2 yr old LG French door LMX31985ST/0. Repaired at 16 months (defrost grill in freezer) $300. Repaired at 28 months 4x still not working (1/4/16 to today 2/12/16) error code F ds. LGs response to us was reset the fridge using the breaker from the electrical service box). We did and have had to do for 6 weeks. Repair company replaced at our expense: freezer defrost sensor $175 parts/labor. Main board parts and labor $175. Sensor for fridge $300 parts and labor. So after paying $950 in repairs over the course of 1 year and 1 month the fridge today was dripping water on the floor from the ice maker which we find is NOT WORKING now. No error code even on the fridge!! The fridge is not cooling, the ice maker is not working, and the freezer has thawed everything overnight (so the defrost is stuck on??) So 4 repairs and it is still not working, in fact it is ON but NOT WORKING! LG will do NOTHING like this has never happened before??? So after spending $950 for repairs and $3300 for the fridge in (Oct 2013) we have a piece of junk!

I bought an LG refrigerator in 2013 and the warranty for the compressor was 10 years. In 2017 it stopped working and we spent over $700 and 5 months trying to repair it. After 4 months of the repairs it stopped working again and LG wanted to charge again for repairs and never offered to replace the unit. The appliance was a piece of junk and LG was not willing to offer a viable solution. It was a waste of money, time and food! I will never buy another LG appliance again. Terrible service!

I purchased a complete kitchen full of LG stainless steel appliances to update my kitchen. There is no way you can keep the stainless on any of these appliances, mostly the refrigerator looking good. Hand smudges and any water drips on exterior surface of stainless are impossible to get off. I have tried every brand of stainless steel appliance cleaner on the market. It is a full time daily ritual cleaning, wiping, rubbing, and polishing the stainless surfaces of these appliances and still I cant get some water drip marks off, and I have no children. I know theyre not smudge proof but I should be able to clean them up to look like something. And I thought I was updating!

My 3.5 year old LG fridge stopped working 2 days ago...no warning. The front panel said the fridge was -4 and the freezer -17 but everything defrosted. This is terrible for an appliance just a few years old. I believe there are potential class action lawsuits about these fridges. Very disappointed. My Maytag fridge is still working after 20 years.

We have had our refrigerator for less than three years. The compressor quit with no warning at the end of June. I called LG customer service the same day. At first I was impressed because the rep said someone would be out the next day. Great! Nobody came the next day. I called and said the appointment had been changed and they wouldn’t be there for a week. The repairman came and said yes, it’s the compressor and would have to order it. He scheduled the repair for it for a little over a week from then. Totally unacceptable but what can you do. He came as scheduled but had ordered the wrong compressor. He had to order a new one and couldn’t come back until July 24th.This is just ridiculous. We are not college kids needing to cool our beverages. This is a family with many spoiled products and over one month of no refrigerator. I think the company should take the old refrigerator immediately and provide a new one. Or else give our money back so we can get a reliable product from some other company. Will be telling my circle of people never to buy an LG product because they do not have an adequate solution to the problem.

Our LG front load washing machine has a cycle that intermittently opens and closes the water valve that causes severe water hammer in the plumbing system. This is very bad for your plumbing and will cause damage. Ive installed a water hammer arrestor, but wasnt any better. Very bad vibrations and unacceptable noise during wash/rinse cycles - unit actually moves across the floor! And needs continuous cleaning of soap and softener dispensers - clothes smell badly if you dont. Dryer does not perform well either - takes 2 hours to dry a load! I would never recommend LG to anyone - spent over $1,800 for the washer/dryer pair with pedestals, and have replaced them in less than 3 years with conventional pair!!!

We purchased this oven in February 2016 years ago and it stopped working properly several months ago. Now the oven temperature does not get hot enough even when raising higher than the normal range. We cant bake anything properly with it because at best, it takes twice as long. Also, this oven has never been easy to clean as advertised. We have found that we have to work just as hard as we did with our older models, and with chemicals to get it clean. It has been a discouraging experience to have purchased a model that was a supposed upgrade only to have it not working in less than 2.5 years. Unfortunately, the warranty was only for 1 year and we did not purchase an extension.

Had issues with knobs - almost got burned. Very expensive stove. Cannot bake in oven. LG company is joke. Called over a two year period - get the runaround. Terrible to deal with. Now we have a stove I cannot use. Paid almost two thousand dollars for it. When we call it’s at least one hour on phone!!! No results. Wish someone could help us. We cannot afford to buy another stove. Don’t buy from LG.

