Dishwasher cleans great, but after it was hooked up for a couple months one
Dishwasher cleans great, but after it was hooked up for a couple months one day the dishes did not come out clean. (I must say right off the bat that the dishwasher was in place for a year before it was hooked up so, although it had not been unwrapped, the warranty was up before the problem started.) Thought there might be dirt or something caught in the bottom under the screen. Took the screen and spin wheel thing off to clean it and found the problem was a small bit of plastic from the top rack had broken off and was stopping the little wheel from spinning the arms the water comes out of. Thought it may have broken because I had moved the top rack up to accommodate a tall item. Did not move the top rack again after that, but a month later, had the exact same problem caused by another bit of plastic broken off the rack. It is very annoying since there are 13 or 14 long screws that have to be removed to fix it. Would hate to be paying a repair person every time this happened! Seems awfully cheap production to have the racks falling apart and causing the dishwasher to stop working!

I purchased a french door refrigerator from what I thought was a good quality company and they cant seem to get the thing to work right. The ice-maker isnt working right and the right door doesnt stay open when you want to load or remove groceries. Ive had a tech here now five times and whatever they do, its not working. A refrigerator at this price should work without issue.

We bought this Samsung convection microwave oven and had it two weeks and inside Glass Shattered. Very very dangerous especially when a child is standing in front of it. Very very disappointed with Samsung on their products. We bought all the Black Stainless Samsung products, Microwave, stove, dishwasher, fridge, washer & dryer. And within days there is scratches on every item we bought. We spend over $1,000 and within one week everything we owned looked like it was already 2 years old due to the awful scratches. We waited 3 months to even get them, they had to get them from Korea. Now have to wait another 3 months for a microwave which out of 500 complaints from glass shattering the new one will probably shattering again. Because Samsung wont recall this horrible item. Customers DONT buy Samsung especially ANY Black Stainless.

Save yourself the hassle and do not buy this refrigerator!! I am having the same problems everyone else is. I bought this refrigerator in Nov 2015, then in Nov 2017, the fan on the back started to make noise and then it stops cooling. Then the ice maker stopped working. I have the extended warranty. Today will be my 8th time calling the extended warranty company Warrantech. They are USELESS!!!! Numerous parts have been replaced. All I get is the runaround. Warrentech on the phone tells me its up to the technician to decide if the fridge cannot be fixed. The tech tells me, All I do is what they tell me to do. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY A SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR AGAIN. AND BRANDSMART DOES NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS! They make the sale and clean their hands. Very upset consumer!!!!

Purchased this NE595ROABSR/AA range Jan.22, 2013 at Lowes. The front right burner would cook on high even though it was set on low. Managed to deal with that. Yesterday in the middle of preparing dinner, the range shot fire with a loud explosion. Samsung does not stand behind their products and you would think that a new stove that we paid $900.00 for would last longer than 2 1/2 years.

RF4287HA Refrigerator cannot be repaired - 2 1/2 years old. Loved this refrigerator until I got error code on display one day. Called for Service. Technical came and said unit could not be repaired. He called Samsung and after they spoke, he told me Samsung would call to make arrangements to exchange unit. Told they would even take the old unit back at the same time. Received call today from Samsung requesting receipt. I was then told that Samsung will only be refunding me for the purchase price prorated from the time of purchase. I feel like I was misled and that Samsung does not stand behind their products. I will now be going out tonight to purchase a new refrigerator. It will NOT be a Samsung.

We purchased the 2 door refrigerator with the freezer at the bottom. About a year and a half we noticed it started leaking big puddles on my wood floor. We went back where we bought it and they told us that we were out of warranty. I ask them what could be causing this problem and they said we probably did not have it level. We checked, it was. We kept going back and did not get any results so I would tell everyone dont buy the Samsung 3 door refrigerator with the freezer at the bottom. Ice keeps building up on the bottom drawer.

Now here it is a month later and this time its no longer working. I called their service center to have it repaired and they have canceled 3 times. Its been 9 days that I have been without my microwave. Now they scheduled it again for Friday... 3 more days later. I will never again in life purchase anything from Lowes. And anyone out there reading this l would advise you to do the same.

I spent over $2500 for a new Samsung counter depth refrigerator in mid 2015
I spent over $2500 for a new Samsung counter depth refrigerator in mid 2015 after I remodel my kitchen. It works fine for about 1 1/2 year. After 1 1/2 year, I started to have problems. A year ago the freezer will not go down to the temperature I set. Even I set it to minor 8 degree F, it only went down 15 degree F. I was advised by some website to reset the refrigerator by turning off the power overnight. I did and it worked again. Six months ago, no ice came out from the ice maker. I open the ice maker and found it completely frozen. I turned the power off and blow some warm air to melt the ice. After I removed the ice, it worked again.A couple weeks ago, the freezer warmed up again. This time, I know resetting the refrigerator can only solve the problem for a few months so I called Samsung service center. A technical came, open the freezer and spent half an hours checking. He told me that defrost sensor went bad and the ice built up blocking the cold air from entering the freezer. Also the cover needed to be replaced. I ask him if the repair will take care of the ice maker frozen problem. He told me that it is a different problem and many people have the same problem due to design issue and Samsung offered to repair it free even warranty expired. I called Samsung but with no luck, Samsung refused to have it fixed. Repairing the ice maker will cost another $400.The technician left and 2 days later, another technician came with the parts. He did some more checking and told me that the cover did not need to be replaced but the control board did not send power to the heater. Unfortunately, the previous technician did not check the control board so he need to order the control board and will come back later. He told me that I should purchase extended warranty. I went to online chat with Samsungs Chat site and was told that I can purchase extend warranty even the refrigerator warranty expired. The gentlemen even told me that the I should get some discount for the current repair if I elected to purchase extended warranty. He gave me the number to call.I called Samsung extended warranty department and found out that extend warranty cost $550 a year and will be effective 30 days after all repairs were done and I needed to show them receipts of all repairs. There will be no discount to current repair either. I was surprised that extended warranty cost $550/year for a refrigerator. The conclusion was the refrigerator will experience problems very often, maybe an average of once a year because average repair cost will be 4 to 5 hundred dollar each time. This policy tells us to expect Samsung refrigerator to be repaired once a year. This morning, I found out that the water dispenser at the refrigerator started leaking. Oh boy, another problem I have to deal with. I did a quick estimate. It will cost me about $1450 to have everything repaired and spend $550 for a one year extended warranty. That is $2000. Should I buy a new one instead. My last refrigerator was a 20 years old GE. It is still in the garage working fine. The other one was a 35 years old Whirlpool. I gave it away when I purchased the Samsung. My GE and Whirlpool gave me a combined 55 years of trouble free service while the Samsung gave me 3 problems in 2 1/2 years.

