I purchased an Lg Washer and dryer a little over a year ago. Within the first year I had to have the washer repaired a total of four times with three of those repairs being done for the same issue. When I bought the washer at Pacific Sales in San Dimas Ca, I purchased an extended warranty. Just recently, the washer began to leak water again. I contacted the warranty department and notified them of the problem. They sent a technician out and he deemed the washer unrepairable since it had been repaired for the same thing several times. I then contacted LG and told them that they needed to replace my washer or give me my money back. This washer is a lemon. They told me that I was out of warranty and that I had to deal with my extended warranty company. I told them that I already had and that since the problem was a pre-existing one, they would have to replace it.So after two months, I still dont have a washer that works and not only that, I have a wash room that has been damaged due to the leaks from the washer. My wood floor has begun to warp. I have done everything that LG has asked me to do and provided and they continue to give me the run around and blaming everyone but themselves.

Purchased my $4k LG French door 26 cu ft refrig/freezer in Nov 2015. In June 2017 the refrig/freezer failed and not operable, had to throw all my food away. Repaired with new compressor. On December 26, 2018, the exact same problem occurred! Threw my food away again! the earliest a tech can come is on January 9, 2019! This appointment was after I complained about the first Jan 16th appointment given! Need another new compressor. Prior to this LG, I had another LG and its compressor that failed twice in the 3 years I owned it. Why did I buy another LG? Thought, What the odds of this happening again with a brand new LG. Well now I know. It must be a defective design that occurs repeatedly to a Lot of LG owners! Never will buy another LG!

After about 1 year of having this dishwasher (LDF7551ST), it started not draining OE error code. I replaced the pump, didnt work. I blew out the drain hose, worked for a couple of loads. I have removed the filter and made sure that it is spotless. Checked the plumbing to ensure there were no blockages. I will never purchase another LG dishwasher.

We purchased an LG Bottom Drawer Freezer (Model #LFX21976ST/05) 2 1/2 years ago. Recently water was dripping from the door. The ice in the ice machine was melting, and the food in the freezer was half frozen! LG customer service was helpful trying to determine the problem, walking me through trouble shooting what the problem could be only to let me know I would be charged $210.00 for a service call. I looked online and found out this is a common complaint and that even after service the same thing occurs after some time... I am disgusted that LG isnt honoring their customers by doing the right thing and repairing these defective refrigerators free of charge. VERY sad considering we love other LG products.

After just 5 years my $2000 LG Refrigerator two drawer freezer died. LG customer service is a hair pulling joke. Repair service said they could replace the compressor but it would not last. So after 5 years my LG refrigerator will go to the landfill. I picture all these beautiful refrigerators lined up at the dump. DO NOT BUY AN LG REFRIGERATOR. Joined class action suit.

After spending close to $3000 for a new top of the line LG refrigerator it stopped working. Called LG and was told they have no LG technicians in our area. Gave us 2 numbers for repair facilities, both would charge us to come and look at it. Then they have to send their finding to LG to get parts. Both companies told us that we would be responsible for trip charges plus anything LG doesnt cover. We are cutting our losses and getting rid of this piece of junk. LG should not be allowed to sell in the US until they come out with a quality product. No more LG appliances for us.

The worst item EVER that Ive bought in my entire life. Ive had a lot of amazing dishwashers over the years from cheap on up. This ones a nightmare. From Day 1 there were issues with LG. Plates dont stack. They immediately fall over (like dominoes). The cutlery holder malfunctioned almost immediately. It no longer locks together to hold the utensil basket in place. This results in the far end basket (one of 4) tipping over into the unit from the weight. The top rack organizing glasses, bowls or cups. Again items continually fall over. I (originally) thought adjustable times on both the top and bottom rack was a smart idea. Im sure it looked good on paper but its a complete and total failure. Nothing is secure. Nothing is reliable. Does LG even bother to test the equipment they build? From the bottom of my heart...if you see this dishwasher for sale please just run away as fast as you can!

Agree with the other one star reviews with this issue. This top loader never gets enough water in the tub (on normal cycle) to even get most of the clothes wet, let alone all of them! How can anyone expect clean clothes without water? I always need to press extra water or deep wash....which really wastes a lot of water as it will then fill up to the very top rim when I only want it to cover the clothes in the tub! Ridiculous machine - dont they test these things before putting them on the market? So wish wed returned it when we had the chance...but hubby said well get the gist of using it HA.

Had this refrigerator for 3 1/2 yrs but please let add that this is a second one... My freezer back wall keeps filling with ice, the temp is on no. 2. The refrigerator part is also set on no. 2 and the food is extremely cold. The co. sent out a total of 4 people in the past 2 weeks. I also have a extended warranty and since I have this LG does not get involved. Assurant does not like to do anything because they are not happy with the response from the 2 tech from LG, stated refrigerator is unrepairable... So lets do something here. This is getting so out of hand. It has cost me additional moneys on food not counting stress its putting under.

Within 45 days of purchasing our brand new LG front loading washing machine, it began to leak water all over my floor. A few repair people came out and told me that the machine was over-sudsing and to use less detergent. They advised no more than a tablespoon of detergent - the machine still over-suds and drains out onto the floor. I have made several phone calls to LG and had several repair people out and they keep telling me the same thing - use less soap. There is no point in washing clothes and towels if you can only use 1 teaspoon of soap, the laundry does not smell good. I had a Whirlpool Duet, front loader, for 10 years and it NEVER leaked. Same laundry, water, soap, location, etc., the only thing that changed was the HUGE MISTAKE OF NOT BUYING ANOTHER WHIRLPOOL!

Purchased the LG Direct drive dishwasher. Stainless steel with all the bells and whistles. 1 year after purchase, I received an error code on the machine, stating its retaining water/moisture. Called LG Customer service provider. They walked me through the steps to fix this issue. Two weeks after this issue the machine made some very loud noises, along with showing another code. This time it was the motor that had gone out on it. I was told I needed to send receipt, as I refused to pay for service. Keep in mind it had water issues already. So I sent the receipt, and they fought me, along with denying my claim. It didnt stop there. I finally got someone out here from LG to fix for free, after a lot of time on the phone, and no use of dishwasher for 2 weeks. The repair man came out. He was very rude. Along with tipping dishwasher and spilling water all over new floor.Well my problems did not stop there. Its only been 2 weeks since fixed, and its showing the error code for water /moisture again. Little did we know the first error code was leaking water under my new floor. Ive called LG Customer service again and got the run around. The service rep also told me this is a known fact about the machine, and there have been issues with it. Its been 3 days and no one has reached out. But heres the worst part of all this. My floor has now been tore up, and restoration has come out due to the known issues, and all the water that has leaked out under my floor. My homeowners now has to get rid of water and replace the whole floor. My machine still sits in kitchen broke and not usable. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS UNIT.

