I purchased this furnace around six years ago. It is efficient, simple, works well but it is a bit expensive as compared to other brands. However, I cannot complain much about the price because compared to the performance of the unit, the price is reasonable and I see now that I got value for my money. The furnace runs quietly with little or no noise at all and I have not done any repairs or replacements. I can say that I am happy with this unit. The only thing I would like to stress to other users is that they should have a qualified Technician install their furnace or else they will have problems. I would buy this brand again if I ever need one.