I havent had my Samsung model RF195 refrigerator two years and water and ice are forming under the vegetable drawers. I was told the drain is plug and it could cost up to $150 to fix. I will have to unplug my refrigerator for 2 days and they will have to put in a new improved part in the drain that is deeper and replace another part along with it. The company I purchased it from who is also my repairman stated he just repaired another one the previous week. It sounds to me like this is a huge issue with Samsung refrigerators. I am not happy about putting $150 in a less than 2-year old fridge. Samsung needs to step up, take credit for the mistake, and offer some type of resolution to the solution!

We purchased the microwave on 5/2016 from Best Buy. 7/2016 microwave filter began to pop out randomly once hitting me on my chest, then buttons were pressed on their own as if we had a ghost. Fan turns its self on, the light goes on by itself, a code came on (Samsung comp said disconnect and connect again - WHAT!!!). Geek Squad came and changed the board panel, filter panel, door. Called Samsung company, they sent a tech who changed the SAME thing. The company refused to replace the microwave. Once all was replaced the microwave worked for 1 mo and began to malfunction once more. Now the microwave freezes, we can not press any button on the door, the microwave turns off as if it was unplugged plus all the other things that were wrong with the microwave.I have asked to speak with the manager and all I ever get told is the microwave will be replaced if the SAMSUNG tech recommends it. Hello they work for Samsung it will not get recommended. Well the tech came today. Recommendations replace the door again. Really. That will be the 3rd time. The stove it takes a long time igniting. I was told not to cook with flour (I do not cook with flour). The fridge the ice dispenser it is very small you are lucky if you get 4 cups with ice. Icemaker sweats and drips water inside the fridge. This was the first time we purchased Samsung appliances, and it will be the last one. I should of bought Viking/Frigidaire appliances. DO NOT PURCHASE SAMSUNG APPLIANCE. They are the worst.

We bought 1000 dollar Samsung 2 years ago. Only reason we replaced our 300 Maytag was because it was almond and we wanted stainless steel. We went to buy a Bosch but salesclerk said Samsung was better and quieter. So we listened. Im a person who still scrubs all my dishes before hand even though they say its not necessary. We called service and said dishes were still dirty. We tried putting in dirty dishes, different dish washing soap etc. our dishwasher. Every time you open it smells like someone died. When the tech came over he even commented on how new our dishwasher looked and he had no explanation. Its a piece of ** and a big waste of money. Dont buy a Samsung!

Samsung fridge with the drink drawer is the smarter purchase I've made! I purchased the 'Samsung - 28.2 Cu. Ft. 4-Door French Door Apps Refrigerator with Thru-the-Door Ice and Water - Stainless steel -Model:RF28HMELBSR" 3 years ago and have never regretted it. The fridge is a powerhouse with cool features. The drink drawer is SO awesome! It keeps our soda and beer cool and out of the way! It has a mini-touchscreen that plays Pandora, shows our calendar, weather and news, plus has an app for drawing notes. The connection isn't always stable and the phone mirroring app never worked, but I don't care. It's really cool. Keeps the food fresh, the freezer is large and has a drawer for small items as well. The shelves are movable and it looks lovely. I totally recommend it!

I am sitting here one week after having our new Samsung dishwasher delivered and unable to install it because of a couple of brackets and screws that were not shipped with the unit. Upon delivery, the delivery company opened the box and we inspected for damage...none. That was great. We set it aside for installation later in the week, (after a new kitchen floor was to be installed.) When I proceeded to install today discovered that the included parts other than the kick plate were nowhere to be seen. Contacted Samsung... They directed me to the Samsung/Home Depot centre. Their answer “Sorry, not reported within 24 - 48 hours.” Are you kidding me? For the lack of a few parts costing less than $5 they would rather have me return it to Home Depot! Home Depot is now trying to work with them. I simply cannot believe the bureaucratic nonsense and lack of common sense.

In November of 2015 we purchased a Samsung refrigerator French door BLK SS unit model number RF263BEAESG. In June of 2017 we started having trouble with the ice maker not working, and frosting up. On June 30th 2017 I contacted Samsung and they put a online service request ticket in for me. They told me I would be notified within 3 business days of when someone could come and repair the refrigerator. On July 10th I received another email from Samsung support and it said that my ticket had been cancelled the email read as follows your repair for service ticket has been cancelled. If you need service please contact us and it gave the phone number 1 800 Samsung. Thank you for your cooperation. Since then I tried to find someone in the local area that could come out and look at and or repair the unit. After several phone calls I was able to find someone that works on Samsung appliances. On July 18th a service tech came to my house and told me I had three issues the ice maker was going bad the fan in the freezer was going bad and at this point it was making a horrendous noise and then the fan in the refrigerator in the back that whole unit needed to be replaced. The total cost for these repairs are going to be about $800. At this point I have a really tough decision to make do I dump an additional $800 into this refrigerator and hope that it lasts, or do I bite the bullet and buy another refrigerator from a different manufacturer. I have responded to the emails from Samsung support I have gotten no further response from them. I do intend to let them know what is wrong with the refrigerator and what it is going to cost to repair it. While I understand it is out of warranty, it is not even 2 years old yet and should not be having these major issues.I will never buy another Samsung Appliance and I would never recommend to anyone that I know to buy one whether they are family friend or Foe. This has been such a disappointing experience for me. I can only hope that some attorney somewhere reads all of these complaints and puts together a class action lawsuit against Samsung. Someone needs to hold them accountable for making a product of such poor quality. People buy for the Samsung name because their Electronics have always been number one in the market. Their total lack of customer support has me wondering if I should even keep my Samsung smartphone. I find it hard to support a company that will not support its customers.

DO NOT BUY Samsung French Door fridges! I have almost $3000 invested in a fridge that gave little, annoying problems at first, but as soon as the VERY SHORT warranty was up, the ice maker problems got worse and worse... Dripping water out of the ice maker flapper door, slushy ice cubes, ice dams in the ice maker itself, taking 1 minute or so to drop out 3-5 ice cubes, odd noises, not making ice at all... You name it.I tried to get a repairman, but no one returned my calls--then I discovered from several local sellers of the Samsung French door fridges, that there are so many problems with them, that repairmen dont want to repair them at all--knowing they will never solve their clients problems. The repairmen might take the call IF the unit is still on warranty, simply because they know theyll get more and more repair calls--all paid by Samsung. Once the warranty is gone, they dont want to deal with Samsung units.Consider this: I have a new millennium fridge and I make ice the way my Mom did in the 1950s--with ice cube trays! I think these units should be recalled--these are major expenses for a family--just like buying a car that is unsafe or poorly designed--or is an outright Lemon. Samsungs reply to me was a boilerplate letter with links pasted in to their WELL KNOWN repair bulletins... Each one I had already known about and tried! Then they linked to how to get a repair ticket started, but then repeated their warranty rules. Samsung customer satisfaction? Rate that at ZERO. If you know anyone considering one of these Samsung units, steer them away--- SHARE this post. PLEASE SHARE!

