RF24FSEDBSR Apr 2013 Counter Depth French Door 7 repairs already. Samsung HORRIBLE to deal with, keep losing my information. Then get handed off to someone who will get to the bottom of this and never calls back. Get through to same number, guess what... No record of my call but they will get right on it... Keep asking me to use my extended warranty vs admitting it is a defect. Ice maker completely freezes up, stop working leaks... shorts out the board on the deli drawer... replaced 3 times wont stop making alarm sounds from door... 3 ice makers later still same issue... Repair man said, this fridge keeps us in business. Seal is a joke and repair parts already more than a new fridge but Samsung has paid $0.00 so they dont care. We bought the fridge for the ice maker as our son has severe medical condition and his meds/foods need icing at all times. This just sucks for over $3000.00 refrigerator. Samsung do the right thing and replace this nightmare.

Samsung fridge with the drink drawer is the smarter purchase I've made
Samsung fridge with the drink drawer is the smarter purchase I've made! I purchased the 'Samsung - 28.2 Cu. Ft. 4-Door French Door Apps Refrigerator with Thru-the-Door Ice and Water - Stainless steel -Model:RF28HMELBSR" 3 years ago and have never regretted it. The fridge is a powerhouse with cool features. The drink drawer is SO awesome! It keeps our soda and beer cool and out of the way! It has a mini-touchscreen that plays Pandora, shows our calendar, weather and news, plus has an app for drawing notes. The connection isn't always stable and the phone mirroring app never worked, but I don't care. It's really cool. Keeps the food fresh, the freezer is large and has a drawer for small items as well. The shelves are movable and it looks lovely. I totally recommend it!

My husband and I purchased a new home July 2016. Kitchen had brand new appliances. We already had a repair done in Samsung dishwasher in which took over a week to get repaired. That was only after 5 uses. December 23, 2016 my refrigerator failed. Lost everything. Called the customer service at Samsung because they are brand new appliances. They should not be failing. The few people that I spoke to were not able to help get someone out. Spoke to supervisor. Got a local repair to come out that Friday to tell us what we known it was the compressor. Its a holiday weekend, company was coming and a baby in house. Samsung certainly did not see our frustrations. The guy at repair center said it will take 3 to five days for part to come in. That brings us to the middle of the week. Called repair center said it may be in Friday. I called Samsung again today 12/27/16 and told them the issue. Basically there is nothing they could do other than wait for the part even though it will be almost 2 weeks without a refrigerator that should not have failed (in warranty repair). I asked the supervisor at Samsung if they can expedite the part. She said no theres nothing they can do other than wait. Again I tried pleading my case. I have a baby in the house and other young children not to mention it is 60 out in RI today and losing everything in coolers. They did not resolve this pressing issue or the fact that I lost too and bottom of the food in refrigerator that is worth about 300 and the food I had to replace that I lost. Their customer service is just trained to patch the problem. They sound more like counselors than trying to make their product right.

From the beginning this dishwasher did not clean dishes and it does not dry them. Within the first 6 months the wheels on the bottom rack started falling off, just after 1st year the top and bottom racks started falling apart. And I constantly have to flip the electric breaker to reset it because when you press the power button it will not turn on.

I preferred to select 0 stars but that is not an option. I purchased a bottom freezer fridge on 7/26/2007, Model RB195BSSW. For several days, the freezer isnt working properly and the fridge isnt cooling sufficiently. This morning, a Best Buy technician came out to troubleshoot and determined the circuit board needs replacing. I called Samsung since the fridge is less than 5 years old. No help, the person on the phone just kept telling me I could go through Best Buy to fix the issue or have Samsung come out at my additional expense. This is unacceptable for a product that is less than 5 years old. Ive purchased many Samsung products in the past - TV, cellphones and never (knock on wood) have had an issue. I am very disappointed in their product and lack of service.

The dishwasher is fairly quiet. It has several wash options as well as a separate dry option. The racks fold down so you can put large or unusual shaped items in it. It is pretty but the stainless streaks more than I would have liked. All and all, it works good. I would recommend this dishwasher. Works better than others I have used. Fairly decent price for the quality you get.

Really, $600 to fix my Samsung fridge for a problem that should be covered by warranty. Fan stopped working after massive ice build up behind back panel inside the fridge. A problem that has a class action lawsuit for poor product quality. Next time I will pay more attention to bad product reviews. See https://www.classaction.org/ to find if your fridge is on this list, many of them are. Samsung refuses to acknowledge the massive problem with their product. I will NEVER buy another Samsung product. PERIOD.

We purchased a 3 door Samsung refrigerator Jan, 4 2016. The ice maker drips water through the ice dispenser and several times ice has lodged in the maker preventing new ice to drop and consequently build up ice. The repairman says this is a common complaint and we can either replace the ice maker ($500), shut the entire refrigerator down for 48 hours to let everything thaw or use a hair dryer to try to help the thawing process. He says it is an engineering flaw involving the air flow. Of course once you melt the ice it will happen again. I paid $3000 for this appliance and based on the amount of bad reviews I just now read regarding Samsung refrigerators, Samsung should for pay for this consistent problem to be repaired.

Samsung French Door Model RF4287HARS/XAA - In April 2013, we bought our $3,000 Samsung fridge. On June 29th, 2013, I called to report a problem that we couldnt activate the electronic circuit board. We couldnt switch from cubed to crushed ice. On 18 Jul 13 the complete fridge failed. Today is 25 Jul 13 and its still not fixed. Thats after over 5 calls to Samsung and the same to the local retailer. We were traveling so all the food was lost and what amazes me is the cavalier response from Samsung always apologizing and promising to have someone else to call but having no one to fix it. This is the worst customer support Ive ever experienced by a long shot.