We join the ranks of U.S. consumers writing to bring awareness of the fact that LG is not supporting their warranty for refrigerators that have cooling failure. After working with the company directly for 35 days, they still have not come through. There’s no hope in sight. The refrigerator is 4 yrs. old, costing $3,500. Model number LMXS30776S, 29.7 cu. Ft. French Door-In-Door Stainless Steel w/ Custom Chill Drawer. It was 9 days for them to find a company for servicing. LG scheduled, cancelled 3 appointments. We waited 23 days more, no one showed up today. The service company, A&E and LG blame each other, we are in the middle. Failure to show up for servicing is a common problem amongst consumers. If you read any “canned” response after this complaint, for us to call LG directly, been there. We write because of their epic fails. We are at a financial loss in time, our initial investment and food. I have never seen a company behave so badly. I don’t understand why companies continue to sell LG. We hope someone with authority will hold LG accountable, put a stop to them selling unsupported, defective product in the U. S.

I heard great responses and reviews about this fridge in general and that made me think to buy that brand. It met my expectations. Other brands dont compare to the LG that I have. It was a smart purchase. It is easy, clean fun refrigerator to use. Its low on power. It save energy. Its time efficient, I would tell others to buy this product. It is a great investment to me and others. It is a really good fridge. If I need to improve it I would improve the space. I dislike the spacing. It could use more. Than that I actually has.

LG makes it difficult for repairmen to buy parts. This forces you to use their customer service. I understand the rationale in this, it can help the company ensure the machine gets fixed by an LG approved repairman. Having said this, the LG customer service is based in the Philippines. I dont blame the workers there who are trying their best, however, their training and product knowledge is so limited they are unable to think rationally about a course of action for my problem. I cant prove this, but it seemed that my calls with questions about my LG washer-dryer (which broke 5 times in 2 years) prompted the service centre to consult a script instead of thinking and answering. I wondered this because their answers did not address my question. Based on the other reviews Ive read, this will be my first and last purchase of any LG product. It seems they are designed to be attractively cheap, but break easily, then have poor service to correct the problems. I will never endorse this company to any colleagues.

My wife and I had higher expectations on the model and make. We thought that being a LG model and the new concept of front loading that the clothes would come out cleaner. As far as water consumption no complaints and the company is in the right direction on that topic. But for tumbling of the clothes to get them clean, I think that we need to get back to the drawing board. And as for the quietness of the machine no complaints, either very quiet especially for a washer.

I have almost the exact problem as everyone else here with the nasty mildew/mold smell. The rubber case around the door has black mold around it, which would cause dirty black stain on cotton shirts/bed sheets. If this is obviously a darn bad engineer or defect, why cant we do anything but cry and watch LGs executives getting richer with their Life is good slogan? Does anyone here work in the law department that can help everybody out? All I can do now is to go around and give this link to all websites that carry LG washers so that everybody has a chance to read reviews from the actual users, not paid writers who claim to be experts.

My LG Tromm front loader washing machine finally bit the dust this week. The bearing is completely shot and I am ready for a new washer. I bought this washing machine in Feb. 2008, so I have had it for 7 years. I paid 1,000.00 for it then and would of expected it to last a lot longer than 7 years. What is wrong with this picture, this is America, why cant we get satisfaction from a company selling faulty merchandise. Dont BUY LG, it is crap, I heard there was a class action suit, I called the attorneys office handling this and they said it was dismissed and had no further information. Bought the refrigerator in December of 2017. In June of 2021 the compressor went out. Had a technician come out. Told me it was a compressor. LG says they have to send their own own technician out to confirm it is the compressor. Their guy comes out. Confirms what the 1st guy said. LG gets the order for the parts, the technician comes out a month later, puts in the whole new compressor. Next day refrigerator isnt working yet again. Called the technician. They say they dont have anyone available and that if its not working then I need to call lg back. I call LG only to learn that they say the same technician has to come out and they can discuss with their technician over the phone whats wrong with my refrigerator. I will never buy anything from this company again. Horrible customer service. Very, disrespectful. They dont care about their customers whatsoever and if they say they do its a flat out lie.