Warning!!! Do not ever buy a LG True Balance Washing Machine unless you dont mind waiting 2 - 3 hours for a wash to finish. Unless you are doing a small load with exactly the same type of clothing in it expect your machine to go out of balance and either take forever to balance or stop and wait for you to balance it manually. I will NEVER buy from LG again. They have done nothing to correct the problem but come in and replace the motherboard which does nothing. The problem is in the concept - direct drive/self-balancing doesnt work. I have actually stood and watched as the wash went from almost done (3 minute mark) to starting another rinse/spin cycle. Extremely frustrating and costly in electricity and water consumption.

We purchased all new LG appliances for our newly built house. Initially we were very happy with our purchases until our LG Fridge suddenly quit. We had a repair technician come and was told it was the compressor. Unfortunately for us he replaced the compressor but still was unable to fix it. He was advised by LG to remove the new compressor and that we would have to unfortunately purchase a new fridge, but that once the paperwork was sent in LG would be issuing us a rebate for our fridge that was unable to be fixed since it had a 10 year compressor warranty. The original claim was sent in April 2018 and I am yet to see the rebate cheque I was promised, even signed and filled out the paperwork for. I have contacted their customer service over a dozen times now and have not received any better answers than someone will look into it and will contact me in the next 7-10 business days. Which I am yet to be contacted! I am now out the cost of the original fridge, the repair bill for the not fixable fridge and the new fridge I had to purchase to replace the original as well as countless hours on the phone trying to get to the end of this! This has now been going on for 17 months with no better answers or solutions. Needless to say I will never purchase another LG product or recommend LG to anyone! Buyer BEWARE!

We purchased an LG LMXS27626 in August 2016. It’s a nice fridge and worked well for our needs. Last year we had some minor issues but last week (May 2020) it stopped cooling completely. Annoying but we figured no problem. We will get it it repaired. We have since learned the mess we are in. We called every repair service in the area all of whom told us they do not work on the linear compressor. They helped us understand that it is a unique system that only LG service providers can fix. No problem we thought! At least it’s under warranty. Then we called them. Before I even hung up the phone with LG customer service I received the following email: LGs Authorized Service providers in your area are not showing availability at this time. We are urgently reaching out to other service providers to request their first available slot so that you can be supported as quickly as possible. You will be notified when an appointment is confirmed. If 7 days has passed from the date of this notice and you have not been scheduled for an appointment, please contact LG and we will escalate your case.I then took it upon myself to look at the LG website and called the 2 listed service providers in our area. They both stated they are no longer completing LG warranty services. Unsure of where to turn, we called Orville’s where we purchased the fridge. They gave us a phone number for who they said is the only LG employee who completes these repairs in our area. We called him and he was kind and helpful but he is unable to complete the repair unless LG sends the request. (We wondered why they hadn’t.) He double checked and never received anything pertaining to our issue. Good news is he has availability later this week and said he would be happy to do this but we must call back LG.I called & they told me that if we give him our Reference number that he will be able to set it up. We call back the tech/LG employee who says that is NOT true. I called back again and tried to tell them that we have an LG employee who is ready & willing to complete our repair this week but need them to set it up. They sounded surprised and after some back and forth on hold said they weren’t allowed to do this.Ok so what is the next step? I was told that LG is reaching out the an alternative service provider and will let us know when they get something on the schedule. Couldn’t get a company or any clear idea of what would be done. I asked when we might hear something and it was unclear but there wasn’t even anyone available to talk more with until Monday! So it’s 90 degrees and we don’t have a refrigerator. This is the only website that I have seen LG respond to. I will survive but honestly there are other customers who can’t access the same resources and it is concerning to read that we are one of SO MANY that go through this. This is clearly a widespread issue and LG’s lack of response so far will cause me to shop other brands in the future and also warn others of these problems. It’s not so much the fact that the appliance failed, it’s that it’s impossible to get it fixed in a timely manner. LG needs to find a solution and get some sort of procedure in place. I am hopeful this review will trigger a response & resolution.

I bought LG 26Cuft Wifi French Door refrigerator (model LFXS26973D/01; SN 909KRAT00680) from Costco on Nov 12, 2019. It was 2-year warranty. Unfortunately, I am only 2 months late and both Costco and LG washed their hands from any manufacturing defect. The water filter that needs to be changed every 6-month does not work anymore even with LG brand filters LT1000 or LT1000P/PC/PCS (ADQ747935). I bought a new LG filter head (AKN729490003) and even it does not work. Calling Costco and LG has no help because only 2 months more than 2-year warranty. I tried a professional appliance for help, even they could not help. I am sure it is manufacturing defect and there is no recall. This means I have to trash this LG refrigerator just in 2-year. I would not recommend anyone to buy LG refrigerator and get frustrated like me.

Our refrigerator went out about 3 weeks ago. We had one repair technician come out who said the compressor and motherboard needed to be replaced. He ordered the part and 4 days later came to do the repair. Upon disconnecting the compressor, he said there was something else wrong with the refrigerator as there was no Freon in the system. He indicated that either the evaporator was bad or there was a leak in the line. He said there should have been Freon in the system when he disconnected the compressor, but there was none. He indicated we needed to contact LG to have them send out one of their service technicians to complete the repair. That is when all the problems arose. LG issued a repair order and a new technician called us. When he learned that another technician had opened the refrigerator to change the compressor, he said he would not touch the refrigerator. We call LG back and requested the work order be directed back to the original technician at our request, but to our dismay, the technician said he did not have the equipment to do the repair. Since then we have been trying to get in touch with LGs executive services and they saying they will call us back if we get disconnected. Sure enough, when they attempt to connect us to their Executive Service group (about 2 or 3 times), we get disconnected and have not received a call back.We contacted several companies that LG has referred us to call and found one that said they would come out and evaluate the refrigerator, but we needed to get a work order from LG assigned specifically to them for them to come out and work on the refrigerator. We are still waiting on LG for that work order. What else can we do?

