I have a Samsung French Door refrigerator in white and just started noticing what at first looked like food or grime on the front left door at the bottom of the ice maker where it fits into the door. I started cleaning it and couldnt believe it - it was RUST! I have never seen rust on a new refrigerator. I purchased it in Jan 2013 from Pacific Sales. The ice maker drips constantly and the fridge makes a loud buzzing noise sometimes. I wanted to see if anyone else was having this same trouble before I call Samsung, and I can see that a lot of customers have the exact same problems as me. Im not sure what to do at this point because I know its out of warranty now. Another possibly dangerous situation - now that the paint is coming off where the rust is, Ive already shocked myself touching where the bare metal is. I wonder, could I (or my kids) get electrocuted if theres a drop of water on the metal when we touch it? Hummmmmm???

I purchased the refrigerator (model RS261MD) on 10-27-10. It was delivered on 12-1-10. On 7-25-2011, Sears Home Services repaired icemaker. It is now 7-4-2013 and the icemaker again threw ice all over the kitchen for the second time. We are a senior couple and the unit has always been taken care of. I have talked to 3 other people with the same refrigerator and same problem. Samsung needs to be held responsible for the products that do not work. But as usual, these companies get away with doing nothing. I am writing a letter to Sears where I purchased the unit. Thank goodness, I purchased the warranty. If not with this repair call, I would be out approximately $500. Shame on Samsung I will never purchase anything with their name on it.

After paying for months for a new refrigerator, which was over $2,500, which is a lot of money to me, after about a year, it started making a noise. I called Samsung for them to tell me that a service tech would come out, but that was not covered under warranty and I did not buy the extended warranty. Well, after I spent that much money, I didnt think I needed to spend additional amount for an extended warranty. Was I wrong? Another $300 for some 18-year-old kid to just switch out a motor. Here we are 11 months later with the same problem, mainly because the first technician didnt fix it right the first time. It constantly freezes up, and water is under the vegetables bins. What a lemon. People, do your homework and never buy a Samsung refrigerator! This one had the ice and water on the outside and the French doors. I was really upgrading, and I had to make payments. Samsung couldn’t care less!

Go ahead and buy a hairdryer if you own a Samsung refrigerator, it will be your new best friend. Same problems as everyone else, freeze ups on evaporator fan and coils, water leaking out of the bottom, spoiled food, loud irregular noises, and the ice maker doesnt function properly. Just two years of ownership has convinced me that Samsung is incompetent at building a reliable refrigerator. I regret ever purchasing this unit and will NEVER buy or recommend that ANYONE buy their products. Samsung YOU SUCK!!!! This thing is junk and I want my money back so I can buy a reliable brand!!! If I had the money I would ship this useless hunk of junk back to Samsung headquarters with a note to the president of the company.Direct your complaints here: officeofthepresident@sea.samsung.com. Keep in mind that this is only for customers who have already called 1-800-Samsung and been unable to resolve their issue with the front line of the companys customer service.

Model # RH25H5611SR/AA purchased April 2016 $1244 (tax/delivery). Nothing but problems starting right after 1 year warranty expired. Repairs are now out of warranty. Replaced temp sensor on fridge side, but coils continue to ice over and internal temp will not get above 50 F even though display says otherwise. Keep getting 2 error codes: 21 C, 22 C. Refrigerator side started malfunctioning 6 months ago and now freezer side. Now icemaker will make ice and then melt a few days later. Such a disappointment and customer Service Department has been no help. Rip off!!

Ice maker quit after 3 years. Repairman that I paid for came out and replaced ice maker, control board and had me leave unplugged and doors open for 3 days so the ice would defrost. Worked for about 6 months then iced up again. Ice maker quit working again shortly thereafter started making a horrific sound every time the twin cooling fans. Called out repairman again. He wasn’t sure what to do this time. Said he even called Samsung and could not get any answers. He placed on my invoice it was a structural defect. Told me there was nothing else he could do and recommended I purchase another refrigerator that didn’t have the name Samsung on it.

I bought Samsung microwave model SMH9187ST in March 2011 and just got the SE/5E code. After reading hundreds of similar complaints, I contacted Samsung. They are sending a service repair company to replace the control panel free of charge even though it is out of warranty. I was told that this was considered an epidemic type of issue that Samsung is aware of. If after the replacement of the control panel I am still receiving the error message, then the control box will need to be replaced at my expense. I just wanted to share with anyone who is just now getting this error code that Samsung will work with you on some level. Better than nothing, I guess.

Looking online to see if anyone has any ideas what it could be?

I bought a Refrigerator from Bismi, a leading dealer in Kochi for Samsung Products on Feb 20 2014. Attached the bill copy. Unfortunately, the product stops working just after the warranty period over. I contacted customer care, they took the fridge to their service center. After that, there is no information regarding the product. I had contacted the guy who took the fridge several time but I did not get any updates. So I used the chat facility and report the problem, after that I got a call from the CC and said that it is the problem with the freezer component and will take another 7 days to get the part. After raising the same complaint through this email portal, I got a call from the Samsung Head office and the person assures me that technical difficulty of availing the part for replacement and he told me he will update the status eventually and resolve as early as possible. Also he assures a standby refrigerator if he failed to deliver the product before 1st May 2015. But still after the call I did not get any information or updates from Samsung side. It is difficult to manage city life without refrigerator. Moreover I had a 18 month old kid and no one is in my home to get the daily eatables from the market as we are working daily for more than 10 hours. Please let me know whether I had to go for a new one or how long I had to wait for the product to get back. This is the letter I had sent to Samsung authorities, CEO, etc but no use. Today I got back my Fridge with a bill of Rs 3800/- INR.

POTENTIAL SAFETY HAZARD: Samsung dw80f600uts Dishwasher - This has been the worst appliance experience ever. Dishwasher worked fine for about the first 18 months. Then, on occasion, it would give an error code (Smart Auto and Heavy would flash). If we stopped and restarted it, it would usually run through the cycle. We are a family of only 2 adults, so we are not hard on it, nor do we run it more than 1 to 2 times per week due to handwashing some dishes (as the dishwasher cycle is VERY LONG... like 3 hours)! This morning the dishwasher stopped and gave error message, I tried to stop and restart. No luck. Then, while I had the door open, it started on its own!! (ID CALL THIS A SAFETY HAZARD). With all the complaints about this unit, I would think that Samsung would do a recall, or an optional recall, so at least those with issues can get unit corrected on Samsungs dime. We are choosing not to pay to have it fixed, as the reviews show that most have had to have fixed multiple times. Would rather buy a different brand than invest more in this faulty model.