Every time I called, I got a different explanation of what I had to do to get a resolution. I basically got lied to every time I called. I got from 2 days to 15 days. Then I got, “Oh, you must submit this and that.” Every one of them that I could understand said, “Oh, sorry for your problem. Ill note that and that is all I can do.” As well as, “System is down today, sorry.” I requested a senior advisor or someone and never got anything but, “All I can do is note that, so sorry. Anything else I can do?The cost from the spoiled food I have had to throw out over the years is astronomical. The fact that I havent gotten seriously sick from the food is miraculous. Every time I had a little food that didnt taste right, I threw it out. There were so many times my ranch salad dressing tasted so sour, but I ate some and served it. But then I replaced it. I and my guests are lucky we werent poisoned, though I have had some minor stomach bouts. And now think I know why.I have suffered with a horrible refrigerator from LG for almost 5 years. I purchased an extended warranty (worthless) from Assurant. It has malfunctioned since day 1. I made a few calls early on and gave up...Due to personal circumstances recently (divorce and unemployment), I needed to have my refrigerator working for my future sustenance. So before the warranty ran out, I started on this ridiculous journey of trying to get it fixed. It has turned into a nightmare. And from what I can gather, guess I am lucky my house didnt burn down from some defect LG knew about, as well as not to be dead from food poisoning.

I bought one of LGs “French door” models in July 2014. The compressor has already gone out. Initially, I really liked the unit, with the exception that the ice maker in the door did not stay cold enough and the ice melts together and has to be thrown out every few days. I was willing to overlook this because the rest of the refrigerator worked great. Produce stays fresh for several weeks.I am giving this refrigerator and LG 1 star mostly because of the service, which is almost non-existent. I wish I could give it 0 stars. I knew that the compressor was out because I woke up one morning and both the refrigerator and freezer were warm, even though the lights and water dispenser were still working and I could not hear the compressor. I tried to “diagnose” the issue so I could let the LG representative know, but it would not give me a reading. The ability to use your smartphone to diagnose issues was one of the selling points of this refrigerator. However, I had to wait two weeks (including over Labor Day weekend) just to have someone come to confirm that the compressor was the issue. The service person opened the refrigerator and used his own phone to determine that the compressor was out. I had to pay him the $100.00 trip fee for him to do something that I should have been able to do. Then I had to wait another 8 days for them to order the parts and come back to install the new compressor. The day before the second appointment, they called to confirm that all of the parts had arrived, but only 2 of the 3 parts had come. They told me they were cancelling the appointment and rescheduling it for another week out. I had to demand that they keep the appointment and I tracked down the missing part myself and picked it up at UPS. Finally, the technician came to replace the compressor yesterday, and I immediately knew something was wrong because it made a loud vibrating noise that has not stopped, which began as soon as he left. I called him and left a message but didn’t get a callback. He had indicated that it would take until this morning to cool down enough for food storage. I decided to wait it out and see if the noise would stop. Not only did the noise not stop, but the refrigerator and freezer are still warmer than the inside of my home.I now get to wait another 5 days for them to come back to re-check the refrigerator. I do not have a second refrigerator, so I am living out of a dorm-size refrigerator and buying ice at the gas station. My interactions with LG and A & E Service have been so negative and their service has been so slow that I have decided to use a different brand of appliances in a new home that is under construction. I will never buy another LG product again.

We purchased an LG refrigerator French door/bottom freezer drawer approximately 2.5 years ago. Recently, the refrigerator stopped freezing so we called a repairman. We were told by the repairman that the repair cost would be greater than the price of a new refrigerator. We went back to the selling retailer and asked what they could do for us. After reading all the entries in this section, I thought Id let others know that you are not alone. In a nutshell, my LG frig (bottom freezer model LRFC22750SW) had to have the motherboard replaced 3 times in the first 2 years: the lights staying on problem happened twice and one time the light bulbs inside the fridge exploded in my face when I tried to remove them with an oven mitt. The clamps at the top of the doors broke off for no apparent reason. They just fell into my hand one day. The gasket around the fridge doors failed. The icemaker failed. The front dented after barely nudging it. The freezer was blasting frost throughout due to a relay switch going bad. But heres the kicker - there was a class action lawsuit filed due to the lights in the fridge staying on and melting the inside of the fridge. I joined the claim and they advised that my $408 for one of the repairs would be reimbursed. This was over a year ago and I have not received any reimbursement to date. What astonishes me is that some sites say LG refrigerators are in the top 10 of certain lists. I dont understand how this can be true, especially seeing all these complaints on this site. Needless to say, I will never buy another LG and I will never recommend the brand to anyone for any type of device.

I have had the LG WT4870CT top load washer that I purchased exactly two years ago. I noticed rust around the bleach dispenser so I notified LG and let them know about the problem. When I finally got the proof of purchase to them they told me that I did not wipe the area properly. The rust is coming from under the bleach dispenser, leaking through to the top. I will need to hire someone to get to the area under the dispenser so I can take a picture of the problem. If I do it myself they might say they will not guarantee something that was not professionally repaired. It is very frustrating.

