class action suit against this company. The burners work, but there is no such thing as low. If you turn something to low, it will still burn whatever you are trying to cook. All the heat is on the outside edge of the burner. Our Viking range model number is VGIS360BDSS, serial number R06289813435. I would not advise anyone to buy such a piece of high price junk.

We purchased a house with Viking appliances. All the items are still under the original manufacture warranty, so while we dont know when they were installed, they were purchased less than 5 years ago. When we moved in, the refrigerator was broken. It wouldnt cool down. It took 3 weeks for Viking to ship the required parts and now, exactly 1 month after being repaired, the unit is not cooling down again. The symptoms are exactly the same... Customer support is basically useless, we spent hours holding the line by now.

Viking Range Corporation should have a class action lawsuit. Their ranges have the worst performance in the appliance field. $780 was the last bill to get it up and running. Igniters, warped heat shield, non-working broiler, junk falling off, doesnt come to temperature for 39 minutes. We keep paying to get it maintained. Viking does not return call. Law suit, I say.

Ive known about Viking for years but I couldn’t afford it. I saw them in model homes and heard they were of good quality, plus they look good. I finally got a whole set of the Viking Professional at Fergusons. The refrigerator has been installed for one year now and so far, I like it. It’s a tall refrigerator with a big door. The freezer is at the bottom and is spacious, then there’s a drawer that comes out where you could put meat or veggies. You can see everything, and nothing gets lost. Weve always had Sears products so this is very different. It’s so beautiful and it looks so professional like it belongs in a restaurant.

My wife got this unit thinking we were upgrading from a Samsung. To my surprise this unit was horrible. Forget about the fact of how small it was, but if you put eggs next to the ice maker you ended up with frozen ones!! Since this was a French style with the split doors we were blessed to have our jarred fresh garlic freeze when the unit was set at 40 degrees. After the technician came out the second time he told us that this unit with the Viking name was in fact either a Maytag or a KitchenAid. Nice!! Im off on a mission to purchase a Sub Zero - never to buy Viking products again!!!

The saleslady was great and was good at advising but I was pretty clear on what I wanted and I also went with a decorator. I like the temperature management and the humidity drawers of the Viking and the only issue was if they had more storage containers at the top for the condiments, that would be great. We moved into our custom home in September 2010, in which we have a Viking refrigerator (36), a Viking freezer (36), 48 Viking range, Viking grill and a Viking range hood (over the grill). Every Viking appliance has already been repaired at least once since September of 2010 except the range hood. The latest repair was to the 36 freezer for which Viking charged $362 to replace a PCB assembly, stating that we were out of warranty. Their customer service team reads a scripted you are out of luck statement and definitely leaves you with the impression that they couldnt care less! This is high end price, low class service! Stay away from Viking. Problems might be inevitable, but for the spend, you should expect someone who at least gives you the impression that they are listening and are making an attempt to assist!

We like the price and quality of Viking. Their salesperson was great, too. However, we had some issues with delivery where some of the product was damaged. The microwave was damaged twice, but they replaced it. And the quality of the Viking range is great. We bought an extended warranty which we havent used yet. The one knob on the range currently sticks. But we havent called to have it checked out yet. But the range works well. I also like the shelf inside the range that slides out and in, and that the stove heats up so good that I can save dollars for the heat. We were so used to Kenmore products where I had to keep everything wide open to cook. Viking range is super. I couldnt ask for anything better. We also bought one of their first refrigerators. But the refrigerator we bought hadn’t been manufactured yet, so we had to wait about a month before we got our refrigerator.

I love my range from Viking. Its beautiful, the way it works is very simple, and its not electronic. The knob came off right away, though. But, Im not gonna hassle with that because its not that easy. It slipped into my counter and Im not gonna pay someone because it keeps coming off. Also, the private place I bought the range from was not that great. They didnt advise me properly that with the microwave above the range, the heat from the range would eventually get the microwave digital reading to fail. The hood is inside the microwave and now, Im having trouble with it. But Im not gonna replace it with the same thing. So then, I would have to get a whole new configuration. Nevertheless, I would suggest my range to anyone. Ive already told a friend about it and my friend bought the same one.

I’m not happy at all with the microwave and refrigerator. The refrigerator has caused us problems such as freezing things. I had the maintenance guy come out five times and we had to get extra parts, but it’s still not fixed. This has been going on since August when we moved in and it’s now the end of January. So we’ve been dealing with this for six months off and on. We would like a brand-new fridge but I don’t know if Viking is going to do it. There still the one-year warranty. The only thing I was really happy with is the stove. The oven has been okay but it doesn’t heat up very quickly.

We have had a Viking range for almost our entire married life. We lost our range in the tornado the day after Christmas, and we did not rebuild. We bought another house. The range that we had in here was an LG and it was a piece of crap. I had to turn off the air conditioning because the gas burner would blow the flame to the right and it wouldnt heat anything. The broiler never got hot enough. I could put my hand under it. It did not do anything it was supposed to do. So, we went back to a Viking. Our other Viking was a double oven, griddle, grill, four-burner and it was wonderful. Our kitchen is not that big this time, so we just got a four-burner gas range and the single oven. The broiler works and the burners have power. I like the center thing where I can put an oval pot in the center. The fellows who delivered it were above and beyond. They spent a lot of time here, carted away our other range and got this one situated. At first, we thought it was gonna stick out from the wall too much and wed have to relocate the gas line a bit, but once they put it in place, it was fine.

Purchased this 36 gas range in 2006 for over $6k. A week before Christmas, it broke down. Several parts were replaced by a reputable, local repair firm, but the key one is PJ030015, the 6 prong selector switch was not available. Called Viking and was told it has been discontinued since 2016. The customer service person kept telling me that sales had specials going on so I should contact them. Asked her if she would replace a $6k range because a $100 part wasnt available. This is totally unacceptable. The company should have an solution for this other than check eBay and Craigslist. For Petes sake, go to China and get some built. So, buyer beware. A good company would not do this for a product that is not that old nor inexpensive.

