Samsung oven bt621vdbxeu - Had this oven under 2 years. Was told by Currys if goes wrong will be fixed or get a new one. But anything can be fixed in time. Been without the oven for over 2 weeks as they are trying to get the parts. Not giving us a new oven. Bad service.

I purchased the gas stove because it was Samsung & I knew of their reputation. The stove was in no way what I thought it would be. My food cooks uneven. Temperatures not consistent. Burners have uneven flames. Top of stove no matter how many times you wipe it looks dirty & easily scratches. This was purchased along with five other Samsung appliances. What a mistake. Does not live up to their reputation. If I had to repurchase these 6 appliances they would definitely not be Samsung. Be smart. Do your homework. Do not buy Samsung. Only their TVs or phones.

We own a lot of LG products so when we were in the market for a new stove, we went straight to the LG section. Well my burner on my range won't turn off. I called LG and they told me my model was on recall and they were aware of the problem. The tech came out and said he had to order the part. Then after spending way too much time on hold (One guy didn't even put me on hold, he put me on mute for 20 minutes!!!), they told me my range was not on the recall list!!! So I would be responsible for the parts and labor!! I then spoke to the supervisor who basically told me there was nothing she could do. So what am I supposed to do with this defected stove... leave the burner on and burn down my house? Not only that the number they gave me for the tech was no longer in service, I had to Google the company myself and provided LG with the correct number... For that alone they should fix my stove! So I will be contacting the better business bureau ...Here's the real kicker, I'm hosting Thanksgiving dinner at my house!!! LG stands for Lousy Grinches! They stole my Thanksgiving. Maybe Santa will bring me a real stove... by Maytag.

We bought the LG appliance bundle of an oven/range, refrig, microwave and dishwasher and we also bought the front loading washer and dryer. This was one GIANT mistake and I regret buying from LG. Our ice maker was manufactured incorrectly and as a result we had 5 diff repairmen sent out with no solution. Our refrigerator should have been replaced but LG delayed the services and repairs putting us outside of the warranty date. Now our oven went out in less than 5 years and it has to be replaced. I went back through my LG file and remembered all of the problems with trying to get my rebates and that I had to spend more time trying to get it than it was worth. I have since learned that others have issues with their LG refrig and now I am learning about oven issues. Overall, I have learned to never buy LG. I was a believer but have since changed and advise others to avoid LG.

Purchased a Kitchenaid range in May, a couple of weeks later it started to chipping where you put in the racks. I've complained about it and they it's cosmetic! My last range was a kitchenaid and had it 18 years and not one issue. It shouldn't matter if it's cosmetic or not, it's new! No one seems to care about the customer anymore and because most appliances are made by only a couple of manufacturers we don't have a choice. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I'm a hobby chef and I like the Viking we have in some vacation homes, the more expensive ones. And I love the old ones. 10 years old, 15 years old, or brand new. A Viking is a Viking. I'm very happy with my Viking range. I have the 8-burner range with the dual oven, all-gas. But the broiler comes on and shuts off after three minutes. So, they're gonna put a new one in to fix it. Other than that, it has convections, the lights, the temperature control, the small one and the big one, the lights and the knobs. I truly like everything about the range and I will not want anything else. Our Viking Dishwasher is my problem. It has been repaired four times now. They came out as soon as they could. They fixed it and then they had to come back, then they fixed it again. Either they are not very knowledgeable about the dishwasher or the dishwasher really has a serious problem. First, the mechanic was out two times for the lock. Then the dishwasher ran all night twice and the kitchen was really hot and then they put a new electric board, which was underneath the dishwasher. Now, every once in awhile, when I close the door and I want to put the program in, whether pot scrub or normal wash or what, it doesn't come on. You have to do it two or three times. I'm not happy with it.

As part of a luxury kitchen renovation we chose Electrolux appliances. Built in refrigerator with matching built in freeze, double ovens and induction cooktop. The freezer broke within the first year and it was like pulling teeth to get someone to service it. Electrolux would not stand behind their product and while waiting for parts it just started working again. We lost all our food twice. It's worked since then but often freezes up inside and often has a huge amount of condensate on the exterior. Similar issues with the fridge. They replaced the gasket on the door which did not make a difference other than now I have a gasket that isn't fully attached. Most recently the induction top died. Three weeks to get a service tech here and it is going to cost $ 1,100 to fix a three year old cooktop. I will never buy this brand again and as a leading remodeling contractor in two states, I will not let me clients buy Electrolux either. No help from Electrolux or the dealer.

I absolutely love my Bosch oven! We have had it for a few years now, (probably longer than I realize), but this oven is the perfect size and while it is modern in style it was easy to figure out and so does get used! I would recommend a Bosch to anyone looking for a great oven!