Bought a Samsung rs277 side by side from Lowes approx 5 years ago. Was a scratch and dent floor model at Lowes and was a very good discount. Ice maker problems started within first year. It makes ice but wont dump it into tray unless you press button on ice maker. So far havent had much luck finding out online what I can do to fix this. For awhile it would make ice then quit until you pushed button then would make ice again for a few days then have to press button again. After 4 years it now will only dump ice if you press button. At almost 5 yrs old fan inside fridge got loud. Found some info for different model Samsung online about this problem being from ice build up. Although the info I found online was for a similar type side by side Samsung my model rs277 did not come apart the same way. Keep in mind these are supposed to be frost free units. You need to take all the shelves and drawers out and loosen back panel.Used hair dryer to defrost a bunch of ice on cooling coil. The ice had built up to the point where it was interfering with fan and blocking drain hole. So besides the noise there was water occasionally leaking out the front. Defrosting took care of noise and water leak but it will be back since the thing should not have needed to be defrosted. There is some type of sensor that tells the brain when to defrost and a heating element to defrost. Not sure which is bad. If someone knows how to test the sensor or how to fix the ice maker so it will dump ice please email me at **.I had an Amana side by side for well over ten years. I ordered it without an ice maker so that never broke. Some of the plastic parts inside the fridge did not hold up so well and the door gaskets were coming apart but in over ten years I never had to tear it apart to fix something. Until I got the Samsung I was not so happy with the Amana because of the cheesy plastic parts. The Samsung has made me wish I had the Amana back. It was still working when I got rid of it and was over 10. Not happy with samsung.

Our Samsung FE-R300SX is 3 years old and we heard a loud pop and saw flames and smoke shooting out the back of the range. The circuit board caught fire. Samsung will not cover any of the expenses. Thankfully we saw it right away and our kitchen did not catch fire. This range should be recalled for safety. My husband and I were headed out the door when we heard the loud pop and saw the flames. We were baking Tater Tots and had the oven timer on. Our son was in his room playing video games and was going to turn off the oven when the timer went off. Our kitchen would have been on fire before he would have noticed a problem. We paid almost $700 for this range on sale and it is only 3 years old. We are very unhappy customers and will never buy anything Samsung again. They didnt even call me back about the problem. They sent an email to say they were sorry it caught fire, but they set me up for an out of warranty repair that I will have to pay for. I called them back and was told that I had no recourse and they would not cover the repair. Even thought there is a 5-year parts warranty, it does not cover the circuit board which caught fire.

We bought this Samsung 4-door French refrigerator ($2200) in July of 2010, so weve had it only about 36 months. Today we noticed everything in the freezer was thawed, but thought maybe we somehow left the freezer drawer ajar. By 4 hours later there was water everywhere and the ice maker leaked into the fridge section. Now weve emptied it completely, trying to salvage some of the frozen meat but lost all other frozen stuff which had gone to melt stage. We now realize it hasnt been coming on at all, so something obviously happened. Hubby pulled it out and didnt notice anything, but after reading all these posts, I think were facing the same thing - which is that new appliances are unreliable poor Quality. My parents had their fridges for 37 years. No exaggerating. What is wrong with this picture?

We bought Samsung microwave, to go along with all other Samsung appliances. We paid several hundred dollars for unit, and have been highly disappointed. Without warning, microwave stopped working entirely. We had all breakers tested to ensure the issue was in fact the microwave. Then, called Samsung Support. When we were told this wouldnt be covered by warranty *though they werent sure what the problem was, and advised we would need to schedule service. An appliance that you pay good money for, should continue working - and if it doesnt, it should be considered faulty by the manufacturer. Forgive me for not wanting to pay Samsung any more money for selling a bad product, being less than helpful, and no guarantee that even if they fix the unit, that we wont continue to have problems.Additional side notes: We used this microwave minimally, always kept it clean, and even advised Samsung Support that we just needed them to provide us a website - in order for us to refer to make the repair ourselves. Avoid the hours of wasted time if youve had your microwave over a year. And, in hopes you havent already bought a Samsung unit, read reviews of other manufacturers and the way they handle complaints, before making an investment. Had we done that, we wouldnt be shelling out hundreds of dollars for a replacement - our savings for Christmas gifts will now be covering malfunctions of something that is less than 2.5 years old. Thank you for your time.

The refrigerator is just over 2 years old and its falling apart. 3 panels are broken off and now the bottom ice maker is broken as well. This appliance was $2500 and is junk. It should last at least 10 years. My last GE profile lasted 16 years and not one thing broke on it during that time. They sure dont make things like they used to. I tried calling Samsung and was told there is nothing they can do for me because its past the 1 year warranty. A 1 year warranty for an appliance that should last at least 10 years is a joke and shows they really dont stand behind their quality nor do they value keeping customers. I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator (RF25HME) back in December 2017, and on October 3, 2019 the ice maker stopped working. Did my research and found out that many consumers are complaining about the same issue. For an undetermined reason, the ice maker fills with frost, which turns into blocks of ice, not allowing the ice to be made, and locks up the auger.Spent part of my weekend defrosting the ice maker. I have not had to defrost a freezer or refrigerator since I was a child (50 years ago). I have had other refrigerators with ice makers (Amana, GE) and never had this issue. I will be contacting Samsung, but based on what I have seen on the internet, I dont believe they will be interested in fixing it. (out of warranty) Stay away from Samsung refrigerator!!

OMG! There are painful customer service stories on Samsung’s own refriger
OMG! There are painful customer service stories on Samsung’s own refrigerator site that are soul jarring. Samsung’s refrigerators don’t work: **. Samsung’s behavior is clearly a corporate recognition of a refrigerator failure problem and use of a purposefully painful customer service experience to suppress or even eliminate revenue loss from fixing their problems. They can build a TV, but boy the Samsung refrigerator division... no other way to say it... sucks. Remarkable that they go adversarial with people who bought their product. These people bought their product, they supported revenue for the company. They are not the bad guys and are not deserving the persecution articulated in these postings. We purchased our remodeled condo in St Pete recently and just this week discovered that our impressive looking 3 or 4 year old Samsnot (nickname I heard in conversations about this brand) refrigerator (RF24FSEDBSR/AA) is unable to prevent foods from spoiling or doing exactly what everyone on the Samsung site is complaining about, not staying cold.In addition to the cooling system failure in only 4 years, we found the Samsnot fridge to be poorly designed vis a vis: The doors dont close! Often, very often, we look over and see that the door we had swung closed and walked away from is open slightly. There is a short lived, tiny audio alarm to alert you, but you can barely hear it. If it was loud enough, the frequency of door open alarms would qualify as Abu Gahrib sound torture. They cant build a refrigerator that has dependably closing doors? I’m 72 and never had a fridge that didn’t allow its doors to close. As Jackie Mason would say... Refrigerators are not their line of work. The stainless finish is also a challenge to keep righteous. It always smears and you need to be wiping that stainless steel spray stuff on... All the time... to keep it moderately presentable. They actually engineered a high maintenance finish. And the ice maker! What a piece of annoying scree that contraption is. It has legions of people complaining about it. After reading the online complaints, we turn ours off just to make life easier. First it jams so that to remove it from inside the refrigerator, you need Dwayne Johnson to show up and then yank it free of its receptacle. Why remove the ice maker? Once Dwayne has pulled the rudimentary ice making device out for you, it is then necessary to go in and clean out the built up ice-frost in the ice maker compartment... you know... defrost it.We bought our condo with this piece of Samsnot junk already installed, so we are shaping our posture on this Samsnot mechanical travesty to be that we really didnt pay for it and that we can kind of justify going out and buying a new fridge. Given what is written on the Samsung refrig site, we dont even want to allow Sams the opportunity to defile us with their malevolent customer service. We are the second owners and well out of the 1 year warranty but still within the 5 year warranty for the cooling system, nevertheless we see that did not do any of the people on the site much good. Fridges were effortlessly built to last 15 to 25 years in the 60s. How can these Samsung people, from a culture oriented to excellence (think Honda/Toyota/Panasonic/Subaru/Sony), be so unskilled and then so combative when asked to make things right?I feel compelled to educate unsuspecting people to the reported hazards of this brand’s refrigerator failure plus my own experience with my under 5 year failure. My efforts will never impact their overall business, but given the bevy of refrigerator makers competing for the consumers refrigerator dollar any friction to their business will offer some measure of gratification. Samsung’s own site with lots of complaints, if you missed it before: **.