Buyer beware. We moved into our new house and discovered the existing french door LG was not cooling. (I see other reviews here mentioning the same cooling issue) It is three years old and no longer cooling. Trying to get this under-warranty refrigerator serviced has been a nightmare. Only registered techs can repair it if you can find someone in your area. It has been two months, three service people and two plus hours on the phone with LG and I have yet to have a service person even begin to work on it. If the next service person who comes (tech number 4 in 3 weeks) tells me that it really isnt this its really that and of course they dont have the part or the order was not written correctly or they just dont show up because they resigned and didnt tell anyone, I will pull my hair out. I advise anyone who is considering this refrigerator to find something else and save yourself the frustration (They should have minus stars on here).

Its also a very quiet device. Doesnt make a lot of noise when running. I like the color, the storage in the bottom, the storage in the freezer, the coolness, the size, the longevity and the pricing is great. I purchased a LG refrigerator and wasn’t aware of the known defects that come with it. One day it just stopped working. Being a licensed Electrician I decided to check it out. I immediately saw that the compressor had power, but wasn’t working. I dug up my purchase order, called LG and the warranty company. I did purchase the extended warranty when I purchased it. Now I find myself having to wait up to 4 weeks to finally get this repaired. They say they are sorry, but make little effort to move things along. They have known that there compressors are bad but don’t offer a recall on it. Tonight I’m going to go buy a new refrigerator (not LG) while I wait for them to repair the garbage they sold me. They expect a family of 6 to wait. I’m hoping for a class action lawsuit to happen so I can get some satisfaction from this. Save yourself, don’t waste your money. LG Washer WT1101CW - Terrible washing machine. If you buy this washer, dont expect to wash a small, medium, or large size load in a reasonable time period. Constant uE errors, tub fills with more water to try to adjust, etc. Or, we just get the uE error and have to run down the stairs to rearrange the clothes. Regardless of how careful we are with loading/arranging the wash, what type of wash we put in, etc, we have constant uE errors. It can take up to 4 hours to do one medium size load. Ive since read that the control panel may be faulty? We have a tech coming this week. There may be a software update needed? Who knew? (How would I know this! I didnt get any kind of message saying that the software was out of date! ) This will be the 4th tech visit this year. In addition, just for ** and giggles, we decided to do a tub clean cycle. You guessed it. uE error! So, obviously, if the washer cant even function to do a tub clean with JUST WATER in it, theres something wrong with this product. Dont buy it. You WILL be sorry. Im sorry that I cant give zero stars in this review!

Two weeks ago another company came out and replaced the compressor, it lasted two weeks. I lost most of the food in my freezer and now the refrigerator is holding a balmy 53 degrees. My front loading washer leaks from the front. Since it is still under the 1 year warranty they sent a technician out, who told me that I have to clean the door of the washer after each use (which I do). Then, they charged me $110 for the visit because it was not a mechanical problem. They never told me that I would be charged for the visit until after the visit.

We purchased an LG washer new from Home Depot on August 27, 2012. We purchased a 5 year warranty from Home Depot at that same time. Today we noticed stains on some clothes, and discovered significant rusting from the metal under the bleach dispenser (which we never even use). I called the Home Depot warranty company and they said that rust was not covered!! I then contacted LG and they said rust was not covered but they might be able to do something. However, when they learned I had purchased a warranty from home depot they said they could do nothing. Meanwhile, there are numerous other complaints about this LG rust issue, including on their website from other consumers. We are now out of luck on a $1200 Washer. We did everything we were supposed to do. This is a product liability issue, and a warranty scam on several levels. LG is negligent. The Home Depot warranty is negligent as our less than 2 year old machine now ruins clothes and should be replaced or repaired. Please help us.

We bought this stove 4 years ago and installed it in a new home build. The first cheap plastic knob broke within the first year. We are now down to ONE working knob. I have attempted to repair and strengthen the original knobs multiple times (something LG should have done in the first place). My question is how can a company manufacture such a great product and then put absolute garbage on the most used part of the stove. My real problem is the ridiculous price for the replacement. Is there a realistic option for this? I do not mind spending the money for QUALITY items, but to overpay for the same, substandard item is not feasible. The real sadness is that I will never buy another LG product again because of a $2 knob for a stove that is now costing $30+ and even sadder is the fact LG put such a piece of garbage on their appliances in the first place.

LG Compressor complaint bought 3 years ago (brand new). 05/15/2017 - When I started filing a claim thru LG protection plan. I spoke to a male representative and mentioned that he will send someone to check the fridge. We briefly explained to him whats going on. That the fridge is not cooling and since my husband is a technician himself, he knows whats going on to the fridge. My husband mentioned that the compressor is not working. The rep sent us a part for relay which when the (First attempt) technician came over to fix it. He said that they sent the wrong parts. He said and will report to LG that it was the compressor that is broken. We waited for the parts to be ordered. I called several times to follow up (month of May/June). The reps were telling me that the compressor is on its way and they have set up an appointment with the technician but the parts still hasnt arrive to the house. I even asked the representative if the technician will have the actual compressor because we havent received it. She said if we didnt have it then the technician would probably have it. When the same technician arrived to the house (Second attempt), he doesnt have the parts and we dont have it as well. He ended up leaving without fixing it and recommended to call LG again. I called and when I spoke to another representative, they said that it was on back order. How come they didnt explained it in the first place and sending the technician just to waste our time? I complaint to them and ended up talking to a supervisor who gave me a mini fridge that we picked up at a local Home Depot for the inconvenience because I told them that Im pregnant and taking insulin which I appreciate them for accommodating me.When I called and spoke to the technician. He mentioned that when its 40 days and still cant find the parts that probably we will be reimbursed. I called on the 40th day. That is June 26th. That same day the compressor came in the morning and my mother received it. However I was not home at the time so I asked him if he will schedule the service. The representative I spoke to said that he cant schedule it for some reason in his system and told me to call an 800-243-0000 number to schedule the service. When I called this number, they couldnt locate my claim nor cant find me on the file. The person I spoke to said that I have to call LG back to get this situated. Then they schedule me with Precision services who message since 06/28/2017 and said that they will schedule the service and we will get a call. Several text reminders received until on 06/29/2017 a text message came and said they are ready to schedule the service. Still theres no live person that I can talk to when they are coming. On 06/30/17; they message me again and wants me to explain briefly what the situation is. Instead of texting them I called them instead and was able to talk to someone who scheduled the service on 7/7/2017.Finally the tech came in the morning and my husband called me at work and said that the technician didnt fix it and just troubleshoot the problem about the compressor. He even said that why sent him there when they know that they have to send a LG manufacturing license technician who can fix the compressor. I got so furious and upset. I called them on 7/7/2017 and spoke to the supervisor, Angel who promised that someone within 4 hours will call me and schedule the service but no one called. I called this Morning and spoke to another supervisor named Chase who stated that theres a service provider that can do it and its near our location and will request it however, considering its the weekend that they might be closed. He said that I have to wait 1 business day. I told him I was told if they couldnt locate anyone to fix our fridge to just reimburse us. We have been waiting for so long. Its going to be almost 2 months without a fridge. Several calls has made and they didnt even call us back for the status. I have to constantly call them what happened to the back order parts, when finally we receive the parts, asking them when the technician will fix it. Now, they couldnt locate a license technician who can fix our LG fridge and still I have to wait. Theyre explaining that it has to be license LG manufacturing which I totally understand. If they know the problem, they should have located a technician long time back. I have this on file, the other technician informed them the problem since beginning of June. We are now in July and still no resolution. I will wait again on Monday for a phone call which is not for sure if they will find a technician and still by then he is still not sure what will be the resolution to the problem. They keep on promising and misleading the customer. What kind of LG protection is this, this should have been handled smoothly. When you have protection services, they should have a good contact technician that is license to fix with this kind of problem and not let the customer have false hope, give reason to wait and still be disappointed. Sorry doesnt cut the chase and were still inconvenience with this problem. Im pregnant and stressing me so much. I dont know what else I can do to resolve my issue and Im writing a complaint and hoping that someone from LG Company resolve this issue as soon as possible. I saw LG compressor complaints online and has 1840 which I dont know if they resolve it. They should at least pay attention to this issues.

