SMH9207ST - We bought this microwave and refrigerator from Lowes. We didnt get an SE error but 4 of my major button stopped working, (the power level, clock, kitchen timer, and the 0) buttons wont push in. Samsungs CS was awful, made me feel like I was to blame. We were 2 days off our warranty and had to pay for service. I wouldnt have paid $400 for a disposable microwave. $50 at Walmart and the thing will last forever. I WILL NEVER BUY SAMSUNG APPLIANCES AGAIN. Now the $2,400 refrigerator we got as well constantly thaws my freezer and refrigerator gets warm, so aggravated. I couldve bought American and would last me longer than a year!!!!

First, I must tell you this refrigerator was purchased for my 90-year old father who lived in the country by himself, 5 miles from any of his kids. It was purchased in 8/2011. Approximately one year later, it went into demo mode. Theres nothing in the book about it so I called Samsung. They said it had to be caused from a power surge and they told me to reset it, so I did. Approximately a month later, it did it again. This time, I did not call them. I reset it myself. On Oct. 31 of 2012, I had a knee replaced about three weeks after my dad called and said it went into demo mode again. My husband had to take me out there to reset it. It was on the weekend and we could not get a hold of Samsung, so I called my son-in-law who had had the same problems with his. He told me to unplug it and see if it would reset, which it did. It seems to work for a while. Again in Feb, it went into demo mode again. (When it does this, it is not working, no cold air.) Dad tried to reach us all day. Finally, he got a hold of us in the afternoon. The refrigerator had been off all day. My son-in-law went in the afternoon and turned the refrigerator back on. Samsung wont do anything because its been over a year. Lowes wont do anything because we did not buy the extended warranty. It has gone into demo once this month already. 1 1/2 years old and it is a pain in the butt for my whole family.

We purchased our Samsung Fridge in 2013 for $2,700. It was considered to be top of the line product. 2 year we had it the trays in the fridge started cracking. Very cheaply made. Shortly after that our ice maker started freezing up and ice would not come out. We called the repair man, he came out and defrosted it and replaced some parts. Within a month it was frozen over again. The more we talked to the repair man we started to understand this was a very common issue and the fridge would of been recalled if it was from another company. SO THERE IS NO FIX FOR OUR FRIDGE. So out of frustration I contacted Samsung and they kept pushing me off and telling me it was out of warranty. SO THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT! VERY INTERESTED IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.

I will NEVER buy another Samsung product ever again. BUYER BEWARE. To say I am frustrated and disappointed would be a gross understatement!!! We purchased our Samsung French Door fridge RF31FMEDBSR 3 yrs and 4 months ago. We spent $2200 on it thinking we were buying quality. Boy were we wrong!!! The seal has disintegrated twice, the ice maker works on and off and the shelf on the door came crashing down one morning on my sons foot sending glass jars crashing all over the floor and bruising his foot. I can no longer affix the shelf as the door is torn down to the insulation.I have attempted to get straight answers on this since Dec 21, 2016. I have noted names and dates of people I have spoken to each time. Like many others I was told to contact EEFIX a local authorized repair company to come out and diagnose the problem to the tune of $80. I was also told that I would be reimbursed for that cost once EEFIX uploaded the info on their end. Let the merry-go-round begin.I did everything I was told to do, and all I got was a lot of empty promises and now what seems to be untruths. Fast forward to today, Mr. Derek in Greenville proceeded to tell me that Samsung would do nothing because EEFIX did not leave any documentation. Of course, I called myself, to hear that they couldnt diagnose that the door was defective but broken. HECK!!! I knew that! What did I pay $80 for? Where is my refund? Oh I know Samsung isnt in the business to service just take money for cheap products that they are well aware are having issues. This is my 1st stop, next will be BBB and then small claims court. I will become their worst social media nightmare. All I want is my refund and door fixed.

12/24/2017 My wife turn the oven on of our Samsung Range Model # FTQ3531WUX?XAA, about 5 minutes later heard two large POPS. Wondering what the noise was went into kitchen to find black smoke billowing from the control panel. My wife came in about the same time. I pulled the stove away from the wall and my wife pulled the plug out of the wall. Flames were shooting out from the back side of the stove. Was able to extinguish fire and silence the smoke detectors. Luckily we were near or my kitchen, wall or entire house could have gone up in flames. 12/26/2017 I contacted Samsung Corp. I explained exactly what happened and the first thing they asked if anyone was injured. I said NO, we acted fast. They said they would send a technician no charge service call or labor to determine if the cost would be greater the stove replacement. The part (new control panel) with tax came to $179.49. I thought it was cheaper than a new stove so he fixed it and charged me just for the part. The tech said he couldnt believe Samsung would only cover the trip charge and not the faulty part too. Maybe if someone got hurt or my house burned down would they cover it. After we had it repaired I did a lot of research and I am not alone with this faulty problem. Numerous people owning Samsung stoves had fires too. I wrote another letter to Samsung Corp. explaining our situation and asked if I could have the amount of the part refunded. My request was denied again. They gave me a number in South Carolina to call, it was their product liability department. After nearly a half hour explaining our experience they refused to refund the cost of the part and said I should be happy they covered the service charge. I asked to talk to her supervisor and she said no one is above her. So that is our Samsung range story. My advice and my wifes is NEVER EVER BUY SAMSUNG!!! Your life could depend on it!!!

I just got off the phone with Samsung who claims they support their product because they have a 1 year warranty. Hurray for them, everyone has a 1 yr warranty. The companies that really support their products are the ones that recognize when 2 major components on an expensive refrigerator go out that they should be responsible for fixing it.We had the ice maker and the evaporator fan motor go out on our 2 1/2 yr. old refrigerator. Samsung will do nothing but send a repairman to diagnose it but not pay to fix it. All the customer service people can do is read their policy of You are outside of the 1 year warranty. Their phone message while you wait for an hour keeps saying that they pride themselves if in their customer service. They have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE because they dont allow their management to look at a case and make a decision based on the situation. All they can do is keep telling you, You are outside of your warranty. I have dealt with much better companies that will truly support their products and fix a major issue even if it outside the warranty because they know their product should be better than that.