I bought an RF266 from Lowes in the fall of 2007. Unfortunately, I did not buy the extended warranty. Just after the warranty period ended, the icemaker broke. The ice bin is straight across the back, so when the ice is dropping and you pull the drawer out, it breaks the sensor bar. That has been corrected in newer models. Since that happened, we have not had an icemaker for the first time in over 25 years. I called and emailed customer service and never had a response. Next thing that happened was one of the shelves’ front edge cracked. Then we noticed the egg container and butter door had cracked also. This past summer saw the temperature fluctuating from 48°F down to 26°F freezing everything in the fridge. After talking to a couple of different techs, they recommended putting a good thermometer inside and manually changing the temp. All of the techs said that we were looking at $600-$900 to repair this thing and waiting several weeks to have the parts shipped in and maybe not correcting the problem. Yesterday, the final straw broke when one of the pins holding the deli drawer door broke. As soon as I have some calves to sell this spring, I will buy something that you can actually get parts for without having to wait for them to come from Korea. My wife asked me what I was going to do with the Samsung when I replace it and I told her it was going with all of my other junk steel and sold as scrap or maybe keeping it and storing farm chemicals in it. There is no way I would pawn this piece of work on anyone. Anyone considering Samsung appliances needs to rethink before buying. I have a 15-yr old Whirlpool in the shop that is still getting it on. I wish I had never taken it to the shop but kept it at the house. We just wanted to get the newer style and increase the cubic feet.

Samsung RF28HMEDBSR French Door Refrigerator - Bought ours Nov. 2014 and bought the exact same one for my mother-in-law about a month later. Our ice-maker started acting up and freezing almost a year to the day after purchasing. Then lo and behold, my mother-in-laws did the exact same thing about a month after ours started (about one year to the day for her too). I did the hairdryer defrosting trick about 5 times in a two month span and had had enough... Too much work for ice, seriously! So then I got the bright idea to shut the ice-making ability off and buy bagged ice from the store and put it in the dispenser bucket. Works fantastic, except when you pay $2300 for a fridge with an ice-maker, one shouldnt have to purchase ice!My mother-in-law has appliance guard from Black Hills and they came out and fixed it a couple months ago, and it froze over again (just received an email from her this morning). I feel terrible because we purchased this for her as a gift and bragged how much we loved it; that was before the problems. If anyone has a fix, please post the link here. Theres been lots of theories, but I dont want to call out a repairman to temporarily fix what I can do with a blow dryer... ugghhh. Why no class-action lawsuit yet? This Samsung twin cooling plus is the worst refrigerator ever! Every 5-6 months you have to shut down and defrost it, it freezes up like the refrigerators did back in the 50s! You have to take the whole back of the refrigerator apart to get the coil to defrost which is about 8-10hrs of defrosting! I would never recommend spending 1800.00 for this piece of garbage! I need a freezer department handles for RF263AFRS Fridge manufactured NOV 2010, handles have grey plastic parts that go inside the fridge and hold handle by screws. Handle is not broken, it just cannot hold to the fridge anymore because of the broken parts on both ends. I spent 3 months looking for these parts. Called Samsung and the phone #s given by them, no one has these grey plastic parts. Wrote Samsung customer care email asking for help. They got back to me with template saying I should call their customer service (I know the phone # by heart already!). Its been a few months now the fridge is broken. I have difficulty accessing the freezer because of it. The part I am looking for the freezer handle is actually a part of the whole freezer door and to make things a little worse, that freezer door is no longer available. Same fridge broke on month 13th, after 12 month warranty. It was making ice on the back of the fridge. Part was $170 and $150 was the labor. I am very dissatisfied with the product. It was expensive fridge and I was hoping to be able to use it for a while. Now, people from Samsung, how to find these broken parts. Please help!

After we bought it, we had to defrost every 4 months. Ice builds up on behind the refrigerator part. We had to take the cover off and de-ice. It made loud noises, smelled like chemical (like gas) every time you open the door. The tech said to put baking soda in it for 48 hours. Please, Im not stupid. We ordered a new fan motor for it off eBay for $40.00 and a new water filter for $35. Now, we wont need it because we will probably go buy a new one. Samsung is junk. Dont buy one! I couldnt believe all the bad reviews. I wish I had seen this first. The fridge should last 15-20 years. Our other cheapies were better than this $2,000.00 unit!

Ticket **. My fridge stopped working under warranty and it was diagnosed as a bad compressor & Freon leak. They would fix the compressor the following week, but couldnt fix the Freon leak. So they would return with a new compressor and still not fix the issue? Yes, it was the Samsung policy. I called customer service and complained that I had a client (renter) arriving the following day. After hours on the phone, Samsung relented and offered a full refund. I went out and bought a new fridge. Now a month later, I called asking the status of the refund. They acknowledged they offered a refund, but they rescinded the refund offer stating that I refused the repair. I explained that I did not refuse the repair, I accepted the offer of the refund. After many more hours on the phone, I finally gave up. I do own 2 Samsung refrigerators, 3 televisions and just purchased a new side-by-side washer & dryer. Never again. Their new corporate mantra: Were Samsung - were here to screw with you. I am done with Samsung!