I have a model RB195BSSB/XAA, serial # **, date of manufacture January 2006. As you read on, you’ll realize problems with Samsung refrigerators do not necessarily depends on their age or on the model. Issues with ice build up both in the refrigerator compartment and in the freezer started almost two years ago, presumably in the spring of 2017 if not sooner. First intervention by a local technician took place in July of 2017. They replaced the drains (after a complete defrost). The problem gradually came back in the matter of few months, and between January and May of this year technicians from another service firm came for a total of five times. They replaced the motherboard, the outside display, the temperature sensor, and cleaned the rear drains one more time. Although ice would not form any longer in the freezer compartment, it started building up again behind the back panel, causing it to bulge (to the point I had to remove one shelf from the door, or it couldn’t close), and under the vegetable/crispers drawer, requiring frequent manual removal. This would happen even after disconnecting completely the water line to the ice maker (which had stopped working). In addition, the lower compartments of the refrigerator would cool too much, slightly below 30 F (around -1 to -2 °C), causing produce to freeze, despite setting the outside display at 40. The freezer temperature is also too low, despite setting it at 4. This after squandering a total of roughly $1,200 for the multiple visits or the various repairmen. Both technicians have given up attempting any further repairs, and they also notified me that their firms have stopped servicing Samsung refrigerators because of unresolvable issues like these. When I recently called the Samsung customer service, at first I was put on the line with a clueless representative; upon insisting to talk with a supervisor, I was referred to a service company, A&E Factory Service, that has abysmal customer ratings on online reviews (I decided not even calling them). Needless to say, I’m mad for having wasted so much money trying to resolve a problem that no one seems to know anything about. Had I known, I would have replaced the refrigerator right away.

We bought a Samsung side-by-side RS257BARB from Best Buy about six years ago and paid close to $1,300. A couple of days ago, we noticed the freezer was not cold; then yesterday, the fridge side was not cold either. I had a live internet chat with a Samsung rep to no avail. Their authorized repair service center is 35 miles away. I had no choice but to call a local appliance repair service technician to come and take a look. He examined the fridge and told me the compressor went dead and it would cost $800 just for the part alone, might as well get a new fridge. I am very disappointed with this verdict as I hope it would be a minor fix for such a pricey appliance. I remember when we were growing up we had a GE fridge that lasted over twenty some years. The fridges nowadays look great on the outside, but they dont last and customer support is practically nonexistent.

I wish that I had read all of the negatives reviews regarding Samsung refrigerators before I purchased one. I will have to admit that I have had mine 4 yrs. & today is the first repair job but it seems to be the same problem that everyone is complaining about. I have had water collecting in both veg/fruit drawers. After $250.00, I hope the problem has been corrected. The FF was freezing & leaking per info on repair ticket??? The repairman replaced the heat probe. He said that many of these have had to be replaced. The original ones were too short & they are being replaced with longer ones. This sounds as if there should have been a recall since he told me that he had replaced several with the newer type probe. I do not have any hope of anything being done by Samsung but it sounds as if they should have addressed this problem instead of denying that there is a problem.

We purchased a brand new Samsung dishwasher when we moved into our house in July of 2012. Within 5 months, there were 5 repairs done under warranty. Within a year, at least 5 more. Finally, one repairman told us the issue AND how to repair it. Samsung was no longer willing to cover any repairs as it was off warranty.Jump ahead to 6 years later and I myself have repaired the machine over 40 times. One of the cords that connects the control panel to the rest of the machine is too short so it gets pulled every time a wash is done. After a few cycles, it disconnects. Just have to remove a few screws and reconnect. We paid $700.00 Canadian, brand new. Samsung was not willing to cover more repairs after a year, refused a return, etc. I have documentation regarding my letters to them, as well as too much time spent on hold waiting for help. I finally just gave up. Washes well, I cannot afford another one at this point. Fed up beyond belief and no one was willing to help us.

I recently purchased a Samsung glass top range for our vacation home. After two uses, the glass top looks used and melted. The white painted ring on the one burner totally melted and there are rings from the pan I was using on the same burner. I cooked eggs, not really high temp, and it destroyed the top of the glass. I used one of the back burners only for that to look melted now also. I havent gone back to the store yet, but plan on doing so. Have had the stove for EIGHT weeks and used twice!

We bought this DMT800RHW unit because we were satisfied with their refrigerator. This is a top of the line unit. Too bad we didnt see all these negative reviews. From the start, we had problems. First, a small plastic wheel on the bottom rack was missing when it arrived. I called to ask them to just send a wheel I could snap on in 10 seconds... Nope. They had to send out a technician. Then those wheels were rubbing on the lower right side of the door gasket, and eventually dislodge the stainless steel grip in that area that went around the whole door to hold the rubber gasket. It was tack welded on, so they said the dishwasher was a loss. They would not repair it. They decided to refund out money, but not installation, which was the good news and policy by Samsung. To do that, I had to rip off the identity label, cut the power cord off and take a picture of all that to send into Samsung. This was not too easy to do, but we are fairly assertive with Samsung. Since Im handy with mechanical and electrical systems, I put it back together. I also screwed in the stainless steel gasket holder and had a new dishwasher for free.... or so I thought. A couple months later, I started getting error codes 0E and 9E which mean low water level and high water level. When this happens, the cycle just stops. This increased in frequency over a year. Unplugging the unit then plugging it back in would seem to fix it for a while. At this point, the unit constantly gives these errors and seems useless. When it is turned on, the unit will fill with water and empty itself about three or four times without actually starting to spray water inside - like it is in some self-cleaning cycle. Then one of these error codes comes up, but the water is not low or too high. The design of the bottom of the dishwasher is really very simple and easy to take apart (Phillips screwdriver tip only), so I did that and cleaned it out thoroughly in first attempt. There seemed to be some debris blocking one channel. After this attempt, the same thing happens... three or four fill/empty cycles then one of the two error codes. I would like to take it apart further, but am not sure what to do as it may be a sensor or circuit board error. On other matters, I have noticed how the internal plastic parts seem to be deteriorating from the dishwashing process. From all these posts in this forum, clearly Samsung has engineered a unit that is defective in so many ways. I am disgusted by Samsung as well, but at least I didnt have to pay for my dishwasher!