I cant say enough how horrible our experience has been with these products. Refrigerator doesnt get cold enough, ss finish is terrible, microwave fogs up on glass in door and told thats normal. Range has been a nightmare. Electric stove top is terrible, uneven heat, burns, no heat, burns, no heat. Info panel sometimes lights up half, meat probe does not work, oven door locks on its own. Called for repair. Replaced info panel. Now burners turn on by themselves to high heat! Had to pull stove out and unplug as it would not turn off. One side of panel gets burning hot. Too long of a list to go on.Customer service is a joke. On hold an average of 1 hour with a continual loop of telling you to get on website to schedule repair. Website is no help. Get on live chat, 45 minutes waiting for response. Nothing. Call back, one hour wait on hold. Finally to be told, someone will call me in 1 or 2 days. I cannot have their phone no. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH EVERYTHING. JUST HORRIBLE. Plan on taking days off of work to schedule and to have repaired. Appts are a joke. Someone will call in morning to tell you about when they may be there. HORRIBLE.

Referred to Warranty services in TX. 7 - Tyrone/warranty dept states Repair’s documentation isn’t clear about who or what damaged the unit….warranty voided. We are the not so proud owners of a brand new broken microwave and I felt compelled to warn others. 494 bucks is 494 bucks and the fact is we paid them for a broken product and they didn’t make it right. That’s completely unethical. Shame on Samsung. Shame.

The control panel went bad, and the unit (two years old, gently used) flashed an error message. Its a common display, from what I learned online. Samsung makes a microwave with oven lights and fan to fit over an oven but cant tolerate the heat and vapor that rises from the stove. Many, many of such units have suffered control panel failure. I called Samsung and outlined the problem. That was almost two weeks ago. The Samsung representative said I would receive a call within two days with information about who would repair the unit at no cost to me. The company would extend the warranty for this repair because of design flaws. Then, she said, I would receive a call within no more than two additional days from the repair company to set a date and time for the replacement. Ive received no calls from anybody about this problem. Im trying now to retrace my earlier call, and its frustrating. I want my microwave repaired, and Samsung is not cooperating after promising my satisfaction.

Ive read the reviews on the Samsung refrigerators and Im a little shocked that they continue to sell a known defective appliance. I was brought to this site due to problems with freezing ice under the crisper and water in it. I cant believe that this company continued to sell faulty appliances with the full knowledge that they were no good.I believe I will look further into these problems with consumer affairs. To me, this was fraud. To sell something you know full well does not work properly, is nothing more than scamming the public. I will never own another Samsung product.

Purchased this attractive SS Samsung french door bottom freezer refrigerator a few years ago for $2500. It started leaking water in and under the drawers and making a loud noise. Apparently, this is such a common problem, most appliance repair companies won’t guarantee the repair as it may freeze up again in a few months and fail again. When I called Samsung, they said that it is no longer under warranty. They fail to acknowledge the defect. I will never buy another product from Samsung-a company that makes terrible products and fails to acknowledge and repair their defects.

We just remolded our house. We had beautiful hardwood floors installed throughout the house including the kitchen. We bought new appliances, a Samsung package including the Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, and Dishwasher. All of the appliances are junk. The biggest kicker is that our new 6 month old refrigerator flooded our entire house. The hardwood kitchen floors are ruined and the basement is soaked in water. I was told, not to buy Samsung and I did anyway. What a mistake that was. 1000s of dollars of repair to do. Already the stress of the drying machines to suck up the water is maddening. DO NOT EVER BUY SAMSUNG APPLIANCES. YOU WILL REGRET IT. They deserve to be sued!

So I bought a whole new appliance package when we had our house built and I bought all Samsung. We took possession of the house March 7, 2014 and a few days over the one year mark when I opened the microwave door it lost power. I tried resetting the breaker, and unplugging and plugging the microwave back in. Finally when I was about to give up I opened and close microwave door a couple of times and the power came back on. I tried contacting my rep who I purchased my appliances through but he didnt get back to me for a couple of weeks because he was out of town. When he got back I was told to contact Samsung directly. When I contacted them they said because I was over the one year mark my warranty was out of date and there was nothing they could do. When I talked to the repair company they said it sounded like a faulty door switch and it happens with Samsung quite often, so now I have to pay $100 out of pocket to pay for them to adjust the switch/wire in the door. Its more than a little frustrating that Samsung can get away with selling these microwaves with faulty door switches and wont stand behind their products.

WOW - 25 bad reviews in just the past two weeks!! My story is ditto, ditto and ditto. My 2 and 1/2 year old RF261B fridge floods in and under the crisper with such regularity that I now schedule it to be swabbed out on the first of every month! In addition the handle fell off after only a year (and its only myself and my husband in the household so its not like its being abused). Fortunately, he is handy and was able to repair it.The latest problem is that the water dispenser - a feature I love - is now starting to stick intermittently and sometimes cannot be depressed by pushing the glass against the dispenser button, but rather I have to use my finger to depress it in order for it to work. We have always taken good care of our belongings. Our old General Electric fridge was still working great after 24 years when we decided to get a more energy efficient, modern-looking unit. What a mistake that has been! And we paid $1,750 for this constant hassle!Weve put up with this until today, when my husband blew his stack after our monthly dewatering. I contact Samsung Customer Service and she said they had no record of any problems with this model! I copied and pasted several reviews from this site and sent them to her. Since its now out of warranty, she said I could purchase a Samsung Protection Plus Rescue Repair program, which is a service option for consumers who are in need of repair on their product. It is a combination repair/extended warranty program. The program includes the both the cost of the needed repair, (all parts AND labor) plus a one year extended service plan. But of course, she couldnt tell me the cost! I have to call another number on Monday to get that bad news! The thing that irked me most is when she said she had the option to report this back to their engineers! What?! Theyre not REQUIRED to report consumer complaints of this nature to R & D!! I also told her that they needed to do a Google search of Problems with Samsung Refrigerators and see how many other people are reporting the same issues. Georgia of Albuquerque - Im with you! I think we should band together and file a class-action lawsuit. What do you other irate consumers think of this idea? Perhaps someone with more legal expertise would offer their opinion as to what they think the chances are of us winning something like this.