Samsung refrigerator FR26HFENDSR - I will never trust a samsung dealer or samsung customer service .... They lie to you, not a good business.. Nov 28 - bought this appliance. Home depot delivered it Dec 6, 2014. Dec 9 opened it up and all food was spoiled...board went out. No freezer...so lost all food. Repairman comes out, Dec 15, says we need a new board. Dec 17 called samsung, asking status, board was not even ordered, so board is ordered. Put in a request for reimbursement for food loss. Dec 22, samsung calls to inform me that part is on backorder until Dec 29. They put in a request for food spoilage again, and replacement fridge. Come to find out on the 27, request not put in as I was told it would be, then again on the 27, 29, and Jan 3. As of today samsung informed me that the part is now in and they are not going to put in a request for the food loss, or replacement. All their customer representatives did for the month was blow smoke up my butt and lie to me about what they were going to do for this issue. I will never buy samsung again with the issues that I have had to encounter from the customer service center at samsung. They do not honor what they say to you...

We bought our Samsung fridge in Dec 2014. In June 2018 we called Samsung 6 times because our ice maker stopped working. Nobody would call us to schedule an appt to come and fix it. We had to have it repaired for by ourselves (was told no one will work on warranty repairs on Samsung because they take too long to get their money from them). Now a year later the refrigerator side of the unit is completely out and not working, and we are going through the same thing all over again, no call backs from Samsung’s warranty repair people in our area. I had to move all my chilled items to a cooler and to my old garage Whirlpool fridge that is over 12 yrs old and it still works great, even in the summer heat in FL in a garage. I will be buying a Whirlpool again this weekend. Never again Samsung! They need to stick to making cell phones because they suck at making appliances, and their customer service stinks and reputation sucks!

Cost about $2800. Pros: great energy savings, LED light, very well lighted inside and good use of space. Cons: The drawers are not seamless so food, spilled juices, spilled sauces flows into the seams and will NEVER come clean. The glass shelves are not seamless and the same issue with cleaning is the result. The Ice maker worked great for the 1st year after which it continuously leaks water down the front of the door and makes a high pitch whining noise 24/7. Samsung will not warranty the ice maker. The French doors do not open all the way so it is a real struggle pulling out the drawers and shelves. Recommendation: NEVER purchase a Samsung fridge... EVER AGAIN.

The local repairman says that this is a common problem and that these models are a nightmare!!! Now this week I replaced the water filter and now no water will flow from the dispenser. I bought a Samsung range (model # FE R300SXIX AA) a little over 3 years ago. During the Easter weekend of 2018, I tried to bake a cake. The cake did not get done. The oven did not reach the correct temperature. I called Samsung and a technician was sent to my home within a few days. He could not find anything wrong with the oven. The visit cost $125. I tried to bake something else and it did not get done. I called Samsung again and another technician came to my home. He stated the oven temperature was 100 degrees off the target temperature. He replaced a part and tried the temperature reading again. The temperature was still off the target. The technician said the oven needed a part he did not have with him. Another appointment was made for him to return with the other part. The technician returned several days later with the other part. He replaced the part and said try the oven again because he thought it was repaired. This cost was another $175. After the technician left, I tried baking something again but it did not get done. I called Samsung again and the representative said there was nothing they could do because the warranty had expired. In order to get a partial refund for the range, the technician would have to state the oven was unfixable. I called the technicians office to make an appointment. An appointment was made for him to return a few days later. The technician called my home and stated to my husband he does not know the cause of the problem with the oven but he could return and try several things to repair it. Each thing he tried could cost up to $500 or more. Whats the use of a repair service when they are working in the blind and costing you a lot of money trying different things. I will never buy another Samsung electric range again. The Service and reliability are very unsatisfactory.

Right after the Samsung gas range was installed we used it and it did not boil water with the largest burner. From November 2015 to March 2016 we have had 4 service calls for the same problem. A letter to Samsung went unanswered. They did send a warranty extension e-mail since I received as they said such great service for my problem. I sent it back asking where the great service was and no answer. We still have the same problem. As of now my gas grill burner boils water better than this Samsung range. Will not buy any Samsung product again. Should have gotten our first choice of GE but liked the looks of the Samsung range a little better. So much for appearances over quality. How many times does Samsung have to come to fix a problem before they decide to fix it right? Waste of money!

We bought all Samsung appliances for our new home. The fridge lasted 2 years, needed a new motherboard and fan. Our washer is the exploding machine, on recall, check if you have one... Our dishwasher broke 5 times in two years, we had to pay servicemen 120 bucks each time to look, motherboard, seals, racks, etc. Everything replaced. Samsung service said initially they would replace machine before one year, but it dragged out longer, so they said, Too bad youre no longer under warranty. It was never fixed. A so-called Samsung guy showed up, said we should not use Rinse Aid, causes bubbles. I laughed at him. No one from Samsung had anything on file he came to our home. I met two people last week at Lowes looking for a dishwasher, they had the same machine I did. We laughed. Never again. Samsung dishwasher the worst ever! Stay away!

We purchased this range NX58J770SS/AS on the first week of November 2018. That week I worked late all week and didnt use the oven. The next week went on vacation. So back Thanksgiving week, cooked the Turkey and after that may have used the oven 3 or 4 times. So on Dec 18 I decided to bake croutons, top part of oven 400 degree, with about 3 tablespoon of oil on a baking sheet. After 10 min. thought they were done, shut the oven off. Then decided to put them in again for more crunch, turned the oven on. Turned around and in seconds the smoke alarms go off, and look in the oven and blazing flames coming from oven. Turned oven off and thank God my husband had a fire extinguisher out in the garage! Smoke was bad and now white stuff everywhere. Of course called service in the morning, and told them the same story. They sent a repairman Dec 24, took pictures and video for the technician people. I didnt get an answer from them by the end of that week, so I called them to see what their answer was. Their answer was is cosmetically injured. Ask them what that meant, there was oil on the back part of the oven. I said first it was cooked off. And 3 tablespoon of oil would of not caused a blazing flames. So now I have an oven that was told not to use by the repairman, and the people we purchased the oven from. The person I talked to said that was their decision, and end of that story. First I cook for a living and never saw a brand new oven cause that type of flame!

I gave this product a 1 star rating because you don’t have the option of rating it any lower. My wife and I bought a Samsung French door refrigerator with freezer on bottom, and started having problems with it after only two months of owning it. It started filling up with water under the deli drawer, it would then freeze up into a block of ice making it difficult if not impossible to open the drawer and then start to spill water all over the floor. When we called Samsung we were basically told to call a repair person, and pay to have it looked at after we just paid $1700.00 for it and we had it less than 4 months. So much for standing behind their products. If you buy a Samsung product after reading this, and many other reviews just like this one you must have more money than brains. Samsung IS NOT the reputable company they want you to believe they are.