Samsung counter refrigerator rf197acrs - After one year, our great looking Samsung refrigerator started to accumulate water and ice under crispers. We defrosted the refrigerator. It stopped for a while but ice started to accumulate at the back of refrigerator behind wall (you could see buildup through air pockets). In addition, the fan started to make noise and eventually the refrigerator shut down all together. As we were waiting for someone to help us, we called Samsung with little help as we did not purchase additional warranty. We called Lowes with little help; however they were sympathetic to our predicament. We finally had repairman out and he exchanged part at back of refrigerator wall but that also failed. He came out again and replaced the same part with a new one and here I am waiting for this one to break! This situation leaves one with a feeling of hopelessness!

After getting the SE message on my two-year built-in Samsung microwave, I did some research and saw how someone said to clean the ribbon on the display panel. Well, I was too afraid to mess with the control panel so I placed a service call in. The tech came and I told him what I read so I asked him to remove the ribbon or membrane and then reconnect. Sure enough, the thing started working right away. I spent $100 on service call. So I hope someone else can use this information. My kitchen was in desperate need of a makeover so I decided to purchase all new products from Sears and selected Samsung. I so wish that I would have checked with Consumer Affairs first before purchasing (3) Samsung products in 2013 - all of which have had issues. I purchased a double door black refrigerator, a black microwave as well as a black gas range. My refrigerator from day one has had issues with the ice maker not making ice and the refrigerator temperature not working properly. The worst product of all was the microwave oven that caught fire while I granddaughter was cooking a hotdog on a paper plate. The plate caught on fire. There were sparks and flames literally shooting from the microwave. I didnt purchase the extended warranty on the microwave because my experience with good microwaves is that they simply stop working after about 6-7 years. They dont catch on fire! I paid $329 for the microwave and Samsung wanted to charge me $325 for the repairs and continue to give me the run around. The matter is still not resolved. So if you are reading this review... save yourself the trouble. Please do not purchase any Samsung product!

I chose to upgrade my kitchen, new cabinets, flooring, ceiling, walls and appliances. Now, my old refrigerator was about 10 years old and I never had one issue with it, I just wanted everything to be stainless steel. I happened to go with the Samsung French door refrigerator because I liked the way it looked and that it was big enough to store a lot of food in the refrigerator, as well as the freezer. If I would have known that I would have half the issues I have with it, I would have never of purchased it. Why would I want to buy it if every other month, it has to be defrosted so much so that I have to store my food at someone elses house because the whole refrigerator/freezer/icemaker shuts down and takes 24 hours to get back to the right temperature. I have been a homeowner for over 18 years and I have never been more disappointed in an appliance as I am with this refrigerator. I paid over 2,000.00 for it and I am so ready to put it out as junk!!!!

I bought a Samsung RF266 in 2008 after reading reviews on several websites about how convenient and reliable they were. Talk about bunk, I really wonder if these companies pay for those endorsements. I have had nothing but problems with this pile of junk. The ice maker falls apart constantly and rarely works right. And then, the fridge completely froze up inside. The repairman told me to let it thaw out 24 hours before he can come work on it (what am I supposed to do with the food in the meantime?). And then, he said hes not sure whats wrong with it. He spent an hour on the phone with a Samsung tech (which he charged me $48 for) and replaced a part that took 3 days to get. That didnt fix it. He rebated the labor but I was still stuck with the part ($65). I waited 3 more days for another part, which still didnt fix it. Two days later, we got another part, which did fix it. Samsung technical said that both parts were bad. I paid $1,800 for the unit. And I have, to date, spent nearly $900 in repair bills, not to mention what Ive suffered in food loss. Im also told there is a class action lawsuit over this issue that Im having. But I cant find access to the site where I can get in on it. My best advice: If you really want to buy a Samsung, buy an extra fridge in case the main Samsung goes down.

I posted a YouTube video I made about how I fixed my Samsung Microwave plagued with the dreaded 5E (SE) error. Like many other people, my Samsung Microwave started giving me an SE error a little after a year after I bought it. When I called Samsung, they told me the warranty was up and suggested I should call an appliance repair company. I followed their advice on this site and tried to repair the microwave myself by cleaning the display pad. The fix took me about 15 minutes and seems to have worked. Two weeks later, and the microwave is still working fine. Keep your fingers crossed. Some other commentators on this site have suggested that Samsung may now fix this error if you mention all the negative comments on this and similar sites. I will give Samsung another call and see if this approach works if the microwave fails again and once again I am plagued with an SE error.

We had this refrigerator for a few months. The ice maker broke so Samsung had someone come out in a few days. He told me because they are made with plastic. So this may be a recurring problem? We dont use that much ice. The service man said it would take 7 days for part and I would have to turn off refrigerator and leave door open for 24 hours. Well 3 weeks later no call. He was late the first appointment. I had to call Samsung so they could find out if he was coming. I asked him how to take the glass out to clean. He said he wouldnt because it would break. So I called Samsung again and said I cant ever clean my refrigerator. After a long wait and them trying to figure it out and talking to supervisor they said they would send me an email with pictures and instructions how to remove without breaking. They said the insurance would cover drawer but not glass. So waited for email and of course never got it. So after 3 holidays with no ice maker I will call Samsung again. Still cant clean all of it. In December 2015, I purchased a Samsung built-in dishwasher model DW80F600UTS/AA. I finally got it installed around July 2016. By November 2017, the dishwasher stopped working. The pump was running even though there was no water in it. I opened the door and the pump does not stop. The heavy LED was flashing even though I never selected heavy cycle. I try to turn off the dishwasher using the power button, it turns off for 2-3 seconds then it comes back automatically and the pump is just keep going. The only way to shut it off is by flipping the circuit breaker. I tried every recommended method, which included keeping power off for a while and then reapply, but nothing worked. As soon as power was applied, the pump started running and wouldnt shut off using front panel controls. An appliance repair technician came to my house in December 2017, but the regular warranty had expired. Fortunately, I had purchased a 3 year extended warranty. The technician diagnosed a bad control panel and sump pump assembly. It took 3 months for the parts to arrive. Once the new parts were installed (March 2018), it worked great; for approximately 3 months and then broke again (June 2018) with the exact same problem. A repair technician came out and replaced the sump motor again. The dishwasher worked until the end of August 2018 and quit working again with the exact same symptoms as the previous two times. A repair technician came out on 4 September 2018, diagnosed a bad sump motor and placed it on order. Around 4 November 2018, I called for status on when I could expect my dishwasher to be repaired. I was informed the motor had to be ordered from Korea and they had no idea when it would be shipped. I canceled the service request and am going to trash the dishwasher. I will never buy another Samsung appliance again.