Purchased a top-of-the-line refrigerator in 2018. Began having problems with the ice-maker/distributor almost immediately. After 2 years of service calls to fix it, Samsung declared it unrepairable. The warranty had expired by that time and Samsung offered a discounted refund in September 2021. After many confusing and contradictory responses and a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, my complaint was elevated to the office of the president in October 2021. Since then, assurances of the partial refund have also been responded to with confusion and contradiction. The complaint cannot be elevated and the representative is unresponsive. Bought a Samsung oven range at Lowes with a rating of 5 stars and had it delivered (I thought it was an extremely great deal at 100 or so dollars below cost). Do not know who is doing the rating? After delivery I followed the directions precisely as my old stove was extremely old and conventional. I turned on the oven as directed and immediately noticed the continual clicking. Like I stated, my old stove was way outdated and thought maybe this was some sort of break in issue. Then the smell was horrible (HORRIBLE). I then opened every window and door and turned on the central air (it was off due to the weather being about 70 or so degrees outside) and put my dogs outside. I did this for hours, about 5 approximately. I then did not feel comfortable cooking with it but went ahead anyways. I put in a pan of buffalo wings. After the cook time I pulled them out and had no intention of eating them due to the ongoing smell, but found them burnt on top and undercooked underneath. I then decided to make a rice dish and turned the left burner on. It got extremely hot and within a minute. I was impressed honestly until I then turned the burner down to 2 to simmer. It stayed extremely hot!!! Glowing red! I then shut the burner off but the surface heat light stayed on and heat was still radiating for at least a half hour after. At this point I was scared of the stove!!! It was no longer clicking but was very hot and lights were still on although all burners had been off for at least 30 minutes. I decided to open the oven door and brought in a box fan and pointed it towards the open door and turned my Air Conditioning down to 68 degrees. I did not even dare to pull the stove out and unplug it as it was still so hot!!! Oven and stove were radiating, and heat surface lights were on although all units were turned off. After an hour or two (left the room) I came back to find the lights off and it still very warm but off. I then called Samsung and never got through! Called Lowes but it was after hours and no results. Now, I then had a family emergency and death in the family. I then tried cooking on the range Friday (got the range on Sunday remember). Long story short I got the same results and saw the 17 pages of Consumer Affairs issues, so I decided to document my issues and take still photos and video. After all this Lowes (my local store) did not hesitate to offer me a replacement stove. I had no problem with that and it was very fair although they would not pull the range from the floor and I demanded they do so! I insisted it was an extreme fire hazard and they did not disagree but did not comply either, so I called corporate. They did not agree either so I told them I would be filing a grievance and possible suit as well as calling the local investigative reporter. It is now a day later and have not been to the store. Again, tired from all this and my family emergency and death. I can only hope these ranges are no longer being sold. I also took still photos and video of the range burning for at least 40 minutes and heat warning lights on without any stove or oven turned on. YES I REPEAT.... THE RANGE WAS BURNING FULLY HOT WITHOUT ANY FEATURE TURNED ON!!! THAT WAS FOR OVER 40 MINUTES! PHOTOS AND VIDEO OF MY RANGE FULLY BURNING WHILE TURNED OFF. DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG RANGE!!!

I purchased it new 12/08, Model RB215LABP, from Lowes. We had problems with the unit maintaining temperature in both the refrigerator & freezer. It was apparently stemming from power surges. I cant remember the first time I contacted Samsung, but I was told to unplug the unit and wait 5 minutes. This happened on several occasions, with food spoilage occurring in several of the instances. On 11/23/2011, a power surge blew out a relay switch which cost $272 to replace. On April 26, 2012 a power surge knocked out the unit again. Samsung RF217 - I purchased this model (32) after installing a 36 Samsung in my mothers house. I was impressed with the larger model and expected similar results. My initial displeasure with this model was only two door shelves are full depth, so youre limited to 2 shelves that measure about 6x 10 for tall items. The interior shelves have little flexibility and only allow for a maximum height of 9.5, so a lot of my tall items have to lie down (and hopefully dont leak). But my main complaint is one month after the warranty expired (there is 5 years on the refrigeration system), I began noticing water in the produce drawers, a lot. I emptied and cleaned the drawers till today, finally Id had enough and spent 2 hours melting the ice that blocked the drain tube. Lowes would not cover the cost of a service call since it was out of warranty and Samsung will not admit they have a design flaw. If you research this problem you will find it is a common occurrence, so I cannot recommend this refrigerator or brand until they remedy my problem.

I purchased a fridge about 2 years ago and when the handle broke, the parts department advised me that the piece was discontinued and that nothing could be done to replace this. In sum, have a fridge for which I cant use the handle to open the freezer drawer. Lovely. The lifespan of their products is under 5 years. Amazing. Then 3 months ago, my husband purchases a dishwasher and guess what it works for a whole 2 days then breaks down. 3 months later, still washing dishes by hand and countless service visits with the incorrect parts ordered and still waiting. Called the executive department directly at Samsung just to learn that nothing can be done and basically I need to wait to hopefully receive the correct part and eventually be able to use my dishwasher. The worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING SAMSUNG. It will eventual break down within 5 yrs or less of normal usage.

Bought Samsung side by side refrigerator in 2009. It has been leaking a lot of water down to the bottom of the refrigerator, under the drawers, which then leaks out onto the floor at least two or three times per week. We assume it is from the filter area. We do use the manufacture recommended filters so are not sure has caused this. The center of the refrigerator between freezer and fridge area gets very hot to the touch around the indoor icemaker. Wish we never bought this. We are very Brand Loyal customers, but will never purchase anything Samsung again.

Bought this piece of crap French door bottom pullout freezer refrigerator made by Samsung with water and ice less than 2 years ago for $3000! Ive had 4 repair visits and I waited a 5th time yesterday with a no service show!!! Im frustrated because I have two small kids and keep having to throw away a ton of food EVERY TIME fridge dies. Ice builds up on back plate of fridge and water stops working! I wish people would get together and form a class action lawsuit so Samsung would be forced to refund all of our money!!! And stop making these useless refrigerators!

Never ever buy a Samsung appliance. Had a Samsung oven and the water was boiling and then the oven top turned off and I went to turn the burner on again and sparks and arcing and loud booms and then smoke. It had burned the wires in the back almost clear through to the oven. Samsung repair came out and sent pictures and documentation to Samsung. They continually claim they havent received them. Then another says they have and it is only cosmetic damage. It is over 3 weeks of trying to deal with them. Never, never buy Samsung.

3 year old Samsung French door style fridge which I paid $2300 in 2013. The door ice maker has had issues from day one. Freezes up on a weekly basis and drips. The fridge just started leaking water into area under crisper and found it to be a well documented issue on the internet of freezing behind the wall panel. It is a design flaw that Samsung refuses to accept ownership of. Samsung support was unhelpful and simply said if problem resumes to seek service. Really? PLEASE RESEARCH SAMSUNG ISSUES BEFORE BUYING THEIR PRODUCTS. This problem accompanied with other Samsung appliance failures assures me that if you buy their stuff you are on your own.