We got a Viking refrigerator that was a brand new floor model even though I’m a die-hard Sub-Zero girl and I only like Sub-Zero. If I would have paid about $10,000, then I wouldn’t have been super thrilled. Then during delivery, we got a leaking seal on the freezer that we needed to deal with. But I haven’t dealt with that yet and I’m assuming that’s under warranty. Also, if they were gonna sell a $10,000 fridge, then they have to make sure that it has dual compressors where one gets the fridge and the freezer. So while I’m not super happy with the Viking, its overall quality of the refrigeration is good. My produce seems to keep not quite as long as the Sub-Zero but the Viking is better than a standard refrigerator one buys at Home Depot. The lighting is also very bright and good.

Were in the Florida keys and we just spend a couple of months a year at this house. We had to get a local company to take out the old refrigeration units and put the new ones in. We needed someone that would guarantee they could get the units upstairs. It was a complicated matter so we chose Viking Refrigerators for practicality purposes. The couple times I saw the Viking rep, he was very pleasant and it was so nice that he could call the company to get right in with somebody to troubleshoot problem. It was really good that they offer that so I know I wasnt relying on one person with very limited knowledge as to what they have. The refrigerator was doing well but there was a lot of noise in the beginning. I took a peek on the top for some vibration and I read in the instructions 22 screws go in there. Once those were put in the noise went away. Also, the quality control needed some help. In the freezer the sensor at the bottom of the door was installed backwards. They had several visits but they couldnt figure out what was wrong with it. And they finally got it, had to order in a part and then we had ice. But other than that, they have been great. Right now, Im super happy with them. I love the size and quality of the ice cubes. They fit right in my water bottles. The freezer doesnt defrost so much every time that the ice sticks together. So thats good, I like that.

We purchased out Viking refrigerator at Atlantic Appliances and should have listened to the salesperson who told us it was really an AMANA refrigerator with a VIKING label on the door. He was insulting AMANA because this brand was worse! Not less than 2 months later, the top of the cold cut drawer snapped off. The produce drawers cracked shortly afterward. Obviously the interior was sub-optimal and did not live up to the Viking brand. Overtime, I realized that the storage is not practical either. I cannot fit all of my produce in those two tiny drawers, and the bottom freezer cannot hold a large turkey. Also, the freezer drawer does not come out enough so that you have to bend down and INTO the freezer. Finally the entire refrigerator crashed this weekend and we need to buy another, after owning it for 6 years. Went to SEARS and fell in love with a Kenmore french door... price 2000.00. Price of Viking 3560.00. Do the math! I will never purchase high end appliances again.

I wanted the French doors on top and the drawer at the bottom. That month, Viking came out with a new model but it did not have the water dispenser either inside or on the door and that was something I was looking for because everywhere that I did research on, the word was that there was a glitch with every refrigerator that has either a water dispenser inside or outside and you always have to buy the filter. I thought that was a hassle so I was pleased that Viking came out with a model that didnt have that. It was also a good made on their part because the one they had before the new model had an internal water dispenser and I dont drink cold water. I like either tepid or hot water so this refrigerator was made for my needs. It was perfect. But the crisper drawers would ice up and there would be big chunks of ice there. They wouldnt thaw out so I would have to go at it with an ice pick. Viking brought a technician over to try and fix it but he said he couldnt do a fix. He said the refrigerator was a lemon. He worked on other refrigerators of Viking and they were fine. Mine was the only model where the defrost wasnt working. But they couldnt repair it so they swapped it out with a new refrigerator. And I love the meat drawer of the new refrigerator. It keeps the meats colder so that it lasts a little longer. If I dont use the meat thats in there for three days, it would still be okay. I also like the freezer drawer. The fridge I had before I remodeled my kitchen was a side by side door. By then side by side refrigerators were not that well made because all the refrigerator manufacturers were moving toward the French doors with the drawer freezer. Some people say that one of the problems is when you have the drawer that pulls out, youre always fishing for space. But I find that I didnt have to do that because within the freezer, theres two pull out and one at the bottom. I can always see whats there which is nice. And then all of the freezer baskets that pull out, theyre all wire baskets and not solid panels so the frozen food gets frozen hard.I also like the fact that the lighting is in the front. In the Hotpoint refrigerator we had before we remodeled, the light is in the back of the refrigerator. So if I have any item thats tall enough, itll block the lights and I dont get the light in the front. But with Viking, they put the light in the front and the lighting is good. I can see everything so Im impressed with that, too. So overall, I like the layout and the one that I bought was counter depth which is nice too. The Hotpoint refrigerator that we had stuck way out in front of the cabinet so everyone is always bumping into it. So now being counter depth, theres enough room in the inside, too. Its a little bigger than my Hotpoint but efficiency-wise, its all around so much better. The delivery person had to deliver and install it and he was very conscientious about not marring the parquet hardwood floors and all of the other stuff. They made sure before he left that everything was up and running very well. I was impressed with the installer they hired as well. They didnt cut corner on service and didnt corner on the refrigerator which is nice. But Im most impressed with the Viking service. Usually, companies dont replace defective products. They keep sending a technician once a month to try to mess with it. Viking couldnt repair the fridge so they swapped it out with a new refrigerator and Im pleased with the decision. I never had that before so that was quite a statement as to how well Viking stand behind their product.

It is unfortunate that I have to write this on a brand such as VIKING since I have had nothing but troubles on the 48 range and the big side by side refrigerator. Over the years we had several problems including the refrigerator door that fell off and almost hurt my wife had it not been for the kitchen island that stopped the fall on her. Thankfully Viking replaced the door but it shouldnt have happened. Now the range, right from the beginning we had issues with the right sided burners and grill not working, the oven that always made a hissing sound every so often when in use which we didnt know was a faulty burner and fire spreader plate. On 4 occasions we had the Fire department coming to our house because of Carbon-monoxide leak from the oven that triggered the alarm which, thankfully, is hooked to the Fire Dept. The latest being this Thanksgiving Day while the oven was in use. When discussing this with Viking customer service, the answer we got was that upper management couldnt help and suggested a repair service company. The service company stated that this is not an isolated issue but common with VIKING. The parts alone is quoted at over $1200.00 plus labor. If anyone is thinking of buying a VIKING product - think twice before you spend the tens of thousands for this poor quality brand like we did several years ago. Shame on you VIKING.