The Samsung French doors, freezer on bottom refrigerator sometimes keeps things cold, and sometimes doesnt. The temperature read-out always, always says 37 degrees F, but thats not true. The compressor overheats causing ice build-up in the vents, causing the temperature to rise even though it still says 37 degrees! Food must be removed and the fridge thawed. This has happened multiple times over the course of three years! This is not just a one in a million lemon. This is a DEFECT that others have experienced, and Samsung is aware of it. Do not buy a Samsung refrigerator. You will regret it. The fridge was purchased in 2014 for a little more than $2,000. Waste of money.

Samsung Microwave: Had two service calls, one under warranty in less than two years. Third time it went out I decided it wasnt worth $100 service call plus parts. The digital panel works were defective. So bought another GE the brand I previously had for 11 years before buying the Samsung refrigerator. Samsung Side by Side Refrigerator: Began rusting after 1 1/2 years around the bottom edges of the water dispenser section. Had kept it dry each time it was used. Called and was told too bad, out of warranty. Wouldnt do anything and wouldnt give me any suggestions as how to get it repaired. Lowes where I purchased it wasnt any help either. Thought maybe it was leaking from the inside door where the ice cube apparatus was placed. Still rusting. Only thing Im told to do is put appliance touch-up paint over the three spots after sanding. That has never really looked very nice when using that approach on anything in the past. Will never buy a microwave or refrigerator from Samsung again. They should stick to cell phones and TVs. My previous refrigerator was also a GE which never rusted in the 10 years I owned it. Au revoir Samsung appliances. Shame on them. Terrible customer service and construction. Very disappointed.

Our Side-by-Side fridge stopped working about a month ago. I called Samsung and they offered me a 1 year warranty (which I thought was odd since the fridge was 4 years old). So I accepted, and they referred me to a local repair shop, A&E Factory Service in San Antonio, TX, which by the way is no good as well! The technician came out and said 4 parts needed to be ordered. Only 2 parts came in. Tech ordered other 2 parts. Only one part came in. I HAD to follow up with the Tech, with his company and with Samsung to get that 4th part ordered! Parts finally came in, and the fridge was repaired. Following week, fridge is not working again. A&E sends a Sears tech and says compressor is out of refrigerant (possible leak). He fills refrigerant and leaves before the fridge even shows that it is cooling. Fortunately it did. 2 weeks later (which is today 11/13/13), the fridge is not working again. I call Samsung and get transferred 5 different times because they cant give me a correct department to speak with. In the end, hopefully my fridge gets fixed. I decided to buy a backup the 2nd time around in case this would happen again (which today is the 3rd time). Im pretty sure they are just going to send another tech who seems like they do not know what they are doing and dont make the effort to ensure the fridge gets fixed for good. SO dont buy a fridge from a company who makes TVs and phones, lets put it that way. The model number of my fridge is #RS277ACBP/XAA. That was $1500 down the drain. Dont let the LED lights fool you in front of the fridge and drag you in because you think it looks fancy. Samsungs warranty is no good, their customer service is no good, and the contractors they send to come repair your fridge is no good.

Under the extended warranty that I purchased from Best Buy the unit has had three service calls: to replace the evaporator cover and new style drain tubes, and the evaporator cover again (fan making noise), as well as the ice-maker and ice auger. The 5 year extended warranty expired in January 2020. Not long after the warranty expired it developed an over and under-cooling issue. I contacted Samsung for out of warranty service, but they had no service technicians in my area. I contacted Best Buy and they referred me to Samsung. I had two different local appliance repair services attempt the repair. The first company, after the service call was unsuccessful, returned all my money rather than continue to attempt repair. The second company was partially successful; they replaced the refrigerator compartment thermistor three times, the mainboard was replaced twice, the unit still over-cools (under-cooling seems to be fixed). They had no ideas as how to proceed from there. Being as it was working: with the temperature set at 44F, and a measured refrigerator temperature of 34-36F, we continued to use it without attempting further repair. Recently it has returned to its severe overcooling ways: temperature is set at 44F, with a measured refrigerator temperature of 28-30F. I contacted Samsung for a service call, Samsung is still (16 months later) unable to schedule a repair tech as there is no one to service the Asheville, NC area. Best Buy again referred me to Samsung. I have called other local appliance service centers, and they all decline to work on the unit, one suggested that I throw it away and buy any other brand?! By the way this company was recommended by Samsung.

In Jan 2014, a friend purchased a Samsung Dishwasher. A month later, it started to leak water onto the hardwood floor. Multiple service calls included a trip EACH to 1) verify the unit was actually leaking, 2) order a replacement control unit (supposedly had a software update for the vent actuation, which DID NOT fix the problem), 3) verify the leak was still there, 4) verify the leak was still there, 5) replace the unit with a new one (which started leaking the first cycle), 5) verify the leak, 6) verify the leak, 7) Verify the leak, and that time the Samsung Service Tech recommended we request a refund. We did so, and was told that we would be contacted in 3-5 business days with their solution. On the 5th day, not having heard a peep, we called Samsung to learn from an extremely rude customer service representative that Samsung wanted to attempt repairs until it was fixed. We asked to speak to this persons supervisor AND WERE TOLD WE COULD NOT. PERIOD. So we contacted Best Buy, who was involved in the replacement procedure from a month ago, and after less than 10 minutes, had our refund. 2 lessons on this: 1) Never again ANYTHING with the name SAMSUNG it - phone, TV, Microwave, garbage bag... 2) BEST BUY for any major purchase such as this due to the outstanding customer service.

The control panel went bad, and the unit (two years old, gently used) flashed an error message. Its a common display, from what I learned online. Samsung makes a microwave with oven lights and fan to fit over an oven but cant tolerate the heat and vapor that rises from the stove. Many, many of such units have suffered control panel failure. I called Samsung and outlined the problem. That was almost two weeks ago. The Samsung representative said I would receive a call within two days with information about who would repair the unit at no cost to me. The company would extend the warranty for this repair because of design flaws. Then, she said, I would receive a call within no more than two additional days from the repair company to set a date and time for the replacement. Ive received no calls from anybody about this problem. Im trying now to retrace my earlier call, and its frustrating. I want my microwave repaired, and Samsung is not cooperating after promising my satisfaction.

Over 2k on a fridge, numerous repairs in 1 year having to take time off work for service calls, loss of groceries due to it going onto demo mode. They being Samsung you would think they stand by the product... Nope. Executive support after 8 emails they tried to sell me a extended warranty that I already purchase. Last Samsung product I ever purchase.