Where do we start. We purchased all new appliances for our home within the last 6 months. Within the first couple months a tech came to look at ice maker as wasnt working. Then we went away for Easter long weekend came home open fridge and it was filled with water and water dripping out. I opened the freezer at the bottom and all meat fish etc were all defrosted (frozen bananas were mush). Everything went straight into the garbage including items such as mayonnaise, etc with all the thawed out items also. What a waste of money. We called the brick were we purchased and they were sending a tech. They said wouldnt be for about 2 days but then they were able to schedule on next morning. (Tuesday). I called Samsung also Tuesday morning, advised of what has happened as was told they do not have a replacement policy, only a repair policy. I advised fridge now smells and a Eileen advised not their problem!!! And no one will come in and clean it. She was very rude. Asked to speak to someone higher and was advised she is the highest I could go. Head office does not take calls. Advised has kids and needs a fridge asap. Again she said I would have to wait. Very rude again as I am a paying customer and when large expensive items are purchased they should last longer than 6 months. When tech came he advised the compressor has gone. Part would need to be ordered and it looks like possibly next week before they can fix it. Unacceptable!!! Called Samsung again today. Again received very rude customer service and advised to bad. The fridge will not replaced and I will have to wait for someone to come repair it whenever they are available. No idea when. So I have a new broken down fridge and living out of a cooler with 3 kids trying to keep everything cold. What a joke... and also out over 300 in what was good food. I was passed around to 4 different people at Samsung customer service this morning. When you buy a product there should be a policy when it breaks down. Why should I be inconvenient and have to not have a working fridge. Think twice with Samsung. I have done recent searching and was surprised of previous lawsuits against them with fridges and other appliances. People will continue to purchase these items. They get your money then you are not a customer anymore. You are a number.

I dont see model no on it but it is stainless interior and black exterior with electronic buttons. I have been very satisfied but I couldnt give it a 5 because it has some trouble occasionally with heavily soiled dishes and when it dries it leaves water in any surface that is not completely flat. The quick run doesnt seem to be any shorter than the regular and it is a long run. It has a heavy soil. It is very quiet.

Since it was under warranty they came out and fixed it and told us that there was an engineering defect with the fan unit. It was repaired very quickly but now the same issue has come up six months later and refrigerators is not under warranty. We have come to a point we cannot even sit in our kitchen because of the noise its producing. Weve also been told that this model as well as many other models of theirs have the same issue. The washer is appealing looks-wise. It has the extra door in front to add clothing to a load. Its rare youre able to use it b/c washer makes it IMPOSSIBLE so its worthless. Loads take an enormous amount of time to wash. /For example: 1 normal load using hot water takes up to 2.5 hours depending on your settings. Steam setting takes 3-4 hours per load. Theres a quick wash setting that takes 25-35 minutes but it literally washes them for about 2 minutes and it just splashes it with water and tosses it from side to side so it rarely gets clean or smells clean. Laundry takes a ridiculous amount of time. This is no joke. Towels setting can not be set to hot. Theres no ability to customize loads how you want. If you want super hot water you cant use the towel setting. No ability to wash on normal hot for less than 1hr. & 44 minutes. You cannot customize your loads how you want. You have to go with what the machine thinks it knows. Its pre-programmed and customization is not possible. Worst part of this machine is that the laundry does NOT GET CLEAN. The fabric is never submerged in water so it is not appropriate for items like a urine soaked blanket. The urine will not be washed out completely. I would say its less effective than hand washing is. Capacity (load size). Dont let that big drum size fool you. You put lots of laundry in it some will come out not having even gotten wet. Youre working with a 3 deep puddle at the bottom of the drum that is sloshed around splashing the clothes. It breaks down frequently. Ive had my machine less than a year and it has broke down 3 times so far. It does not use sufficient amounts of water. It does not submerge laundry in water. Instead, it sloshes laundry back and forth in a small puddle of a few gallon water. This is equivalent to spot cleaning. The fabric is never submerged in water. It only gets splashed. You cant use hardly any fabric softener. Unless you want to wait for the rinse cycle and put it in then. If you try to add at beginning of cycle you can only put a few tablespoons in if that. If you use more, it will dump into the wash cycle instead. How I deal with it: My boyfriend hacked it so it fills with more water. BUT...it still is not enough to clean so he set up a hose right at the washer site. So in every single load I turn the hose on for around 10 minutes until the clothes are submerged. If you do this prior to turning it on the washer will drain it on you so you have to start the load then add water into the soap dispenser. You cant even use the extra door, its useless. So the hose gets placed in the door of the soap dispenser. So far no issues but its still a pain in the ** but its better than using buckets of water like I did at first. All these complaints for a $1400 machine. Youre better off with a top loader. I think Samsung ought to stick with making their plastic phones or revert back to making clock radios. Leave laundry to the experts like Maytag. I dont want to hear Im using too much soap or too much water, that is untrue. Ive tried their recommendations and got the same poor results.

When purchased my new kitchen for my wife 3 years ago, we were big fans of Samsung. The fridge was beautiful. We got it from Best Buy along with the Flex Duo range in SS to upgrade from our old black appliances (Kenmore, French door). We had warranties on everything and thought wed be safe. Never expected to use it as much as we did. Two times in three years of ownership and then being disabled vets, I was tending to my wife in the hospital and missed the warranty expiration date by one day and Best Buy refused to restart it. Probably because of all the problems they were having with the fridge. Now Im left trying to keep this fridge going as best I can. Sadly the old Kenmore that has been running for all the time that Ive had my new Samsung is still running problem free in my garage! Samsung should either step up their game or stick to televisions. Youve never seen a Whirlpool or Kenmore phone. Do what you do and do it well! Nobody has an extra $2000 laying around to fix a companys errors!

Purchasing a Samsung Dishwasher - was the WORST appliance weve EVER purchased. If interested in having food re-circulated on dishes over AND over again and are interested in eating someone elses digested ick - then it may work for you! NEVER again here. We had 2 screw ups involving a wonderful.Service man come out to no avail. Over, over and OVER again to hand wash and soak our dishes, as the food particles would be stuck on 99% + our dishes, glasses and cutlery!! So, whats the point of owning a dishwasher??? All we can say from a family point of view: unless you like eating Uncle Bills and Brother Brets regurgitated disgusting leftover food bits and pieces on the plate or spit- up in the glass and stuck on the cutlery. Gross, Gross, GROSS, over and over again. Nope!!! And hello to another reliable brand... Look into/research what (company) you buy from.