Updated on 07/29/2020: LG response with a classic, there are not the way they treat a customer. The same for everyone because I read other reviews (too late for me, I already bought the oven). The reviews were mixed, but not good enough. Original Review: I bought it on March 2018, and is not working. No heat. I call customer service saying I think is the magnetron. It has a 10 year warranty. They say I need to call an LG technician. I didn’t buy the extended warranty because it was too expensive. So, I need to pay the labor. So it not worth it. I will not buying an LG microwave again.

We bought our LG Smart Inverter fridge last year. When we were shopping, we were looking for a spacious freezer and of all fridge weve seen, its layout stood out. The height and the depth (the z-axis) is greater than others. We could stuff a lot of meat, ice cream, ice inside and since last year, we have never filled it up to its full capacity even though weve hosted large parties in our house. It also have compartments inside that are intuitively placed, not just placed there for the heck of it. My favorite is the chiller, its spacious and it can semi-freeze meat, hotdogs, chorizo, making it still fresh. We have not had any problems with the fridge. Hope we dont have to use its 10-year warranty. The only downsides with the fridge is that the egg tray can only accommodate 8 eggs and even though the doors are closed, somehow, insects are able to creep inside. I dont know how they can get inside to both the freezer and the lower compartment. I constantly remove dead insects inside. So far, fridge is performing as expected.

We bought the LG WT1701C washer and matching dryer for a new house. I started to notice the clothes werent getting clean, even on the Hot setting. I felt the water, and the in the Hot setting, the water was barely tepid. A service tech came to look at it and informed me that most of the new washer brands have a top temperature of 100 degrees. I was shocked to find this out. He did inform me that selecting a different wash cycle than Normal, like Bright Whites or Oxi Sanitize, will give you water thats hotter but those cycle times are longer. Also, in the Normal cycle, it seems that the washer takes more time to sense the size of the load than it does to wash it. Although I saw that it had no center agitator, I assumed the washer action would be similar to the old agitators. But I have watched laundry loads that swish back and forth but sometimes the laundry on top doesnt get down to the tub that does the washing. The agitation doesnt seem to be very strong. Again, selecting a different setting like Heavy soil, will create a stronger agitation. If youre shorter than 5 6, youll need a stool to reach the bottom of the tub. And be careful about inadvertently pushing buttons once your load has started. While reaching in the washer, I inadvertently hit a button that changed the setting. I could not go back or resume and had to start over. I was 2/3 through the cycle so it was very inefficient in water and electric. So far the dryer seems to work well. Although its a nice looking set, I would not buy it again. Even with some concerns about the smell in front loaders, I would choose a front loader to make sure that the clothes tumble enough to get clean. I believe this model has been discontinued but there are newer models with similar model numbers that I believe will have the same issues.

Purchased four door refrigerator in July of 2015. For the past few days it would not go below 50 degrees in the main compartment. Freezer only 25 degrees. As I am writing this the repairman is behind my fridge replacing the compressor. I had called the LG customer service and was on hold. Was hoping to use the “Smart Diagnosis” through the fancy transmitter on the fridge, but then received an instructional text. That did not help. Online search through LG repair site recommended a shop (Tip Top Repair, San Diego County) that supposedly would take care if it but they would not come out. I am now looking at a $1295 repair through ARC, repair being done as we speak.

For the past hour I have been reading about unsatisfied customers with the same problems with the linear compressor. Since 2011, we also have lost numerous total food items, ice maker freezing up and plugging the chute, water dripping from the dispensers and the control panel peeling as well as the load and vibrating compressor noise. I eventually removed the little tray in the dispenser so I could monitor excess water leakage to immediately clean up. Also with the control panel peeling with possible water seepage, now some of the functions on the control panel no longer work. Two other family member also purchased this same model at the same time not knowing all these eventful problems. We all have experience the same problems. Removing all the food contents and unplugging the refrigerator 2-3 times a year seems ridiculous and also trying to remove the frozen water buildup that plugs up the ice dispenser is a pain.I see the same over and over form response from LG which tells customers to contact them, but I have not read if any of these hundreds (maybe thousands) have had any resolution. I know there was a Class Action Suit and Settlement Clark v. LG Electronics USA, Inc. Case No:3:13-cv-0485-JMJMA for models sold before January 2014. Why hasnt LG been made responsible to rectify this compressor problem. I too will never buy nor recommend an LG Refrigerator to anyone.