This is a horrible product (model #RS2530BBP). We purchased it in 2008. We have had nothing but problems. First, the ice maker has never worked right. We had it worked on so much that they extended my 1 year warranty by a few months just because I complained so much. We have also had trouble with the compressor fan. Its been replaced once and will have to be again. At this point, I am considering getting a lawyer and taking legal action since I dont have money to blow on a new fridge.

On August 3, 2015 my Samsung Microwave SMH2117S caught on fire and nearly burned down my house. I had notified Samsung about five weeks prior to the fire to report that the microwave was coming on by itself when you would open the door. I was told at that time there was nothing they could do unless I purchased their almost $400.00 extended warranty. I refuse to as the microwave was only one-year-old. And then two days before the fire, the microwave started coming on by itself without anyone even touching it. I then decided to simply replace it. Two days later as I was getting ready to replace it, it caught fire and did major damage to my home. Samsung is coming out to my damaged home in the morning.

Perfect size, love the middle drawer for the grandchildrens drinks and husbands beer. Has pitcher for my water in the refrigerator. It has lots of space in the freezer and the main part of the fridge. It looks great and fits our needs. I like the door you can open for just small things so you dont have to open the main door of the fridge and let all the cold air out. Couldnt be happier with it.

My Samsung refrigerator ice maker is leaking and icing up. I had an appliance repair company look at the problem and was informed that the repair would require the replacement of the ice maker, auger motor kit and clip pack. The parts totaled $497.39, plus $165 labor along with $39.07 tax, total $686.46. The repairman gave me all the part replacement information and recommended that I contact Samsung Customer service since the problem I am having is common for this model, RF28HMEDBSR/AA. The customer service rep looked up the serial number and said that the ref is three years old and that the ice maker is only under warranty for one year. I said, You mean that Samsung believes that the ice maker should only last one year plus and the ref and freezer should last five years. He stated that he could do nothing because that is the Samsung policy. My recommendation is DO NOT PURCHASE A SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR!

My husband and I purchased this Samsung clunker in 2011. It is bottom freezer type as I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and could no longer manage bending to reach contents. About four months ago, I noticed that the milk was not cold enough to suit me and thus began our ordeal. I can cut out a lot of detail, as it is so very similar to all the other cases, but it concerns the freezing up of the motor and fan in the back. This does not affect the freezer, in our case. The end result so far, (we have another part and new repair company coming in three days), is, after many repair calls, the thing sounds like a B29, but does nothing. I believe, with all my heart, that nothing will come of the new part, and we will be back in the same mess within a few weeks. The ringerreally was something that happened early on. I found a guy on YouTube who made a video showing how to take off the back and defrost the darn thing with a hair dryer! I dont understand, though I know nothing about how to proceed with this myself, why this problem is not cause for a class action lawsuit. Samsung seems to be getting away with murder.

Bought my Samsung Stainless Steel Gas slide-in range #NX58H9500WS on March 26, 2016. Last week after the holidays on 12/27/17 decided to use the self cleaning oven for very first time (oven was only lightly soiled). I picked the short 2hr cycle since it was the first time using the cleaning feature. About an hour later noticed the display lights were all off and oven was not running. Oven door was locked. The knobs and display panel were hot. Waited for it to cool down for hours. Nothing changed. Luckily the stove top still worked! Called PC Richards for my extended warranty service. A week later the repair tech came and said he has seen this problem many times before and that it is a known design flaw of the range and suggested I clean the stove manually from now on! I couldn’t believe what I was hearing - after spending over $2000.00 on a new range I am supposed to clean it by hand? The tech ordered the 3 hidden thermal fuses and will return to repair when they come in. If that does not unlock the oven door he states it could be that the motherboard was also fried and need to be replaced. Luckily I have an extended warranty but if I attempt to use the self clean again will this happen all over again. I will be contacting Samsung for the answer. I am 60 yrs old and have never had to clean any oven manually before and don’t intend to start now! Apparently this is a known flaw and this product should be recalled by Samsung. I will wait until the tech returns with the parts (hopefully within another 2 weeks) and everything is fixed and then intend to contact Samsung again. This is a major inconvenience, not having an oven for at least 3-4 weeks. I hear the customer service and satisfaction at Samsung is less than adequate but I am relentless and will not accept this situation. I will keep you posted.

Had the oven on 350 degrees and was ready to put my banana bread in the oven when I heard a loud hissing and then an even larger pop and then an even larger burst of flames. My husband cut the stove off from the electrical box and was able to put the fire out, but the electrical odor was sickening for days. I tried to call the repair number on my stove, but it had been disconnected. I have been cooking for 45 years and never had a stove to catch on fire. I am so disappointed in Samsung. I dont have the money to replace the stove, so I am using an electric skillet and crock pot to make our meals. What a pain. After reading many complaints about the other problems with this stove I am lucky my ovens glass didnt blow out while in the self cleaning mode or catch fire when we were not in the house or even worse the burner would not turn off.

I bought model RF28JBEDBSG less than 2 and a half years ago. For paying over $2000, you would think its going to be an excellent appliance. Since day one, we hated the ice maker. Barely makes any ice. But little by little the ice maker freezes up and the ice blocked up. So we started buying bagged ice. So to fix it, we unload the refrigerator and let the ice melt so we can get into the ice machine to remove the ice. This has happened multiple times even Christmas eve dinner. So I researched the problem and realized there are thousands of people with the same problem along with a class action lawsuit for the same issue Im having. Then someone mentioned the temperature not regulating properly. So I got a thermometer and seen that I have it set for 34 degrees and the temp inside was 20 to 44 degrees that I have seen with my own eyes. Over 40 degrees is unsafe for food. They are giving some people a horrible time getting a fix or even a refund. DONT BUY!!!!

