Product Reviews:

Ease of use, intuitive and good looking. Compliments my existing kitchen appliances and decor. I have a GE profile and has lasted now for about 6 years. I really don’t have any issues with the microwave and never needed any kind of service on it.

Internet stated refrigerators should last a minimum of 13 yrs and up. Mine is less than 5 yrs. old, a Maytag 25 cu. ft. French Door Bottom Mount Ref. with freezer on the bottom (MFF2558VEW). Had to replace upper gasket in less than 1 yr. of purchase and needs another now (not affecting the sealing aspect on doors, more aesthetic on upper door thin flap that tears easily).Drain plug & configuration for drain was a known manufacturers defect, but cost me money to replace as 3 yr. extended warranty expired. Lower gasket had to be replaced in yr. 4 of ownership, bottom of freezer was producing a sheet of ice that needed removal every week. Normal settings is #3 for both top and bottom, worked fine for 4 yrs at this setting.Last month irregular cooling started to occur- top down to 52 degrees and bottom freezer below -20 degrees - ice cream hard as rock, have to defrost each time in microwave. Maytag repairman said could find nothing wrong, but try emptying entire contents and unplug for 24 hrs. I could hear pieces of ice melting and dropping throughout the evening. Next morning towels I had put around frig were saturated with water. Restarted frig after 24 hrs. and was working fine for 5 wks. This week same exact problem returned so I did the same thing only this time I had to go out and buy a small chest freezer as I had a full one in my Maytag and no place to put frozen food. It is nearing 24 hrs. and no water has appeared on the floor nor did I hear any ice melting and dropping - so don't know what to do. Will call repair man again and see what he suggests. As soon as I can afford another $1400 frig (this was on sale for $1,002 after discounts, but I will buy a less expensive one this time) I will purchase another brand with NO French doors and no bottom freezer. I loved my frig the first 3 yrs. under warranty, but now causing me too much physical problems having to empty and restock frig for repairs. I have a Tappan Frigidaire in the garage that is from 1998 - I bought from a neighbor who was moving and it has been working fine for 16 yrs. with no repairs. They don't make them like they used to!

I purchased a GE Cafe Over-the-Range Microwave along with a GE Range. It was delivered on Nov 2009. The control panel started acting up and quit working altogether in May 2011. I called GE and found that the replacement part and repair was almost as much as I paid for the microwave. After talking to several people and making my case, I was told they would give me a discount on replacing my unit. I was to look at microwaves and let them know which one I wanted. I have left several messages and no one at GE will return a call.

Just a few days back I am ashamed to say that I wrote a bad review about Sharp microwave when mine broke down after 8 days beyond the warranty period. I SHOULD have contacted Sharp customer service before writing the review but it was a Sunday. Monday morning I called Sharp microwave division using and explained my problem. I was transferred to customer service and the person was extremely polite and nice and told me just fax or e-mail as an attachment the label from inside my microwave and the bill of sale. I sent them and within minutes got a response thanking me and explaining that I will be getting a replacement within 3-5 days. That was on this past Monday - 11/21/16. Expected the delivery after this holiday rush. To my surprise, I got the replacement this morning. So in future I will buy only Sharp equipment - we already had Sharp TV and another microwave. Thank you again for posting my review.

Worst experience I have had as a consumer - ever. I ordered an LG microwave 1/3/18 through a third-party, AJ Madison. It was delayed weeks (not LG's fault), when I finally received it and plugged it in it had a code of death - F11. It never worked, not even ONE SECOND. That was middle of March. It's now May 3, 2018. I have sent in repeated receipts, responded to their letters, requests for more information, taken pictures, cut up serial numbers, signed declarations that I did in fact buy the microwave. Gotten the third party involved and had them try on my behalf to no avail! They now want me to send them a receipt having bought a second one of these before they'll send me my money back for the January 3, 2018 purchase! I'm on hold again with LG, 26 minutes into it and the customer service wants to 'explain the process to me' - you've got to be kidding me. LG, as a very American, cooperative consumer who has purchased 14 appliances in the last year and done lots of shopping - this is the WORST customer service experience I have ever had!

We had bought a Samsung microwave from a local store roughly around 3 years back. After the expiry of warranty period which is one year it started facing technical faults for which we called Samsung service center and after paying Rs2000 the problem got solved. And now after 2 more years the same problem has re-appeared. So will advice not to buy Samsung products.

Had it over 12 yrs. Never a problem. It’s a wall mount microwave. Easy to clean stainless steel. A bit of a pain to clean the stainless steel inside of microwave. Would recommend the microwave to people looking for one.

Electrolux Model EI28BS56IS8 /double door refrigerator /micro - Final straw was today; after three service visits on our Electrolux microwave they replaced it. That was good however now the new one is starting to make a funny noise. If that was not frustrating enough the ice maker continues to not work. They obviously have a problem with this; I continue to see others with the same problem. Tech have been out four times in the year and half we have had the product. Now today the water dispenser stopped working. FRUSTRATING!

Since there is no extra switch, it can be easily used by grandmothers after practicing. Because it is big, you can warm anything, so there is no trouble.

GE brags about employing its own service technicians yet, when I called to schedule an appointment to fix our Advantium 120 microwave (3 years old), they told me that unless I provided proof of purchase to the technician, he would charge me even for parts under warranty such as the magnetron tube. This in spite of the fact that they have all the purchase information at their fingertips, as I reported when we registered our purchase. They even told me our date of purchase, had our address, email address, etc. They dismissed my suggestion that an email from them to me that I could show the technician should suffice. After 3 years and severe family health issues, I have sadly misplaced the proof of purchase, not realizing that registering the appliance for warranty provided no real benefit; not even proof that I didn't steal the thing. I am saddened that a company of the former stature of GE would stoop so low to avoid a legitimate warranty repair.