Bought washing machine a little over 5 years. Front loader, very good looking LG model. One day the washing machine wasnt turning and started leaking water. Out of warranty, I decided to take it apart. I found that a piece of the back spider had broken off. The spider made a hole at the bottom of the plastic drum. Then, as you can see from the pictures noticed that the spider itself was crumbling into pieces. I bought the spider from SEARS parts and to my surprise the part was made by LG and it was bad, defective. When I inspected the spider had tiny cracks all over the place and in the crucial sections. My complaint is how can LG manufacture a spider that lasted less than 6 years and then does not try to fix its mistakes by improving the defective parts but just makes more of the same low quality.

I purchased the Wave Force True Balance LG washer in March 2013. Thirteen months later it stopped working and needed a clutch and motor, a repair fiasco that took over three weeks. It has consistently displayed the uneven load sign, adding water and taking an eternity to finish while I stand there rebalancing the load. Today a 50 minute cycle took three hours. I have called LG many times with no resolution to the problem. This machine has big issues. My LG refrigerator has failed for the 4th time in less than 4 years; 2 compressors and 2 evaporators. I paid $2,999 for the refrigerator from Sears. On August 21st my refrigerator failed and I called to schedule service. The agent on the phone asked me a few questions and confirmed that it was a sealed system issue. The next available service was Sept 5. I live in a large city so it should not be this difficult to get service. The next day I spoke to the local LG servicer. After I explained that the sealed system has failed 3 other times they told me they could not service the refrigerator since they did not do the prior work. They went on to say that it was LGs policy to replace a refrigerator on the 4th sealed system issue. On Aug 22, I finally I spoke to someone in LG Consumer Relations and was told that my refrigerator qualifies for a buy back. The last sealed system issue was less than a year ago and I could request a buy back. I was told It would take 3-4 days for the final dollar amount to be determined and another 4 weeks to receive a check. As requested I sent in my Proof of Purchase using the web link emailed to me. On Aug 24th I called LG service for an update and was told I had not sent my Proof of Purchase, I sent it a second time and verified that it was received. Again I was told 3-4 days to receive the final offer details. I called today, Aug 30th, and was transferred 4 times. I am now told that someone had not followed through on the case and it would be another 3-4 working days before a decision would be made. What recourse do I have?

We purchased this refrigerator from Home Depot in April of 2016. One year in, we started to hear a loud rattling sound. The repairman said it was build up of ice around the fan. Fan had to be replaced and fridge defrosted and told me to keep all the seals maintained with vaseline to keep it from happening again. Now, another year later, the unit has stopped cooling. All the food in the freezer had defrosted and fridge was warm. LGs website listed two service companies in our area. First one doesnt do fridges anymore. Second one had terrible reviews so I didnt call them. Had the same repairman come out that did the fan and he says the compressor has failed. This really needs to be a class action suit against LG... So many people have the same issues and we paid close to $4000 for this refrigerator.

Im a professional mechanic and electronics tech. I just had to replace a relay and two corroded microswitches due to poor design of the icemaker hatch. Weak return springs prevent a tight seal when not in use, allowing moisture from ice melt to drip down past the hatch and, as evidenced by mineral scale, into the chamber containing the relay board, front panel control board, and the in-door ice and water lever microswitches (!). Observed heavy corrosion on electronic parts and fasteners inside, as well as around the front seal where it meets the metallic enclosure. The front seal, intended to prevent moisture intrusion from the exterior of the unit, instead prevents moisture introduced by the ice chute from escaping the chamber. This oversight exposes control boards and electronic parts and connectors to sustained high-humidity environment (!). Control boards inside are not potted (no resin/silicone/thermoplastic encapsulation) and there are no rubber seals on electrical connectors contained within. ICs, pads, and components on the front panel control board show corrosion and, in my opinion, are not long for the world. Ive added a desiccant pack inside the chamber and a bead of silicone sealant under the defective icemaker hatch behind the front bezel to mitigate the design oversight and hopefully extend the life of my investment. Rust at the bottom of the front control panel may be an indicator of the problem described above on your unit.Additionally, the linear compressor used in this fridge is currently the focus of a class action lawsuit (which I am not party to). LG asserted that these units can have up to a 20 year lifespan (avg of 14 years) but have had a significant portion of units fail starting around the 3-year mark. My compressor is still functioning for now but Ive purchased a 3rd party wireless temperature monitoring panel with sensors for both compartments to mitigate the risk of foodborne illness associated with a failing compressor. This appliance is at best, a very poor investment. At worst, it is a hazard to my wife and children. Moisture intrusion behind the front panel presents a reliability problem, a mold hazard, and a fire hazard due to the line voltage connections within. The poor design choices make it clear that the engineers involved with the project had some serious deficiencies in failure mode analysis, fail-safe design, and keeping with good engineering principals. Ive experienced similar design oversights involving moisture control with other LG products Ive owned and maintained (LG window unit AC, LG Waveforce washer and dryer) and will never purchase another LG appliance. Longevity is important to me, but does not seem to be a priority for LG. My wife thinks it looks pretty in our kitchen, so theres that I suppose. Hopefully the compressor fails and I can get this stylish lemon out of here soon..

This is a review of the LG customer service experience for a repair of an LFXS29626S French Door refrigerator. We woke up Christmas morning to find the 3yr old refrigerator was no longer cooling at all. Reviewing the warranty showed that the sealed system was still covered, so I placed a call to LG customer service. While the customer service phone rep was quite friendly/understanding and professional, thats where the enjoyable experience ended. Net-net is that after 4 months and 5 separate repair visits from 2 separate 3rd party repair shops, many phone calls, much lost time and spoiled food, the unit is still not functioning as expected. The unit was cooling properly after the 4th visit, but now the unit sounded like a leaf blower all the time. The final fix was more of a hack that only partially addressed the noise issue, but they say that it falls within spec tolerance.I called LG and requested escalation. Upon speaking to the escalation manager, I requested that they replace the unit since it was not actually fixed. She was very firm that the company had a process that must be followed and that they would not replace the unit. They offered a minimal reimbursement for the spoiled food, which would nowhere near cover all that we had lost. Either way, we have not received any reimbursement. At this point were going to put the unit in the garage and purchase another refrigerator - something other than LG. The thing that the company (especially the escalation manager) didnt seem to grasp was the concept of total customer value. Not only will this experience keep me from buying LG refrigerators in the future, but since they also sell everything from washers/dryers, to TVs, to cell phones, I will look elsewhere for many products. The marginal cost for them to simply replace the refrigerator would probably have been around $600, but instead they likely spent more than twice that on parts and 3rd party repair services. When you add that to the future lost revenue it was simply a bad business decision that could have been properly remedied in order to keep an affluent customer.