Samsung referred us to Service Quick to repair it. The serviceman told us the ice maker will need to be replaced and to fix the fridge he will need a sensor. The ice maker is a standard size and tends to produce ice adequately. HOWEVER, BE WARNED that Samsung ice makers are very poor quality. They tend to dispense crushed ice even when you dont want it. They definitely dispense broken bits of cubes constantly. I have contacted Samsung about this issue and their attitude is well, thats just the way it is, too bad. Its a shame that a $3,000 refrigerator comes with such an inferior ice maker and even a bigger shame that Samsung thinks its okay to sell you a fridge that spits ice in your floor every time you use it. Their customer service department said that if they send a technician out to look at it they will bill me because they dont consider this a defect. Huh?? Be informed before you buy a Samsung product.

The refrigerator was purchased 8 years ago. It was replacing a 30 year old General Electric that still worked but was not “energy” efficient. Shortly after the warrant (1 year) ended, the vegetable and fruit bins froze up. The temperature kept warming and all the food in the freezer and refrigerator had to be thrown away. The worth was about $200. I called for repairs and was told I had to use specific Samsung warranty repairman. The repairs were not covered but some of the parts were. Since then, I have had to have it repaired at least 5 times and have lost 100s of dollars in food. I finally purchased a small GE for the garage to move the food when the fridge shows signs of failing. I have written, emailed and called Samsung several times and have not received any satisfaction! This is apparently a common problem with this model, a manufacturing defect. I have never experienced any issues with any refrigerators I have owned in such a short period of time. The last refrigerator I owned lasted 15 years without problems and the one before that 20 years! Also, just after a year with this inferior product, the white door handles started to peel, exposing polished chrome or steel. I thought the cosmetic damage was the worst of my complaints! I would like to report a flaw in the design of the French Door refrigerator
I would like to report a flaw in the design of the French Door refrigerator with bottom freezer drawer-model number RF260BEAESP/AA. The ice maker allows ice to exit the rear of the unit when the freezer drawer is pulled open for removal of frozen food or for ice removal. The ice then is deposited on the freezer floor. This not only wastes ice, it creates a collection of ice cubes which eventually inhibit the secure closing of the freezer drawer. Eventually, the incomplete seal of the closure allows frost to build up on the contents of the freezer. I would hope that Samsung redesigns the ice maker and its location within the freezer drawer.

Two years into our ownership of this microwave (SMH9187WXAA), we are working on the third control panel. It is a known issue, common to this model microwave. Tens of thousands of these control panels all over the country (I dare say world) are being replaced every year. The tech who replaced the first panel was on his eighth that day; yesterdays tech who replaced the second panel was on his third. Samsung refuses to either replace my microwave or extend my warranty. How does one deal with an issue such as this? The microwave has a known and very widespread defect. That means it does not serve the purpose for which it was designed, and I purchased it. If I did that in my business, the Feds would be on my case. Who is pursuing Samsung in this case? Not Consumer Reports, who rated this microwave a Best Buy. I will be buying no more Samsung or General Electric appliances (Samsung makes many of GEs appliances, esp. their refrigerators).

DW80H9930US - My Samsung dishwasher was installed on October 25, 2014. The first call for repair was made on December 5th for a persistent water leak from the bottom of the door. The repair was made on Dec. 26th in which the venting system in the door was replaced. The next repair call was made on Dec. 31st for the same water leaking problem. The repair was made on Jan. 9, 2015 in which the venting system gasket was reseated. The next repair call was made Jan. 10th for the same water leaking issue from the bottom of the door. On Jan. 16th, the service man placed an order for a door latch replacement. On February 6th, the door latch mechanism was replaced. Water leaking and the door popping open without error codes mid-cycle continued. The most recent repair took place on March 14th, where the repairman replaced the whole door. No more water leaking has been noticed, however, one month after this repair, the door continues to pop open mid-cycle without any error codes. The time remaining does appear and flashes. I close the door, and it starts up again and with fingers crossed it finishes, but not without multiple door popping open episodes. Ive checked the strainer in the base and its not clogged with food particles. The top rack does roll forward, and Ive seen another posting about it becoming disconnected from the sprayer mounting at the back of the dishwasher wall. Perhaps this is the reason the dishwasher continues to stop mid-cycle without displaying error codes. My anger is with Samsung, not with P.C. Richard & Sons performance. I dont know, but one thing is for sure, when my 5 year warranty has expired (thank God, I had the smarts to purchase one), this dishwasher is going to the curb and I will NEVER buy another Samsung appliance, nor will I recommend their products to anyone!Updated on 09/25/2015: the dishwasher seemed fixed after the whole door replacement back in March 2015, however, it has begun leaking again (mid-August 2015) from the lower left area at the bottom of the door (the same area where it leaked from the start).

I purchased 4 Samsung appliances for my kitchen and had to repair 3 out of the 4. But by far, the stove has been the worst. Since the beginning, the stove would not keep the set temperature. I would preheat it, it would hit the set temperature and then begin declining after about 5 minutes. Significantly declining- continuously dropping. I had to have a repair person out 3 times to fix it- which meant I had to wait at home 4 hours each time. I was promised a refund 3 different times when they deemed it irreparable. I would be waiting for my refund so I could purchase a different (not Samsung) oven and would call them back only to be told that my refund had been denied (even after receiving refund acceptance texts) for various reasons. They never contacted me to tell me that it had been denied- just left me waiting. Each time, I was asked to resend a different document (receipt, picture of serial number, etc) that I had already sent them previously. Each time I called (a total of 6 times), I had to wait on hold for at least an hour. I would be promised, promised, promised that they would take care of me and then nothing. The last customer service representative I had even refused to read documentation of my experience to explain my frustration. So...the product is faulty and customer service is lacking. I told them I had the receipts and then faxed and emailed them the receipts as requested. Samsung outsources their repairs to local vendors. I was given the name and phone number of a local vendor along with a ticket number (**). The earliest appointment the repair shop could give me was for Monday, November 5th. I was told I would get a call in the morning to let me know what time the service person would be coming. No call came at all. I did call three times and was told someone will get back to me. I have a call into a repair service for which I pay a maintenance agreement fee. It will take me 2 1/2 weeks to get a repair person here. 2nd time this refrigerator has quit due to a frozen drain. It is 2 years old. I will never buy a Samsung product of any type again. Its 10:30 at night and my children and I have just moved out into a garage refrigerator.