Were having constant problems with our Samsung refrigerator ice maker. It freezes and stops making ice. I have to turn the ice maker off, let it thaw, and then tap the reset button. The ice is always extra wet. When we get ice from the front of the door, theres water that comes into the glass first. Our refrigerator is 18 months old and has been doing this for approximately 4-5 months.

Samsung DMT300RFW/XAA Dishwasher - A little over two years old and I am getting ready to cart this piece of junk out to the street for the trash collector! The unit never performed at the levels promised. Dishes were left dirty and spotted if used in the normal mode. Per Samsung techs, we were told to use the high energy sanitize mode (so much for the low energy use sales pitch)! Last night, the dishwasher started making electrical sparking noises and producing an electrical smell. We contacted a half dozen reputable local repair companies and nobody is authorized to work on Samsung. The closest authorized place is a TV repair company 30 miles away! We have a million people in South Orange County and not one authorized repair company? Were never going to buy another Samsung product!

I got a call from my wife at work and reported serious issue with the 3-year-old microwave (Samsung Model 9781B Microwave). She said it smelled like smoldering plastic and from the other reviews, this microwave is a piece of junk and should be recalled by Samsung. I will purchase a different brand, because I do not want to take a chance of endangering my family with this junk. This is my second Samsung appliance - first and last!

The product has ice built up issue that impacts cooling and Samsung do not cover this in 5 years cooling warranty. This is a manufacturing defect in Samsung refrigerators and ice built up issue seems very common in Samsung fridge but Samsung do not own this as manufacturing defect and it will be a big repair cost to customer. Please read the Samsung warranty carefully if you buy Samsung fridge and make sure to buy separate protection plan as Samsung warranty would not cover all.

I highly recommended NOT purchasing Samsung refrigerator. We purchased an over $2000 appliance in 2014. Just like everyone else, our icemaker constantly freezes up. Of course this is after the warranty period. It also drains water all down the back of the machine under the drawers. We have to defrost it constantly. Last week the fridge portion stopped cooling. This week it is the freezer. From everything I have read from others, Samsung will not fix the problem. Also they say that there are no known issues. I tell EVERYONE I know, NEVER BUY A Samsung. I dont think i will buy anything from this company again, period. Including a new cell phone.

After purchasing all new matching appliances refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher 2 yrs ago, the Refrigerator stopped making ice after a couple months of owning. Plus its the noisiest refrigerator, ever. Service rep. came in and defrosted it, and it began making ice again. Ice is always soft and water drips inside the lower compartment. Several calls for service rep, with same repair results, defrost. The week the warranty expired, same issue. Called manufacturer. Asked if there was a recall on the refrigerator. They said no. Unbelievable, poor engineering, there should have been. They offered a free repair service, with replacement of ice maker. Well completed job. Ice is a bit more solid, but ice maker still froze up within three months of replacement, sad. I will never buy another Samsung product. Very poor customer service too. Sold all appliances for a loss. Bought all new GE Appliances. Still Made In USA. Better warranty. They look and work great.

Bought brand new Samsung electric range in summer 2016. Immediately noticed loud clicks when oven was on, oven makes 6-7 loud clicks per minute. Called Samsung for warranty service. Samsung refused to dispatch a technician unless I agreed to pay for the call BECAUSE its normal! Thats right, making approx 400 loud clicks per hour is NORMAL. This is the worst appliance and service I have ever experienced. Called HD and they said theres nothing we can do. Went to HD store and played them a video I took of my new Samsung range. Every HD employee said thats NOT normal BUT youre stuck with it, theres nothing HD can do! I hate my brand new Samsung range. We bought 4 appliances that day, thank goodness only one appliance was Samsung garbage. Avoid ALL Samsung appliances. I will never buy a Samsung product of any kind! Samsung simply declares all design flaws normal and avoids any responsibility. Samsung is a despicable company, please avoid Samsung products.

Samsung has a known problem with their twin cooling French door refrigerator, but refuses to help to make it right. Drain tubes on these units are undersized causing the ice maker to not work and water to leak out from under their freshness trap. Weve now had two floods in our kitchen and no ice. Our appliance repair service was well aware of these problems. Our unit is 4 years old and no longer in warranty. The repair cost will be $800 to fix.

I will NEVER purchase any Samsung products ever again. I will also let everyone I know to never purchase Samsung products. I purchased a Samsung refrigerator one year and almost a month ago. The refrigerator has completely stopped working because Samsung put a faulty part in the fridge. They will not do anything to help me or fix this problem because the warranty is one year and it has been 22 DAYS past the warranty. Samsung has told me I will have to pay $160 just to look at the refrigerator + parts which they would not disclaim to me an estimate of how much the part could cost. I had a technician (not from Samsung) come out and look at the fridge prior to calling Samsung and they saw that Samsung had put in a cord that was supposed to have 3 prongs but was broken and only had 2 prongs. They informed me that they could replace the part which would be at least $250 dollars. However that still will not guarantee if the refrigerator will still work because the faulty part might of completely damaged the fridge for good. The technician informed me that I was lucky because the refrigerator could have completely blown up due to the faulty part. I called Samsung after I had learned what the issue was and they would not do anything about it unless I paid for them to fix the fridge and they did not guarantee that even after paying that if the fridge still does not work that they would do anything about it. They basically told me that I would have to keep paying more money to get it fixed because the warranty was up 22 days ago and it is now no longer their fault. What company puts a BROKEN part into an expensive and large purchase putting a household family in danger and then doesnt own up to it nor replace the part?! This is the worst customer service I have ever received my whole life and I am 55 years old and have owned many homes and many appliances in my lifetime. Samsung makes faulty products that are a danger to the consumer and then charges the consumer ridiculous amounts of money to fix it. What a greedy, dishonest, unreliable and manipulative company. Do NOT buy a refrigerator from them!!!!

I purchased this Samsung convection microwave (MC11K70355) about 4 weeks ago at Best Buy. It was considerably more money than I wanted to spend but offered lots of useful features. I found it easy to use, powerful and a very good addition to my kitchen. Baking and roasting are a breeze with this thing. The slim fry function is very nice for cooking and frying vegetables in very light oil. The unit failed a week ago when the grill stop working. Samsung had a technician out the next day who diagnosed a poor connection to the grill which ended up shorting out. It took a week to get parts, they replaced the grill the wiring harness and the front panel computer. Despite the problems I am very happy with this microwave. The problem appears to been a manufacturing defect.

