In November of 2015 we purchased a Samsung refrigerator French door BLK SS unit model number RF263BEAESG. In June of 2017 we started having trouble with the ice maker not working, and frosting up. On June 30th 2017 I contacted Samsung and they put a online service request ticket in for me. They told me I would be notified within 3 business days of when someone could come and repair the refrigerator. On July 10th I received another email from Samsung support and it said that my ticket had been cancelled the email read as follows your repair for service ticket has been cancelled. If you need service please contact us and it gave the phone number 1 800 Samsung. Thank you for your cooperation. Since then I tried to find someone in the local area that could come out and look at and or repair the unit. After several phone calls I was able to find someone that works on Samsung appliances. On July 18th a service tech came to my house and told me I had three issues the ice maker was going bad the fan in the freezer was going bad and at this point it was making a horrendous noise and then the fan in the refrigerator in the back that whole unit needed to be replaced. The total cost for these repairs are going to be about $800. At this point I have a really tough decision to make do I dump an additional $800 into this refrigerator and hope that it lasts, or do I bite the bullet and buy another refrigerator from a different manufacturer. I have responded to the emails from Samsung support I have gotten no further response from them. I do intend to let them know what is wrong with the refrigerator and what it is going to cost to repair it. While I understand it is out of warranty, it is not even 2 years old yet and should not be having these major issues.I will never buy another Samsung Appliance and I would never recommend to anyone that I know to buy one whether they are family friend or Foe. This has been such a disappointing experience for me. I can only hope that some attorney somewhere reads all of these complaints and puts together a class action lawsuit against Samsung. Someone needs to hold them accountable for making a product of such poor quality. People buy for the Samsung name because their Electronics have always been number one in the market. Their total lack of customer support has me wondering if I should even keep my Samsung smartphone. I find it hard to support a company that will not support its customers.

We have had our Samsung Microwave a little over three years, Model No. SMH9187ST. I noticed it had been getting considerably louder the last six months. It is used by two seniors so it does not get excessive use. The nearest repair service for us was 40 miles from our house. They would come to our home to diagnose the problem for $70. We could take it to their service store, and they would charge us $35 to diagnose problem. We were already quite sure it was the magnetron. The manual said it had a 10 year warranty. When taking down our microwave, we found that it had a broken grill. We had never had it apart so we assumed that is how we received it. The fee to repair our microwave was $175.99 (with the part under warranty). We paid in the $300 range for this microwave. The Samsung salesman did not advise us that we were buying a disposable appliance. A bit concerning for us, as at the time we purchased the microwave, we bought the rest of the kitchen appliances... all Samsung.

I purchased a Samsung electric convection range. The 2 front burners do not regulate the heat properly thereby burning/over cooking my food! Very dissatisfied with the performance as I cook daily! Low is High! If you want to simmer your soup, forget it! How can a manufacturer expect you to deal with inconsistent heat elements? Must be a systemic problem. After reading other reviews needs to be recalled! How do we get a recall done?

Bought the unit last 2014 and started using it when we moved into our new unit in July 2014. Within 2 years, stains and discoloration appeared on both doors. In April 2017, have shelled out 1k plus for a replacement of what they called sensor, cause my freezer is not functioning. In less than 1 year, as of this writing, March 2018, it malfunctioned again, cant produce ice cubes and the whole unit is not cold enough to cool a pitcher of water. The mechanic from their authorized service center, checked it up and gave me an estimate amount of PHP5,000 to replace a leaked hose etc. I will now spend 6000 plus for a unit that I have used only for less than 4 years. I would rather buy a new unit if I have an extra money, and if I do never would I buy any appliances from this brand.

We bought Samsung, French Door Refrigerator (Model No. 220NCTASE/AA) in January, 2014 from local Leons. Its working fine, but two days we noticed the fridge is not cool as usual and I adjusted the temperature to make cooler, same as for the freezer. And it seemed nothing happens after 24 hours. Then I tried unplugged and re-plugged the power, and waited another 24 hours, I still cant feel any cold air from the fridge and freezer. I am for sure its stopped work just after two years.I then called Samsung support 1-800 phone number and got answered with 10 minutes, unexpected really short wait time. The girl said that she needs to transfer to technical support number. Well after 30 minutes of waiting I got hung up. I re-called the 1-800 phone number again, it happens the same. I tried to re-called the 1-800 from my cell phone and got the same hung up. This is really frustrated getting technical support from Samsung. How could be a big company like Samsung with BAD customer services? The bad thing is that we recently bought a Samsung washer. Well, from now on we will stay away from Samsung brand.

I have had an SE error code for 3 years and also lighting and fan would come on at random while we were sitting on the couch and got so bad we had to unplug it before we left the house. I called Samsung and they sent out a repairman who said it was under a recall and replaced the touch pad which didnt fix it and left with a new keypad installed and doing the same EXACT thing! They came out again to replace the touch pad and he said it was not the touch pad on mine causing the SE error and other problems, it was the circuit main board that they unscrew and reuse on the new keypad. The repairman wanted over $200 to order and come back out and replace to fix the SE error code and lighting and fan issue. I declined the repair because I wasnt sinking another $200 in a $400 Microwave and immediately called Samsung and informed them that the keypad was NOT the part going bad from stove top grease on ALL microwaves, that it is also the circuit board. And the Supervisor said that Samsung would not cover that part because only the keypad is covered. Look folks, I worked at a name brand new car dealership as a technician and I will tell you.... ANY part that is causing the problem with the recall is covered so that the check engine light, etc is resolved and the customer goes away happy. Samsung told me when I told them they were about to lose a customer over this that they are sorry to lose me but they wont fix the recall unless its the EXACT part that lets say 10,000 microwaves have over 100 microwaves have being this electronic main board! I am very very upset over this and do not understand why they will install a part in someones microwave that wont fix the recall. Now the microwave stays on when you open the door so I guess a lawsuit is going to be coming from someone over this.