We purchased an LG Bottom Drawer Freezer (Model #LFX21976ST/05) 2 1/2 years ago. Recently water was dripping from the door. The ice in the ice machine was melting, and the food in the freezer was half frozen! LG customer service was helpful trying to determine the problem, walking me through trouble shooting what the problem could be only to let me know I would be charged $210.00 for a service call. I looked online and found out this is a common complaint and that even after service the same thing occurs after some time... I am disgusted that LG isnt honoring their customers by doing the right thing and repairing these defective refrigerators free of charge. VERY sad considering we love other LG products.

Since purchasing this refrigerator just a few years ago and thinking it would be great only a few months afterwards came the first compressor failure. Having to call customer service somewhere Across the Universe and get in touch with anyone who is willing to come out and fix it was a chore. Apparently most repair places do not want to work with LG because of these issues and their difficulty in compliance. And when they came out and checked it then the compressor took weeks to get there. Each time. This happened at least three more times and I think four because one time they claimed it was something else but three times it has been a compressor failure. So much so that the technician who came recently to the house actually had a compressor on his truck because he said nine times out of 10 the refrigerator has a compressor failure again and again so they are carrying them on their trucks. We have gone weeks and weeks without a refrigerator. I have never in my life had a refrigerator with such poor service. In fact never had to deal with anything with any of my refrigerators until this expensive supposedly excellent refrigerator. I promise I will never again purchase another one of these and I am insisting my husband get in touch with the manufacturers to replace this refrigerator as it has now failed on all counts and MEETS CRITERIA FOR THE LEMON LAW and it is a TOTAL LEMON.***It is impossible to deal with something that is going to ruin your food over and over again and leave you without any recourse until someone gets there again to fix it and you never know when its going to happen. We purchased an LG washer. I love the fact that without the middle paddle you can wash large items like king size spreads and comforters and all the clothes actually are treated more gently. I do not like buying new if the old is still working. Being able to get parts and having really good people who can and will work to keep the old model going. Regular repairs is a nightmare. Been there and done that, days without your appliance and you have to wash most days to keep the family in clean clothes and towels etc. Also low quality construction, which usually means noise pollution and the appliance walking all over the floor or pulling loose from the connections and the room being flooded. This LG washer that I bought was the same price as for the Maytag that I had purchased 20 years before. It is high quality construction, stays where it is supposed to when it spins. Large size drum that washes very small loads with much less soap and water, or very large items like winter coats, king size bedding, comforters, etc. One thing I do not like is that everything rinses in cold water no matter which setting you use, and I like to be able to decide what temperature I want for the wash cycle and the temperature I want for the rinse. But all in all, that is the only thing I do not like about these computer controlled washers.

I bought an LG side by side refrigerator for my home. Recently, I am a divorced single mother of a 2 year old, trying to start over. Here it is, one and a half years later and my fridge totally thawed out all of my meat in my refrigerator. My milk is spoiled and all of my meat and vegetables are rotted and ruined. I am barely scraping by paying the bills, starting over again and I should not have to be buying a fridge after a 1 1/2 years. This is ridiculous. Customer services are good in telling you that your warranty ended at 1 year and that is it. No, they have no sympathy. LG LMX225964 French Door refrigerator - I wish I could rate this product as a minus 100. I have never made a worse appliance purchase and will NEVER buy LG again. This French door refrigerator is less than 6 years old (purchased from BrandsMart) and for the last 1 1/2 years Ive received Error IF every couple of months. This means the ice maker fan is frozen (AGAIN) and I have to remove all food from the refrigerator and freezer, put it in the garage refrigerator, and thaw out the unit. Although this process is reminiscent of an older, simpler time it is more than aggravating. I would replace the ice fan assembly but that part is no longer available and there is no replacement part (so much for making repair parts available for 7 years). LG lost a large class action lawsuit on a number of models having a similar problem, but alas my model was not included. (The law firm that handled that case is Callahan, Thompson, Sherman Caudill LLP, http://ctsclaw.com.) This may be the weekend I finally test-drive the sledgehammer on this poor excuse of a refrigerator.