The ice maker doesn’t work. Difficult to remove the ice bin. We followed all the troubleshooting instructions. Nothing worked. Our user manual was not up to date and did not show where the “reset” button was located. We called Samsung to complain, were told it was beyond the warranty. They scheduled a service company in our area. We later found out that no service company will touch it in our area due to the problems with the ice maker. The bottom line: We have no ice available in our Samsung french door refrigerator. The ice maker is overly complex, and not user friendly. There are too many ways for this unit to fail. We were excited about buying our home and I wanted the Samsung French Door Refrigerator in Stainless Steel. My husband begged me not to get it - I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED... We bought the refrigerator in November 2014 and from December 2014 to March 2018. I have had the same problem. The ice maker freezes, it leaks from the ice maker and I have to put a towel down... REALLY... I have called Samsung who passes the buck. They asked me to send all my documentation, which I did, then tells me that I need to get someone out there to do a service order and for ME to pay for it.Then they tell me that in Beaumont, Texas there is not anyone that services Samsung anymore and that I need to find someone... then said BYE. Really, everyone on here is having the same problem and Samsung is not doing anything about a faulty appliance. I will NEVER buy another Samsung product. If a 0 was available for rating I would rate Samsung with a 0... Never again will they have my business. I purchased my Range glasstop NE59J3420SS at Home Depot on April 2016. Not even a week I was cooking and heard a loud pop noise and removed my pot and saw that the glass was cracked. I immediately called Samsung and the conversation started nicely and was under the impression that they would fix it since the agent told me they would. I send pictures of the damage and of receipt of purchase. They told me they would call me... Never received a call from them. So I called a week later to see what was going on and they had closed my case because no pictures were received they said, which is bs. New agent created a new case number and had to resent everything. She said I had to wait for 3 days and they would call me with an appt sent up for a technician to come and look at it. Again never received a call so called them... They gave me the appt for the technician to come and thought he was gonna fix it. Instead he left with no answers to my questions so called Samsung back and they kept saying they would fix it. Waited and waited and waited and nothing from them. Called again to see what was going on and said again they would send a new technician to look at it. Dont know why. They already seen pictures. But the new technician that came was checking our oven which our oven was working and told him it was the cracked top not the oven and again left with no answers. I called them and said they would call me back. Again they never did. After weeks of waiting for their call I called them back and said it was physical damage and would not be covered. Wtf... Not even a ** week with it and still fully under warranty and they wouldnt fix it. This company is really a ** joke. I was calling them constantly for over 5 months to get this fixed for them to tell me at last that they would not fix it. Very disappointed and frustrated process to go thru with this company. Bought a Samsung dishwasher, model 80F600UTS. I have had nothing but trouble with it. The first thing was a sensor for hot water that broke. The repairman knew what was wrong but had to go through the Samsung hoops before he was allowed to order the correct part. This was several weeks and six repair visits later. I was fortunate it was still under warranty. It broke again, it is about one and a half years old. The same sensor board broke, but for water level. O, that was replaced, now out of warranty. Today, about a month from the last repair, it has broke again. The same lights are flashing so I can only assume it is the same board again. The repairman is on his way again. I am thinking of scrapping the dishwasher and getting a different one, NOT SAMSUNG. The repairs are now almost as much as the dishwasher cost. Bad experience, piece of junk dishwasher and Samsung has not really cared. The warranty is up and they are not responsible. BEWARE.

Samsung sent the problem to a local service shop, who told us to run 2-3 gallons through the dispenser to purge air from the lines. This had been done by installer; we did it and the drip persisted. I purchased Samsung French Door Counter Depth Refrigerator in November 2016 and had problems with the freezer drawer almost immediately. The drawer would not open completely unless you tugged on it multiple times so I contacted Samsung and was summarily dismissed by the first person with whom I came in contact. I was told by this person that the drawer only opens a few inches and that I would basically have to live with the situation. The second person I called tried to get me to be the service technician and suggested numerous things that I could do to try and remedy the problem. I told him that I did not have the time nor the inclination to play service technician and that since the unit was new I expected Samsung to send a technician to take care of the issue. They sent someone from Service Quick who decided the drawer gasket was bad and it was allowing air into the freezer causing frost to build up on the rails thus preventing the drawer from opening completely. The gasket was replaced and the next day the drawer was just as bad as it had been prior to the service call. I made another call to Samsung and the second time two technicians arrived and they decided the rails were bad and replaced both rails. The following day the drawer was even worse than before and it was difficult to open and close. The third and final service call two technicians arrived and one tested the gasket for air leaks and the other used a steamer on just one of the rails (why only one I do not know). These idiots told me there were no air leaks but I needed to wipe the door gasket off at least once or twice a week! Finally I contacted Samsung again and they wanted to send another technician from another company to assess the situation and I refused. I told them that since the refrigerator was new and they could not resolve the issue after three tries I wanted them to consider another way to resolve the matter. Samsung decided they would refund my money, however it has been two weeks since I provided them with the information they requested in order to process the refund and I have yet to get a response to my e-mail inquiring about the status of the matter. I decided to call the Samsung refund and exchanges department and was placed on hold for 45 minutes. While I was on hold 6 PM rolled around and due to the fact that department closes at 6 PM a recorded message came on and said they could not take my call and that I should call back during regular business hours. We have many Samsung products in our household and, fortunately have never needed service on any of them, until the refrigerator. Now I have experienced the abysmal service from Samsung I will never recommend nor will I ever purchase another Samsung product! Samsung cares nothing about the customer as evidenced by the dismal service they provide. My recommendation is to boycott Samsung and buy products from companies that will service what they sell and respond to the customer in a timely and efficient manner!

On the arranged day, the technician called to say he wouldnt be out as the parts hadnt arrived. Another week later he called again to arrange a visit - another week later. Eventually, the technician called, replaced the sensors and circuit board and declared that it should be ok hopefully. The dishwasher worked for one wash, then went back to the exact same fault - not emptying. We called the technician back and he said it would be at least 3 weeks before he could call again. Its now 2 months since we received this piece of junk, so I called Samsung again. After 20 minutes on the phone with customer service, they escalated to Executive customer service. After 20 minutes with them, where I asked for it to be replaced or refunded, as it wasnt fit for purpose, I was told that I would just have to wait for the technician to call again. So Samsung are more than happy that I have a non-working Samsung product, have had to take 3 days holidays to wait for their technician and am out of pocket for almost $1000 for a piece of ** not-fit-for-purpose junk for 3 months.I have a house full of Samsung products, from cell phones and TVs to all of the major household appliances. Well Samsung, let me tell you I have gone from being a big Samsung fan to a total hater of Samsung - I will not be replacing any product with another Samsung, due to this shoddy treatment. Please do yourself a favour - dont buy this piece of junk. I will update in another months time, when the technician has had another go at fixing this POS.

