Mine continually froze and had to be thawed and the repair cost was over $500 with only a 30 day warranty. The picture with water is the amount I regularly removed under the deli tray. The temp pictures show the temp the fridge said and the actual temp. Lots of ruined food. I suggest you google class action lawsuits and check the FB page on Samsung refrigerators. They do not stand behind their products. I will never purchase another Samsung of any kind.

The price expensive for the quality of the Whirlpool Refrigerator. In some parts looks like unfinished and you can see the glue and inside foam. The space is limited for big containers like milk and the fridge gets full with two bags of chicken breast.

I bought this stainless steel refrigerator from Lowe's and spent $3,000 only to have the ice maker jam, leak and not produce ice. After dozens of calls and several tech visits Samsung told me that even though they replaced the same parts 3 times that they would not replace the unit or credit me in any way! RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They don't care that they produce a piece of junk and they have horrible customer service. I now see that I am not alone in this problem. I personally know 3 other people that have had the exact same experience as me. I will never buy anything with the Samsung label ever again.

Just wanted to warn anyone buying a new refrigerator... DO NOT buy Samsung. I have had service out 4 times for my 1 1/2 year old refrigerator. They even replaced the ice maker once. It freezes up every day and leaks through the door. See pictures. One of the service techs said it is a design flaw. Samsung will not make good on it.

The refrigerator was packaged well. The wall preparation information for this cabinet depth model was not accurate in that one of the two bolts used for anti-tipping did not reach the block on the wall. Dimensions given were not correct for the block (2x4) installation. The refrigerator holds temperature very precisely and the interior LED lighting is terrific. Shelves adjust nicely and so do the drawer units. All shelves and cubbies in the door adjust nicely. The one objection we have is that the refrigerator is quite noisy as refrigerators go. Even the owner's manual mentions the whirring and other sounds that the unit makes. For a product that costs this much, one would think that it could be quieter. We will just have to get used to it!!

Our Viking refrigerator is great. I like its soft closing drawers. It’s very gentle so nothing slams. We have had an issue with the ice maker not making ice, but we're under warranty though, so it's not a big deal. I called their customer service about it and everyone was nice. We had a guy come out and he looked at it, and there was a part that needed to be ordered. So, we're just waiting for the part to come in, and then they're gonna change that for us. Other than that, it's a beautiful fridge and we really like it so far. I would definitely recommend it over KitchenAid or Sub-Zero.

The refrigerator leaked water on the bottom inside. Called Samsung about the problem, they didn't offer any remedy, which they could have sent the $6.00 part at least. I had to shop the internet to solve my problem, which took a long time. From what I understand, many people had the same problem and didn't get any help from the manufacturer.

Kitchen Aid Refrigerator KBFS22EWWH5. This is the second time our frig has frozen up. The first time the inside water stopped working then it worked again but the ice maker stopped working. $125 to have the ice removed. This time water leaked to the bottom of the freezer and onto the floor. Repairman is here now and has just taken the freezer apart to break up the ice AGAIN.

We've had several visits already for the fridge that we bought from Viking even though it's still under warranty. Right after it was installed, the ice and water features were not working. They came out a couple of times for that and eventually they figured it out and fixed it. Then more recently, the unit completely died and it turned out to be the board for the inverter was bad. But the thing that's maddening is how long it took for them to come and fix it. The parts were in stock but it took three days to have the order put in and then these can't be shipped fast. We were without a fridge for two weeks.That to me is a poor customer service. Luckily we had a spare fridge in the garage that we kind of lived out of for two weeks. If somebody's fridge breaks, they should ship that thing via FedEx. They should come, fix it and not screw around. Then just this week, the ice thing was not working. I figured it out when somebody in the house that looks at appliances noticed that where the water is coming out to make the ice is completely frozen. I would think twice buying another Viking.

Bought Haier freezer 10 months ago with extended warranty (mistake). Freezer not cooling correctly. Called Haier hotline for customer no service. Couldn't get a tech to our area for 3 DAYS. Will lose hundreds of $ in food. Haier said best they can do as it takes that long to process complaints thru THEIR system. Will never ever ever ever ever buy or deal with Haier again.