I like this fridge except the ice maker has become very slow. There have been 3 repair calls over the last 4 years all related to the noisy freezer, broken ice maker and now leaking ice buildup. Have spent $600 in repairs and same problems come back. 2 yr warranty was not enough. Samsung has been unsupportive. Will NEVER buy another Samsung product because of no customer support. Purchased RF217ACPN Samsung French Door Refrigerator from Best Buy on July 2011. Nice looking model and would have been great if it lived up to its advertising and promises. Little over a year, then after warranty of course, the refrigerator was not working right. Water accumulated in and under crisper bins. Then eventually loud rotating noise which found out later was the cooling fan. For an energy efficient appliance, I now spend 24 hrs defrosting, packing food in coolers, (still lose some foods) every two months. The WORSE refrigerator ever. I tell anyone I see looking at them in a store and hopefully stop them from wasting money. A class action law suit was filed back in 2011, yet they continue to sell these faulty designed refrigerators ripping off American citizens... Why is this still happening? Samsung has the worse customer service so dont waste your time or phone minutes contacting them. I need a new refrigerator but cant afford it..Thank you Samsung for legally ripping me off. Never again!

I purchased a new Samsung dishwasher in May, 2017. In August, 2018, the unit broke - would not drain and then the circuit board fried. Initially, Samsung said they would issue a warranty allowance (even though it was 2 months beyond the warranty date) and would arrange for service or provide a new unit. After 5 days, during which they failed to find a technician, they decided they would not provide any help or compensation - I was out of luck. What kind of company is this that they sell people a product costing hundreds of dollars, it breaks after a year and thats it?! Every service person I have spoken to has remarked that Samsung DWs are extremely poorly made and designed and the advice I got was to not fix it and go buy a Bosch instead. Between multiple service calls at my request and the new unit, Im out well over $1000. I hope somebody organizes a class action lawsuit.

We bought our refrigerator about 4 yrs. ago, and have had nothing but problems from day one. The ice machine broke twice. The refrigerator froze up and filled with ice in the back, and had to be serviced. The water dispenser broke. The fridge fan broke. Now the freezer is out. It was under warranty at first, so all the repairs were taken care of. However, now the warranty has expired, and I couldnt get the company to extend it. So, we are having to pay for this stuff. Searching the internet has shown that my problems are not unique to us. It is a problem others have had, and there is a lawsuit going on. How disgusted that makes us. Samsung customer service reps are clueless, and of no help. I will not buy anything from Samsung again. Too bad they charge an arm and a leg for theyre junk!

I have a refrigerator (Model# RF28HMEDBBC/AA) that is just over a year old that is rusting on the outside as well as the black coating peeling off. They are telling me it is Cosmetic Damage and not covered. I could buy a new door if I am not happy. I understand Cosmetic Damage but this is not a scratch! It is rust!!! I have contacted them numerous times only to be told they can have a service tech come and take a look but I have to pay for it. The complaint escalated to higher customer service just to tell me that they have not previous complaints about this so there is nothing they could do.

We purchased ALL of our appliances in December of 2015 from a local Rosners in West Palm Beach Florida where we bought all Samsung, w/d, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and microwave. The ice maker never worked properly and from the first year we had problems. We had build up of ice in the freezer if we put too many items in it and had to use a hair dryer on occasion to defrost it so it would work properly. We chose not to purchase the extended warranty but thought we would have little to no issues in the first few years at least. We chose NOT to install a Samsung brand water filter to save money but realized that was not a good idea. Now we are without ice, water and have spent an extra $200+ on repairman who cant figure out the problem. It is my first major purchase of appliances in my 50 years and I now know I should have listened to recommendations that Samsung has too many problems and they are too expensive to maintain and I should have got GE products. Unfortunately, that isnt the case. If you have any suggestions, we appreciate your input.

Samsung is a joke. Purchased a microwave that lasted only 3 years with minimal use. Got the SE error code. Called Samsung for help. They agreed to send out a service tech, well lo and behold NO ONE in my area will even deal with them. So basically Samsung told me it was my problem, but they were willing to repair it if a service technician was in my area. This process took me 3 weeks. Not happy at all with all refrigerator. Have had tap service out here twice in a year and a half the ice maker on a brand new refrigerator. Constant problems with it. But more than that we purchase the extended warranty and the service company they sent out Lakes Electronics in Pompano Beach was horrible and reset our refrigerator to a freezer and ruined about $100 worth of fresh vegetables, fruits and condiments. Lakes Electronics promised they were going to get back to us well over two weeks ago and cant be bothered. As well as had me on hold three different times for close to an hour waiting for somebody to resolve this problem. That was their way of avoiding taking care of the issue - just ignoring me and leaving me on hold and wasting my workday.

Samsung refrigerator (RF4267HARS) with middle drawer and then the bottom freezer compartment has been excellent and I am coming up to the five year mark owning it. The only frustration with the appliance is dispensing ice. When the glass is placed up against the paddle and pressed towards the fridge you can hear the ice auger turning but no ice is coming down the ice chute into your glass. Odd you would think. Then I would open up the fridge double doors and absolutely every time I would be greeted by ice cubes falling down all over the fridge ledge and all over my kitchen floor. No matter how many times I have told Samsung operators that the problem is the size of the ice cubes. The ice cubes get jammed up in the ice chute preventing other ice cubes from falling down the chute into the homeowners glass. A family member purchased an identical fridge six months ago and guess what the ice cubes are half the size. No issues ever with their fridge. A technician replaced the ice cube machine a week ago and the exact same sized ice cubes are being made and the jamming still occurs. This morning I opened up the fridge doors and ice started dropping out of the fridge onto my kitchen floor again. Warranty runs out at the end of 2018 and I cannot wait to sell this fridge. I will no longer purchase a fridge with a ice dispenser.

After several calls they finally gave me a repairman number 75 miles away. After reading reviews and checking with several people locally, we found numerous people had the same problem... which the majority still did not have problem solved, because repairman did not know what it was. Several were left torn apart for weeks. We just wanted to talk with someone, to get their opinion if it could be repaired or we would we have to purchase another one... No one will talk with us... We purchased our Samsung RF 4287HARS in 2011 and began using it in 2012. The ice dispenser has stopped working because of a broken plastic switch inside the dispenser module. The ice maker is producing ice but it cannot be dispensed from the dispenser. Based on a little investigating we have found this is not an uncommon problem. We contacted Samsung on several occasions to correct this apparent product defect. Trying to get someone on the telephone has been challenging and extremely time consuming. At this point, we have not received a favorable response. It appears that the product (see attached picture) is defective and poorly designed but Samsung is not responding to our requests for assistance. PLEASE READ. I purchased a Samsung refrigerator model number RF197ACRS in December 2012. It took not much more than a year and a half before I started having issues with leaking and frost build up as described by many other Samsung Refrigerator owners. Samsung support is a joke - belligerent agent who refuse to identify themselves with a company ID#. Refuse you to speak with management or any other company officials. These issues we are having are not typical repairs. They are design flaws and Samsung should take responsibility for them.I have a refrigerator. I paid nearly 2000 dollars for and a year and a half later is virtually useless to me unless I spend countless dollars keeping it running. There are no Lemon Laws in Canada to protect consumers for faulty appliances. If there is a class action against Samsung please inform me. If there is not and you are willing to start one I will start one. Guidelines prevent me from posting email or phone. Please find me.