I go on and with all the problems I have had with this fridge from one month after I got it and all the food that I have lost and LG wont do nothing about it. Especially now that it is off of warranty. It first started with the ice maker and then the fans that keep going out in the freezer and you would have to turn the numbers and it would end up freezing the food on top and then it get so warm you end up throwing all of your food out. Just like the other day, I had to throw over half of my food and food is not cheap. I have had repairman and repairman after repairman out and it maybe fixed for a couple of weeks or a month and it would be back at it again. I have tried to get LG to replace it or give my money back and they couldnt care less. I have asked them about the lemon policy they mention in the paper and they couldnt care less. Just like would tell me there is no such thing and I would tell them I have it here in black and white and now that my extended warranty is out, Home Depot wont have anything to do with you. They just want to go away. I cant afford to buy another one but do they care? Heck, no. They think youll just go out and replace it. I paid close to $2,000 for it and they dont. Now the top half is keeping things so warm I cant trust putting food in it because in a couple of days, it would be sour and would just have to throw it out. Now dont expect them or anyone to help you. Now, my ice maker is at it again and my electric bill is really showing it because I have to turn it up. All I am asking them to do is replace it and not with the same model and you think they would even bother consider that, no!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What the consequences is that you dont get a replacement or get any money back and lime. I said I could go on for days of all the problems but what good would it do? So guess who does without a fridge, not them, me. Someone needs to do something with them not even wanting to replace it and when you are willing to even downgrade yourself. I have all the same complaints if not more as everyone else but you only can place so much on this. And no one cares anyways and NO HELP ANYWAY, but I thought I at least could write this and try and WARN OTHER PEOPLE, DONT EXPECT ANY HELP.

Note that we have owned refrigerators for over 35 years, so are quite good
Note that we have owned refrigerators for over 35 years, so are quite good at evaluating them: we like the LG refrigerator overall, the interior layout and the 2 freezer drawers but, it has several annoying drawbacks/problems: (a) the flipper on the left-hand door, which flips to allow the door to properly close, has an extremely close tolerance, and we have already had a repairman come in to adjust it so the door would properly close (he told us its a common problem and showed me how to do it in the future). (b) The design of the ice dispenser is terrible, as it is nearly impossible to position a glass without some ice chips falling outside the glass, and, if you do not notice that someone has left the dispenser switch in the ice setting (a tiny light indicator) and you want a glass of cold water, the ice dispenser dumps out a load of ice before you can stop it, or vice versa, and if you have a visitor, make sure he/she doesnt go to get ice/water by himself; (c) the unit is noisy, as the case vibrates - if I press against the side the vibration stops, but starts again when I take my hand off; and (d) when it was delivered a small plastic part was missing on the flipper hinge, I asked Customer Service if they could just send me that little part, but no, they said they had to send a repairman, which required 2 visits as he could only replace the entire flipper assembly. We would show a friend these conditions before buying an LG.

Model # wm2688HWM: We bought this washer from HH Gregg 5 years ago. The extended warranty was for 5 years. The door on the front of the machine is broken or is not sealed right, 4 different times in the last 5 years. Now, it is doing it again, both leaking water and not sealing. Now, there is no warranty. I feel that LG should replace this washer due to the trouble that we have had with this $1,200 unit. I have receipts on all that was done. This is a lemon!

I simply cannot stand my front load LG washer! From day one, Ive found grey or rust colored random spot on our clothes and towels, and nothing seems to get them out. What a waste! There are a lot of bells and whistles which may seem nice, but I rarely use them and rarely need them. Never would I recommend this product. I miss my old top loading washer.

We purchased an LG lsxs26326s side by side refrigerator (as well as a microwave, oven & dishwasher as we remodeled our kitchen) in April 2015. On Dec 16, 2016 it had stopped cooling. Fortunately, we have a 20+ yr old Kenmore in the basement we were able to move all the food to. Had our own repairman come out Sunday to see what the problem was. Determined the compressor in our ONE AND A HALF YEAR OLD refrigerator had gone out. Now, this part has a TEN YEAR warranty through LG (hm, maybe that should have told us something) HOWEVER, only the PART is covered NOT labor. Sunday night I call LG Service and after a very long and frustrating discussion with someone who barely spoke English, I was informed a Letter of Authorization would be sent by email to our repairman so he could order the part. I requested a rush on that letter as it was a week until Christmas & we had family coming from out of town. Monday, no letter. Tuesday, still no letter. I call again Tuesday night and am informed they tried calling the repairman and got no answer or return call (I know this is a lie as I spoke with them that day to confirm contact from LG). At this point, I demand to have the matter escalated and to speak to a manager. I get put on hold for a while and FINALLY get a manager, whom I might add speaks English clearly (YAY). She proceeds to tell me something completely different than I was told by the previous two reps. Stating they have to talk to the tech while they are at the refrigerator and able to guide them through what to check. THEN, once diagnosed as the compressor the letter of authorization would be sent so the tech could order the part, which would take 3-5 DAYS to receive!!!Now, I am getting angry. She tells me they had available techs on the 20th, 21st & that day (22nd) so I could have just had their tech come out and diagnose it and they would have had the compressor the next day. I told her there was no way in hell I was paying THEIR techs an arm & a leg to fix the refrigerator I purchased a YEAR & HALF ago when my guy was only charging me $60/hr!!! Her response was simply OH. Finally, she send the letter of authorization by email while still on the phone with me. Wednesday morning, I call my tech & they have the email (THANK GOD). They order the part. Thankfully, it comes on Thursday and our guy comes out that evening to replace it. Now, a month later, we are having problems with the ice maker not making ice. UGH!!! I wish we would have just gone with different appliances. I will NEVER EVER EVER purchase another LG product. Purchasing these appliances has literally been a nightmare. They should have paid us to take them for what we have been through with all these appliances!