I couldnt hate Samsung and their POS products any more than I do right now.
I couldnt hate Samsung and their POS products any more than I do right now. Our refrigerator started acting up when it was 3.5 years old. Occasional loud grinding noises that we thought was the fan scraping against a buildup of ice. Almost a year later the noises stopped and the fridge temperature went up to where it was barely keeping the fridge cool enough to be functional. A repairman came, diagnosed and fixed the issue very quickly and cheaply, and we were quite satisfied. Until it stopped working again less than 30 days later. Now the same repairman thinks its a seal system issue, which his company doesnt address. Was told our issue would be expedited because we cant live without a refrigerator. That was a week ago. Samsung initially said a new repair company would contact us within 24 - 48 hours. I had to call back 3 times after that window to finally get a service repair number from them. IT WAS THE NUMBER OF THE SAME COMPANY THAT ALREADY CAME TO THE HOUSE AND SAID THEY WERE UNABLE TO FIX IT. Called Samsung again, and they gave me another number to call. That company ALSO said they dont address seal system issues. Called Samsung AGAIN. Now they dont know if theres anybody in our area who can address this issue. But not to worry, because theyll call me in 24 - 48 hours to let me know if theyve found somebody! Meanwhile Im supposed to give my toddler spoiled milk with his takeout dinner? Ill drop dead before I EVER buy another Samsung product.

After six months from date of purchase, the fan would go on by itself. I wasnt using the microwave or the stove and would be in another room. Called for service and the technician said it was a circuit breaker fuse. He told me once he fixed it, it would never happen again. Well, its been a year now and it is happening again. Also when the light under the microwave is on, it will go off and on as the microwave door is opened and closed. The only way I feel this junk is safe is to unplug it when Im not using it. Is there a lawsuit going on I need to know about?

Don’t buy the 4 door flex. Purchased 2 years ago. Paid more than we have ever paid for a Refrigerator. I was so excited because I wanted an all Refrigerator but wanted a door ice and water dispenser. This was perfect. All was great the first year, then the ice maker quit working. It was extremely difficult to open and when we did it was jammed with ice cubes and ice on the side and frozen ice on the bottom. Had to use a ice pick and hot water to clear it out. When we looked online we found many complaints regarding the same issue. Now EVERY 2 weeks it freezes up. It takes 18 hours to get ice again after I spend 30 minutes clearing and cleaning it out. The amount of ice it produces is very small. I regret this purchase. Don’t buy it unless you don’t need ice.

I purchased my Samsung electric range Model NE597R0ABSR in September of 2014 from Nebraska Furniture Mart in Kansas City, Kansas. Last week on 08/10/2017 the oven suddenly caught on fire when I turned the oven on. Nothing in the oven. The control panel read that the temperature of the oven was only 275 degrees. I just heard a clicking noise and then a small boom and I could see my oven was on fire through the glass. Smoke alarm went off, and I got the fire out without getting hurt. The heating element in the oven had caught fire on its left side and was melted. The lens around the light was also scorched and then there was all the damage to the walls of the oven being scorched, the oven door glass was also scorched and damaged. I was very lucky that I was still in my kitchen when it caught fire or else I imagine more damage would have occurred to my kitchen and home. Of course being 3 years old it was no longer under warranty, but from the number of complaints on this same issue with Samsung ranges which not only includes my model number but other Samsung models it appears to be a manufacturing defect. I called Samsung customer service 1-800-726-7864 and told them what happened and they said it was no longer under warranty. I said to them that it looked like a manufacturing defect and was told well manufacturing defects were only covered for 1 year (ridiculous). The stove is a fire hazard. I unplugged the stove after I got the fire out. Then the Samsung customer service rep I talked to the 3rd time finally said that they would sent an authorized repair service to my home to evaluate the damage. Samsung would pay for the service evaluation and the labor to replace the parts, BUT NOT THE PARTS. Turned out that when the tech took the back off of the stove, it was the wiring harness that had been on fire also, plus the circuit board was damaged and that was just what he could see without taking it apart any further. Turned out the circuit board, the wiring harness and oven heating element parts would be a whopping $420.00. That was just the beginning, then there would be another $60 charge for the tech to come back. I told the repair service I was not paying for any parts and would not be having the stove repaired and it was ridiculous for me to have to pay anything at all for Samsungs negligence in manufacturing a stove with so many defects. An electric stove should never just catch on fire because the oven was turned on, and the wiring harness shouldnt have caught fire ever. That $1000.00 stove should have lasted more than 3 years. Samsung obviously does not care about their customers, or their well being, and I will never buy another Samsung product. So many of their appliances have exploded, caught on fire that it is ridiculous that these same products continue to be sold to the unsuspecting US public.

I bought a whole kitchen set made by Samsung, in exactly 4 years my refrigerator broke, Samsung had a repair person come out and they couldnt get one screw out to fix it. After numerous calls and spoiled food because coolers arent the greatest at preserving food Samsung said that I had to find my own maintenance company. Well Oddly enough there is no one in my area besides the company that could not get one screw out, to repair my fridge. Samsung said there was nothing they could do. Now fast forward a few months my microwave is now broken. Im sure I will get nowhere with this broken appliance as well. Through all the calls and hours spent on the phone and the food reimbursement check Samsung said they would send us I have gotten nothing from them and no answers. Their products are junk and any company that sells them needs to stop because most of the people selling them know they are junk and tell you not to buy them.

This dishwasher is awful. It needs to be repaired once a year. It really doesnt wash the dishes very well. You have to wash everything before it goes into the dishwasher. It has many features but it runs way too long (3 hrs.) & you cant turn off the dry cycle. Regular size dishwasher. Its stainless steel & very attractive, but it doesnt wash well so who cares how nice it looks. Fortunately I have an extended warranty. If I didnt, I would have replaced this dishwasher by now.