I have the same thing that happened to other Samsung owners in the reviews. We bought a Samsung dishwasher a year ago at Home Depot. As soon as it was hooked up, it wouldnt work. Samsung called in a repairman and he said it was fixed. But dishwasher comes on automatically on the heavy cycle and does a dry run but doesnt shut off. Called in another repair man for the same problem and he said this is happening a lot. He put on three new parts. Washer worked for five days. Woke up one night and heavy load running on a dry cycle again with no load of dishes inside, always have to turn off breaker. Have to call repair man in again. Called Samsung number and always put in hold. This time for over 45 minutes until a guy told me that not many workers there on Friday afternoon. If they have that many complaints coming in, then must be something wrong with the company. I would suggest before you buy, call any appliance call the companys 800 number. If put on hold for a long time, dont buy that appliance. What do I want... A new dishwasher and cost to install and a staff available to customers to listen To all of us with complaints. If I bought a new car and it broke it would be fixed. If I buy a new appliance and it doesnt work as soon as I buy it... Well what would be a reasonable answer? Please need help!

I bought the dishwasher for almost $500, embarrassed that I paid that much for such a piece of junk now and thinking I had paid that much did not purchase the extended warranty. My last dishwasher was almost 20 years old when I replaced it and I was thinking I had replaced it with a much higher end model. I did not buy a Bosch or some fancy machine, nor did I buy a cheap model, just something would get the job done for a longtime. At a little less than two years, I start getting low water warnings and it shuts off and wont complete its cycle, this gets worse and worse until I cant get it to run at all. I call Samsung and they tell me it is out of warranty and for $180 they can send someone out to look at the machine but it could cost parts as well. I got it fixed by my usual guy for much less and it worked form last Oct 2013 until this February 2014 and the same low water warning is going off and the machine once again shuts off multiple times before it runs and sometimes it take a day before it will run. This is definitely a defect in design that Samsung will not acknowledge. Do not buy a Samsung dishwasher. They do no customer service, nor do they acknowledge design defects. Their warranty repair people are limited and charge an outrageous amount, because they are the only game in town just to check out your machine and do not guaranty it will be covered and they are rude and arrogant as they know they are the only ones who cover your area. Just saying will never buy another Samsung appliance nor will I go to best buy as they are the ones who sold it to me, neither stand by their products.

Purchased the Samsung NX58F5300ss/AA Gas Range in December of 2013 from Best Buy. About two days ago my wife was going to cook breakfast but noticed the display panel was blinking and displaying the letters SE. I called Samsung Customer Service, explained the problem to them. They told to reset the circuit breaker in the house panel box and that would fix the problem. Needless to say, that didnt fix the problem. I called Samsung again, told them their fix did nothing. Samsung offered to setup an appointment for a service call but would not tell me what the service call would cost nor would they give me any information as to the probable problem could be.Based on other reviews, this error code of SE is a known problem but Samsung has not been helpful at all in trying to help me resolve the problem. My Samsung Refrigerator was a gift from my husband. I was so excited and looking forward to having a new refrigerator. Unfortunately, it has turned out to be a nightmare. The refrigerator was purchased in 2014 along with an extended warranty. Within 6 months the ice maker went out. It took 3 trips to repair it. Within 2 weeks it was out again. It took 4 visits to get it fixed this time and we learned it was a design flaw that Samsung knew about, but refused to correct the problem. Instead Samsung sent out a list of things the technicians could do to try and make the ice makers work longer. Again, it failed and a New Ice Maker was put in. That lasted about 6 months, however it leaked the whole time. Once again the ice maker went out. Same issues as before. Here I sit with the ice maker out yet again with Technicians coming out this week. All the while I am having to purchase Ice, make arrangements to be here for the technicians and listen to the excuses of which NONE are satisfactory. Home Depot and Samsung will not replace the refrigerator, because of an ice maker issue. What is worse now is the water leaking from the ice maker is dripping on the electrical components on the drawer below, which could cause a short or electrical issue. This is a VERY POOR appliance and I do not recommend it to anyone.

We purchased 6 Samsung appliances for two new units before Christmas of 2015 and took delivery in the beginning of February 2016. It is a brand new house, brand new appliances. When we peel the protective film off the door, a dent was discovered. Call Samsung, they quoted us the 48 hour policy which stated that if there was anything wrong cosmetically with the Fridge, it must be reported within 48 hours. This policy was never communicated to us. If this policy is so important, it should have been communicated to us at time of purchase and again at the point of delivery. The fridge was delivered at the end of the day. The plumber that was to install the fridge was on holiday until a week later, we did not want to peel off the protective film until the fridge is installed and move into the proper location. When the film was peeled off there was a dent on the door which was clearly a factory mishap and there is nothing they will do. Extremely frustrating and disappointing with the whole experience.