I have the same issue on my fridge that everyone else has (bad compressor) on a refrigerator that is only 2 years old. I have LG phones, TVs, dishwasher, stove, microwave, washer and dryer. But now I find out that the refrigerators are nothing more than junk due to issues with the compressor. There is a class action lawsuit on this. I spent about 3600.00 for something that lasted 2 years. Unacceptable. Really should be 0 stars.

I purchased an LG LRE30451 In 2006. No problems until recently. The stove would not turn off. You had to either be able to 1. Pull the electrical cord from the wall or 2. Turn off the circuit breaker to get it to turn off. At that time I was not aware of the recall on the stove. The next day, you would get burners that would not come on or you could not control the temperature. I found that there is a factory recall for these ranges for this very problem and that they are a fire hazard. I contacted LG and they told me that it would be 3 to 5 business days for them to get back to me. (Meanwhile you can not to use the stove because of the fire hazard). On the 5th day afternoon, still no contact so I called them. I was told that there were no notes in my file and that they would get someone on it immediately. After numerous calls back and forth I was told they made me an appointment for repair. This was 2 weeks out. They did not even check to see if I was available or not and could not give me time. I asked for the number for the repair facility they made the appointment with and after several calls back to LG they gave me a good number. This repair facility A & E Factory Service stated that they only do service in my area on Thursday and Friday. Someone had to be home from 8 am to 5 pm. Do they not realize people have to work? When I told them no one would be home, they suggested I contact LG to get someone else. Thus yet another call to LG. I was told they could do nothing else that this was the only repair facility in my area. I told them this was unacceptable and I wanted to speak to a supervisor.Well they put a guy named Cortell on the phone. This was as useless as the last bunch I spoke with. He proceeds to tell me that basically it was not his problem I was not available and that they could start the whole process over looking for a different repair facility. Now, I was already told, This was the only repair facility in my area. When I advised him of what I was told prior he stated that I was told incorrect information. I asked how long it would take and he said just to locate a facility was another 3 to 5 days. You’re kidding right. Remember, cannot use the stove due to the fire hazard... When I asked him if LG was going to pay for my husband and I to eat out he stated no. When I told him I would continue to use the stove and if my house burns down it will be LGs problem. He then told me if I continued to use the stove knowing it is defective, it would be on me not them. Needless to say, they expect me to go approximately 1 month without cooking! When I told him they could just replace the stove he stated, We are not going to do that, your model is from 2006. Now just like other people stated you normally have a stove that lasts 20 years before it goes bad. LG products do not last and when you do have an issue their customer service is horrible and they do not care! I am still waiting for the second round to start.

We purchased an LG model lvc22520sw/01 in 2010. We loved the fridge up till about 1 year ago when it would start beeping in the middle of the night, day ... whenever. It drives us nuts. We are a 2-adult household and never leave the door open. Why wont LG address this problem? Our warranty expired and that was when the beeping started. The grill and back are clean; the floor is clean underneath. I just replaced the water filter and it still beeps. Does LG really care about the consumer? Fix this!

Bought a LP1111WXR at Home Depot. Could not get the unit to work. Called LG and they arranged for a service call. At no time did the customer service rep at LG Corporate ask for or require documentation, they advised that with the serial number they had the information they needed. LG customer service arranged for the 3rd party technician to repair the A/C unit. The tech arrived and confirmed that 99% of the unit functioned properly, except the canister holding the coolant had left the overseas LG factory either a.) without being filled, or b.) with the canister seal improperly properly fit (all coolant leaked out), or c.) with a cracked or defective canister (all coolant leaked out). The technician was set to repair, and then asked for the authorization number I had been provided by LG customer service. The senior advisor at customer service had never provided an authorization number. I advised the tech that LG arranged for the service call. He checked his notes and confirmed that LG Corporate had in fact arranged for the service call....but, nonetheless, he still needed an authorization # (which I was not provided). When I called back LG they gave me the runaround for about 1-hour transferring calls, on hold, etc... The supervisors whom I spoke to where now nasty, and horrible. They advised that it was my fault for not having the authorization number, and would not help in anyway. I now know, firsthand why and how LG sells their electronics at such a great price. Their customer service is awful, misrepresents, and when their product is discovered to be defective, they will not fix it.Worst customer experience Ive ever had - dont buy LG. Ill never buy an LG product, regardless of the price. Never again.