Out of warranty, out of warranty, out of warranty. Sorry for the inconvenience, here’s a phone number of a repairman. This design defect is widely publicized on social media. Bought new Samsung microwave (me21h706mqs) and after one week it caught on fire at the plastic piece in rear corner. Lucky we were at microwave watching or whole house could have caught on fire. Huge plastic smoke and horrible smell. Home Depot response was call Samsung. I asked them to come and take out as it is health hazard. Called Samsung, had to call three different numbers as they cannot transfer, phone technology?? Samsung was not impressed their unit caught fire and really did not care. Said they would sent tech in 2-3 days. UNACCEPTABLE.Basically they hung up on me after I requested someone come out on Monday to remove. Do you think if this happened to the GM at Samsung they would have treated it as routine maintenance? It is now 2 hours after Samsung was supposed to be here and no word yet. Going to replace with ANY other brand than Samsung. If you look at these reviews you see many fires. Cant believe they still are selling them. Buyer beware.

Samsung. We have a ton of Samsung products throughout our home, and our children use a lot of the same. We bought a Samsung refrigerator four years ago and in our opinion its a piece of crap!!! Weve had to have it serviced a few times in the last three months, with them charging $90 to show up, $75 an hour and parts. Our ice maker quit and are French door freezer started to quit. The tech came and changed the sensor and it cost over $170.They freeze our words, the ice maker to this day has never work again, and guess what, now the stinking freezer is broken again!!! Trying to get service to respond is horrible, It took us five calls over a 10 hour period to finally get someone to respond the next day. We were told the motherboard needs to be replaced and then the tech said the signal seemed to be OK to the sensor so he really didnt need to be replaced. The sensor controls the freezer. So we decided to toss out about these hours or more of frozen food. Now we have to go out and buy another refrigerator after four years!!! Wow!!! I want to go to Home Depot to check out refrigerators have asked want to good refrigerator was in one of two that was recommended was a Samsung!!! Are you combative were going to have to spend at least $2000 for a new refrigerator it wont be a Samsung unless they offered to work something with us. We bought this refrigerator as the result of the settlement of a complaint I filed with the state Attorney General against Sears for a crappy Amana refrigerator that broke six times in five years. Siri refuses to let us buy an extended warranty Surrey: we put extended warranties on everything we own. And this is one of a dozen of the websites where we will be publishing negative feedback on our horror story with our SAMSUNG refrigerator, which is a piece of crap in our opinion.Samsung Ticket #: **. We purchased our Samsung Microwave (SMH1816S) for our kitchen remodel and had it installed in April 2014. The microwave died on 3/30/15, getting the dreaded error code of 5E. We called Samsung (800-726-7864) on 3/30/15. Having read these reviews, we were prepared for the worst, and that is exactly what we got. DENIAL, DENIAL, DENIAL. We were told our warranty no longer existed. Even worse, they told us our Model number and Serial number didnt even come up! They consistently told me they could give me the number of their service center, but that we would have to pay for the repairs. I argued for 45 minutes with ** explaining to her that we would in NO way pay for the repair of a defective product… something that Samsung is FULLY aware, yet continues to deny. She then said she would have the Tech. Dept. call me the next day. No one got back with me so I called back on 4/2/15 and spoke with ** which got me nowhere, so demanded to speak with a Supervisor. I then spoke with ** of Executive Customer Relations. He, again, tried to deny that Samsung has a serious problem with their microwaves. I cited the over 300 complaints on Consumer Affairs. After 45 minutes of arguing, he finally relented and said they would send a repair tech out at no cost but that the only part they would cover would be the control panel as this is the part that seemed to be the cause of our complaint based upon our error code. Today, 4/10/15, the repairman came out and replaced the control panel. And, not surprisingly, the microwave is still dead! He claimed it must be the main board that needs replacing as the new control panel did not solve the problem. As he only brought a new control panel, he said he would send in our repair results and that someone would contact me. I asked him what a new main board would run and he said he had no idea what the cost of parts ran as only the Joplin, MO. office would know.At this point, I am totally disgusted with Samsung. Seems to me that if it is not the control panel, then it is something else. Bottom line is these microwaves are crap and whats more frustrating is that Samsung is fully aware of it, yet will not take appropriate action… such as recall them. All I know is that when I am contacted, I am ready to fight once again for this worthless item to be fixed BY Samsung at no cost to us. We have not even used this microwave for 1 year and for it to die on us, is absurd! Would love to hear about anyone elses similar experience with failure of the main board. I can only reiterate what everyone else seems to feel… why has a Class Action Lawsuit not been put in action? I know this is a long standing complaint and is extremely common. Is there not an attorney in the house who has experienced this problem with Samsung Microwaves? I will be the first to sign the petition if the challenge is created. I will write more about our travails once Samsung calls me. And if they fail to do so, I will be calling them! NO ONE SHOULD PUT UP WITH SAMSUNGS DENIAL FOR REPAIR! If you dont get what you want, fight for what is right! It has worked for me thus far. They simply cannot keep denying these claims.Updated on May 5, 2015: This is a continuation of a previous review published 4/10/15. It is vital that every Samsung consumer read this tip. We went through the same agony as everyone in dealing with Samsung and their refusal to acknowledge or assist in the repair of these defective microwaves. We spent hours on the phone with several Samsung employees.. most in the management dept. Each phone call got us the usual response... we can provide you with the number of a service repair company but the cost is up to you. Just so you understand, I do not put up with lies nor do I put up with injustices. I do not let them go. It was not until after I finally demanded to speak with someone in their LEGAL DEPARTMENT that I got any satisfactory response. I was told that the only thing they could give me was the email address for their legal dept. So, I wrote the Legal Dept.. ** on 4/16/15. I expressed my disgust with Samsung and urged them to read the reviews on ConsumerAffairs.com. I pointed out to them that they were completely unethical in their handling of the hundreds (actually probably thousands if you take into account those who just did not write a review on ConsumerAffairs) of complaints as to the dreaded defective microwaves. I warned them that a Class Action Lawsuit seemed to be encouraged by most. On 4/17/15, I received an email from the Legal Dept. (I will not give the name as it seems the names are bleeped out). The email approved the cost of repair for our microwave. We, too, had the common 5E/SE error code. The technician came out on 4/21/15 to make the repair. Turns out we had to have the motherboard replaced (having already replaced the control panel) before the oven worked properly. We do not feel the headaches are over. It seems as if many of these issues arise again after a few months of use. We will not be surprised when/if this happens again. Bottom line, these microwaves need to be recalled or a Class Action Lawsuit should prevail. Samsung is only putting a temporary fix on these defects. Since the Legal Dept. acted as if my complaint was new to them, I can only encourage everyone to write the Legal Dept. of Samsung to voice their complaint and to get appropriate action. Hopefully this helps all of you who are getting nowhere with Samsung.