With Vikings warranty longevity, as well as the amount of time theyve been in the industry compared to the other ones we were considering, we chose to go with them. This is the one and only online product review I have ever written, and in spite of the many that precede mine, I feel compelled to chime in and advise other consumers to avoid Viking refrigerators (and dishwashers too, for that matter) like the plague!! We spent 2 1/2 yrs. on a complete state-of-the-art rebuild of our official historic landmark Victorian, to which we returned in July, 2007. As a Realtor who specializes in the sale of luxury properties in the San Francisco Bay Area. I had been recommending top-of-line Viking products to clients who needed to refurbish and stage their homes for resale. Today, I feel badly for ever having done that!We have a built-in custom paneled upper/lower Viking fridge that acted up immediately. Within a matter of months, the fresh produce in the lowest pullout semi-froze and had to be discarded. I believe (but am not certain) that special heater was installed under warranty to prevent this from happening again. Before the year was out, another problem (forget the details) and was fixed. Then, right after the warranty expired, the contents of the freezer melted and we paid for the installation of another heater... At some point thereafter, water from the fridge started pouring out onto the hardwood kitchen floor. Thank God we were in town when this happened and able to towel up the leakage for a few days until another heater could be installed. The entire bottom of the unit was frozen solid, and the floor boards immediately against the unit had warped.. Under duress, Viking paid for this repair. Finally, within the past year, the cooling of the refrigerator compartment ceased and we were without refrigeration for 4 or 5 days before -- you guessed it -- yet another heater could be installed (the cooling ducts had frozen). Additionally, we got a recall notice for the defective front door. The dealer who enthusiastically sold the Viking appliances to us stated in response to my expression of distress & disgust: Demand a replacement from Viking. Theyve had nothing but problems with those refrigerators (and dishwashers) -- they suck! I requested a replacement, without success... As for the dishwasher, while all the interior components had to be replaced and I must basically hand wash everything and use the unit for sterilization purposes only, at least its performed better than the refrigerator. Enough said!

When selecting our refrigerator, we went on Vikings reputation. Also, my husbands in interior design and that was also part of the reason why we chose Viking as opposed to a GE product, which we have at another house. However, we are a little disappointed with Viking. We’ve had the refrigerator for less than a year and all this stuff started happening right around a month’s time. We were having problems with the ice maker and when I called Viking repair service, they put in a service call. Somebody came out but didn’t really do anything other than change the ice maker. He said that it should be working within 24 hours but it still is not. They came for a second service call after that. The contractors follow-up was not up to what I think Viking would expect from their name though. Ive had to follow up twice with the service repair people to find out what was going on with my refrigerator. They have been telling me that they needed to order another ice maker and a different part but based on the recent weather in the Southeast, it was being delayed. There are also other things that I have to have the repair person look at. We have a bottom refrigerator and the door clicks every time we hold the door open. Other than that, I had received a part that is supposed to be on one of the doors so that you can have butter or whatever else you want to use in a climate-controlled environment. But it doesn’t fit in there and nobody that I’ve called at Viking has been able to give me an answer on how to have it fit. But other than that, we like the refrigerator, me probably more so than my husband.

The micro/Conv oven I ordered came in with dents in it AND it is now going on week 4 and I STILL do not have a micro/Conv oven. My kitchen is going on week 6 and due to VIKING I DO NOT HAVE MY KITCHEN COMPLETED!!! This is ridiculous!!! I WILL NEVER buy a VIKING product again. I am redoing a kitchen, I knew what I wanted and ordered EVERYTHING in plenty of time to have it completed BUT I DO NOT have my kitchen completed due to VIKING!!!I purchased all new Viking products from our local dealer Probst Refrigeration in Effingham, IL and here I am still without a kitchen. I am NOT happy at all. My fridge came in with the Viking tag on crooked and still has not been replaced. My fridge control panel came in warped and it also has not been replaced. My fridge has been in over 2 months. I am VERY UNSATISFIED with Viking and I have only used my fridge. I do not have an order number or receipt yet as I still do NOT have WORKING appliances.

All I can say is that I wish I had read these other reviews before buying our very disappointing Viking D3 Electric Range!!! It hasnt cooked right since the day we got it. Being on a special medical diet, I need to have all 3 of my meals cooked along with what I need to cook for my family. So, needless to say, my range gets a good work out. Thought I was buying a high end brand to fit my needs. Unfortunately, the oven does not cook to the proper temperature & takes forever to cook anything. 1 1/2 hours to cook thin chicken cutlets, almost 2 hours to bake a blueberry loaf that ended up being still uncooked in the middle & all the blueberries sunk to the bottom. The best was some birthday cupcakes I baked on the convect cycle which got over cooked on the outside & not done on the inside & actually exploded part of the tops off. Im going to try & include a photo if I can. All I can tell people who are looking to buy a range, DONT BUY VIKING!!!!! I wish I never bought one.

We had built a new home and were interested in top of the line appliances. Wolf and Viking Ranges stood out, but we decided to go with Viking since we got a good price from them and it fits what I was looking for. I got a six-burner range, a grill and two ovens from them. In my kitchen, I have a total of three ovens since we do a lot of the holiday stuff here. It works out beautifully when I’m doing Thanksgiving, Christmas or when I’m trying to cook a big meal. I have enough room for everything. The top is gas and the ovens are electric. I love the fact that I have a griddle there. Everyone can be working on something so it works out well for my family. We’ve had a good experience, up until were trying to get the small oven fixed. We had a problem with it and a chip needed to be replaced. So we had the workman out and were waiting for him to replace it. We had to argue a little to get them to come out to fix what was wrong and that was a bit of a problem. I got upset but my husband managed to calm down and get them to do what they needed to do to repair the oven. But Im still waiting for it to be fixed.