I not only dont recommend this product, but I also would suggest that you avoid Samsung products altogether. We purchased a dryer with matching washer and have had multiple problems with them. After six technician visits we still dont have a fully working washer or dryer and to make things worse they have told us we need to pay if we want another technician visit. I sent the following email to Samsungs supposed executive customer relations department as well as directly to the Samsung US CEO, it was completely ignored by them.Up until just recently I have been a huge fan of Samsung products. I have owned or currently own monitors, mobile phones, washers, dryers, and TVs. I have been a loyal customer but my most recent purchase has me awestruck. About four months ago we purchased a SmartCare VRT laundry set. The day after it was installed we woke to find our home with a strong smell of gas. I determined it was coming from the laundry room and suspected the laundry appliance installation was at fault. We called Samsung for service and a technician was sent out. The technician investigated the gas leak and informed me that the gas lines to our new home were leaking and not one of the Samsung appliances. I called the gas company and when they arrived they found that there was a gas leak, but it wasn’t in the house lines. It was coming from the dryer. We called Samsung a second time. When the technician performed the second appointment he acknowledged that the dryer was leaking and scheduled another appointment to replace the faulty part. Three visits from the Samsung technician and finally we get a working dryer after two weeks. A few months later my wife started complaining about the washer stopping and throwing an error in the middle of hot water loads. After it happened a few times I told her to call Samsung for repair. The technician came out and spent about thirty minutes with the washer. He eventually called me in and told me that it has hot water and that there wasn’t much he could do. I informed the technician that when my wife pointed out the issue I recalled an error message “4C” being displayed when the wash would stop functioning and constantly beep with the error message. After basically living with a washer that won’t use hot water cycles for a couple of weeks my wife noticed that the dryer wasn’t drying clothes normally. We called Samsung again and informed them that our washer was still malfunctioning and now the dryer was not working well either. This time before the appointment I spent a couple of hours recording video on my phone of the 4C error and erratic behavior of the washer. The next day the technician arrived and spent about fifteen minutes with the dryer. The technician informed me that we shouldn’t use specific features (smart features like auto dry) on our dryer and that we should use timed dry. I was told that although the dryer had some warmth that there is heat so the dryer is working fine but at no time did the technician check the temperature with, how does he know if it’s getting up to proper temperature? Yeah, the dryer gets warm but not hot, in fact not even close to hot. When I mentioned the washer and show the technician the video of the malfunction, I was told it wasn’t on the work order and even though we called for service for it and had video of the malfunction that it could not be looked at because it wasn’t on the service order. Tonight, I followed the technician’s instructions and used the time dry to dry a handful of clothes. After one hour the clothes on high heat with eco dry turned off the clothes were still quite wet. The dryer clearly doesn’t work as it did a month ago. The technician also recommended cleaning our ducts but seriously it’s a six-month-old home and my wife does maybe three loads a week for two people, so the equipment is hardly being overworked much less should I have a duct problem. I also noticed that my wife is very good about cleaning the dryer lint catcher. She does it every load from what I see. I hate to ramble on but as you can see this has been nothing less than an adventure and a complete waste of my time not to mention the time off from work involved in six technician visits that didn’t result in our appliances being fixed. I recently posted all this information to the Samsung Facebook page and it was completely ignored for a week which is simply insulting at this point.

We purchased a 3 door, 26 CU.Ft. French door Samsung refrigerator with an indoor water dispenser in November of 2012. Approximately a year and a half after the purchase, our refrigerator started making strange noises and there was water spilling out. We contacted Samsung and later had a technician from Best Buy come out and diagnose the refrigerator. Luckily he was able to repair it - he explained that the refrigerator had to be defrosted as the coils had frozen over. Since then, every five to six months we have had to defrost our refrigerator to keep it working. Ice builds up and the cooling element fails. We now keep a close eye on the fridge. The first time it froze over we lost food. Since then we have moved quick to defrost it before it appears to be running warm. But we do worry about the regular cooling in light of this problem. At bottom, this is not what we expected from our purchase. We bought a brand new refrigerator and have not received the quality we expected.

I cant remember how many times we have had the repairman out for this worthless machine. For a variety of problems including broken clips which found their way into the motor area and water intake problems. One of the wheels on the bottom rack frequently comes off. Yesterday, the machine stopped working again, this time with no error message. It starts by draining (okay), then starts water inflow (okay) and then does nothing as the clock counts down. I now agree with my husband that it is not worth fixing AGAIN and time to buy a decent dishwasher. I will never purchase another Samsung appliance ... ever. We also had to throw all of our food which was substantial. This is clearly not an isolated incident and I feel that Samsung is being very irresponsible. Instead of issuing a recall, which would be the ethical thing to do, they are avoiding helping consumers find any solution at all. I posted my issue on their Facebook page and mine was the only complaint that went unanswered - likely because of the class action suit against them for just this reason. I am very disappointed with my new Samsung DW80M9 series dishwasher. The one factor in its favor is that it is very quiet. I hope Samsung’s engineers will work on this very disappointing dishwasher.

This Samsung refrigerator was bought at Sears in winter of 2011. Model number RF266AEPN. Over the past year, we have had to defrost it twice for several days in order to let the ice melt and soak up the resulting water with towels. I clean the back lower area too but this has not been dirty. The problem starts with the back inside vents icing up and the fan begins to make noise. Eventually the temp rises. This is happening again after only 6 weeks. I have not contacted Sears or Samsung as I know it is beyond warranty but I plan to call anyway. I already know I will never buy another Samsung. I had a Kitchen Aid fridge for over 20 years with no problems. Time to go back to them or GE, I think.

We made the ultimate mistake by purchasing this Samsung Storm Wash dishwash
We made the ultimate mistake by purchasing this Samsung Storm Wash dishwasher. The dishwasher smells and constantly traps mold in the dishwasher & on the dishes. After less than 1 year the dishwasher hardly cleans at all, the glasses look worse after being washed in dishwasher than before. There is a gross film left on all dishes despite using rinse agent religiously. Silverware has to be rewashed before using. I hand wash more dishes than the dishwasher washes! So frustrating & Im stuck with this piece of junk till I can afford a new one. Very disheartening. Samsung has no care despite emails sent to them. They refuse to help & refuse to take product back. I was willing to trade for another Samsung dishwasher. Shame on any company that doesnt stand behind their product! My daughter got an Mac Pro recently that began to split apart after a month; Apple immediately took care of this. Samsung could learn a thing or two!

I cannot believe our expensive French door refrigerator (purchased from Home Depot in November 2014) has disappointed me so much. In common with so many of the reviews, we have no ice maker. It took over a month to get an official Samsung repair person to come and his verdict is that he knew exactly what the problem was, had seen it in so many other of the same model refrigerators and quoted me $800 to repair, and said I might as well get to know him, because it would break again. The back of the unit is frozen and the fans cannot work properly. I thought this was a reputable company with quality products. I will never buy a Samsung again. Save yourself much time and frustration and stay away from this product!

We bought this range, Samsung NX58H565OWS in October 2014. In 3 years of normal family usage, we have had to replace the thermal coupler twice. All the knobs that control the stove top have broken and the cast iron grates have even broken. In over 25 years of owning appliances, I have never had one that broke down in so many ways. Never had knobs or grates broken before and two thermo couplers??? To make matters worse, my local appliance repair company wont service Samsung, wish Id known that before I bought it, lesson learned. I understand why they wont service this badly constructed stove/range. When I contact Samsung for help, the first guy hung up on me. The second lady just sent me to the parts department so that I could purchase all the replacement parts I needed. Time to buy a new stove, never again will it be a Samsung. Really disappointed!