The washer is appealing looks-wise. It has the extra door in front to add clothing to a load. Its rare youre able to use it b/c washer makes it IMPOSSIBLE so its worthless. Loads take an enormous amount of time to wash. /For example: 1 normal load using hot water takes up to 2.5 hours depending on your settings. Steam setting takes 3-4 hours per load. Theres a quick wash setting that takes 25-35 minutes but it literally washes them for about 2 minutes and it just splashes it with water and tosses it from side to side so it rarely gets clean or smells clean. Laundry takes a ridiculous amount of time. This is no joke. Towels setting can not be set to hot. Theres no ability to customize loads how you want. If you want super hot water you cant use the towel setting. No ability to wash on normal hot for less than 1hr. & 44 minutes. You cannot customize your loads how you want. You have to go with what the machine thinks it knows. Its pre-programmed and customization is not possible. Worst part of this machine is that the laundry does NOT GET CLEAN. The fabric is never submerged in water so it is not appropriate for items like a urine soaked blanket. The urine will not be washed out completely. I would say its less effective than hand washing is. Capacity (load size). Dont let that big drum size fool you. You put lots of laundry in it some will come out not having even gotten wet. Youre working with a 3 deep puddle at the bottom of the drum that is sloshed around splashing the clothes. It breaks down frequently. Ive had my machine less than a year and it has broke down 3 times so far. It does not use sufficient amounts of water. It does not submerge laundry in water. Instead, it sloshes laundry back and forth in a small puddle of a few gallon water. This is equivalent to spot cleaning. The fabric is never submerged in water. It only gets splashed. You cant use hardly any fabric softener. Unless you want to wait for the rinse cycle and put it in then. If you try to add at beginning of cycle you can only put a few tablespoons in if that. If you use more, it will dump into the wash cycle instead. How I deal with it: My boyfriend hacked it so it fills with more water. BUT...it still is not enough to clean so he set up a hose right at the washer site. So in every single load I turn the hose on for around 10 minutes until the clothes are submerged. If you do this prior to turning it on the washer will drain it on you so you have to start the load then add water into the soap dispenser. You cant even use the extra door, its useless. So the hose gets placed in the door of the soap dispenser. So far no issues but its still a pain in the ** but its better than using buckets of water like I did at first. All these complaints for a $1400 machine. Youre better off with a top loader. I think Samsung ought to stick with making their plastic phones or revert back to making clock radios. Leave laundry to the experts like Maytag. I dont want to hear Im using too much soap or too much water, that is untrue. Ive tried their recommendations and got the same poor results.

We ordered a new refrigerator last week. We decided to pay the extra money to purchase the so called fingerprint resistant smart fridge. Unfortunately, it is nothing but a huge disappointment. Fingerprints everywhere!! At first we thought Home Depot had sent us the wrong fridge, but Samsung is saying it is the correct one and that fingerprint resistant does not mean you wont see fingerprints or smudges!! Um...thats exactly what it should mean. They LIE! So as of now, we paid more money for the same fridge that is non-fingerprint resistant one.

Ice maker never worked properly (leaked, jammed, made inadequate ice when it did work). Since I had another refrigerator, I decided to take out the ice maker to make more room in the freezer. Did so (after great effort--badly designed drawers for removal). Refrigerator wouldnt work. Went on chat line. First time worked with someone for 25 minutes who obviously didnt have a clue about my particular model (kept referring to buttons that didnt exist) even though I had given her the correct model (french door unit)--then cut off. Tried again; passed to another tech. In both cases, I asked if the removal of the ice maker might have caused the problem. Was assured not. Went through every possible trouble-shooting efforts (most of which I had already done). Asked again: could it be that the removal of the icemaker was causing the problems? No, I was told, I would have to call a service rep. Before I did so, however, I reinstalled the icemaker. Refrigerator worked perfectly. Apart from the fact that English is clearly a second language, these folks dont have a clue about their own equipment.

Once again I just used a hair dryer to thaw out the ice maker on our Samsung RF22KREDBSR/AAQ manufactured APR 2016. Just got through using a hair dryer to defrost the ice maker again, every 4-6 weeks. Seems to be a common problem with no solution from the blogs. Really got nowhere with Samsung, just a scripted response. It appears that this is still a major issue with their re-design, maybe this design should be included in a class action lawsuit. I will not be looking at any Samsung product in the future. It is also getting more difficult to get the ice bucket back in.

Do not use the self-clean feature on your Samsung ovens. Google Samsung stove door won’t open and you’ll find 100s of complaints for the same issue. Door locks (will no longer open) and the control panel fries 30-45 minutes into the cycle due to high heat melting the thermostat. Samsung advises you it’s out of warranty, and will provide you with a phone number to an authorized service tech in your area to call and set up a repair at your expense of course.

I am going to purchase another ice maker and install it myself for about $150.

My Samsung refrigerator is about 4 y/o and started leaking from the ice maker. It flooded part of my house. I contacted Samsung who said they would consider paying for damage and send someone out within 1-2 business days. On day 2 I received a call to set up an appointment. We set it for the next day in the morning. I took off work to do this and the next morning I received a call saying they would be here later in the afternoon. I explained they set up the appointment for am not pm and they didnt care. I explained I wouldnt be home and they didnt care. I would have to reschedule and go even longer without a refrigerator. This whole process has been a headache. The people have been less than nice at best and this just tops it off. I bought new Samsung refrigerator and washer/dryer set about the same time and the last 2 months have had issues with all of them. If I had known they wouldnt last past 4 years I wouldnt have bought them. It is very difficult to find a Samsung repairman in Houston. Nobody wants to work on them. I called several companies that wont touch them. They say they have too many issues fixing and getting parts for them. I will no longer purchase any Samsung product. Not worth the hassle or the money apparently.

So we purchased our Samsung oven in Dec. of 2016 and did not have it delivered due to construction until May 31st 2017 and not installed until June, (was told by Best Buy salesman that warranty did not start until the delivery date, which was a lie) so two days ago when going to cook something for lunch the oven would not heat. Nothing. Nada!!! It hasnt been hooked up a year yet. Called Samsung and no help. Nothing. We are stuck having to pay to have it repaired or try to do it ourselves. Bought over 2000 dollars worth of Samsung appliances that day and no help from Best Buy or Samsung whatsoever. So mad!!! How can a stove go out that fast? Its not even used daily. Never again and I will tell everyone I know not to buy Samsung appliances. Just waiting for the Fridge to go next!!!