Viking 6-burner Gas Range - Viking authorized repairman has been out twice
Viking 6-burner Gas Range - Viking authorized repairman has been out twice for my 6-year-old Viking, each time to replace all ignitors and the seal around the door glass. This is extremely expensive and unbelievable that a commercial range cannot take a daily 20-minute usage of the broiler without wearing out in 3 years time. The excuse I was given was that most people dont broil and their stoves last much longer; and that they mostly go out to dinner. What kind of bologna is this? I wouldnt mind repairing it every 3 years because it really does cook food very well when it is working, but the last time I had it repaired, which was a week ago, it cost me about $800 and I expect it will be even higher in the next 3 years! Isnt there a way for all of us to do a class action lawsuit against Viking? Please let me know if this is in the works because there are so many of us with the same story.

On 1/6/2005, I purchased a Viking 36 inch free standing range model VDSC3656BSS dual fuel, 6 gas burners open face, and a single electric convection oven costing approximately $7,000. This oven had no frills, no electronic digital displays, just a good basic heavy duty range. This was a major investment in a kitchen appliance for our 7th new home. My husband was very resistant to making that type of investment, but I stated it’s a “Viking” and very dependable. The 6 gas burners were great (and still function) and the electric oven (although was running cooler than other cheaper oven and had to increase the temperature settings by 25 degrees to achieve correct temperature) functioned. That was up until 3/8/13 when the electric oven failed; the heating elements will not get hot.The oven on light turns on, the interior light turns on and the electric convection fans work but no heat to both (top and bottom) oven elements. On 3/11/13, a repairman was out and identified the defective part, the oven control (not the thermostat or the elements). The power is getting to the control but not passing through. The part was ordered the same day. There have been several follow up calls with the parts distributor. As of 4/9/13, there is still no replacement part. Both the repairman (a certified Viking repairman who has worked on Viking ranges for over 10 years) and I have been searching the internet and warehouses for this part.I emailed Viking, no response to the emails. I called Viking customer support and related the repair issues specifically noting the lack of (availability of) a replacement part and asked if there is a problem with this range. Viking stated that there is no recall or safety notices for this range and provided a name and phone number of a parts distributor. I forwarded this information to my repairman; however to date, 4/9/13, no replacement part. From internet blogs, this particular model with an electric oven (no heat to elements) is a common repair problem resulting in down time anywhere from 6 weeks to 6 months. Imagine a restaurant with a Viking range that is out of use for 6 weeks to 6 months! I am an individual who loves to cook and bake; Viking is breaking my heart! Okay, so the range is out for a month, I shouldnt complain compared to others out 6 months. However, an extended outage of any duration is not acceptable for professional ranges. A cheap range can be fixed generally the same week it is serviced, arent expensive ranges deserving of something much faster than 1-6 months? So what do I do with a $7,000 paper weight? I find it extremely difficult to recommend a “Viking” range. As of my posting today, the Consumer Affairs website has 266 complaints about Viking, numerous ones similar to mine. Is anyone considering a class action suit on this particular model for this particular repair problem? Maybe that would get some attention! In any event, the oven is down and out for the count. Next stop might be the scrap metal dealer! Viking what happened to you?

My wife wanted Viking, and she got Viking. We’ve had the refrigerator for a month and everything’s great, but one part was damaged during delivery. The inside of the door was mangled where the light is for the temperature and I can hear the refrigerator making a gurgling sound when the house is perfectly quiet. Viking sent somebody out and the guy couldn’t come out until after I had to go to work. Although the door was replaced and its perfect, the noise is still there. The guy told my wife that it was Freon running through the tubes, and I don’t know if it’s even that. It could be that it’s water running through my heating system, but I never heard it before. My heating system makes noise, but the plugs for the heater are in the wall behind the refrigerator. I never heard that sound until our refrigerator was installed and Im not satisfied. I’m being told it’s a normal noise and I wanna make sure. If it’s normal, I’ll learn to live with it.

Viking was what the builder was providing as appliances, so we went ahead and bought the Viking fridge to match. The installers didn’t put the basket straight in the freezer so I had to figure that out. I had to go to one of the other houses and look at their fridge to see how to do it. The builder also gave me the wrong fridge. It’s the one with the water feature inside. They gave me an upgrade but we liked to have cold water coming out of our fridge, so that’s the only thing we miss. Other than that it’s been great. I love the freezer in the bottom and the double door where I could put big stuff in. That’s what Ive always wanted. Plus the crisper is really good. Its a very reliable product.

Viking is a valuable brand and it conveys quality. Purchasing our range was super easy. We looked at a lot of local, brick-and-mortar stores here, but no one carried it. They werent carrying a lot of different things because of inventory issues with COVID. So, we ended up ordering it online through a website called Appliances Connection. We got it within six weeks. So, it was great. Install was seamless. Im pretty happy with the rebate. As far as the range itself, I like that the knob lights up and that I can change the colors on it. I like also the bronze gold colored burners. What I dont like about it is you cant keep the bronze gold color burners looking new. Theyre already discolored. So, thats frustrating. Also, in the oven, its hard to tell when its at temperature, as well as theres no broil setting, which is strange. Ive never had another without broil setting on it.