In mid-2015 I replaced my refrigerator with the Samsung French Door/Freezer
In mid-2015 I replaced my refrigerator with the Samsung French Door/Freezer at the bottom (Model #: RF261BEAEWW/AA-0001). Two weeks ago, we noticed the icemaker abruptly stopped working. Shortly thereafter, water accumulated under the refrigerator crisper and seeped from under the right side. Not really understanding what was going on, I just cleaned it every two to three days. Now as of three days ago, I began hearing a humming/grinding noise coming from the upper rear center on the inside of the fridge. It sounded like the fan was hitting something as its spinning. It only does it when the doors are closed and you can hear it winding down when you open the door. When you close the doors, it winds up to full speed again and the loud irritating sound returns. Now, since the icemaker stopped I turned it off yet the noise is still active. While doing an inspection, I found a build up of ice in the back of the fridge.Turning to the internet for Diagnostics and DYI Repair advice, I have come across countless of sites with hundreds of complaints warning people Samsung will not recognize their horrible flaw(s) within their product. Samsung Service Centers have you open a ticket but then tell you they apparently cant fix the issue(s). Like many here, I dont have money to freely give a technician who will in turn place a Band-Aid on the problem; only for the refrigerator to disintegrate it and I succumb to the same issues month(s) later. They built the fridge and therefore they should have the ability to successfully repair it! Samsung shouldve just stuck with manufacturing electronics. I believed in their products until now. I, for one, will not be buying any of their major appliances anymore. Since they refuse to issue a recall notice on their clearly defected product I would like more information as to where and how to add my name to the lawsuit against them.

I have a $3000.00 5 yr old fridge. Every month, it starts getting extremely loud & we have to unplug it overnight to defrost then plug it back in again. When we called for support, they were no help so we live with the fact that we have to do this monthly to a really expensive refrigerator thats not that old. A few days ago, I was washing the largest shelf (plastic casing & tempered glass shelf) & when I rested the shelf on the counter to dry it, the glass just exploded into countless small shards of glass. I was in bare feet & cut myself trying to get out of the kitchen to get the broom. I called for the glass shelf & after getting told to call the parts dept. I was told that the glass shelf was never available on its own, the whole shelf was $155 part and discontinued so I was referred back to the original number to find out if there is a comparable part from a more current fridge that will work.I was routed to the U.S by the automated bot (I am in Canada) & after a 16min. phone call, I was told to call the same number again & make sure I was routed within Canada this time (how I was to do that, I have no idea). I called again & this time had to wait 30min. for a callback only to find out that they cant do anything except of course sell me another $3000 fridge if I wanted. I am now going to try & get someone to cut me a piece of glass to fit the shelf on my own.... Stay as far away from Samsung as possible-they need to stick to TVs-DO NOT buy an appliance from them, you will regret it!

1. Purchased Samsung dishwasher (DW80R2031US/AA, SKU: 6336699) from Best Buy, at Reston, VA on 03/06/2020 with paid installation & haul away, installation kit, and gasket bundle. 2. Delivered on 03/10/2020. 3. Leaking problem being identified and fixed by Samsung service on 10/4/2020 with ticket# **. 4. Leaking issue occurred again in late May, 2021. Samsung offered one time accommodation service to cover labor and parts with ticket# **. 5. Technicians from TWO different service centers stopped by and claimed the fix can’t be done. The reason from the first technician was that the kitchen floor needs to be re-modeled in order to pull the dishwasher out. He also stated that it would take him 2 hours to fix the leaking problem and he had no sufficient time to do the work (which makes no sense?). When I mentioned that there was no issue with the kitchen floor during the instillation process and during the first time Samsung came over to fix the leaking issue on 10/4/2020, the technician had no response and left.6. Another technician from a different service center stopped by about one week later and claimed that the damage is not under Samsung’s manufacturer warranty. In addition, he couldn’t explain what the root cause of leaking was. The cost estimate to fix the leaking problem by the second technician was also outrageous. As a customer, we purchased a Samsung dishwasher, used it for about 6 – 7 months, then started having leaking problems. We tried to get this fixed, but the leaking problem occurred again after about 14 months. Samsung then told the customer to contact the technician directly to get problem fixed, all at the customer’s own cost. I have dishwashers made by other manufacturers at my other properties and they still work great. It is worth noting that some of these non-Samsung dishwashers have been working for 15 years.

Purchased my Samsung French door fridge from Lowes in June 2014. Immediately noticed that ice comes out very slow. After a year the ice stopped coming out at all. Could not figure out how to get the ice maker opened up so called Samsung. They told me to change out the water filter ($60) and that would fix it. I assured him the one year old water filter was not the problem but he guaranteed me it would fix the problem. Of course it did not. Because you know you are going to be on hold with them forever I waited several months to call again. Now the door flap on the left side door has had a spring broken and does not close properly. Called again they finally agreed to send someone out to look at it. Need a new door flap ($80) and when I described the ice problem the tech says oh yeah, I have fixed lots of those. Samsung knows about the problem. It costs $200 in parts. What?? I called to argue that they should pay for the parts. Getting the runaround and not getting anywhere. Worst $2000 ever spent! Never again will I buy a Samsung product.

My wife and I bought a Samsung RT5000K Top Freezer Twin Cooling Plus™, 350 L refrigerator for Courts Jamaica Limited. The first month the front plastic on the tray under the freezer compartment split down the middle while it was being wiped off. It was as if it had dry rotted. In the first three months the door started to bubble and this is the one that has the stainless steel look. They replaced the skin after a lot of complaining and then the door would hardly close by itself when they were done and they left all the plastic on.Now the rubbers are starting to crack on the door and we have not had the thing a year yet. The door is making a creaking sound once in a while when you open it and the refrigerator from day one has been making weird sounds. It also runs very hot and for an inverter type, the electric bill has not gone down at all. Have been trying to find the year of manufacture and cant seem to get any answers. I believe it was in storage a long time before being sold. Very disappointed and would never buy one again. Will continue to take to social media to get some answers. I had the issues with my fridge in Jamaica and I was able to get support sending an email to **.

We bought a very nice, at least thats what we thought anyway at the time, Samsung Model RF4289HARS French door refrigerator from Home Depot in December of 2011. The ice maker took forever to make ice and it had very little storage. We ran out of ice all of the time and there was only two of us using it. In February of 2014 the ice machine stopped working completely. We had a service man come out and replace the entire front computer portion of the refrigerator that the ice maker was a part of. The cost to replace it was $863.58. Yes, thats right. $863.58 cost to repair an ice maker that was 3 years and 2 months old. Well, guess what. Here it is December of 2017 and the same thing has occurred. No ice maker. Broken again after just 3 years and 9 months after replacing an $863.58 part. Samsung makes a good TV. Their refrigerators are extremely pricing and break down every three years. Never buy a Samsung refrigerator. Buy a good old made in the USA refrigerator that will probably outlive you. Thanks for nothing Samsung.