I purchased a Samsung Dishwasher (Model #DW80H9930US) from Tasco, on the advice of Tascos salesman. It was installed in November 2014. I had also purchased a 5 year warranty. By June 2015 my dishwasher was no longer working. I went into Tasco who told me I had to contact my warranty provider, who in turn advised that Samsung held the initial warranty for the first year. I contacted Samsung at the beginning of July and was told a technician would call. I never received a call. Two weeks later I contacted them again and as everyone has previously mentioned, the wait times are approximately 30 minutes to speak with someone at the first level customer service. A woman finally booked a date to have a technician come out. I waited all day and got a call from someone to then set up another date that was approximately 3 weeks later. The technician came to my home and I advised him that the soap dispenser was not opening. He attached his computer to my dishwasher and told me the waterfall technology was not working and my motor was defective, which in turn was why the soap was not opening. He advised they would be ordering a new motor and I would get a call within 2 weeks to set up another appt. He also told me off the record this dishwasher consistently breaks down and is not a good buy. I had to remove my baseboard for that visit noting the dishwasher is built in. He never left the name of his company or anything with me. 3 weeks later I still had not heard from anyone. I contacted Samsung again to speak with someone and they told me they would be in touch. I called again 3 days later and after 30 min and going through the story each time -- got disconnected. In August I finally called and was put through to the Executive department because I was told I could not speak to management. I spoke with a Brian representative ** who was extremely rude and just flat out told me that they would not even consider replacing the unit, even noting the issues wrong with it so early on and the reviews I had read. He gave me an email address sdr.seca@samsung.com to send through a complaint as there never seems to be a manager consumers can speak with. I sent an email with my issues on August 12 and then a follow up on August 18th, 2015, and have never received a response from Samsung. I called 2 more times and was still unable to get a technician or call back. In October I went back to Tasco for help and was told I should have contacted them for service. I contacted Tasco who then in turn left me hanging until the end of November. On Thursday, November 26, I received a call from a Peter ** at Samsung and was told the delay of 6 months was because I did not call the technician back to let him know the baseboard had been removed. That the dishwasher was not properly diagnosed and they dont even know what is wrong with it. He was reading very different information than anyone else I had spoken to and basically told me I was lying that it was the motor. He was so rude, condescending, and when I asked for his managers phone number, he gave me a wrong number. At this point I have a dishwasher that has not worked for 5 months and cannot get Samsung to help me at all. At this time, I would like the dishwasher replaced and it is now out of warranty. At this time I do plan to take Samsung and Tasco to small claims court if I have to, noting I have a dishwasher that does not work and now its out of the manufacturers warranty. I will never purchase or recommend a Samsung appliance to anyone and will deter anyone from them. I would not want anyone to have to endure the stress and frustration I have had to deal with and still have not had the problem rectified. So disappointing.

We bought a Samsung side by side 25.6 CU FT refrigerator on 5-6-10 (serial # JJ5Z4GBZ400545J; model # RS261MDBP). We didnt have it a full year when he had to call for a repair service man to come out because the unit wasnt cooling and all the lights on the panel were all lit up. Something in the panel went out and had to be ordered. Then the last week in December we were having a birthday party and we had a house full of guests and had to buy 6 coolers for the party food as well as all the food we already had and I was never so embarrassed in my life as all my guest had to keep going out in the cold to the coolers for their drinks because the unit wasnt cooling and the freezer wasnt freezing. So I called service department again on January 3rd. After two service appointments, it was determined the mother board had to be replaced. So on 1-17-12 it was replaced and as of 1-21-12 the unit is still not working. I have another service appointment for 1-23-12. I have lost $300.00 in groceries because of this and have to buy ice and use a cooler in January in the winter no less and I have to go to the store daily to buy dinner, which is very costly not to mention very time consuming. I have two elderly and 5 babies under the age of 5 and that is so inconveniencing them as well as the rest of the family members and very costly. This is the absolute worse experience we have ever had. I will never again purchase any Samsung products and will tell everyone about this horrible, embarrassing, very costly experience.

My range stopped working on January 12th. I called Samsung. I was told there isnt a warranty and that they dont support their products for more than a year. If I spend a few thousand dollars on an appliance, I expect better. The person I spoke to was rude and short and basically said tough. I know getting those calls from unhappy customers isnt always fun, but usually manufacturers of product take pride in their work and stand behind it. It is what it is. Turns out a wire, for some reason shorted out on 12th of January. My range is 2.5 years old. When that happened, the techs ordered some parts thinking it was the terminal that blew (guess it happens a lot). They had to order parts. They came out on January 18th and guess what? It wasnt the terminal. It was a short in a wire. But also the motherboard blew out. They ordered a new one and came back on January 20th, but the new board fresh out of the box, was cracked and didnt work. So they ordered another one. They came today, January 25th and that board, fresh out of the box was cracked also. I have been without a working range for 2 weeks now! I contacted Samsung about their less than stellar quality of parts and they informed me it was the service techs were not Samsung Authorized. Ha! They sure are. I am not opposed to paying for service. Its like a new car, you have to have service it. For me its about the quality of the product.I have never in my life been so disappointed in a product I purchased. I am so deeply discouraged in this company right now. How can Samsung, in good faith promote a product that only last a couple years? Then all of the parts that have been ordered are broken also? Thats wrong. The less than acceptable quality portrayed by Samsung is completely unacceptable. The moral of the story is this. I will never again purchase a Samsung Product. I will not recommend it to a friend and I will not give a 5 star rating to this kind of support, service or quality. I am telling everyone I know to never invest in Samsung. You do not stand behind your products. The quality of the product is less than stellar and consumers deserve better. I deserve better!