I have a full Viking kitchen and Im not enjoying the customer service that comes along with my purchase. They only have a two-year warranty on that stuff, which is fine. Thats their policy and they can do whatever they want. In the grand scheme of everything, I called Viking because my wife and I, we cook a lot and we really use our professional kitchen as it should. At first, I went to register online with Viking and I was able to register one item. Then it said to call customer service. So I called customer service, and took photos of all the items as well as their serial numbers. I got an email back saying theyre registered and theyre all out of warranty. I thought that was impossible since we just bought them. I was very frank with them and I explained it through the email. I also spoke with three different people. At first, someone from customer service said they could make an exception here. Then it went to someone else until finally, someone said its their policy and they dont do that. We bought a brand new Viking Professional 301 Series Built-In Dishwasher when we moved into a new townhouse 18 months ago. It hasnt worked in a month, although we have had 4 service calls and 4 parts replacements in 3 weeks - after the last visit it flooded the kitchen floor after the tech left. I think we have had 8 service calls in 18 months. There is obviously a problem with the dishwasher (it has been discontinued) however Viking refuses to consider replacing it. Viking does not stand by their product - rather than provide us with a working unit, they prefer to jerry-rig a series of failing repairs. This is one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever had. I would not recommend Viking to anyone. I understand that appliances fail, however for us the failure has been the integrity and quality of Viking Customer Service. What a disappointment.

I have been using Viking products for a couple years now. However, one of the things that I’m having a problem with, and this is the second kitchen we put in, is it seems like every time I buy Viking, it comes in broken. Last 2012, we did the kitchen and the refrigerator came in and they had no compressor. I told them to take it back, but they wouldn’t take it back. So, I bought a rebuilt. They can fix it, but I tested that and then I was like okay. I supposed it was just bad luck. And then this time, I used it and the refrigerator came in broken again. So, I have a broken refrigerator there with the door that is not working. Then, they got to come back and then the dishwasher got a bulk. As soon as the guy came out, I’m like, “What is wrong with you guys? Every time I get something from you guys, is it just my bad luck or what?” Out of four appliances, two of them broke. That is ridiculous. I also said that we do our kitchen every four years and I’m doing a kitchen down in Florida. That was to start this month and I’m behind and I told him I can’t be bringing in stuff that I know I got a way to get it fixed and I’m not there. I said I can’t do this. We were looking for a range on the higher end, more top-of-the-line, and there were only a few that we looked at, but we chose Viking Ranges for the reliability. I liked that they were manufactured in the U.S. However, Im really disappointed because we cant get someone to come and help fix it. Ever since it was installed, its been running really hot. We have liquid propane and weve already had three people come out and look at it because I love to cook, which is why we invested in the stove. Im the only one who can cook on it because its so hot and cant get to simmer. Its low is boiling and theres no way to get it turned down. We looked at it and it said that it came already pre-configured for liquid propane and theres no adjustments that can be made. Its really frustrating and were stuck with it. I even went online and registered that I got the stove. The last repair person a couple of weeks ago said that there’s nothing they can do. We thought we made a solid purchase, but we’ve not been happy with it at all.

I was familiar with the Viking brand and it felt that I like the quality better than the alternative brand. The only problem is that its supposed to be fixed. The knobs that turn the gas on and off don’t pop out as they should. Some of them are maybe defective and even the ones that appear to work well really aren’t very good. The other day I was walking by it and I had a shoulder bag and it swung and just bumped against the range. And the gas went on full blast and flames were coming up about a few inches. So it literally turned on the whole stove by just swinging against it, which is concerning for everyone. Realizing that the unit was way out of warranty, I called customer service anyway to see if they would a least share part of the repair cost with me. They were adamant that they would not. I purchased a Viking range in 2007 and paid almost $5,000 for the unit. In November 2011, the oven stopped working. Mr. Appliance of New York City was recommended by Viking as the authorized service representative. Between November 2011 and June 2012, I have had 8 visits by Mr. Appliance. They replaced a thermostat control (twice), replaced the circuit board and still havent found the problem. Amount paid by that point was $670. At the 8th visit, they said the reason my oven wouldnt work was a broken oven door latch, broken (they said) during the self-clean cycle. Additional expected cost, $460, except I have never once used the self-clean cycle. It was most likely broken by the repairmen in their attempts to find the source of my problem. In dealing with Viking Customer Service, they didnt even bother to be charming. The people I spoke with were defensive, unsympathetic and unpleasant. Maybe they have had too many fed up customers and are tired of all of us. They simply told me to try another authorized service dealer in my area. Frankly, this is outrageous. I had expected more of a company that charges $5,000 for its products. The quality of the unit is low. The customer service was poor and the authorized service dealer (Mr. Appliance) is even worse. In Memphis, a lot of the really nice and elegant restaurants choose to use Viking products because of their quality and service. I purchased the Viking products from one of their suppliers, Metro Appliances, out at Jonesboro, Arkansas. The salesperson was great to deal with. He was very positive, upbeat and promotional for Viking and all other varieties that they’re carrying. That was a wonderful experience. But upon receiving my brand-new kitchen suite, the refrigerator had to be repaired instead of completely replaced. The doors were out of alignment and will not be fixed and upon the receiving my ice maker, it didn’t work and had to be completely replaced. I have had issues with my refrigerator going out already. I had to wait over a two-week service while all of my food was spoiled. Also, I currently have a problem with my microwave where the screen has gone out. I have already waited a week and a half and have yet to see the first person come and see what the problem is. I’ve made phone calls and chased all of these people around and I get very poor service for a $25,000 kitchen suite, professional series. We wanted high-end kitchen appliances so we were looking at either Viking or Sub-Zero Wolf. We wanted to make sure that all of our appliances match so we went with Viking. Weve had the range for about a month now and so far, no issues. I feel like its pretty high quality, although when I put it on simmer or very low heat, it tends to lose the flame, so it is hard and I have to really adjust. I cant go all the way low or it will flame out, and it halts my cooking. Other than that, were happy with the oven. It definitely feels sturdy from the knobs to the door. It seems like its well put together so I appreciate that. I havent had issues with cooking. It seems to have a pretty strong flame and for everything that we are using it for, it is doing the trick. The infrared boiler is really nice. I just have to get used to it because it would get very hot. We burned a couple of things and we realized how powerful it was.We had an issue with the fridge. The right door that has the little piece that is supposed to move when shutting it so it can go in wasn’t lining up with the tracker thing that pushes it outwards. They came out and fixed that. BUYER BEWARE. They will NEVER replace a product that is brand new and doesnt work, they WILL keep sending repair people and order parts. Fact: Bought a new Viking refrigerator/freezer. Fact: Doors are cracked and freezer doesnt work, refrigerator freezing everything. Fact: Notified retailer, they sent two repair people to appraise, both said it should be replaced. Fact: Third repairperson finally told us what Viking wanted to say, which was it can be fixed if we replace the doors and thermostats.Vikings policy is they will NOT take back, even a brand new appliance, if they can replace all of the parts. Problem, parts have been on backorder so we have no freezer for 2 months and our refrigerator freezes our food. Viking did offer us $400 to buy another refrigerator until the parts finally come in. Where are we to put this, and where can I get one for $400 with installation? I have begged, literally, for them to replace it... I didnt ask for our money back, just replace with a quality item... They refused. I was better off with my other brands that were less money. I will NEVER EVER tell anyone to buy Viking. Honestly, it is a horrible situation.