Purchased refrigerator in BLACK finish (RF28HMEDBBC) to coordinate with other appliances in my kitchen. Upon setup by delivery personnel I find surface scratches on the face of the doors that are in even patterns, they agree must be from rubbing during shipping. The salesperson from Lowes agreed to order new doors. Before doing any cleaning of the surface I referred to manual and used only recommended method of cleaning which is damp cloth followed by dry soft cloth. This method leaves swirls on finish plus near the handles I see new scratches apparently from fingernails that have swiped the door while reaching for the handle to open it (nothing else has been near that area except my hands). Also manual suggests polishing the surface once or twice a year but does not say with what product. I called Samsung and they could give me no answer to what product they recommend. The new doors arrive with another series of scratched patterns so obviously the finish is not durable at all! None of my other black appliances (other brands) have any marks and are several years old. Lowes is willing to again order new doors or swap out for another brand. I am writing this as a buyer beware notice and curious if others have had similar issues.

I have a less than 2 yr. old Samsung 4-door fridge. Two months after I got it the ice maker started dripping. It took 7 service calls to finally fix it by replacing the fan on the motor. Now it is only cooling to 50 degrees in the fridge part. Freezer is ok. I called Home Depot warranty dept. and they called a TV repair shop (???) to come look at it. The shop told me they wanted to order parts before looking at it. Ten days later they tell me the parts arent all in and they will try to make it out on Mon (this is Fri) if the parts come in. This is so unacceptable! I would think a fridge that cost over $3000 should not be breaking down in the first place. Samsung says since I didnt buy their warranty, tough luck. After reading all of the reviews, I have a really bad feeling about this whole mess. Whatever happened to good service???UPDATED ON 09/24/2015: In my review back in July I reported that my Samsung fridge was not cooling and that I was having difficulty getting someone to repair it. Since then, the TV repair place called and said the compressor was out and they couldnt fix it because it takes R600 refrigerant and they didnt deal with it. Since it was supposedly the compressor, it was covered by Samsung, who sent yet another guy out to look at it; he said it was not the compressor but the computer board, so Samsung wouldnt cover it. After many back and forth calls to Home Depot, they finally sent me a check for the full price of my fridge, plus $300 for lost food. They told me to dispose of the fridge however I wanted to. Long story short, my brother-in-law from Florida, who has done appliance repair for 40 years, came up. Within an hour, he had recharged the compressor with R134 refrigerant and told me it had a very minute leak that wouldnt give me problems for a very long time. That was Aug. 1. The fridge has ran perfectly ever since. Upon returning to FL, he found out that Samsung had, in fact, recalled this fridge on July 1. So, I dont know how long this fix will last, but so far, so good. Anyone else in this situation should press Samsung for a refund. Apparently there is a problem with using R600 in the States, which they should have known before they started selling them here. Guess they figured they could just sell you a new one when this one died. Go figure!

If you change from CRUSHED ice to CUBED ice, be ready for NO ice to drop into your glass. Open the door and you get your ice. In 2011, we bought a Samsung dishwasher and French door refrigerator. The dishwasher had problems from the first month, with basket clips breaking, and jamming the jets. They knew this was a widespread problem, but wouldnt switch out our unit. I left negative feedback on their site, which they removed (it was all factual), and sent me a warning email that they would ban me from commenting again. I switched it for an LG (no problems at all). Now, the fridge isnt working. It started making a loud rattling noise this afternoon, and a quick online search showed me that there is a class action lawsuit against them because the twin cooling system freezes over, and your fridge/freezer no longer cool/freeze. I just became aware of the class action lawsuit related to the faulty ice maker unit in my refrigerator. My model isnt explicitly listed, however it does state the list isnt limited to those units. I purchased from Lowes 01/07/2017 for $1805.01. I purchased (thankfully) the extended warranty as well. We dealt with the noise forever; weve had 4 service calls thus far for complete inoperability. Most recently phoned 6/4/21. First avail 6/18; ordered parts; returned 6/25 to complete. Never worked, and is now displaying error codes. Next avail 7/5 to fix. I realize I am fortunate to have the extended warranty but it runs out in 6 months; then Im stuck with a faulty fridge. I am hoping Samsung will do the right thing and pay out for those of us dealing with this problem.

In November, 2011, just before Thanksgiving, the food side quit working, spoiling food and milk. I called Sears for repairs, about 5 times, getting the run around each time. Finally, the tech came out, diagnosed the problem, ordered parts, and rescheduled an appointment to repair the fridge. Thats when the problems started. Now, I was told a week later, there were no parts available until December 6th. I raised all kinds of hell with Sears. Finally, I managed to push the right buttons and got the Sears Corporate Offices. I am picking up a new refrigerator today at the store in Pensacola, Fl. It will definitely not be a Samsung. It took about 10 very harassing phone calls, for me to finally get some service. The number to call is 888-266-4043, ext 72. Speak to Sheleatha, she is very helpful.Hopefully, I will be getting a new refrigerator, when I take the letter from the corporate offices to the local store. Will they cooperate? **, I dont know, well see. I have the letter from the corporate offices requesting the local store to replace my refrigerator.

I must let you all know that I contacted Samsung Corp. via email and complaint to them about the issue with my less than 2 years old Microwave and luckily, I got a response and apology within two days. They sent a company to pick up the microwave to get the control panel replaced at no cost to me. I am now waiting on my microwave to come back. Its only been a couple of days. They said it would take at least 7 days for them to get the part and bring it back. I am very happy with the way Samsung responded. They even called me back to make sure they picked up the microwave, not to mention all the follow-up emails. I really hope they fix it and it lasts. I suggest you all do the same! Good luck!

Refrigerator freezer freezes up one block of ice. It quits cooling for the second time. The serviceman came out. The whole back of the freezer was one block of ice. He replaced one small part and said it was fine. Now, it didnt last two weeks. It did the same thing. This refrigerator is 11 months old and still under warranty. I called today and was put on hold for an hour. Finally, I was told the serviceman would come out again. I think I got a lemon.

We bought a gas range/oven from Samsung 2 years ago and just bought our 6th replacement knob. They used plastic inside knob where it slides onto front of stove. This cracks when jostled by sponge cleaning front surface.