DW80F600UTS/AS - Worst consumer experience in my life. Unit failed last month of warranty. Door latch defective, sensor controlling cycles defective. Did not go through cycle, dishes dirty and not dry. 3 visits from authorized repair, 2 after warranty expired. Repairman installed new improved sensor. Finally agreed to refund, but now claimed unit had to be depreciated. Then came the totally outrageous part: to get refund, consumer must cut power cord purchased separately with the unit (no refund for that), take a picture of cut cord. Then, consumer must remove decal attached to door, affix it to refund request, and send it to company. Decal could not be removed - took a photo of it next to cord. Not enough! Told to use a straight razor, no exceptions! It still doesnt come off. Imagine giving this advice to an 80 year old with a tremor? This company needs a major overhaul. Policies designed for maximum profit and will not honor warranty for defective product.

I purchased a Samsung side by side with ice maker less than two years ago. It went out on Oct 28. We have had a technician out twice. The second time he ordered parts which have been here for over a week. It is now Nov 20 and now they tell me they can’t have anyone come out until Dec 9. I have called numerous times to see if they could send someone out before Dec 9. The last time the technician was here over two weeks ago, he told us not to put much food in the fridge because it will just refreeze and go out. It is such a hassle and expense to go to the store every couple of days. We have lost hundreds of dollars of food that has not been replaced.

Unit is now 2 years old and the ice maker compartment hasnt worked right. During the first year we had a rep out to work on it. Its a good thing we bought an additional 2 year warranty thru the store. Weve had that check out 3 times now. He replaced the fan, sealed the ice maker from the fridge, now has replaced the whole ice maker compartment. Next step would be computer controls. The biggest problem is that once the ice tray is filled it grinds up half of the ice cubes. I said its the auger design... I have 3 other Samsung units, washer, dryer and dishwasher no problems. What up?

My gas range was purchased at a local hardware store and installed just 4 months ago. No extended warranty purchased so I had to deal directly with Samsung. It has been 3 weeks since the gas company shut off my gas & determined the range was leaking 10 times the allowable limit of carbon monoxide. After 3 weeks of deliberations, Samsung is reimbursing me for the purchase price of the range rather than replacing it. The range was purchased during an exceptional sale, therefore I’m unable to replace for the same price. Not to mention, gas hookup for the new stove as well as cost of technicians, all of this under their 1 year warranty. Poor customer service.

We have had technician after technician try to fix this thing to no avail! We called Samsung and got nothing! We purchased this Samsung French Door Refrigerator RF26VABWP in July of 2009 because we thought it was a superior product. Wrong! It was fine until March of this year and then to the tune of $200 we had to have the repairman defrost the fan, etc. because it was so noisy. And then I discovered the water was leaking inside the refrigerator under the crisper trays. We thought the problem was solved until May of this year when we discovered ice forming under the crisper trays. Another service call to the tune of $200. And then in July, I discovered a repeat of the same problem. Previously when I called Samsung, I was told that if it happened again, they would do something. After 10 calls and faxing information twice, I was told that nothing could be done and that refrigerators only lasted 5 to 9 years anyway. I doubt they would want to pay $200 every three months to keep their refrigerator running properly and I also doubt that they replace their own refrigerator that often. Every time you call, you have to give the model number, your name and phone number and then be referred to the executive customer service and repeat the same information. Usually there isnt a supervisor that you can talk to and so you have to call back again and go through the entire thing again. My opinion is that if you have to do this enough times, you finally give up and go away! What a poor recommendation for a company so well known!

Samsung Refrigerator Model RF217ACWP/XAA Paint Peeling Handles - This refrigerator has been a nightmare. First the ice maker did not work properly. Then the top handles peeled and were replaced. Now the freezer freezes ice cream like a brick on the lowest setting. And again we have to not only replace the handles that were already replaced on the top, but we also have to replace the handles on the bottom. Samsung led us to believe that we had options of replacing the refrigerator or refund but then denied us and said they would fix it. I got a call today and they said it was cosmetic so I would have to pay to replace the handles that were ordered and ready to be installed. I am furious. I contacted the CEOs office by email and will continue to update my progress.

Was beginning to think this was a pretty good refrigerator, side by side model RS263TDWP. My previous refrigerator lasted at least 12 years, was also purchased at Sears, and was a Kenmore side-by-side. My husband is an A/C Tech...he was able to figure out almost immediately that behind the panel on the refrigeration side (freezer was working perfectly throughout all this) that the evaporative fan motor had gone out. After only two years!! These units should be working without problems for at least 8 to 10 years, even in the modern days of refrigerators being built with a computer brain to run them. We bought the part, he had it in within 5 minutes (which I know is lucky for me, but most people have to pay hundreds of dollars for parts and repair, not to mention the wait time for them to actually get there). But I must mention, when he was looking on Youtube for videos to guide the repair, there were many complaints of this same thing (on the internet) happening to other Samsung refrigerators. This is a middle of the line refrigerator, not a cheap one, and I was under the impression if you pay $1,600 for a fridge that it might actually last longer than two years! Very disappointed...would NOT recommend any Samsung refrigerators, because though they are beautiful to look at, you will more than likely be sorry (if you must have one, I would recommend the extended warranty!).

I hate my DMT800 Samsung dishwasher. It does not heat the water nor clean the dishes well. It is about 3 years old and its torn up. There are only certain repair companies that are allowed by Samsung to repair their appliances and some will not repair the appliance if its under warranty. The company I call charges $89.95 for a service call and if they can repair it, they will waiver the service charge. I think that this means it will be expensive to repair it. Im going to buy a new one and it definitely wont be a SAMSUNG.

Bought a Samsung side by side refrigerator when I moved into my house 3.75 years ago. Nothing but trouble. The ice maker actually still works fine (unlike other reviews); however, several shelves have broke and Ive had to order parts to replace. But the worst issue is at around 2.75 years the refrig just couldnt maintain cold - temp was above 50 degrees F. We had a control sensor installed ($375) and had to turn off unit for 3 days to defrost ice off of the fan blades. Refrigerator than 6 months later starts to not be able to hold cold temps again and temp is again above 50 degrees. But this time the digital thermometer read out on the door is showing that the temp in the refrig is 38 degree. Now were being told we need a new fan assembly (another $400). I could have bought a new refrigerator w/ all the money that has been spent repairing this hunk of junk. STAY AWAY!