We purchased Viking appliances when we remodeled our kitchen 6 years ago. The oven, stove have not presented any problems. However the built in freezer and refrigerator, which looked beautiful, have had problems too many to count. The freezer had a leak, within 1 year, which caused an ice build up at the bottom of the freezer which caused the door to jam. This was finally resolved after 2 years of service calls. Now the built in refrigerator is leaking on my hardwood floors due to a cracked vertical drain and the parts to repair it have been back ordered for 5 weeks now and still on back order. I have to replace a towel under the unit every day so that my hardwood floors will survive. However I do not know the condition of the floors under the unit.

I purchased all Viking appliances for my newly remodeled kitchen 2 years ago. I have had to have each of them repaired at least once. I am currently waiting for the fourth service call on the refrigerator. There is only one warranty repair service company in my area and I have to wait at least 2 weeks to get service. The dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and 6 burner dual fuel range are not worth the money I spent. I would absolutely not recommend Viking appliances to anyone. I am very concerned what they will cost to repair when the warranties expire. I would strongly suggest potential consumers to look for an alternative product unless you enjoy waiting for repair service.

We have used Viking products in the past and really liked it. We have a Viking range and an oven, a cooktop stove, and a microwave so we got a refrigerator and it matched everything else. Weve been using it for about a month now and so far, its good. The experience is absolutely great. Its pleasurable and hassle-free. The only thing is its not the easiest thing in the world to level in comparison to any other fridge that Ive had. But its not that big of a deal and we got it leveled. Other than that, everything is absolutely fantastic.

We purchased a Viking Gas Range this summer for our kitchen renovation. We were excited about our purchase as we had saved up for this particular gas range. After install, we have been less than impressed. When preheating, the gas oven makes a very loud bang! (As if metal is expanding inside.) It scares me every time I hear it, even though I know its coming. When I called customer service, I was told once that it was normal and a second time, I was put on hold for 20 + minutes, only to hang up because I didnt feel my concern was being valued. We also smell a very strong smell of gas or exhaust when the gas oven is on.My concern is that the loud bang and smell of gas/exhaust should not be present in an appliance that is so expensive. We expected higher quality when we made this purchase. Ive tried calling customer service and entering a claim on the website (which seems to be permanently down and unable to accept claims online). I want to be in love with this purchase, but Im not. In fact, I feel a little uneasy using the gas oven due to the experience Ive had so far.

I have had a Viking gas oven that has had the same recurring issue since it was brand new, 3 1/2 years ago. The oven heats up but then fails to reignite, causing the oven to lose temperature. Viking service providers have put band-aids on this issue 3 times, the latest 4 months ago. These have helped for a short period of time, but eventually have all failed. When I called Viking today to let them know that the issue is happening again, neither Viking (nor the service provider) would stand behind the product or the work that was done to fix it. The customer care department told me that I would need to pay for the service, and then Viking would decide whether or not it was a quality issue. They would not escalate the issue to a supervisor, claiming that there was no such person. I am writing the review here in the effort to get some resolution.

I bought my Viking range from Best Buy and they had it delivered. They were very helpful. I like the volume of heat that the range can produce on the burners. The only thing that they could work on in terms of improving it would be on the simmer function. Sometimes, when I turn it down to simmer, it goes out then itll click and the spark will come back on. Other than that, it works great. The quality is good.

We just moved our belongings over to Bangkok, including a brand new Viking range which can handle gas canisters. The oven safety switch keeps switching off the oven, just like other have problems with, and the stove top click, click, clicks constantly. I thought this was a quality product. Now I have to find a Viking dealer in Thailand. The professionals that handle commercial stoves came over to our home and they also cant figure it out. How can such a good looking product be so absolutely unreliable? More to come.

I went to the building in Manhattan. It has all the showcases and thats where I picked out the Viking Range. I liked their reputation and the price point. Then I called Appliance World and they had it shipped to my house. During delivery, it came damaged as the bottom trim piece was dented. I called Appliance World and within three days, I had the little piece over here ready in the mail. The fact that I went from an electric grill to a gas grill makes a big difference to me. Its been about a year now since Ive had it and its been a good stove and hood.

I purchased my brand new Viking stove on May 30, 2018. It is now August 21 and I still have not been able to use my oven. The first day we put the food in the oven it was making a loud motor like sound. I immediately called Viking and they told me they will have a service repair come to my house to see what the problem was. Their service only comes every 2 weeks so I waited for them to come then waited another 2 weeks for the part to arrive. By the time they actually came which was 3 hours later than the scheduled time the repairman wasn’t able to install it. He said he would come back the following week so again I waited for my next appointment all day long for no one to show up. Finally the following week they came back and installed a new fan and 2 days later it’s making the same noise again. I spoke to Viking customer service plenty of times and they said this was my only option. I have left messages for someone with higher authority to call me and they never call. I am so disgusted at this point and I still have a stove that doesn’t work. I am shocked with their customer care. I would never ever recommend a Viking to anyone.