January 3, 2015 I purchased a scratch and dent Samsung french door refrigerator with ice maker in the freezer unit. It came with a 1yr. warranty from Samsung and I purchased a 5yr. warranty from Lowes. It was delivered and installed by Lowes on January 6, 2015. It started to produce ice and it produced half a gallon bag of ice and then quit. We went through the manual which gave us no direction. I turned off the ice maker so that it would not burn up. I called Samsung January 9, 2015. They walked me through the troubleshooting and told me that because the ice maker was turned off, I had to wait 48 hrs. for service. They called me back on January 12, 2015 and again a different associate walked me through the same trouble shooting process but added a twist, which was the rollers where touching the floor and therefore Lowes had to come back out and give the refrigerator a 2 inch tilt. That seems ridiculous however we jumped through the hoops. I went on live chat with Samsung January 15,2015 and again that associate was going through the same trouble shooting process. Really, does anyone do service anymore? I let him know that it is unacceptable to have a refrigerator only one week old. With full warranty and not be able to get it serviced. Very unhappy with Samsung and will never buy another appliance from them.

Originally posted earlier this month. Followed Samsungs advice and defrosted refrigerator for 36 hours, with fan blowing on it. Checked to make sure all ice buildup had cleared. Turned on, ran fine, icemaker even working again. Now several days later, ice maker is stopping and probably means another complete defrost. Do not buy Samsung Refrigerators, ITS ALL OVER THE INTERNET ABOUT HOW PEOPLE ARE HAVING SAME PROBLEM WITH ICING UP AND NOISE. They dont seem to have a fix. Terrible, 5 years old $2000+ refrigerator and nothing but problems.Updated on 06/16/2018: I have contacted Samsung and searched the web. My 5 yr old refrigerator keeps freezing up and the fan starts making a loud noise. Only resolution Samsung has offered is to defrost the refrigerator. Really, its a self defrosting, yet now we have to unload and let it thaw out 2-3 times a year. This problem with their refrigerators is noted by numerous people on the internet, yet Samsung offers no remedy and it appears this problem occurs with many of their refrigerators going back several years. This company is selling numerous refrigerators and should fix the problem or offer real solution.

This refrigerator broke down 2 days after the warranty expired. They wanted a hundred dollars just to look at it before any repairs even started. I ran into an unsolvable trying to fix it myself. The connector to the evaporator fan shorted out. Half of that connector is built into the back wall of the refrigerator section. I got a new fan as the wire was clearly burnt off. I plugged the fan in and nothing, the refrigerator still did not work. I took it apart again and this time noticed that the tiny pin in the connector mounted in the refrigerator back wall was also burned off. I couldnt find that part anywhere. So I had to call for a service tech and pay the $100.00 call fee. The tech came out, inspected it, and deemed it unrepairable. So I now have a $4000.00 piece of trash. This is clearly Samsungs fault. It is a very poor design. If you search the internet you will see hundreds of complaints about icing and water build up in this section of the refrigerator. Samsung refuses to do anything about it or compensate me in any way. DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR! They do not stand behind their products or care about their customers, or have a good designed product!

Purchased a new Samsung oven, dishwasher and fridge combo from Best Buy. Within 4 months of owning the oven, used very little, the oven started having serious issues. The oven would take forever to heat up, have to put it on 500 degrees to get it to heat up to 350 degrees. When you opened the door to put anything in the oven it dropped about 200 degrees. Have to wait for it to heat up again. In the middle of baking time, the oven would drop its temperature. Other times it would heat above whatever you place the oven temp on. Went to Best Buy, they had to call Samsung. Was going to be on hold for over a half hour so left and placed the called myself. When I finally got a hold of Samsung, they said they had never heard of anything like this before happening. They sent out a tech. The tech determined the whole motherboard needed replaced. Three weeks later the motherboard arrived and a tech came out and installed. Havent had problems since however for the oven only being a few months old the motherboard should not have failed. The fridge is very loud and the freezer causes freezer burn on everything. I am glad that Samsung had no issues sending someone out to repair it at no charge however they need to look more into what is causing the issue. It ruined our Thanksgiving dinner!

Simply DO NOT BUY IT! The SAMSUNG dishwasher DW80F600UTB is by far the worst purchase that everyone shall avoid. Acquired one unit in Aug 31, 2013 at Future Shop Calgary, Canada. The machine was delivered on Sept 6, 2013. It worked marginally well up to Nov 3, 2013 (not even 2 months of use). On this fatidic day, the machine started leaving food residue and unfinished, not washed glasses, and from this point and on, my WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER! In a nutshell, I spent hours and hours on the phone with SAMSUNG (UN)SUPPORT Services(?). They sent me one local (not SAMSUNG) technician that pinpointed several problems (from the Pump up to Water Pressure). After 7 (SEVEN) visits and lots of parts replacement, the technician finally agreed that the machine was NO GOOD! Note: SAMSUNG will only replace your dishwater if their technician agrees that the machine is NO GOOD. In July 2014, I received the NEW UNIT from SAMSUNG but need to pay freight and installation again. The new unit worked marginally well up to February 2015.At this point I decided to wash the same batch of dishes at least 3 and 4 times, and tomorrow (Dec 28, 2015) I will buy a REAL DISHWASHER! This DW80F600UTB has serious design issues not recognized by SAMSUNG. On this regard, I would like to join BORIS of Calgary to enter in a fully documented and water-tight lawsuit against SAMSUNG. SAMSUNG must understand that we, customers, are not idiots nor money grow on trees to be spent in such a JUNK equipment.

This Samsung fridge has a SERIOUS design flaw and Samsung has been aware of it for a long time, per all the blogs, articles and YouTube videos about this problem! Our fridge is 3 mos old and already its doing the symptoms (loud popping/cracking/gurgling noises and water dripping within sealed walls) that our fridge will have this serious problem one day. We do not have a door water/ice dispenser and dont have the bottom ice maker activated. On many Samsung refrigerators, ice builds up on the coils (in sealed section) with the dripping making the buildup a solid, large chunk of ice that eventually BLOCKS the cold air into the fridge and also stops the fan. Samsung tells us the noises are normal but they can send a technician - since this is a design flaw and we dont want the fridge taken apart only to be told to use a hair dryer to defrost that area... We declined the service call. The seller (Lowes) refuses to take the fridge back and substitute a comparable one (cu ft etc) no-cost. The fridge looks nice, has good room and cools (for now) but I dread the day when the fan stops and hope it does not cause a FIRE as a result of the fan blades stopped but the fan motor continuing! If there is a recall or class action measure taken, my email is: **.