We bought our Samsung fridge with icemaker in 2015 and loved the design for storage. We had several issues with defrosting and the fridge developing ice and the back and freezing food. We started to take a day once a year to defrost it over 24 hours and it worked for a couple years but we called it this year. It froze up again (early this year) and we defrosted it again but it never got back to properly keeping our food cool but not frozen. Our local repair person told us he wouldnt waste our time because hes gone to service Samsung fridges many times and bought new parts but it never helped. When we had our new fridge delivered the delivery person commented that theyve removed mostly Samsung fridges from peoples homes. They look good but not worth it. Ours lasted 6 years! Thats not long for over $2,000.00. Not to mention the environmental impact!

Bought 6/24/13, arrival 7/9/13 SS No. W65043BD501879 - the ice maker leaks through water and ice levers. These need to be two separate levers, not on top of each other. On 7/10/14 a new ice maker installed. Today 1/11/15, still leaking. Ice not cubed as requested, pieces. Water runs down door to floor each time levers pushed and even when not in use. I have called three times, not good English, not a script for this problem. I called authorized dealer, he told me how terrible Samsung was but did install new ice maker. Nothing changed. This all started about six months into use of refrigerator. Love the drawer, inside of refrigerator, hate how it works. Will get rid of this first chance. Do not buy Samsung refrigerators.

Samsung microwave SMH9187ST - We experienced the error over the weekend (lots of fun having beeping coming from an unknown place in the house at 3 AM); unplugged and plugged back in in the morning, but it only worked for a couple hours before the SE error and beeping starting again. UGH... I am not brave enough to pull open the unit on my own, so I called Samsung and initial support told me they could do a service call at my expense where the unit is out of warranty. I stood my ground and politely reminded the service rep of how many errors are noted for this unit online, the commitment of Samsung to address the issue, and that numerous other owners have had this service provided for free - even for out of warranty units. After some further holding I was transferred to the Executive Service Center where the rep. agreed to cover the cost of the service call and repair provided it is in fact the touchpad that needs to be replaced. If the issue is something else (highly unlikely), I would own the cost. Seemed reasonable so I agreed. I am now pending a call from a local service vendor to schedule the work. The kill em with kindness approach worked well in getting them to work with me and cover the cost of the repair. Overall this has been a pretty reliable unit for the past 3 years. I just dont get why they dont do a full recall if this is going to happen with every unit eventually.

I completely outfitted my kitchen with new, stainless (I thought!) top of the line Samsung appliances. The convection microwave oven board stopped working day one. I returned to store for completely new replacement. Within a week - the same issue. Board replaced four times. Last time just after one year. Problem continued during that time, but I couldnt miss work for repairman to come. Repair tech had said board problem caused from heat of stove. This is an above stove unit meeting all necessary height specs. As a courtesy Samsung offered $430 if I cut the cord and removed serial plate (13 months after purchase of a $700 product with $150 installation!!). I cant replace it for that amount. I also have gas convection range ($1500), the broiler doesnt work. The flames on one burner are HUGE (they licked around pan and caught dinner on fire!) And oven got so hot it MELTED the knobs - apparently they are not metal as they appear but a metal look skin that melts with heat and is also chipping off. Replacement of knobs = $150 only to have it happen again... Additionally my french door Refrigerator ($2800) with two drawers makes a super loud squealing noise. After discussing with a friend, found out she had the same problem with her Samsung appliances. DO NOT BUY!!! NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT or concern for satisfaction. My products are only 16 months old.

We still have no ice and only promises from Lowes that Service Advantage would contact us. (Isnt that similar to asking the fox to check the hen house to see if any chickens are missing?) We contacted Service Advantage 8 times, repairs made 8 times, nothing worked. We were told by Lowes store manager that after 7 calls on the same problem the item would be declared a lemon. Read all of the negative reviews on Samsung refrigerators. They all say the same thing.... Ice maker freezing up, water pooling in and under the meat and vegetable bends, water overflow on the floor, filter light will not go off. Dont just read what is said on this site... Go anywhere on the web. You will see nothing but the same negative reports. Samsung will not recall nor fix the problem. Samsung sent out a service memo to the companies who sell their refrigerator in June of 2015 advising them of existing problems with the refrigerator. Lowes sold me a Samsung refrigerator without telling me about the existing problems or the service memo. Samsung will not stand behind their product. The only way we, as consumers, can fight back is to boycott the company and the stores that sell their products. Consumers are fighting back... There is a class action law suit against Samsung over these faulty refrigerators. The stores who continue to sell Samsung products without telling the customer about existing problems should be sued also.

This is accurate and fair. Here it goes. I purchased this refrigerator in 2014 from the Home Depot. I also purchased the 5 yr extended warranty (just in case). It all began with them delivering the wrong unit and it also had a hole in the back from a forklift. The delivery company left it in my driveway and drove off and in the process, ran into and wrecked my neighbors picket fence and would not share insurance information for replacement. Yes. HD sent two young men to pick up the fridge without a lift on the back so all of us had to heft this into a high bed truck to remove it. Ended up renting a truck and picking up and installing the new one ourselves. So I have had this refrigerator for 10 months and it stopped cooling in the fridge and the freezer. I want to add that the vegetable storage units do not keep the vegetables for long at all. They go bad after a couple of days. Back to the technicians, 3, yes 3 hours on the computer chat with a (3) tech(s) from Samsung to reset the OFF reading on the digital display. After 3 hours of attempting to reset and do all the bells and whistles to reset, the tech(s) then tell me that the panel is bad and needs a technician to go to the home location and repair it. They said to call Samsung to create a ticket. Ok, also called Asurion who has the warranty. They said they would create a ticket and send me a food loss form. Sent food loss form and then Im told that a reimbursement will not be issued until after the repair? I then call Samsung who tells me that there should be a repair person by Wednesday or Thursday (it is Saturday) and they would create a ticket. Then I called the Home Depot who tells me that if the issue was not solved by Wednesday or Thursday they would send me a check for the fridge or a new one? WTH? Its now Thursday (6 days after fridge quits) and no one knows about the problem or any ticket issued. I snapped. We then start all over. I am then told that it is a simple fix and I would have to pay for the repair? NO, NO, NO. I am then sent to the secondary customer person who then creates ANOTHER repair ticket and tell me that the repair person will call me in about 48 hours or so and cannot even conceivably come until next Tuesday or Wednesday. No we are into 11 days of this issue. So, this Samsung refrigerator has NO repair people in this area and yet they are continuously sold. Now what? I paid over $2,200 (on sale) for this absolute piece of mechanical scrap with the worst customer service ever. NEVER, and I mean NEVER purchase this refrigerator or any Samsung refrigerator, NEVER. Repeat that to yourself.