Viking is reasonably priced and is a decent-looking commercial brand. I like my refrigerator. The quality is fantastic. I like the size of it. It’s big and bulky, and probably a waste of time and money but I like it. I also got a stove, a little 30- or 36-inch, the hood, the microwave, the dishwasher and then I have a wine cooler. But I wasn’t that happy with the people. They didnt take me seriously, first of all. I went and spent like $20,000 or so and then I spent more, and they were acting like idiots. They didnt know half of what was going on with what they were selling. They didnt sell anything, actually. If I hadnt known what I was gonna get, I wouldn’t have a clue. But I had done all my investigating ahead of time. I’m a contractor too so I’ve seen stuff. The delivery service was terrible as well. They dropped my fridge when they delivered it and if I hadnt been there that day, it wouldve rolled over. I thought people who would sell this material would be told they better put their heart into it and act like they know what theyre doing. But they didnt actually have that. So Viking is not being represented so well where I bought it from. That was not a Viking dealer that I went through though. It was just a store that sold their products. It wasn’t actually Pacific Sales or Snyder Diamond. The Pacific Sales store over in Burbank is very attentive. I just don’t like going so far but when I do go, theyre all over you.

I had a friend that had a Viking range. It was reliable and I also like the way it looks. The Viking range was good, once I got it fixed. My favorite feature would be how quickly I can cook a meal, the burners get hot and the oven stays relatively warm. The feature that I do not like is on the oven, how the temperature resets. If it gets up to 400 degrees, and you’re baking a cake, and then, it stops. Once it reaches 400 degrees, a fan comes on, it’s like I have to cook the cake a little bit longer. I dealt with my home warranty company. I think it was the igniter switch but it took of months to get the part ordered. But that was the only bad part.

The quality of the refrigerator has been good. I like the ice machine thats why I bought it. Its just not been putting out as much ice as it should for the money. It only made eight ice cubes every four hours on Thanksgiving when we were actually using a lot of ice. We had a lot of people, and we ran out of ice by noon. I was using my ice quicker than it was making ice. I understand that Thanksgiving is a different whole thing, but I would have expected it not to take till Saturday before I had a lot of ice. The company in Houston handles the maintenance and right now, with COVID, everything had to wait.

Viking Range have had the reputation for quite a few years and we had looked at various ranges and Viking Range fall under the affordable price range. I expected the best quality from it when I bought it and its good because it didnt have a lot of electronics and would last me a lifetime, but our first range experience did not go so well. I was very disappointed its oven died after about a year and a half. I was glad I had an extended warranty on it because otherwise, it wouldnt have been covered at all and I wouldve been out the entire amount. But after nine service calls, it could not be repaired. Viking then replaced it with a new model because the model of our first range wasnt available anymore. Since then, the stove we have now has been working fine. Weve had it for about a year and a half now. The variety of the temperature using grade on it is the best about it. I can get down to a nice low simmer.

I went to a number of home shows when I was trying to build a house and talked to a Viking Refrigerators rep and a dealer. I went to about five more home shows and saw the same guys. I decided to make the purchase and so far theyre okay. However, it is not cold all the way. Sometimes the freezer ices up a bit. And then I had to make sure that ice is not stuck in the ice maker because ice won’t come out. The ref is great, but it’s having twerks. I reached out to Viking Refrigerators but they wanted me to register everything first and then call back. Also, the dealer was just all about the sale and after that, he kept having a follow-up and a follow-up. I wouldn’t use that dealer again. I’m still satisfied with my overall experience with Viking Refrigerators. Others would just have to make sure they get the right dealer and a Viking Refrigerators certified installer. That’s important.

Up until it broke, I was quite happy with my Viking refrigerator. But it broke in November (the evaporator failed - still under warranty). A service company came, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part December 5. Today it is March 10. In February the appliance repair company called Viking and they were told the part would come in February 26 and that it would be sent out by overnight air when it arrived. February 26 came and went. No word.Yesterday I called Viking and spoke to a customer service rep who took my info and told me someone would call me back. No one called. Today I called and spoke to a different customer service rep and was told that there is no expected arrival time of these parts to the Viking factory. I was told some people are waiting 6 months or a year. Im sorry but I call BS on that.Heres the thing: This is a popular model of refrigerator. Clearly they must be getting these parts at the factory and installing them in new product to be sold while ignoring current customers like me. Not only is this bad business, I believe it is dishonest when they tell me that none of these parts have come in. Im kind of an in internet guy. This is the first review of this situation that I have left. There will be more. Viking is making a mistake. If they rectify it I will come back and modify this review. But dont hold your breath. And if you want your food cold, definitely consider what might happen if your Viking refrigerator stops working.

Back in 2003 we remodeled our kitchen and put in Viking appliances and we have nothing but trouble with all. The only appliance that was not Viking was the microwave because at the time Viking did not make them. We have not had any trouble with the microwave except to replace a light bulb. The refrig has had to have 3 ice makers and the door needed 2 new sets on hinges and appears to wearing out again and there is concerns of the door falling off, the convertible meat savor drawer has had repairs done to drawer glides multiple times and still not working properly. Just in the last week the refrig evaporator and compressor went out and I have a quote to fix it for over $1500. The cooktop we have had to replace the stainless trim around the glass once and it is in need of replacing again. The oven clock, timer or the self-cleaning has not worked since the time we bought the appliance. The dishwasher has worked but the control panel on the inside of the door has cracked and it has holes on the panel from what appears to be dry rot. To replace all these appliances would cost well over $15000 this does not include the cost to have someone install. Furthermore the refrig, dishwasher have wood panels on them to match the rest of the kitchen cabinets and Im not sure whether these cabinets and the color can be recreated without costing thousands more. For a product that promotes itself as being a top of the line company I would have to rethink my branding.