I purchased a Samsung Dishwasher DW7933LRABB and have nothing but horrible experiences with its poor cleaning results. I have had no less than 8 service calls for this machine. Each time a service repair agent replaced a part or parts saying it will resolve the poor results. It is nothing but a piece of junk, and I am being nice as this review would be flagged. I might as well eat off the dirty dishes as they are cleaner than after running them through this dishwasher. Samsung has done nothing for me as they say it is a extended service contract issue, not theirs. The issue is they make horrible products. Samsung Model RF263AEPN/XAA - Seven (7) weeks ago my refrigerator began not keeping as cold as it should. When I tried to turn down the temperature it would turn down but then immediately return to the same not really cold state it had been working at. Sounded like it should be an easy problem to fix. However, I called several repair places who told me they would not, or could not, work on Samsung refrigerators as they were not made like other refrigerators, were hard to work on, and parts were hard to come by as only one place in the United States carries the parts. I finally found a repair place that came out and replaced some items and charged us hundreds of dollars, however the refrigerator was still not cold. I called again and the repair person returned. The next time two workers were sent out to look at the refrigerator. On one of the visits I was told me it needed a new green computer board. The repair person ordered the part and came back, only to find that the part sent was not the part that had been requested. This same scenario played out two more times, with today being the last day. I called Samsung and was given the run-around. During todays visit the repair person showed me what had been ordered and the order matched the part number on what he said the refrigerator needed. However, when he showed me the part that had been sent to him, it was the wrong part number. Are Samsung workers so inept at their jobs that the correct part number cannot be sent on three occasions? I will never again buy any Samsung products. I had to laugh as while I was on hold with Samsungs customer relations today, I was put on hold and what did I hear expect that Samsung products are the best. This is a false advertisement to the general consumer. I would urge anyone reading this to NOT BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS for several reasons, e.g. parts are hard to come by due to Samsung not making sure their parts pullers have adequate education to do the job they are hired to do, there is only one provider of Samsung parts in the United States, and the normal repair person cannot repair a Samsung. Tonight, my husband and I will go out and find a new refrigerator and I am sure it will not cost the $2,300 that this Samsung did, and the new refrigerator will be able to be worked on by pretty much any refrigerator repair person. I have an appointment to meet with a Lawyer this afternoon about this whole situation and hopefully that will help to alleviate some of the frustration that I am feeling now.

I built a new house a little over two years ago. Between the kitchen and laundry appliances, I spent around $6500. Before the one-year warranty was up, the ice maker in the fridge crapped out. I had to get Best Buy to replace the unit as the Samsung repair people didnt want to travel out to where Im located (only about 35 miles). Then after the warranties expired, the washer has an issue - not too bad - a wire fell off the motor. Cost me $159. Now the dishwasher pump burn up - $440 to fix this. Repair guy told me that the pods I have been using, the plastic shell pieces apparently do not melt and pieces collect in a screen that the water goes through that cools the pump. The screen is apparently fine than most units. Sound like a design flaw. After buying all these appliances and having three issues already, one would think the manufacturer would stand behind their products. Nope, no help at all. No more Samsung products for me.

Purchased the Samsung French door refrigerator in mid-July 2014 (model #RF217ACRS/XAA) from HOME DEPOT and in mid-November 2014, while still under warranty, it stopped working completely and is currently sitting in my kitchen. I called the Samsung 800-726-7864 number on 11/6 to report the failure and ask for service. The woman I spoke to asked me to describe the problem which was that even though the digital readings at the top said the frig was 38F and the freezer was -2F, the food in the freezer had thawed and all items in the frig were warm. I asked for service and she gave me a transaction number (which I recorded) and said a technician would call within 24 hours. On 11/7 no call came in, so I called the service Center at 800-905-9505. They had no repair order for me and told me to call 800-726-7864, which I did and spoke to Frank, who said he would schedule the service and gave me a confirmation number. On 11/8, no technician called so I called the service number again. Again, I was told by Angel, no service order had been created. I went to the website and began an online chat with Vance ** who gave me more numbers (which I recorded) and referred me back to the 800-726-7864. After the chat they asked me to fill out a survey, which I was so happy to do and related the above travails. I then called the 800-726-7864 number again and got a recording that the line was closed for the weekend. On Sunday, 11/9, Samsung employee called and reviewed the previous transactions. She didnt know why the service had not been scheduled and scheduled it for me for Monday, 11/11 between 1-5 p.m. (ticket # **). To double check, I called the 800-905-9505 number to see if they had the order and they did. Monday morning at 8:33 a.m., I received a message from Jason at the service center canceling the appointment as his technicians were ill and was told to call the 800-905-9505 number and reschedule. The repair is currently schedule for Thursday, 11/12 between 8 a.m.-12 p.m. Well see if they show up and if so, what the repair is likely to be. Based on the reviews of these Samsung products I have read here, I am not optimistic that this product will every operate correctly. I would be very interested in joining with others about actions that can be taken to remedy this complete failure to back their products or provide customer service.

Like everyone else who has written a review, I purchased my Samsung French
Like everyone else who has written a review, I purchased my Samsung French Door Refrigerator two years ago. I realize I am adding nothing new to all of the other complaints regarding this horrible refrigerator. I replaced my ice maker twice and it still freezes up completely. I am now experiencing the second big complaint in that if I use the water dispenser, water leaks and pools in the deli drawer. My appliance service provider explained that it is a design flaw and it simply cannot be repaired. I would never purchase anything from Samsung again.

This is follow-up to reviews of 10/30/14 and 11/8/15: Five year warranty company insisted on repair again. This last repair was a total different fix from previous two fixes which were the same. This time the fix lasted about 4 1/2 months. On Friday last week I emptied approx one cup of water out of each veggie bin. Since the last fix the unit has been making more strange noises than ever before. Some of the noises are like a .22 cal. shot and loud enough to wake me up at night. I contacted the extended warranty company, report the problem again and again they insisted on repair. I told them NO MORE REPAIRS!!! I want it out of my home. They promised to have a manager call me on Monday or Tuesday 3/28 - 3/29/16. If they will not honor the terms of the agreement and refund my money, I will have no choice but to junk the Samsung unit and purchase another brand at my own expense!!!

Bought complete package of Samsung Kitchen appliances 11/16/2018. Ice maker
Bought complete package of Samsung Kitchen appliances 11/16/2018. Ice maker quit 4/2018. Waterline connection on fridge came loose 6/2018. Dealing with Samsung has been futile. Contacted Home Depot who expedited an exchange that Samsung approved 7/12/2018. Will never purchase Samsung again. Now to write my review on the range that no longer works.

Bought a Samsung refrigerator in May from Home Depot. They were on sale and was what we needed to fit the area we had. Four months into it, my wife comes to me saying its not cold, all of the frozen food was thawed and its a mess. After throwing everything out, I called Samsung repair. Talked to someone in India who read from a script. She directed me to some tests I should do first. I did them, didnt work. Called again, more tests. All I want is my fridge fixed. Its under warranty. Whats the problem? Its that they are told not to send anyone and that the consumer should be satisfied spending $1,796.43 for a fridge that worked 4 months. Tomorrow, I am prepared to start the fight. Class action please.