We renovated our kitchen over a year ago and bought new appliances (fridge and range/ oven) at Lowe’s from Samsung. I thought we would be getting a quality product because the LCDs and monitors Ive purchased in the past have all been quality. We rarely used the oven at home but noticed that it would take an hour or longer to heat up. You would just hear it cut off and on the whole time. When I contacted them they said that I had to pay for the repair because it had been one month out of warranty even though Ive seen numerous posts about this issue from other Samsung range oven owners model number FTQ353IWUX. No big issue. Fortunately we bought the 5 year warranty. Lowes delivered it. At delivery it had several more tiny dents, a deep gouge (small), and a huge crease on the right hand door and all the way down to the freezer door. So much for Lowes delivery service. Freezer not working, fridge not working. Ruined a weeks worth of groceries. Havent even plugged in the ice maker or anything--because we have always heard the ice makers in Arizona are the first to go because of the hard water. Did the reset as suggested in the manual. We bought a Samsung over the range microwave and paid nearly $500 for it. It worked well for a couple of years and then all of the sudden started turning on by itself. Not just the light or the turntable, but it was actually heating as well! Thankfully we were home when it started happening so we were able to prevent what Im sure would have been a major fire. Checked Samsung support site and apparently this is a known and rather common problem with their microwaves, with the only apparent fix being unplug the unit immediately and pay for someone (from your own pocket) to come and fix it. Unfortunately companies as large as Samsung have no interest in dealing with issues like this until someone dies, so recommend NOT buying a Samsung microwave unless you have fire insurance and are hardly ever home.

Bought a microwave as part of a package at Home Depot. I never write reviews but frustration with the product and service has compelled me to warn others. Bought new in August of 18. The unit worked for a short period then started to shut off while heating of foods. Called customer service and they told us to unplug and wait 5 min. That happened often until we eventually called for a service call. We had to remove it from above stove as Samsung does not do this. Said it was a liability issue. Technician came out and attempted to fix. Did not have correct parts. Came out again and still did not have the correct parts. Waiting for 3rd appointment. Will see if this fixes problem. Major inconvenience to have to wait for service tech on 3 separate occasions. Quite unfair to consumers. I recommended they send out a new one after the 2nd visit. Would have been cheaper for Samsung. Home Depot recommended Samsung as a quality brand. I will never buy another Samsung appliance. Totally bad experience all around. Purchased in 2010 counter depth, bottom freezer 19 cu. ft. in black, model RB195ABBP. Worked fairly well until 2015 in Dec. Some water in the veg/fruit bins and under the drawers as well. I thought a spill but continued as months passed. Next came ice formation in and under veg/fruit bin. I unplugged, thawed and cleaned up. Also increased temperature as directed in troubleshooting section. Not 8 days it happened again as I sit today. Ive leveled as directed as well. I emailed Samsung to no avail. Now the touchpad temp controls dont work!!! Im so done with this fridge. Its now out of warranty and I must start looking for a new fridge. The company needs to be held accountable for their products or get out of the business. Whoever heard of a fridge of 5 years to start having problems! Ive kept refrigerators for 15 or more years!

This has been going on now for a year and half. When I contacted Samsung they direct me to the service department. I dont think is the way they should be handling this issue. Very disappointed with this.

Nov. 2009 we bought a new fridge. After 2 days the water quit dispensing. The fridge was replaced. 2 days later the new fridge wouldnt dispense water. Next tech put in a heater to keep the reservoir for the water from freezing. Next the space saver ice maker quit. It got replaced. Next event was the control panel went out. It was replaced Sept. 2012. Now Jan. 2015 the control panel is out again. Weve called several service companies, including Sears Blue Crew, but no one services our area; they used to. This fridge has had service every year. Now out of warranty Samsung says they cant do anything to help us, not even find us service for the fridge. I know well never, ever, buy one of Samsungs appliances again.

Samsung is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. The runaround is not unusual but outright lies which they refer to as misinformation. They offered me a store credit and went so far as to give me a number to fax my sales receipt to in order to facilitate said credit and later told me they dont even do store credits!!! Bought the dishwasher in 7/2017. Have had 3 repairs in 10 months and even when its working it does a terrible job and I want it removed and a refund. They absolutely refused despite repeated phone calls even up to someone at the office of the president who gave me the same line. NO REFUNDS, exchange only. No thank you. Absolutely disgusted with this company.

Will never buy a product made by Samsung ever again. Purchased a fridge 4 years ago and had problems 2 months outside the warranty period. Called Samsung customer service. Was told that we would have to bear the cost ourselves. They will notify the technician and he will call us the same day. 3 days later no contact. Spoke with Samsung again... useless. Fan iced up and fridge stopped being cooled so all food went bad. The technician (we found ourselves) that serviced it said it was a design flaw and he had seen a lot of these problems in Samsung fridges. Samsung have no idea of customer service. Today our fridge finally died - both fridge and freezer too warm. Went out today and had to buy another fridge/freezer..... WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR EVER BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS AGAIN.

Samsung SMH9187ST - After about one and one half years of use, our OTR started beeping and having the SE error show up on the screen. Nothing works except the light inside the oven. We have tried unplugging it, etc and nothing has helped. It hasnt worked since the SE error has shown up and we paid good money for a product, and expected it to work longer than this. After doing some research, we found that many other people have had the same issue but this model has still not been recalled by Samsung, which is disappointing. This OTR is obviously garbage.

I have had issues with my icemaker since the day the warranty expired. Note that we are only talking a 1 year warranty! The on-line blogs all indicate that Samsung knows they made a poor quality product. I have a home appliance repair service that I pay a monthly fee for and they also acknowledge that people are having problems with the Samsung refrigerators all over the metro where I live. When I call into Samsung to have them do the right thing and replace a $110 part they simply indicate that the product is out of warranty. If you dont want to end up in my frustrated shoes dont ever buy a Samsung refrigerator.