This is my first purchase of an LG refrigerator, and while the reviews were good, my experience has been less than stellar. The refrigerator is less than 3 years old and makes horrible noise when the doors are closed. Last year, I had to pay a professional service person close to $300 to come de-ice the refrigerator and am now faced with the same scenario. LG customer service is no help saying to make sure the refrigerator is level and to call a repair person. I have had several refrigerators ranging from Westinghouse to KitchenAid and never had issues. I am very unhappy and would not recommend purchasing an LG refrigerator.

LG Refrigerator Model #LFX25991ST/06 - After three years of use, my LG refrigerator had a compressor go out. The technician told me that this was common with LG refrigerators in the first 3-5 years. What made matters worse, although the compressor is still under warranty, its replacement will take 5 days (seven with weekends) for delivery. If in fact this has become a common problem, replacement parts should be far more available than 5 days-unbelievable. To make matters worse, my family will be without a refrigerator for 7-10 days (it took two to get a technician to my house) and all items that were in the unit when the refrigerator broke perished. Well be living out of drive thrus until then. I cant comment on the repair because Im now waiting for the compressor (today is day four).

This is a dream come true. Both the air filters and water filters are easy to replace. It has several drawers both in the refrigerator part and the freezer part. It is easy to remove refrigerator drawers to clean. The shelves are adjustable. The shelving inside the door has doors on both the inside and outside. You can open just the door shelf to save cold air. It has an alarm that tells me if the door is open too long. The only drawback is it is oversized. It sticks out further than my cupboards.

Range I purchased from Warner Stellian is a 5 burner gas range model number LRG3091SW/03. I would not recommend purchasing this particular unit. While I am satisfied with the oven, the stove top is a problem. The unit is less than 2 years old. There are 3 issues. The burners on the stove present a safety issue. If you set a smaller pan on the front burners the pan easily tips and hot liquid spills onto you, the floor or any person (thinking children here!) that happens to be standing at the stove. See image. The 5 knobs for the stove top have all cracked. See image. The oven control panel is electronic. The covering has cracked and is now cracked almost all the way up. See image. The range is normally used once or twice a day for a family of 2 which I consider less than normal range. I contacted the LG company and their reply was basically, Thats too bad since the 1 year warranty is over but you can pay to have it fixed (paraphrased but you get the idea). No mention of the safety issue I reported. I should have contacted the company within the 1 year since these issues started within the first year but I didnt however, I have owned multiple ranges over the years (with much more usage when our family was 5 people) and those have easily lasted 5-10 years without issues. Dont purchase this range!

I purchased an LG refrigerator on 5/19/13, model # LFX3194ST, and purchased the 4-year warranty. On 8/14/15 the freezer and then the fridge began to thaw and re-freeze. I called the warranty service and had an appointment scheduled for 8/18/15 between 8-12. The repair technician showed up at 1:30, and after doing diagnostics, said I needed a new compressor (on a refrigerator 2 years old). He ordered the compressor and said it would be delivered on 8/19/15 (and I am sure it is likely a refurbished compressor), and it did arrive, and is still sitting on a bench where I left it in boxes. The technician, Hugo **, then scheduled a 12-4 appointment to replace the compressor on 8/20/15. On 8/20/15, Hugo called at 3:30, and said he had an emergency and needed to reschedule. He rescheduled with me to arrive between 11-12 on 8/21/15. At 2:00 pm on 8/21/15, I called him, and he said he would be over in about one hour. I called him again at 3:15 pm, and he again said it would be about an hour. I had an emergency of my own arise, and called to see where he was at around 4:15 pm, and he said he could be by in 15-20 minutes. I asked if he could wait and come at 5:00. He agreed, but said the visit would take 2-3 hours, which I find to be a long estimate of time when the part is already available. He was angling to reschedule, so I asked when he could. He said he could be over the next morning at 9:00 am, so I decided to allow the reschedule. He never showed or called.I called the warranty department through Lowes to complain. I was told I needed to deal with this technician and take a slot on Monday from 8-12, or I could start over with a new company. They also said the company that was supposed to come has one technician, Hugo, and that he does not work on the weekend, so the warranty rep said, he lied. The next appointment for another company (only other company offered) was 8/28/15. If I started with a new company, the compressor at my home could not be used. So my choice is to take the appointment (like I really believe he will show) or start over. I did work out that I could call another company, but I would also need to start over and bill Lowes. I was also told I could get a rental refrigerator and bill Lowes. Highly doubt I would ever see the $, and the hassle factor would be very high. They have you coming and going.I will NEVER buy anything LG again, and will likely never shop at Lowes again. This warranty is sold by Lowes and they should be bending over backwards at this point due to their poor choice of vendors. No bending noted, so no future business from me. Steer clear of LG and Lowes as far as I am concerned. I included the warranty program # below.