Did anyone ever hear of this happening... I woke yesterday morning early to hear crack pop noises in my kitchen. I was flipping scared thinking we had a mouse. So we proceeded to take the stuff from the cupboards out to check, nothing and I still hear the noise. So Im home alone at this point and decided to get my shoes on and run and prepare for the mouse as I pull out the stove. As I pull out the stove and look behind I see sparks and a little bit of smoke. Its my STOVE SPARKING Not a mouse. The sparks were coming right from the cord. How scary I almost was electrocuted or could have lost my house in a fire. Now my house is built in 2006 so wiring is new. The sparks were coming from the stove not my wall outlet... The stove is the Samsung Chef Collection ne58h9970ws. Was only purchased September 15, 2016. Not even a year old. Its all under warranty but dealing with Samsung has been nothing but a nightmare. Long story short they said they will contact me back within 48 hours. Ugh... Samsung Chef Collection ne58h9970ws.

We thought this manufacturer had a trustworthy reputation, thus we bought their brand name. Unfortunately, problems abound with our refrigerator & microwave. The microwave required servicing as did the refrigerator. The freezer is cold but refrigerator is warm. Calls to the service department have been frustrating. Someone was to get back to us -- but didnt. In a total bureaucratic manner one blames the other for incompetency and POOR SAMSUNG SERVICE. And ice forms on the back and gets so noisy we cant stay in the same room as the machine. And when the Sears repair people come to fix it all they can say is that they are not very good machines, and they dont make them liked they used to. The junk will be off the warranty soon. I think its criminal that they dont recall the machine. We purchased this range NX58J770SS/AS on the first week of November 2018. That week I worked late all week and didnt use the oven. The next week went on vacation. So back Thanksgiving week, cooked the Turkey and after that may have used the oven 3 or 4 times. So on Dec 18 I decided to bake croutons, top part of oven 400 degree, with about 3 tablespoon of oil on a baking sheet. After 10 min. thought they were done, shut the oven off. Then decided to put them in again for more crunch, turned the oven on. Turned around and in seconds the smoke alarms go off, and look in the oven and blazing flames coming from oven. Turned oven off and thank God my husband had a fire extinguisher out in the garage! Smoke was bad and now white stuff everywhere. Of course called service in the morning, and told them the same story. They sent a repairman Dec 24, took pictures and video for the technician people. I didnt get an answer from them by the end of that week, so I called them to see what their answer was. Their answer was is cosmetically injured. Ask them what that meant, there was oil on the back part of the oven. I said first it was cooked off. And 3 tablespoon of oil would of not caused a blazing flames. So now I have an oven that was told not to use by the repairman, and the people we purchased the oven from. The person I talked to said that was their decision, and end of that story. First I cook for a living and never saw a brand new oven cause that type of flame!

Our 7 year old Samsung French Door refrigerator stopped cooling for unknown reasons a few days ago. I called Lowes to get a recommendation for a Samsung repairman and they said that FA Display had the experts. The repairman said it would cost $80 to diagnose the problem and estimate the repair cost. Within 15 minutes he determined it was a Freon leak which could cost as much as $800 to fix. But no guarantee. He agreed that a new fridge was a wiser option. We bought a new Whirlpool and I sold our old fridge on Craigs list for $20 rather than paying Lowes $15 to recycle it. The buyer of my old refrigerator called me the evening of the sale to thank me and he felt obligated to inform me that his neighbor, a repairman for Sears, fixed the fridge simply by replacing a blown 20amp fuse. FA Display stuck with their assessment and would not take up the offer to visit the buyers home to confirm the fridge was repaired and working. I am simply asking for a return of the money I spent for the expert Samsung repairmans 15 minute diagnosis that he gave in error or as a bad guess. Repeated calls have fallen on deaf ears which is typical of other complaints Ive read. No more Samsung appliances for us and we will share our story with friends considering Samsung appliances.

We have had the worst experience ever with our Samsung fridge. I was so excited to get it. It was really nice and had lots of room. But from the start it never made much ice. The ice maker kept going out and they sent repairmen out a few times to fix it. We eventually got a new fridge and had the exact same problem. We got this one “repaired” 5 times before they finally admitted it was unfixable and agreed to a refund. The refund process has been a nightmare and we have been dealing with it for 7 weeks now. We have been told different info from different agents. We have been put on hold to be transferred to supervisors and then hung up on. We have been told we would get emails with no contact. It’s been a joke. We were told 2 days ago that the refund was approved and we just need to wait for an email. I called back yesterday and got hung up on 3 different times. I called back today and was told it’s not approved yet and was given MORE excuses as to why. I don’t recommend anyone to EVER buy a Samsung appliance! If you ever have to deal with their customer service or refund department, you will go insane and it’s not worth it. Just don’t waste your money in the first place! I know I never will again.

We purchased a new home in 2009 and purchased stainless steel Samsung appliances for our new kitchen. French door refrigerator; over the stove microwave and range to the tune of over $6,000. In 2010 the refrigerator was leaking water under one of the trays. It was still under warranty so they sent a repairman who attempted to fix it. Said he couldnt but he tried. Also said that these refrigerators all have this problem. It is something with the thermostat, etc. We consistently had this problem, we had to remove the draw, chip away the ice and then use a hair dryer to thaw out the back wall of the refrigerator where the water line was located IN THE REFRIGERATOR. We had repairmen (several different ones came out for about 6 more times) all to no avail. They installed new parts, etc. Great inconvenience to say the least. Samsung finally refunded the purchase price of my refrigerator. The range was no better. In 2011, after the extended warranty we purchased expired, the broiler coil burnt out (according to the repairman) and had to be replaced. I asked him if there was anything he could do because I couldnt afford another repair. He said he could solder it but it was a temporary fix. He was right. About 10 months later the stove wouldnt work. Had to have the broiler coil replaced. Range is now working.Microwave started doing strange things in early 2013. It would go on by itself and I was afraid it would cause a fire. I called and the repairman, he came out and said it was only the fan that was going while the door was closed and he couldnt fix it because he felt it was a defect in the product. He didnt want to incur a huge bill for me when he didnt know what was wrong. He contacted Samsung and they wouldnt talk to him because he wasnt on their list of repairmen. The microwave operated fine, as for cooking, etc. with the fan always on when it was opened. In 2015 the whole thing just died. No error message, nothing. It just ceased working. I will never, ever purchase anything, other than a TV, from Samsung. They should stick with what they do best, TV sets. I now have to purchase a new microwave which has to be installed because it is an above range built in. The one we purchased was a high end and cost over $600. Didnt think it would only last 6 years. I had my other microwave for over 13 years and it worked fine. Waiting for the other shoe to drop on the range.