Samsung side by side refrigerator - At about 18 months, we started getting a noise in the freezer side hitting something. It would stop when we opened the door. Then we discovered water on the floor. Water had built up under the crisper so much it had nowhere else to go. The freezer would de-thaw. The refrigerator side would not stay cold. At that point we decided to call a repairperson. Then it got to a point where we decided to bite the bullet and replace the piece of garbage that we paid $1500.00. Thank God for Sears. They offered us an extended warranty even though we did not purchase the fridge from them. Since purchasing the warranty, weve had a repairperson in our home 4 times. Sears will be sorry they offered the warranty to us. We thought we were finally all set. We finally had it fixed. Guess what? Our nightmare is not over. We discovered today we have to have a repairperson come again! So again we are considering getting rid of the darn thing. We are so disgusted. Why didnt we stick with Whirlpool?

SAMSUNG BUYER BEWARE - Do not buy a Samsung refrigerator!! We have had nothing but trouble since we bought ours (model #RF263BEAESR) a few years ago. Usually people that right good reviews have only had their refrigerator for a month or two. Ours worked well for the first year and then the trouble began. The icemaker broke first (it costs four to five hundred dollars to replace it) and then the defrost sensor broke (two hundred and fifty dollars to replace it). Now they say maybe its the fan - its never ending. Its a very pretty refrigerator but thats about it. There is a class action lawsuit on the ice maker and the fan and defrost sensor will soon follow. We have had Samsung certified repairmen out six times and one of the repairmen said that there is a design flaw on the refrigerator and that we should expect to keep having someone out to put a band aide on the problem.Samsung knows there is a design problem and they will do nothing to fix it. When we call Samsung they go through their written script and are worthless. We have escalated the matter and they always tell us that they will review our claims and get back to us in three to five days. They never call back. When we call them back they conveniently disconnect our call or they tell us that they cant hear us and they hang up. The Samsung call center is in the Dominican Republic. I felt I had to warn others before they made the same mistake we did in buying this horrible refrigerator. Do not buy a Samsung refrigerator, you will regret it if you do!

We spent a lot of money for this and it hasnt been what we hoped. Removing the protective film was difficult. There are still small pieces of it wedged in various places after three years. The material at the base of the cup holder scuffed within the first month from merely placing a cup to get water. I have been unable to find anything to cover the scuff so that area looks permanently nasty. No children are in this house so it wasnt rough handling that caused the scuffing. The frost free freezer is not. Ice feathers had grown to where I had to unpack everything, wipe it off with towels, allow the freezer to thaw and remove all ice and water and then repack. At that time, I cleaned all of the seals. For three weeks, the freezer was fine, and now it is as bad as it was before with ice feathers. Whenever I remove something from the freezer, ice chunks fall on the floor. I guess I will have to defrost the frost free freezer again.

This fridge worked fine for about 2 years then something went haywire. It took Sears five trips to finally send a repair tech who was competent to properly diagnose the problem. The first tech diagnosed the (wrong) problem and charged me $357. That didnt fix it, so a new tech showed up and made a new diagnosis, and ordered another part. It was the wrong part, so another part had to be ordered. In the meantime, I dont have a working refrigerator so bought a 30-year-old $85 beater that does work. Luckily there was room to set it up in the dining area. Sears sent a third tech who said the initial diagnosis was wrong so ordered a new part -- but this tech then said he wouldnt plug the fridge back in because the outlet wasnt grounded. I called an electrician who charged me $75 to say yes it is grounded (which I was pretty sure was the case). Finally a tech showed up and properly diagnosed the problem, at the cost of $272. The tech said Sears would credit my credit card $85 for the difference between the right and wrong parts. Sears has not billed me for the $272 but they also have not refunded me the $85 for the overcharge. I have called them also asking to be reimbursed for these items: the $85 fridge I was forced to buy due to their technicians continued incompetence, $75 for the unneeded electrician service call, $100 that I felt obliged to offer the tenants living in the house to take off their rent because this entire process took two months to find a competent Sears service tech. I will never again buy an appliance from Sears and sure as heck wont call them to service this fridge the next time it has a problem (and Im keeping the $85 beater in the garage just in case).

Our dishwasher is 2 years old and it has been a problem since the start. The touch pad on the top of the door is sleek but doesnt always work properly. Many times we would press the button and nothing happens. You need to press the power button then the start button. Both often need to be pressed several times before it works. The cleaning power is weak and the dryer is worse. After a long cleaning cycle, the glasses and dishes are dripping wet. A few times the dishwasher stops in mid-cycle with an error indicator. We need to open it and restart it. I cant rate this machine low enough.

After reading other posts, I realize that my Samsung French Door with Drawer refrigerator is a real lemon and that I am one of thousands of unfortunate people who purchased this refrigerator! It appears that there is no customer service, so the refrigerator will just have to be trashed. Last year the ice maker quit, froze totally solid, could not be fixed by a refrigerator repair person. He couldnt thaw it and suggested we call Samsung. After several hours, actually 2 days, we thawed it with a hair dryer, hot water, etc.! We pulled the cube maker out and just used the ice maker area to make cubes placing an ice cube tray in the opening. Suddenly one day a year later it started making ice cubes, then it quit, now it is leaking water onto the floor. Today water just poured out of the ice maker area into the refrigerator! I came to this site to see if others were having similar problems with their Samsung Refrigerator, and found that I am only one among many who are out well over a thousand dollars, with no hope of getting assistance from Samsung. What a waste of money on this product! Why is there not a class action lawsuit against Samsung?

I purchased my Samsung refrigerator (Model: RS277) almost 4 years to date. Ice maker will no longer make ice. After calling the service center, they dispatched a service call. When the representative called to schedule an appointment, they wanted $160 to come out and diagnose the issue. I dont agree with paying $2,800 for an item and getting 4 years of good use out of it, nor do I feel I should have to continue to invest in this item to keep it working, especially in this short period of time. I spoke to an Executive Relations representative, and they were of no assistance either. Pretty much sticking to their guns of driving revenue to service their junk. If you are shopping for a refrigerator, I strongly discourage you from buying Samsung. I certainly never will again.

We bought a Samsung range NE595R1ABSR in July 2012 when we were renovating
We bought a Samsung range NE595R1ABSR in July 2012 when we were renovating our kitchen. We also bought a Samsung refrigerator and above stove microwave. We arent happy with any of these appliances, but the range is a safety hazard. The first incident happened when we had several guests for dinner. My husband and I were cooking and suddenly I felt an electrical shock and heard a loud noise and the electricity for the whole house went out. The Samsung tech didnt find anything wrong. I was scared to use the stove after that, but started using it again. A few months later I was just warming up something on low heat and when I touched the control knob it gave me a jolt, made a popping noise and the stove shut down completely. My husband had to reset the breaker, but I wont use that burner again or touch that knob. Samsung now says it isnt covered under its manufacturing warranty, but I have an extended warranty with the store of purchase. Although, I think Samsung should be responsible because they knew about it within a few months after I purchased it and they did nothing except tell me it was perfectly safe and nothing was wrong with it. I really dont feel safe with this stove and want my husband to put it in the garage. It also has a problem regulating the heat. I can never adjust it properly to cook food evenly. The burners just ignore the temp control and heat will go up and down erratically. The oven is the worst one Ive ever used. I used to love to cook, but now I really hate it.