LG Top Load WT517OHV washing machine is very stylish. It has a window on top so you can see into the machine. What we dont like: it smells very musty between loads. You cant wash rugs that have a rubber backing. You cant wash water-proof or water-resistant items such as jackets. The machine doesnt fill with water for a full load. Weve tried all the settings. Every time we wash a load, we have to set the egg timer to come back after 10 minutes to shut the machine down. We then reset it to fool it into filling the drum entirely with water. How do you wash a full load of very dirty clothes with the tub filled with water half way or less?Yes we called LG several times for help. Our opinion: Buy basic washing machines w/o water saving sensors. Save your money because you only need standard settings to wash your clothes effectively. Wash only full loads to save water. Weve had this washer and an LG dryer DLEX5170/71 for two years w/o mechanical problems.

We purchased our LG LFX29945ST refrigerator in June of 2014 and started to have major problems in December with the refrigerator compartment freezing food. We had the temperature set at 45 degrees and it was still 30 degrees inside. Called LG for service and got terrible support. We made several calls, got disconnected/hung up on once. The smart diagnosis showed we opened the refrigerator too much (we have a family of 5 so it gets used a lot). They tried to tell us it wasnt level, but the level showed good. Lucky for us we purchased a warranty via Lowes. Lowes sent a service person out and he would sit on hold for 20-30 minutes to talk with an LG tech. Service replaced the whole inside back panel with the air control doors and thermostats along with the control board. This repair caused the refrigerator to not get cold at all. Tech came back out and was told by LG support it was the wrong control board that the LG tech told him to order. Another week later the new control board comes in and its freezing food again (temp between 28-30 degrees). We been unable to use the refrigerator for over two months. Tried to do a review on the LG website and they denied it. I guess that is how they get such good reviews by rejecting the negative ones. I cant believe that I spent over $2,000 dollars on a refrigerator that I cant use for food. At this point the Technician and I are both very frustrated with LG and still trying to resolve the issue. How can a consumer get a bad appliance replaced?

Noticed rust around dispenser drawer and filter door. There has been no misuse or spillage, this seems to be happening due to over sloshing as dispenser is emptying during wash cycle. Also we saw on other reviews where this is happening to other washer brands as well and I would agree with one service man’s opinion that cutting corners on paint seems to be the problem as the paint is extremely thin on this machine. This is clearly obvious as the area where the problem occurred had to be sanded in order to stop the rust from running down the face of the machine and spreading rust all over my floor. I paid a huge amount of money for this machine and the matching dryer and pedestals when we remodeled our home, I wanted high-end look for the resale of our home. We have sold our home and personally I will not buy a new set for the home we are building even though I loved the performance of the machines, too bad they ruined their wonderful products by cutting corners on a simple thing like paint. News flash LG, a cheapskate in your company is going to ruin your product’s name! Shame on you for charging a high quality price for a great machine only just to ruin it and anger the consumers by screwing them over paint.

I purchased a LG electric range Model No. LRE30453ST on 11/25/2011 for $885.90 from Home Depot. Unfortunately I hardly used the oven to realize I was sold a defective range. The electronic control pad does not work for any of the oven options because the start sensor is defective. I called both Home Depot (Store 2901 - 228-867-9925) and LG (1-800-243-0000) customer service departments. I was told by LG they only have a one year warranty on their products and Home Depot told me that they only have a two year warranty period. All I know is that I have basically a new appliance that took me 1 years to pay off and it is now nothing more than a decoration taking up space in my kitchen. Shame on LG Electronics and Home Depot for selling defective appliances. I make just a little over minimum wage and have no way to purchase a new range. This makes me so mad. I have had ranges that lasted over 20 years and now my range just sits there doing nothing!

Our unit is about a year and a half old, we have not used it much, it is the type that mounts over the stove. I noticed a piece of black plastic on the stove top, it came from the microwaves door, after further inspection I see many hairline cracks on the bottom segment of the door, just a matter of time before it falls apart. The door of a microwave is very important, it prevents microwave radiation from getting out of the microwave. There used to be very strict guidelines on the way the doors were constructed and life tested, just for this reason. I do not know how LGs door could have passed any life test.

LG Microwave Mod# LMC0975ST/01. This microwave came with a very user friendly owners manual, that I like. Unlike my other microwaves this one has a hexagon rotating ring with six wheels for the glass tray to sit on. Plus the glass tray has glass bump outs on the bottom that fit into a bump out shaft on the microwave bottom. No more dislocated dishes falling or sliding off. This microwave has performed better than I expected and I have enjoyed using it from day one. It has all the usual programs like, Smart diagnosis, Auto cook, Auto reheat, Popcorn, Defrost, Power level, Cook time, Stop/clear, Start/enter, interrupted cooking. There is a beautiful sleek smoke glass full front panel that will match any decor. I found the tip section on what to use, or not to use, when it comes to microwave-safe cookware very useful. There is also a Child Lock safety feature, and the sound signals are very audible on this microwave. There is a clock, Kitchen timer and a easy to use, slide touch timer. Dont forget to read the maintenance section. I found it very helpful. Limited warranty for Canada or the USA, is provided at the back and there is also a 1-800 number plus their website.

However, several attempts to get some type of follow through and repair was unsuccessful. The oven condition showed that it had been defective when the range was manufactured. Gus from LG did not return phone calls after the pictures were sent by mail and then faxed. To this date, I have not heard anything back from the company. This incident will determine what purchases I make in the future.

I bought a 4 door LG refrigerator. Its a French door on top with 2 freeze drawers in the bottom. I paid about $50 more to get a counter depth which is fantastic for the space in my modular home with an air vent in front of the space. This model has plenty of space in the refrigerator compartment. It looks like changing the water filter will be easy and convenient. It does have a drawer at the bottom which is nice but it would have been a better design if it would slide out when only one door is open on the refrigerator. You have to have both doors open to utilize the space. The same with the right side drawer that holds produce. You cant get it open all the way before the left edge hits the center strip of the left side French door. I have only had it a month so will have to do another review after 5 years. This LG is a replacement for a 4 1/2 year Samsung that had constant problems with the ice maker freezing up.. I Will never buy Samsung products again. Their Customer Service is atrocious.