I bought RF28HDEDBSR Samsung french door refrigerator in Nov 2014 from Home Depot Canada with ESP for 4 years. Come Feb 2017, the refrigerator started making annoying sounds, sometimes for the whole day. I requested a service under ESP with Comerco. Response I got that as long as the sound is not affecting the functionality of the unit, they cant fix it. Within a week or so the fridge stopped working (freezer part was fine). I filed another complaint to Comerco, the technician visited us and said a part needs to be replaced and it would take 1-2 weeks to come as it was back ordered. We were without the fridge for more than 2 weeks. Anyways, within 10 days or so the part was replaced and we were able to use the fridge. Like they say good times never last for long, it happened again. The refrigerator stopped working again in August 2017 (similar to the last time it started with the unit making loud noise). I called up Comerco again, this time I asked them to provide me a permanent solution to the problem. Its been more than a week now when we are without the fridge. According to comerco, it might take another 1-2 weeks to get it fixed as the part is back ordered (as usual). So big NO to the Samsung refrigerators. Problems with Home Depots extended service plan with comerco will be explained in a different review.

I spent 6 months last year dealing with the same problem on my Samsung Refrigerator French Doors as Denise from Eastport, NY. The end result was a manufacturers defect and it was corrected by changing a metal piece which originally was about 2 inches long to a new piece which is now about 4-5 inches long and this allows the fridge to drain the water to the freezer section which it couldnt do before. Before this fix, the back of the refrigerator was full of ice. The temperature control stopped functioning and water was all at the bottom of the drawers since the drain was blocked with ice due to the defective metal piece that was not long enough to allow water to drain. This was very frustrating and, after many phone calls and visits, they realized the defect and changed all the parts again. I was still covered by my insurance plan but what happens to those people who didnt purchase the plan?

DW80F600UTS - We purchased a new dishwasher in August of 2014 but it was not installed until the house was completed in January of 2015. Not only does this dishwasher take over two hours to cycle through, it has NEVER cleaned the dishes. We basically have to wash the dishes before we use it and then use it on the heavy and sanitize cycles. It has become a very expensive dish-drying rack! We have contacted Samsung numerous times and have had a technician here twice. They can find nothing wrong with the machine. According to Samsung it is working within specifications. Apparently dishes with baked on food is acceptable to Samsung. I have the same problems with the others. Right now I water in both my veggies/fruits bins and underneath the bins are water and frozen ice. Also, the ice maker keeps making ice even though it is full; therefore, all the overflow ice fell down under the freezer drawer. Every time I open the freezer drawer, ices will fall out onto my kitchen floor and I can also see there are a lot of ice stuck all the way in the back of the freezer. I either have to use a long stick to brush them out. It is a major headache with Samsung as they are the worst company I have to deal with. Samsung is very unreliable and irresponsible for their products, keep saying they wont fix my refrigerator because 1 year warranty is over. In order for them to fix, they will charge me a fee to come by to take a look at it and any repairs they will do. Buyer beware!!! After owning this French door refrigerator for a little over a year, there started to be water buildup under pantry drawer. The water would then freeze and would prevent the drawer from opening. I began the weekly game of trying to thaw the ice in order to use the pantry drawer. The ice would come out in big sheets. Big enough that while pulling a chunk out of the fridge, a piece broke off and dented my appliance. And because there was nowhere for the water to go, it started seeping out onto my hardwood floors which caused them to hoover up. After about 3 months of this NONSENSE I had it serviced. The repairman had fixed NUMEROUS Samsung French door refrigerators with this same issue. SHAME ON YOU Samsung for allowing a fridge to be engineered this way... Thought you were smarter than that. Since that service call I have had to get my ice maker serviced 2 times, dishwasher serviced 2 times and washing machine 2 times. All Samsung appliances. Buyer beware!

We have had ongoing issues with this fridge since it was 13 months old. We are on the third icemaker and have had the latest motherboard fix installed on 6-12-20. We deal with a drippy ice and water dispenser, water under the crispers, and very inconsistent fridge and freezer temps. The fridge display will say 37° when the temp is actually anywhere between 38-58°. We have lost over $200 in food. I have personally endured an 8 hour online support chat, numerous phone calls, and emails to seek full compensation for this defective appliance so I may purchase a safe fridge. After posting an honest review on the Lowes website I was contacted by Samsung support and on 9-10-20 and Samsung emailed me paperwork offering me a refund of $2448.29 for my defective unsafe refrigerator. This refrigerator has been unsuccessfully repaired three times. We are using a mini fridge in our kitchen because the Samsungs inconsistent temps are not food safe. I completed the online refund paperwork & returned it electronically and mailed the actual paperwork via certified mail on 9-17. They contacted me 9-18 by text and have switched my refund amount to only $1530.18. This is not a warranty issue, this is a known design defective (since 2006) that Samsung continues to sell to unsuspecting customers. They appear to use unethical and fraudulent bait and switch tactics with customers.

Dependable and works as expected. Good quality for the money. Great appliance appearance. Makes your kitchen eye appealing. My previous neighbor bought a Samsung refrigerator and ten years later its still running as it did from day one. I am planning to replace my old Rival with a new Samsung. Four years ago we built a new home and bought all Samsung appliances. Our side-by-side refrigerator model #RS265TDBP has had repeated problems with ice building up on the coils behind the panel in back of the fridge. You can tell its happening because the evaporator fan motor makes rhythmic scraping sounds as it tries to spin to circulate the air. It does this for several days before it quits working and then the fridge stops cooling. You have to remove all the food, unplug the fridge, remove all the shelves, remove the back panel, disconnect the lights, and change out the evaporator fan motor (over $50 for the part plus significant amount of labor). Then you have to wait for many hours for all of the ice to melt, or try to use a hair dryer to melt it more quickly without damaging anything else. It has failed three times in the last 2.5 years and Im absolutely sick of it. Its a defective design and Samsung clearly has no interest in fixing it.

Samsung RS265LABP - terrible, terrible experience. We had an extended warranty for up to 4 years. Called a few months before it ran out for frozen food in bottom drawers. Drawers were bulging outward because back of refrigerator was frozen and bulging. The outward thrust of the drawers kept the refrigerator door from closing and the food on top warmed up and was ruined. The celery, lettuce, tomatoes, etc. became frozen. Over the last 4 years we have had 3 different servicemen come for a total of 5-6 service calls which translates to no small expense as the warranty expired. Basically all that is accomplished is a defrosting. One repairman refused to come back; he said Samsung refrigerators had ruined his reputation. We keep a tea towel at the bottom of the refrigerator to keep the leaks from going out the door and on the floor. Never will we ever purchase anything from Samsung. They have ruined their own reputation.