Please anyone that has had problems with their Samsung Product - no matter what the product, contact me. I am trying to get a class action suit started against Samsung and their customer service department. I have had problems with my Samsung dishwasher from day one and now it is Oct of another year. Samsung thinks that they can run the warranties out on their products and people will eat it and buy something else. If your product has not been replaced or repaired, it is still under warranty and we need to get together and make sure these big companies dont think they can get away with that. My dishwasher has been sitting here since June of this year(2014) with water in it. Has been repaired many times and the last time the repairman didnt even get down the road before it broke again. Having trouble with Samsung wanting to repair again, well under the lemon law with is a law it has to be replaced. They are hoping like a lot of people I will just let it drop, no such chance, its the principle of the matter now. Big companies need to pay for their mistakes so please contact me with your information **. If I get enough I can proceed with a class action suit against Samsung. Thank you.

Samsung Refrigerator Model RB215LASH - Samsung is a disgrace. I have sworn off any product made by Samsung as a result of my experience with this refrigerator. This refrigerator began giving me trouble at ten months. I went out of town to work and when I came home it wasnt working at all. Neither Lowes nor Samsung was concerned about the fact that they are selling a piece of junk. I contacted Samsungs recommended repair company and during the visit, I was advised that no one wants to work on them because they continue to fail even after repairs are made.A faulty refrigerator is a health and safety issue and has the potential to kill. The digital thermometer displays the temperature incorrectly. Perishable food items stored above 40 degrees for more than two hours can grow deadly bacteria. Samsung, you should be ashamed. Unfortunately, today it is all about the dollar, and honor and integrity have no place in the corporate equation. Im not sure why, but I did expect more from Lowes. Next step for me will be a catchy little video on YouTube where I use my Samsung refrigerator as an anchor, pushing it off of a boat with a big blue ribbon tied around it. (Dont worry, Ill make sure not to harm the environment in the process and to hoist it back up and dispose of it properly after the filming.)

Purchased 1.5hp split inverter aircon from Emcor Davao City May 5 2018. Unit worked fine for about 5-6 months then started short cycling. Mystic Electronics Service Center Davao was contacted by customer service to be assumed warranty repair provider. Person came out said Lindsey too short so had to pay P6000 To have that fixed. Unit continued to short cycle. Came out again said outdoor motherboard AND compressor overload were both bad...then outdoor blower motor was bad. They replaced all of those items. I have years of AC experience and told the KID that is not the problem. He leaves unit still short cycling so I finally called Manila again and told them MY diagnosis. After further discussion between themselves they agreed to send same KID out to replace the indoor thermistor. The KID damaged my casings on inside unit. Now unit is acting up again with about 3 weeks remaining on warranty. I told them they need to send someone else out as I had banned Mystic from coming inside the property again since he has really no idea what he is doing and no respect for someone elses property....I.e. Indoor portion of the Samsung a.c. NEVER EVER BUY SAMSUNG AIRCON products....unless youre rich and dont mind just throwing your money out the door. Learned my lesson on Samsung. The control panel went completely dead and the internal sides were very hot (as well as the glass rotating plate in the microwave). We had to unplug the unit. First being I hate that no matter what temp you put the fridge on you will have to eventually manually Defrost because there is no option to do it by itself. Second even after googling how to defrost it you have to basically take it apart and do it yourself no matter what. Thirdly I wish there was a way to either turn off the door open alarm or adjust the time. Overall, I’m pretty happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend as a good starter fridge.

I am doing something that I was hoping that I would not have to do. I am putting the Samsung Corporation on public blast because I have been given absolutely no other option! After purchasing a top of the line dishwasher just last fall, our unit has required repair for error codes 3 TIMES. All were under warranty and while the first tech was educated and efficient...the problem was not fixed leading us to where we are today. Approximately 6 weeks ago (while still within the manufactures warranty) we placed a call for repair. After an hour of waiting on the line, we were told that a service repair shop would be calling us. Never did. I called said company 3 times and left messages hoping for a return call. Never happened. Called Samsung back...waited an hour and 40 minutes for a rep. Was told that a repair shop would be calling me to schedule. Gave me the number for the exact same repair shop. I declined. Asked for another shop. They finally agreed to send someone else out at your request...like it was unusual that I wanted another company. That company called and scheduled with me but needed a week to order parts (how did they know what part if there was no in person diagnostic?). Fine. No dishwasher 2 weeks...ok, well be patient. Came out, replaced main board in about 30 min and was out. Started the cycle and it looked to be working and left. Day after, first full load in the machine...ERROR CODE. Are you kidding me? Called Samsung...I could go on and on about the HOURS AND HOURS we have sat on hold with Samsung. At least 1 hour and 30 minutes EACH CALL, EVERY TIME. We have phone records to support this. We have asked to be expedited to executive customer service = declined. We have asked for a replacement unit = declined. We have asked why this has happened = no answer. WE HAVE BEEN MORE THAN PATIENT but at this point it has been upwards of SIX WEEKS since this has started and there has been NO RESOLUTION whatsoever. We have followed up almost every other day with this company to check the status, we have proven our bill of sale, we have provided them with many, many, many opportunities to make this right = DECLINED. We asked for our case to be forwarded to a higher level = declined. We feel totally at their mercy. We are at our wits end because we feel we are being taken advantage of and have been given NO SOLUTION to our issue. The customer service has been DEPLORABLE to say the least. I am BEGGING for someone, anyone...please help! Has anyone experienced this? What do we do? We 100% do not want this unit anymore (when warranty is up...well be responsible to pay for these constant error codes to be fixed) and we would be more than happy with either a full refund or an exchange for a non-Samsung dishwasher (from HH Gregg). We feel like this company has us strung up with no option but to be continually jacked around. We have asked for a copy of our communication transcript and were told that they cannot provide that for us. (WHAT?) We do not have finances to pursue legal action, but if we did, that is the route we feel is appropriate after all that we have experienced.

We purchased our Samsung dishwasher in late 2014. It needed repair within three months when water was not pumping out of the bottom of the unit. The repairman said that it was a common problem... so common that he usually had several of the replacement parts on his truck. This time he didnt so it took two trips so there was a total of almost two weeks without the machine. Since then the dishwasher has been very noisy and I should probably call the repairman again but I figure something else will go wrong sooner or later. We did purchase a Lowes extended warranty. I find that the machine is hard to load. Perhaps I should have taken one of my plates to the store to try it out. It cleans ok... not remarkable but no major complaints especially if I wash things well before I put them in. I am sorry that I bought this item.