We bought an LG stackable washer and dryer. It was delivered today. The electric dryer doesn’t come with an electrical cord to plug into the wall so you can actually use it. No one told us that-you actually have to pay extra for the cord! I can’t believe it. If you pay $160 for installation, they include the cord but otherwise—nnnnooooooo. We too made the mistake of purchasing an LG front loading washer and dryer
We too made the mistake of purchasing an LG front loading washer and dryer from Best Buy. After just 15 months, the circuit board on the dryer went out. The technician that came out told us it was probably because of the vibrations from the washer which the dryer was stacked on top of. The salesperson at Home Depot, who sold us the stacking package, never indicated that this could create a problem. Lucky for us that when I called LG, they agreed to extend our warranty enough to cover the bad circuit board. They would not refund the $85 I spent having a technician come to my house to diagnose the original problem. I have read a lot of complaints about LG washers and dryers and I cannot believe that no consumer groups or the consumer protection agency of our government have not jumped all over this. A dryer used under normal conditions should work for years without any of the types of major problems that are being noted all over the internet. I, for one, will never buy an appliance from Best Buy nor another LG appliance.

I bought this oven for my husband in December. In July he cooked a pork roast in the lower oven. The area between the 2 panes of glass filled with grease and condensation. We looked at the top of the door and it is designed without any type of seal to prevent this from happening. I called the company and they said this is a maintenance issue and not covered. There is absolutely no way to clean this awful looking door so now Im left with a new oven that looks 30 years old and dirty. This is a terrible design flaw and no business should carry LG if they dont stand behind their products. The oven looked very pretty in the store with its blue interior, but, unless you never plan to cook I would not recommend even considering this oven. Wish I would have read these reviews before my purchase, thats what I get for impulse buying. Ill now be back to Best Buy shopping for a new oven and giving this one to the scrappers.

After Redoing our house after Hurricane Sandy, I thought I would buy this Top of the line washer and dryer. The dryer is great, no complaints, however, the washing machine (Top-Load Direct Drive) does nothing but force dirty water through the clothes. Even with bleach, I could not get socks or floor washing pads at least clean looking. I despise this washing machine and will not buy another LG product especially from Home Depot. When I called about possibly getting service, they referred me to an Electronics company... Enough said. The electronics company wants to charge $80 to come Look at it. There is mechanically nothing wrong with the machine, it just doesnt work well and honestly, hasnt worked well since day one. This pushing water through the clothes is not effective at all. I would prefer a machine with an agitator but, those are hard to find. This machine is not that old and is not used all that much so, I have read reviews of the same situation and it is very clear not to buy this machine. I had read such great reviews for this machine but, am so disappointed because it has lead to nothing but additional costs for me to take at least some washes to the local laundromat on a regular basis. That is how ridiculous this has become. A fairly new (Bought in 8/2013) washing machine and I have to go to the laundromat to get my clothes clean. Buyer Beware on this product.

The specifications on my LG washer state it will pump up to 96 inches high. It does not, and leaves water in the bottom of the tub. It is a LG WM3575 CW, Serial #: 602PNGX2H359, purchased on May 6 2016. It was delivered, installed on May 9 2016. The washer has not drained properly since. I emailed LG on June 2, 2016 about my complaint. I received no response. I submitted an email again on June 7th. I still did not receive a response. After several phone calls, a technician was scheduled to come out on June 17th. He took photos and determined the product was not working as designed from day one and was installed properly. His recommendation was a pedestal or add a check valve to the drain pipe.I contacted LG everyday the following week. Each time I was told I would get a return call. After several calls, it was determined that the photos taken by the technician never made it to the office. I had to take my own photos, and email on June 30th. Now they are saying maybe the extra bend in the hose is the problem. The hose has to bend to go up and it has to bend to turn down into the drain. That is normal and is exactly what the pictures look like on the install diagrams. On August 4th I had another technician inspect the washer, and he gave the same diagnosis as the last technician. I have an open case with BBB # **. The case opened in July, and LG has until August 12th. I called customer executive services to give LG an opportunity to provide a resolution. The representative Robert, supervisor # ** assisted me. He provided the best customer service he could. He researched the information and spoke with technicians and supervisors in order to provide a resolution to the satisfy the customer. I suggested LG provide me a pedestal to determine if that would resolve the issue. LG stated they do not manufacture pedestals, so they cannot provide one. What a failure on your part LG. I will not buy LG again!

We have had an F3 error code issue for months, it threw the error for the first time 2 years to the month from date of manufacture. We have had the range for 26 months and the error for the last six months of that. After numerous calls with LG they would tell us to unplug the unit and at first that would clear the error only for it to return a few days to a week later, then when those calls resulted in the error never clearing they suggested that we have a tech out to fix it at our own expense since it was beyond warranty. After numerous visits from a LG referred appliance repair company, having LG first suggest we spend $200 on a part to replace the buttons, then when that didnt work asked to spend another $160 on the actual control panel part for the electronic system LG shipped a part for this stove which does not fit in the actual model we have. They apparently have discontinued the original part that is needed, at this point there is no part that fits our range which was manufactured 2 years ago in March 2018, we received the stove in June 2018 and have had issues with the F3 error button in a continuous shortage stage since about March 2020.This was not a cheap gas range. It cost ~$2,000 and to have spent $360 on parts + another $200 on labor at this point we are so frustrated. that is $560 that we could have put towards a stove that would not be a continuous pain the the side to have repaired, for an issue that should not be coming up so close to the manufacture date on an appliance of this cost only to find that they dont make the part we need any longer. I would not recommend purchasing a LG range to anyone I know.