We purchased a Samsung Refrigerator that failed to cool less than 1 year after the purchase date. After calling Samsung customer service it took three repair companies to finally tell us that they could not work on the product because of a lack of training on closed system refrigerators; these vendors were provided by Samsung. After numerous phone calls to the Samsung Customer Service Department, I realized that nearly each time I was talking to representatives in several different locations to include the Philippines, the Virgin Islands and South Carolina. Eventually after my persistence and threats, Samsung arranged for me to return the refrigerator to the store I purchased it from. This happened nearly two weeks after we purchased another brand.Lastly, we were promised a maximum of $ 200.00 compensation for the nearly $ 600.00 of food that was spoiled. We were required to provide items and the price. We ended up emailing this information at least 7 times to their Executive Customers Service Department and have yet to receive reimbursement. It has been 64 days since we the unit became inoperable and numerous promises were made! To date, we have not been reimbursed!! We will NEVER buy or recommend SAMSUNG again!!!

Our Samsung Refrigerator was purchased from Lowes and was highly recommended by Lowes and another appliance center in the area. Our refrigerator has broken down 3 times in 4 years which is a horrible record. I have a cheap Kirkland 2nd refrigerator that I have had for almost 20 years and never had broken down one time. Expensive is not always better! Samsung sent us a repair company which then goes out of business and will not recommend and now gives us a 2nd repair company. That repair company tech only knew how to take out screws of a cover and had to be on phone being stepped through how to do diagnostics on refrigerator, only to tell me a 2nd time that power circuit board needs replaced and will be another week. The circuit board is obviously is defective and not covered under 5-year warranty by Samsung. I will not buy anymore Samsung products. A few years ago, my highly touted Samsung Flat Screen TV had defective parts and fortunately Costco stood behind the product. No more Samsung TVs either!

Not even 4 years old and I had to have it fixed in April of 2019 and now in September I have been told that the evaporator cover needs to be replaced. Ice builds up behind the cover and eventually will affect the fan and the fridge will not cool anymore. Ive owned a SXS Samsung Refrigerator for 2 years. I bought it based on reviews of excellence. The refrigeration system itself works fine, but the ice maker is now called the Monster. The ice flies all over the floor regardless of the container/glass I use. And today, the ice jammed in the release element, backing up in the freezer. When it unjammed, about 6 cups of ice came pouring out at once. I guess Samsung makes some fine products, but refrigerators are not one of them.

Purchased this model 2.5 years ago - have had issues with ice maker ever since. Do your research, issues with Samsung and ice makers (especially this unit) are all over the internet. The ice making function is pretty much so useless. On mine, like so many others (thousands) freezes up, literally turns into a block of ice. Overall, great design and functionality, however, for $2k I expect the ice maker to work.Samsung refuses to take any accountability, as a result, major class action lawsuit is underway by law firms and thousands of consumers to get them to do the right thing for their customers. Its all online, do your research. While I have owed and been quite happy with a number of Samsung Plasma TVs and LCDs, their responsiveness to this serious product issue with ice makers is nothing short of shameful. I had hoped to get it repaired, but a reputable (and Samsung certified warranty service) indicated that even after spending $500 on parts and labor, the problem will most likely continue. So, after spending $2k on this thing, and 2 1/2 years later, I will be buying a new refrigerator/freezer. And, as a result, I will never purchase another Samsung product again. Never. Do your own research, and look elsewhere.

Dishwasher never cleaned that well. After one year, error message flashing blue lights. Samsung paid for the service. Their service tech company replaced epoxy-filled circuit board. It worked for two months and then an error message flashing blue lights. Service tech said it is a design flaw, so keep replacing parts will not make it right. Samsung would not give me a contact name to resolve the issue. The knobs on the slide in electric range with the knobs on the front turn too easily. At least twice we have had dishes explode due to the knobs turning from just leaning against them. My 2 year old can easily turn the knobs on and off. Numerous times I have come into the kitchen to see one of the burners red from accidentally being turned on. The most recent dish explosion was today. I had set a bowl of squash on top of the over and about 10 minutes later I could smell something burning, I came out and the cooktop was set too high (I must have leaned up against it at some point), I immediately shut it off and the dish exploded, there was glass all over me, the counter, floor, I stepped on a piece that was in back of me and cut my foot. I was also holding my toddler at the time and I’m thankful none of the glass got in her eyes. There were shards of glass all over the place, we have a dog and two small children. This is very unsafe and Samsung really needs to address the unsafe design of these knobs. You barely have to push on them to turn them, this is a huge safety concern, especially as a fire hazard.

I paid for the top of the line Samsung refrigerator mostly cause I like the style of it and I tend to pay more for products based on what type of insurance the product is well built. I spent $5,000 for my Samsung refrigerator. May it be a cultural difference I really dont care. Were in America and we have high standards with our products. Our refrigerator ice maker gave us problems almost day one. After 3 attempts to repair the ice maker I contacted Samsung and over a course of several months it was unbelievable to have to call the number that only answers the phone for 2 hours a day and if youre not first in line you will not have an answer to your ring. If you try to call back it goes to busy. Based on my persistence and anger I made sure I was first in line. Then they make me jump through hoops knowing they sent repair guys who have designated my refrigerator ice maker unrepairable. So getting the information they wanted not that I would have to actually call back. They had an email address I could send the information but would not reply to my email which forced me to have to call back to this line that is only open for a couple hours per day! All I got was, Sorry sir thats just our policy!Again through my persistence I did get the check minus the shipping minus the time it took for all 3 repairs for me to take off of work minus the continued frustration and time aggravation to contact them over and over! On top of this it even gets worse. They wanted a picture of the power cord cut. This is to assure them I wont throw it in the garage and use it there! I am not writing for failed ice maker. I am writing for the arrogance of a company to have policies set against the consumer and America needs to know it!

