Samsung Television Repairs

If you're looking for help fixing your Samsung Television, look no further! Our comprehensive Samsung Television repair guide will explain common issues, provide tips, and maybe show you how to repair your appliance.

Samsung TV Won’t Turn On
Your Samsung TV can refuse to turn on if there is a problem with the power source or the built-in surge protector. Obstruction blocking the IR signal port and interferences from electronic devices like fluorescent lights can also be a big problem if you use a remote.
To fix this, you should replace your power cables and ensure your TV’s surge is in the correct working order. You should also remove obstructions and interferences.
You can also reset your Samsung TV remote and the TV itself as discussed in previous steps. We go into detail on how to do it in the article below as well in case you want to check that out.

Samsung TV Keeps Turning On and Off
If Samsung TV keeps turning on and off, your device may be damaged. It’s also possible that you only need to update it. If you don’t know the cause, here are the steps you should follow:
Unplug the TV and leave it for 30 seconds.
Replace the power cord that suits your TV model.
Plug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Update the software.
Use the mobile option to disable the Power On. Alternatively, go to Settings, General. Network, Expert Settings, Power On with Mobile, and then turn off the setting.
Set up a service request. Do this as a matter of last resort.

Samsung TV Black Screen Issue
Almost all smart TVs often experience the black screen issue, and Samsung TV is not exempted. It could be a sign that something is seriously damaged. However, in most cases, minor problems cause the screen to turn black.
Here are the steps you should follow to troubleshoot this issue fast:
Check for a defective connection: An inadequate connection between your video devices and your smart TV is the most probable cause. Replace the cables you’ve connected to your television and see what that’s all you should do to fix it.
Check power cables: Your screen requires high power to emit adequate light. It would be best to replace your power cables or use a different power outlet. If you suspect there’s a problem with the amount of power you receive from the outlet, ask a certified electrician to test whether that’s right.
Turn off Eco Solution(if applicable). To turn it off, go to Settings>General>Eco Solution>Auto Power Off>Select Off.
Select the right source(if applicable). Select the source that you know is sending signals to the TV. Most of the time it should be set to a TV source. To do that, go to Settings>Source>TV.
Take the TV to an authorized repair center: If the above steps fail, one or more of your TV’s capacitors might be faulty. You might also be a victim of other advanced issues. Call the right person to diagnose and fix this kind of issue.

Samsung TV Has No Sound
Samsung TV has no sound is another major issue that can puzzle you. To fix it, you should start with the basics and then proceed to more complex solutions, if necessary.
Check mute or volume: Press the mute button and see whether that’s enough to fix the sound issue. Also, check the volume setting. It shouldn’t be too low.
Unpair Speaker or Bluetooth headset: Find out whether you’ve paired the speaker or Bluetooth headset to the TV. If that’s the case, go to the Audio Settings and unpair it. Alternatively, turn the headset off.
Cold Reboot: Use the same tips we’ve seen above to do this. Don’t put the TV on standby by pressing on the device or remote.
Check cable connections: If the problem persists after you’ve cold rebooted the TV, your cable connections could be faulty. This is most likely the case if you use an external device such as a gaming console. Replace the cables to find out whether the old ones are faulty.
Adjust HDMI Settings and Codec. If you use the TV as a computer monitor, ensure the computer’s HDMI setting designates your Samsung television as the default audio output. You should also ensure you are playing a video rendered with an approved, recognized codec. Samsung TVs have a wide assortment of audio and video codecs, so you’ll rarely need this last tip. However, it would be best if you didn’t hesitate to check the codec.

Samsung TV Sound Keeps Cutting Out
If the sound keeps cutting out, you should find the real cause of the problem and then use the right tricks to fix it. Some common issues are the Anynet setting on, software hitches, and faulty cable. Here are the steps to fix this issue:
Check Anynet setting: Here is how you can set the Anynet setting off:
Press Menu on your remote.
Select General.
Choose External Device Manager.
Select Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC).
Choose Enter and Off.
Replace cables: If your cables can’t transmit audio signals correctly, the sound may cut out from time to time. So, it would help if you replaced it.
You should do the following if the previous steps fail:
Power recycle. Use the same steps we saw above. It will fix lots of software hitches.
Unplug your headset from the TV.
Fix internet issues as we saw above.
Call a professional.