It often takes an entire day to do one load of laundry because this LG top load washer WT4870CW cannot balance itself and vibrates severely and smacks into the wall. Often, when I try to rebalance a load, the load seems to be already balanced, but the machine does not think it is balanced. This HE machine is supposed to save water, but the water constantly runs as the machine tries to balance at the spin at the end of the wash and during the rinse cycle. I have tried to contact LG several times through their online portal and they ignore my requests for service, or send me a video about how to balance the machine (the machine is level). Now going through the calling them phase of trying to get this resolved. I hate this machine and wish I had never bought it. I had a an old Kenmore dishwasher that lasted some 20+ years. It worked great but after so much use (twice a day!), I had to replace this n that on it but overall it was awesome! The end came when we were no longer able to buy the electronic board to operate (most of the repairs/replacement we did on our own, following the schematics and watching Youtube video instructions). Alas, finally, it died and the search was on for a new dishwasher. I read many reviews and settled on the LG. That was my first mistake. The LG was installed 6.18.18 (model #LDT7808ST). I was very excited to have a new, modern dishwasher after all these years! It was sadly short lived. Just a few short months later, I was sick of hearing the bing bing bing that goes off to alert the user of escaping steam. Except there wasnt any escaping steam. When the repairman came out ($150), he told me it was a problem with this model in that the steam created was leeching into the electronics and causing the board to short out, thus the bing bing bing noises. He replaced the board with a newly designed board to alleviate this issue that LG knew about. Finally the sound stopped and all was well. Except a few months later the binging began again. During the interim, I found on two different occasions, small chunks of black rubber. Now what?? I searched inside the dishwasher but couldnt find anything...until yesterday. Now I realize its part of the cowling that feeds water inside the tub. Unfortunately in order to see exactly whats going on with it, I have to figure out how to remove the lower water arm. And because this cowling has become unstable, its blocking the arm from turning freely. So now I have a lower armature that is half-way turning and binging and bonging and dishes that are being poorly washed. COLOR ME DONE! DO NO BUY THIS BRAND DISHWASHER!! I paid over $1,000 and its falling apart after a year and a half. LG brags that the motor has a ten year warranty. That is little value when the rest of the machine is falling apart before a year is even over!

LG French door model - I purchased one of the most expensive fridges in the LG lineup about 3.5 years ago. It stopped working - no cold air anywhere. I called LG, and they offered me a flat rate deal to send a technician and fix the fridge (about $210). I paid and a technician came. The problem was the compressor relay. He could not order the part because it was discontinued. It took LG 4 weeks to agree that the part was not available (during that time, I was without a fridge). Every time I called to inquire, they told me to be patient. Now, their only offer is to pro-rate the fridge value and pay me around $900 towards the value of a new LG Fridge. I asked for a replacement; they refused. To add insult to injury, they said I am not even getting back the full $210 repair cost because the technician still has to get paid, although nothing was fixed. LG makes a wide range of goods. We purchased this LG refrigerator (LFXC24726D $3,022.99) from HDP in 2016 and have had the compressor to go out in Sept. 28, 2018. We lost all of our food, which they did not replace. This just happened to occur a year after the loss of my husband. This added to the agony of lifes challenges. Now less than 3 months later the freezer goes out. This is now the food in the freezer lost. LG initially said there would not be a charge for the repair. The technician arrives and tells me that there is a charge because this is a different issue not related to the compressor. On December 26, 2018 (my birthday) I called LG and was on hold for an extreme amount of time, only to get transferred again to speak to supervisor Sharon to tell me that there will be a charge; but as a courtesy they will give me a one time credit for the loss of my food in the amount of $125.00. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! $125.00 FOR WHAT HOUSEHOLD IS THIS!!! We lost all of our food in September 2018 and then on December 24, 2018 we lost all of the food in the freezer! I explained the age of this refrigerator to the LG representative Sharon, the issues and all the loss incurred. She proceeded to tell me that there is no one else I can speak to (before I could even ask) and that I would have to pay the service fee. LG SUCKSSSSSS!!! After all of the food we have lost at Christmas!! I am so sorry to have ever purchased this refrigerator. I am even more regretful to have any LG products in our home at this low grade of customer service. I am no longer an LG supporter and advise anyone who is spending their hard earned dollars to spend it where it will not be wasted like this because this just is not right. I AM SO UNHAPPY WITH LG!! I purchased a new LG Microwave Nov, 2018. It stopped heating during the coronavirus. I went to LG who said they might be able to help, but nobody ever called or emailed. They said unplug it and plug it back in thru Facebook. I called their recommended service provider and they said it would be cheaper to just get a new one. I waited a couple of weeks, and still havent heard so we had to go buy a brand new microwave. DO NOT BUY LG. All they had to do was fix it or refund me. This is absolutely the worst time to go without a microwave and have terrible service on top of it.

We purchased an LG LDF7551ST dishwasher in June 2012 for $800. While under warranty, in June 2013, it stopped working (Error message E1) and needed service and parts replaced. In September 2013, the same issue occurred and the dishwasher needed to be serviced and similar parts replaced. This happened a third time this past Tuesday, July 15. This is obviously defective merchandise and LG refuses to replace the machine. They say that they are doing me a favor by extending the warranty on the parts being replaced. Some for the second and possibly now the third time.I have, to date, needed to take time off from work five times: once each for the appliance company to come to evaluate the problem and once for them to replace the parts. In addition, I have been on the phone with LG for numerous hours both on hold and trying to get some kind of resolution to this matter. The managers I spoke with both said they are at the highest level of decision making and refused to replace this machine. They told me I could write a letter to LG but it would come to them and nothing more would be done and I would not even get a response. I purchased a defective machine which should be replaced. I do not have the time nor patience to have to deal with this issue every few months.

LG direct drive top load - This machine makes me wish I bought the $300 basic Whirlpool. Every load gets UE code. It’s loud. Uses a lot of water. Ends up taking all day to get laundry done. Is it even worth fixing the constant unbalancing?

No bumpers or feet on heavy grates which immediately scratched cooktop just placing them on brand new gas range. LG should have corrected this problem before putting on market.... now trying to get oven liner to cut out and put underneath grate so I can at least put pots on stove without worrying about scratching brand new gas range.

Top of the line did not last 3 years. It stopped getting cold. We know that happens but the customer service is the worst I have ever seen. I have been on the phone for 2 days now at least 5 hours and they first scheduled a repair with MODERN APPLIANCE SERVICE who said they would be here between 8 and 12 pm on Wed and at 11 pm on Wed they called us to inform us it would be 7 days before they could have someone here. We called LG back again and again and now they will call us back when their scheduling dept finds someone to look at it. Our son has diabetes and has to keep his insulin cold and thats not happening and LG could care less. We are buying ice to keep it cold. No one has called us back and we have talked to with 3 managers so far and no one has called us back and we have no service date yet. Wonder how long this will go on? I am getting ready to call them again and spend today on the phone begging for help after spending $4000 on a Refrigerator. Update. We took their phone survey after their 10th call and said we were not happy with the results of the call and they had the ** to call us right back tell me they did not appreciate the review or deserved the low score on the review I gave them. Now we still have a $4000 refrigerator that is not working, cant get anyone to fix it for any amount of money and they have time to call me and tell me they did not like my review. I am speechless. It seems they are not going to help us and I am not sure they will call back now. I think I am going to have to place these reviews every hour until I get some attention. So be it.