Samsung RF28HFEDTBC/AA Refrigerator - Samsung refused to post my comments c
Samsung RF28HFEDTBC/AA Refrigerator - Samsung refused to post my comments citing it violated comment guidelines. This a dual ice maker refrigerator, one in the upper compartment with external dispensing and one in the lower freezer compartment with a tray. I called Samsung Service with one complaint: the upper ice maker dispenses ground up white ice and snow when cubed is selected (However, a second issue was discovered by technician - see below).Service told me several times that white ice is considered normal because upper dispenser freezes so fast and traps air and that during dispensing occasionally two cubes may be smashed together and broken. I requested warranty service because this was not occasional crushed ice but nearly half was crushed and a lot of snow came with the ice. Service technician repeated the mantra on the white ice and occasional crushing but also applied sealer on the ice maker to reduce air infiltration from refrigerator compartment. It has been more than a week since and nothing has changed. The upper ice maker still dispenses crushed white ice and snow. I can only assume this is normal for Samsung...this has never been the case with other front ice dispensing refrigerators I have owned.Second issue discovered by technician. The lower drawer was not extending fully making unloading and loading the lower freezer very difficult. Installers did not catch it and I thought it was normal. The technician jerked the drawer to the side and pulled it out very hard and now it opens about twice as far as it did. Much better. He said this was a common problem due to drawer alignment. Aside from the upper ice maker white ice and snow now the refrigerator works fine. I tried to be honest and forthright and gave it an average rating due to what I consider to be a fundamental design shortcoming and Samsung refused to post on their comment site.

I have experienced the same complaint everyone who owns a Samsung microwave seems to have - the SE error code. I contacted Samsung and it took four chat sessions and an angry phone call to have a service person come out. I was told the control panel would be replaced, no charge on epidemic warranty; servicing agency knows nothing about it. I was told I would have to pay for the control box if it needs replacement. It seems like Samsung is well aware of this major problem, but has chosen to do nothing until your unit fails - and it will. Then they horse you around for days to get it serviced. I have lots of Samsung products with no problems, but this microwave has totally destroyed my Samsung vision. It is just an out and out piece of crap. The ventilation system sucks, which I believe is the cause of the SE code because moisture builds up in the control panel. If I have to replace, I guarantee it will not be with another Samsung.

My French door refrigerator started forming ice about 18 months after purchase. Warranty is only a year, which is ridiculous when you pay that much for a appliance. I checked online for anyone else experiencing the problem. Most problems were with water under the crisper drawers which I hadnt experienced. I called Samsung and the first words the service desk said were, We havent experienced that problem before, which I knew was bogus because every person that called them said they said the same thing. Anyway after over 2 years of emptying my freezer and getting the ice out, I finally bit the bullet and called a repairman. I wish Id done it right away.He took the bottom panel off the back, took out the two drain pipes for the automatic defrost, about 7each with a rubber, flat nipple on each one. He shows me the small slit across the end of the nipple that the water drains thru and explains that if that slit gets clogged the water backs up and freezes in the bottom. It also could cause water to be leaked under the drawers in the cooling part of fridge. All he did was cut about -1/8 off of the flat ends and put them back on the pipes and reinstall them. They must just slide on because he didnt have any tools but the screwdriver to remove the panel and a snipper to cut the rubber nipple. You can use scissors for that. I could have done this myself had I known what to do. Thats why Im writing this. Also he said to be sure to turn fridge off for 48 hours to make sure all the ice has defrosted. Thats a pain, but weve been removing the ice for 2 years every 3-4 weeks. If this works, its worth the 48 hours without a fridge. If this works, you wont hear from me, if not, Ill let you know. It was a $79 service call. Its a bad design and hopefully Samsung has changed it. My fridge is almost 4 years old. I love everything else about it.

If you are thinking about buying a Samsung refrigerator dont. This is the worse product ever and I regret buying it. I purchased the product in 2013 from Lowes, they were having a sale so I purchased the refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. I have not had any problems with the stove but the dishwasher and refrigerator is a whole new ball game. First, there are the filters (which are not cheap) you have to buy every six months to a year for the refrigerator depending on how much you use the water dispenser. Secondly, the ice maker just one day stop making ice and this has been going on for about a year as I refuse to pay almost $500 to a repairman, that the Samsung customer service (who was rude) recommended, for a new ice maker for a refrigerator that I havent had for that long. I can purchase another refrigerator for that price (I mean its only been 3 years. My GE appliances lasted 10 years before I had problems with them). We even had a local repairman come out to take a look at it and he wouldnt touch it because he said that they are too difficult to work on and he also said that he has had several calls about Samsung refrigerators for one thing or another and that only a trained Samsung repair person would be able to fix it but they want too much money. And then there is the dishwasher that seem to always feel wet on the inside even when not in use and it has a smell that I cant describe. I am so disappointed in this product. Twice now, Lowes has been contacted about finding a service person and they would get back to us and never do. Looked on Internet at Samsung website and it said there was a ONE-YEAR warranty. Called a repairman. Compressor was bad. Cost of repair approximately $1200. Cost of service call, $80. A couple of days later, the repair company called and said the compressor was under warranty and they would fix it. August 23, 2013 refrigerator stopped working a second time. According to the repairman, Samsung products are JUNK! We looked at Consumer Guides before purchasing and this refrigerator was at the top of the list. Why? I also found (on the Internet) a class action suit filed against Samsung for their shoddy refrigerators. Repairman said Samsung is flooding the market with products that are untested. I remodeled my kitchen 2 years ago and purchased all Samsung appliances. This was the worst decision I have made in a long time. First of all every piece is garbage. What happened to Samsung?? WOW!! But specifically the oven is dangerous. I have considered replacing it since it was brand new because of the fire hazard. My daughters bedroom is right off of the kitchen. I have melted multiple plastic bags and set several things on fire because all the time the knob gets bumped on when you walk by it or reach to the microwave above to and brush against it. One morning when I went in there the burner was on, just barely thank goodness, and someone had put a Krispy Cream box on the stove. The box was brown from getting hot. I took a picture of it. I had three teenagers in the room next to the kitchen. One day Samsung is going to have a HUGE lawsuit on their hands when someone dies in a fire due to the ignorance of their engineers and the refusal of the company to correct the defect. It should be common sense to put as safety on these knobs. I am not surprised to have come across this page. Never will I purchase anything else made by Samsung.

In the event that the control box requires replacement, the issue cant be recreated during the service visit or the issue is determined to be anything other than the SE error code, it will be an out-of-warranty repair and you will be responsible for any costs. Do you consent to these terms?I replied, I purchased this in 2010 so I am sure it is out the warranty time frame. I have been looking this issue up on the internet and there are many complaints about this issue and Samsung has been willing to make this repairs even if it is out the warranty. Yes, that is correct, the issue will be repaired as per the above consent. Well we will see what happens and hopefully Samsung will step up and make the necessary repairs.