In November 2015 we purchased a Samsung Electric Range with Black Stainless finish. The model number is NE59J7630SG, recently we have noticed that the paint is flaking off around the oven door. Your hands do not come in contact with this area. We contacted Samsung and they told us it was too bad but they call it a cosmetic issue, so it is not covered under any warranty. The Best Buy protection policy does not cover it as well. After viewing many complaints about Samsungs Black stainless issues on the internet, both ranges and refrigerators we decided to push the issue. Samsung said they would send a repair person out but if the issue was deemed cosmetic we would have to pay the $200.00 service call. We have sent pictures and done everything they wanted and they will not back the product. It is my (and many others) opinion that appliances should not have paint peeling off of them after 2 1/2 years.

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased my Samsung DMT 400 that the appliance company told me was state of the art. I too have suffered the smell, the failure to drain, and the 50-50 chance that the soap would not dispense. I guess I just tolerated it until the lights started blinking. The company tells me based on the sequence of lights that I have a Low Level Water Error. Of course because the machine is more than a year old, the repair is on me. Even though they can diagnose the problem over the phone, no authorized Samsung repair shop will even give me a rough estimate as to the cost of repair, the cost for a different brand of machine new is about $400...the cost of the service call is $99. Sounds like a no brainer, but I guess this little repair will cost me a couple of hundred dollars and likely the dishes will still stink. No more Samsung appliances ever, its clearly not their core competency.

I called Samsung for them to tell me that a service tech would come out, but that was not covered under warranty and I did not buy the extended warranty. Well, after I spent that much money, I didnt think I needed to spend additional amount for an extended warranty. Was I wrong? Another $300 for some 18-year-old kid to just switch out a motor. Here we are 11 months later with the same problem, mainly because the first technician didnt fix it right the first time. It constantly freezes up, and water is under the vegetables bins. The original fridge I had purchased had a defective water/ice dispenser. Initially the Hudsons Bay wanted to have it serviced rather than replaced, despite it being delivered in that condition. The Samsung service people didnt show up for the booked appointment. After fighting with the Hudsons Bay to replace the fridge 9 months later, after taking the complaint to The Star, through the Hudson Bay Executive Service Department arrangements were made for the fridge to be replaced. On the second Samsung fridge that was delivered, the right door on the fridge is in excess of 1/2 inch from the top of the fridge, right across the whole door and in excess of 1/2 lower, both on the top and bottom of the right door than the left door.Samsung claimed it was a leveling issue, sent me instructions on how to level it and told me to do it myself. Every individual I consulted with agreed it is impossible for it to be a leveling issue; it is a manufacturing defect. The fridge is under warranty and despite calling back and speaking with a supervisor, Samsung has not responded and will not deal with their defective product. We purchased a Samsung French Door Refrigerator (no ice dispenser) a few years ago (It was built in 2011). We began to have problems with water/ice buildup under the cold storage tray since last Fall. We thought we must have spilled water in the refrigerator. It kept happening with increasing frequency. It became a weekly process to remove the cold storage tray and remove an inch of ice and water from the bottom of the refrigerator. It then became necessary to remove the water twice a week to prevent water from spilling out of the refrigerator all over the floor. Several members of my family started getting sick with what we thought was the stomach bug.We noticed that the refrigerator did not seem to be very cold although the temperature stated it was 34 degree until one night the temperature reading said 58 degrees! I called a repairman who told me the panel in the back was probably frozen and we would need to unplug the unit and wait at least 24 hours for the back panel to defrost. We began the process of throwing out food and found several moldy containers. We realized this was most likely the reason we were getting sick! We were being poisoned by our refrigerator! We immediately decided to throw it out and purchase another one! Having a refrigerator for only a few years and to have this happen, I will never buy another Samsung product again.

The ice maker freezes and jambs up and will not make cubes or while on cube setting you get crushed ice or no ice at all. Samsung states they only have one service call on record which was Jan. 2013 - I think they make up stories. They must have a record of the service companies who replaced parts at no charge to us. The company does not stand by its products. There is a recall I am told on this ice maker issue, but the representatives do not know about that I assume since it was not mentioned to me. Recently we converted our less than six month old our entire upgraded GE kitchen appliances to Samsung Black Stainless Steel at roughly $6,500. In spite of the cost we have always had success with the product brand including TVs, cell phones, tablets, appliances you name if Samsung makes it we buy it. However the dishwashers has been less than acceptable not to mention most disappointing. Besides being noisy theres always standing water after a complete cycle. If unattended the odor of spoiled or soiled smelling water its all but unbearable. No problem. We contacted the local Samsung authorized technician to make a house call and repairs or adjustment. After a half hour he said everything was in working order and the accumulation of the standing water was normal... I quote its needed to prime the pump... That of course is BS!First thing when you start the washer is WATER! Subsequently and after filing a complaint with customer service which I might add are nothing more than pimple face robots sitting in front of computers that reply from canned presentations. Eventually and after some persistence our complaint was sent to another department and after waiting three or so weeks we get a call back saying they are sending us a complete refund. Once again my faith is restored with Samsung; but its not to be! After a few more weeks the promised call back never came so we reached out to their customer service and once again we got a runaround with the pending refund. But today we get a call from the department that makes the final decision telling us it was a mistake and the problem is considered maintenance not covered under their normal warranty... Mind you we are talking about a product that was less than three weeks old. Their (CR) mannerism with a response was being read not communicated like in a normal conversation; most disappointing to say the least. The CR kept repeating the same verbiage word for word over and over several times. Before I wrote this review I did some research and discovered besides Samsung - Bosch and Whirlpool they share this common problem. Their recommendation is adding vinegar and lemon juice in the dishwasher or you can buy a cleaner/chemical specific for dishwashers to control odors; expect to pay around $12-$13. So Samsung potential dishwashers buyers beware!