20 years ago we went with a Vulcan, a true industrial appliance and after years with that, we decided that we wanted something more refined. Viking Ranges features and design fit what we wanted so we bought it. I wish it was more affordable but we love it. I have three favorite features of the range. One is the thermostatic griddle because that was one of the big things that the Vulcan did not have. We had the combination broiler griddle so we had to manually manage the temperature on the griddle, which was a ridiculous amount of effort. Thus we didnt use it much. Having the thermostatic griddle now makes it very usable because it makes it simple - turn it on, set the temperature, wait 10 minutes and cook. Another favorite feature is the convection. I use it almost all the time. The last one is actually an accessory but I do really like it and thats having the wok grate. There was one defect with the range and we worked through the dealer that we bought it from and it was good. They thought at first that it was a defective grease trap so they just sent out a replacement. When that didnt fit, they decided to look a little closer. In the end, it turned out that the griddle assembly was not welded together properly, thus the reason that the grease trap didnt fit. The problem was addressed and weve had no other issues.

In 2006 I purchased a 36 4 burner with griddle range, the under counter dishwasher, the large Viking fridge and outdoor pit - all Viking. I strongly recommend staying away from all Viking appliances. I have been dissatisfied with every single one of these appliances! They are very expensive and I am now on a first name basis with my repairman. When I attempted to contact Viking, their customer service was beyond inept. They never ever returned my phone calls and when I reported this to the BBB, I finally got a response. After a long discussion, I was supposed to get a return phone call. Well 3 months went by, then 6, then 12. I reported it to the BBB again. So lo and behold, I got a phone call. Nothing was done. There was excuse after excuse. Regardless of money, there are better alternatives to Viking. Talk to your local appliance repair company and they will tell you who to look at and who to avoid. I promise that they will not recommend Viking. Proceed with caution.

We bought a home and had the full line of Viking appliances put in the home. The dishwasher has broken down roughly 6 times in 4 1/2 years of use with a family of 4. The worst part is that once it breaks down it takes about a week to get a service tech to your home and EVERY TIME Viking needs to order parts. Parts take 4-6 weeks to arrive!!! So every time the Viking dishwasher breaks down we have no dishwasher for about a month to a month and half. So in 4 1/2 years our Viking dishwasher has been off of service for about 6 months. Customer service will not help and you CANNOT get transferred to a supervisor. Viking rep REFUSES to transfer us for additional help. I have NEVER seen such poor service with any company let alone one with appliances at the high price point of Viking. The plastic in the refrig cracks and has been replaced 3-4 times in 4 years!! DO NOT BUY VIKING IS MY BEST ADVISE. It is not worth the money and NO customer service!! I have to give them a rating but, 1 Star is TOO HIGH!!

Although Viking started having a lot of issues, it sounded in various sites that I was reading that they had been taken care of so I decided I would go with the company. The sales rep showed us a lot of variety of different brands of stoves. When it came to us looking at the Viking range, he didnt pressure us and he told us to take our time. He just showed us the various features of it. We were pleased and we went back a second time. We were still satisfied with the way he was handling everything. Were really were enjoying our range. My hope was that a big investment in appliances would mean less maintenance headache down the line and the Viking name will preserve the resale value for my house. Unfortunately, Ive had nothing but trouble since. Ive had multiple issues with the fridge (4 axial fans replaced, Defrost terminator replaced, defective bolt in fridge door replaced), the freezer (rust on the ice drawer), both dishwashers (electronic card/display already replaced on one and currently needs replacement on the other, Diverter valve replaced on the other), the microwave (electronic card/display currently needs replacement. It is worth mentioning that the appliances werent in use until late January 2017 since the house was still under construction. When all these issues started, Ive contacted your customer service number and was referred to one of your certified repair services, Executive Appliance Service in Garden Grove, CA. They can confirm all the issues mentioned above as they made NUMEROUS service calls to my house. I was about to call them again to replace the electronic display for both the dishwasher & the microwave when I realized that the amount of times Ive had to service those appliances is excessive & abnormal. Ive had to purchase a very basic appliance package for a guest house at the same time Ive purchased the Viking package and I havent had a single issue with them.Thats why I decided to to share my concerns with you and ask what could be done for me. Did I purchase what would be called a lemon in car terminology? Can you send someone to take a look at them? How can you help me with all the issues I mentioned & restore my trust in your brand? Thank you very much for your help & understanding. Looking forward to receiving your response.Their response was to cover parts only for the dishwasher. They wouldnt do anything about the microwave and said that rust inside the freezer is a cosmetic issue therefore would only give me %15 off their ice drawer which came out to $218.37. When I said that Id want them to cover parts and labor for the dishwasher & microwave, they refused. The appliances I purchased are most definitely defective. There are many similar complaints on the Better Business Bureau website. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!

We had an old Sub-Zero and we needed to replace it because it was not possible to repair it. We were trying to find an appliance who can go inside the place and we had a few choices. Viking Refrigerators model was the right price and it was a high-quality product. We had a problem with the delivery of the fridge to our home. They broke our product during the transport but the fridge seems to be working properly. And the installation was really complicated for the installer. They took three hours to adjust everything and it was really difficult, so thats the thing that we cant fix. Also, the shelves inside are too soft, so when you put like a turkey inside, the shelf bends. And it makes a lot of noise and we were surprised by the noise of that model of that price. Now, we are waiting for a technician to repair the damage during transport. They have to change a part of the door and another thing that broke during the bad delivery. Also, in the store, they told us that model adds a two-year guarantee and in the manual that we have, they said three years of guarantee. The technician told me that usually when he comes to repair over the guarantee, he always took the information in the manual. He told us maybe its a two-year on our bill but if we could take a picture of the manual and say its a three-year guarantee from the date of purchase or delivery date. I would like to receive a confirmation if its true because it seems that they change the base guarantee. We bought an extended guarantee because we want to use that product for the next 20-year. We dont want a problem. I would appreciate receiving a confirmation that that model we have has a three-year guarantee as a base guarantee.
