Product Reviews:

Great dishwasher, very nice, and works well. Recommend it to anybody. I recently purchased it, and have noticed a MASSIVE difference from my other one. Before some dishes were still dirty, now everything is clean! This dishwasher is a perfect fit, and it's not too small or too big! I love how many dishes can fit in it and how sturdy it seems to be! This thing really is amazing! It's looks really nice, and kinda futuristic! I like how it looks different from everything else. It's quite cool actually! I love it so much! I would get another if I could.

This dishwasher is now close to 10 years old. It still runs and cleans dishes just as well as it did when new. I have never had to have any repair work done on it, and find it is one of my most reliable appliances. Both the upper and lower baskets are very roomy. Even with my large family, I can fit all of a week's dishes--including pots and pans into one load. There is enough space between the two baskets for taller dishes, and enough space up top for taller glasses. The stainless steel front blends nicely with most kitchen decors. Plus, the stainless steel is easy to keep clean. Its black accents match other appliances in my kitchen. Overall, even though it's almost 10 years old, it still has a modern look that enhances my kitchen's appearance. I have many times over gotten the value for the money paid for this dishwasher. It is economical in its water usage, and its dependability has saved me from spending money to repair or replace it.

I bought a Maytag dishwasher to match other appliances in kitchen. Work great, not loud and gets dishes clean. Have owned it for 10 years and have one problem with the door latch. But it was easy and inexpensive to replace.

Easter is in five days. Our dishwasher purchased in December 2014 is not working. It has been broken since December 2015. Repairmen have been here THREE times. We were told that our warranty only covers parts and repair. Our dishwasher does not wash dishes. We went for a more expensive model and it didn't last a year. Whirlpool, remember your commercial?

About the washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The washer has done great. The dryer is constantly broken. The dishwasher simply does not clean dishes well at all. I've had Kenmore and Maytag and would recommend either over these worthless, expensive pieces of junk. The dryer heating element has burned out six times or more. Clearly, there is some defect that should warrant a recall. Dishes have to be pretty much washed by hand before putting them in the dishwasher. It is worthless.

Top rack not getting clean even though dishwasher is fairly new. Disassembled the whole thing and had repair guy in who was clueless as to how to fix it. So frustrating. If anyone knows how to fix it, pls let me know.

I purchased my $650.00 dishwasher on 08/06/11. I just finished making an appointment for service for the fifth time. Each service is for the same blown internal fuse. If the fuse keeps blowing, there must be a reason; although the service tech assured me that the unit is in perfect working order. I guess that the fuse blows for no reason, but there must be a reason! I'm sending a copy of this to my insurance company in case your dishwasher sets my house on fire.

We have a Kenmore dishwasher now and have had Kenmores of different kinds; all with good luck. Good brand for anyone. I fully recommend them for your use. We also have a freezer and refrigerator from Kenmore. Over the years we have used Kenmore many, many times.

I love everything about this dishwasher, especially how unbelievably quiet this is when it's on. I would buy this dishwasher again. It cleans wonderfully & is very easy to use.

Having purchased an entire kitchen of KitchenAid products, almost every one has broken - more than once. While the company repaired the dishwasher handle the first time it broke, they refused to fix the dishwasher door, which flops open dangerously. I paid over $100 to have it fixed. Now that the microwave, which comes on spontaneously, must be fixed, they've agreed to that, but not the handle that broke off or the faux-stainlesss/plastic vent cover that ironically fell on the floor days after the call. Turns out they now admit that the dishwasher door is a chronic problem and they'll cover it, but in astonishingly rude tones, refused to fully fix or replace the microwave, even though I have paid for defects they now acknowledge. Instead, they've invited me to buy a new vent cover at my own expense, investing additional money in their plainly substandard appliances. Or, I can buy a new KA microwave = at 15% off?! (To be clear, I would sooner set $649 on fire and use the flame to cook). Customer service is, at the corporate level, woefully rude and disinterested in customer satisfaction, seemingly having deaf and numb to their growing number of angry consumers. Amazingly, I visited a friend in L.A. who has the same appliances. And the same problems.