Samsung TV Remote Control Isn’t Working
In rare cases, you can find that your Samsung TV isn’t working. To be sure whether your remote is faulty, you should:
Press the Power button.
Check whether the TV’s power indicator blinks.
If the indicator doesn’t blink, replace the batteries.
Press the Power button and see whether you’ve fixed the issue.
If the remote isn’t working still, replace it or try the next st
Reset your remote:
Remove the batteries from your remote.
Unplug the TV from the wall.
Wait 60 seconds.
Plug the TV back in.
Wait till the TV comes back on.
Put the batteries back in the remote, and see if it worked.

What can you say about this tv that hasn't already been said in the previous reviews. I had the choice between buying an additional boxcar on my private train and this tv and made the right decision! I'll probably buy the boxcar next week, or maybe a new train entirely, but I digress. The tv is truly breathtaking and after my hired help had it working, my monocle fell right off my face and would have shattered had I not been able to catch it in my top hat before it fell to the ground. If you have a few extra pounds in your trust fund, have your closest man-servant make the purchase and thank me later!

I bought this for my 2yr old Rottweiler, Tika. She loves watching Animal Planet, but I don't feel comfortable sharing the one located in our grand cinema room anymore since she growled at me aggressively when I tried to change the channel last time. They say compromise is the secret to any relationship ( including your pets), so the solution was actually really really simple: purchase the same TV again for her room. As a satisfied customer, I can now safely watch my football and my dog can continue to discover her true roots, and how humankind has bread her species over generations into a docile commodity you can put a leash on and assign a name to. Overall, it's a great TV. I was seriously considering a Christie projector at first, but the cost of ownership was a little too high for me (e.g. bulbs and maintenance).

Just bought my 8k q900 TS qled tv. I was a bit afraid as the 8k models are very expansive but this t.v is very perfect. Bright colours, very thhin tv for the qled technologies. Edgeless. Gaming mode is really the favourite for me because I wanted the g9 odyssey but samsung tooked from the market and I wanted a new good quality screen perfect black colours and gaming mode for the 122hz. With this tv I am enjoying really good my games and my wife watch her preferred movie at any time trying to see any error on the image quality as fab of the OLED TV's but finally said "this TV is so perfect she even used without glass and said was clear. So far Samsung is the best tv producer for the 2020 and now I dont need to find my Samsung I just need to touch the tv and its done. I am not rich or anything and this tv is very expansive for me but its value the money with the quality and amazing future we got. No screen burn, good black levels, very thin, amazing future . I advice this t.v to anyone who can afford it. It's a 0 risk

Bought this in November 2019. Everything was great for the first year. Picture is as described. Sound wasn’t great so I bought a $99 BOMAKER 37 Inch 2.0 sound bar on Amazon Prime Day 30% off and WOW what a difference that made! Then December 2020 came and picture started flickering till finally wouldn’t turn on. I called Geek Squad and they told me my 1yr warranty was up and I hadn’t bought the extended 2yr warranty from them for $299. If you buy it remember to bite the bullet and get the extended warranty. I know it’s a lot of money but you’ll be kicking yourself later if you don’t. Still functions as wall art at least

I highly recommend this tv! The picture Quality is out of this world! The sound is exceptional before even using a sound bar. We now prefer to watch everything on this tv then going to the cinemas as we feel we get a better experience at home with this tv and the Samsung Qn90B sound bar. Our only regret was not getting the 85”!! Though still satisfied with the 75”. After this, it will be hard to settle for anything less. You won’t regret purchasing this product. It brings old and new to life. You will feel like you are there in person. Detail and colour quality will blow you away! A good investment! Enjoy! P.s your friends and family, once they see the quality, they too will want one.