Product: Refrigerator. Model #: LFXS29626S. Recently I purchased what I believed was a top of line LG refrigerator. At the time of my purchase I truly believed that I was making the absolute best decision and that I was purchasing the very best refrigerator line that money can buy, however I now feel like I have made the absolute worse decision and I feel totally exasperated because my family and I sit here in our home living out of coolers for over 6 weeks and constantly managing ice to keep our food from spoiling. The problem is that this refrigerator has been out of order since August 8th, it is now Sept 19th and we are facing the 5th time of parts being placed on back order. If I had some idea of when the parts would arrive rather than facing the 5th time of being backordered there might be some peace of mind. Unfortunately, I have no idea when this part will arrive and will ultimately be repaired. It has already been 6 weeks of living out of coolers. I have called LG customer service multiple times and have dealt with friendly support people who try to help most times leaving the call believing there was a solution soon including being told twice that if the back order is beyond 10 days that the refrigerator would be submitted for likely replacement. No action on this yet just excuses when I follow up. My refrigerator was delivered Dec 2015 then began noticing problems in July 2017. I had a repair technician at our home on August 8th. Now I sit here with this top of line refrigerator with absolutely no idea when it will be repaired. In the past, I have always purchased less expensive models or maybe what could be thought of as lower quality brands. I have been fairly satisfied with these competitive brands, with only frequent problems requiring regular repairs. Understandably, I anticipate repairs on all appliances used in my home (those would have been better choices at this point), but this current repair, the time to get it handled and still with no solution is 100% unacceptable. I purchased this brand and model believing the product and support would be first class. I hope that you can comprehend how much of a great inconvenience this has been to be 6 weeks without a refrigerator to me and all my children. I need help and I need it soon! I am feeling inclined to make many more people aware of the support and lack of LG standing behind their products.

Model LRE3023ST the bottom drawer pull out is difficult and dangerous to your hands. You can easily be badly hurt when trying to pull out the bottom drawer to clean underneath the stove or if something falls behind. This bottom drawer is so difficult to pull out, it should NEVER EVER be used. This model should be recalled.

We have only had this LG French door refrigerator since February and we have run into the same problem with the fan freezing twice this year. To make matters worse, we went through both LG and HHgregg - it was a hassle from hell. Going between two services for repair is long and painful. The tech guy came and had it working for 4 hours. We have tried everything. We are not happy with this product, but it seems like they want us to wait until theres a third problem that occurs. Right now it has, so now we wait. Bottom line: They need to give us a new fridge!

My wife bought this LG Washing Machine Model WT5001C from a Best Buy shop. Since the break in we had problems and called technician to fix it. The cost of which now exceeded the cost of the machine. It is a fancy looking washer with a lot of fancy lights. Its sensors have limited light and go off often during a regular wash. The LG Service does not really care. It was a bad experience and recommend dont buy it even if it free as it cause so much inconvenience.

Purchased fridge a year and 1/2 ago. Just my wife and me home. First the piece at top of left door for closing broke off. Then a short time later, the cheap plastic for drawer slide broke. To clean fridge, you have to pull out of wall and pull plug, no turn off switch. I have heard several complaints about LG but because it was the only size that fit in our kitchen space, I thought I would take a chance. Darn sorry now.

I called the LG Washer Recall Hotline first thing Monday morning. I was told that I would get a call in three to five business days to schedule an appointment. Thats a long time to wait just to get the appointment. So I called Best Buy since I bought an extended warranty of 5 yrs (glad of that!). They are not allowed to service recall problems. So, today being day four of the five-day wait, I thought Id call the service provider they assigned me to. No answer, but I left a message. I thought what the heck, maybe I should call LG back. Guess what? They made an error, the man said. They never gave the repair facility a phone # to reach me at. Gee, I would think someone would look at the repair order and figure that out! So, here I sit with laundry piling up because I have an inoperable machine. The drum came off! Im just lucky nothing was ruined inside of it when this happened. Im so shocked by this ineptitude. I once had a GE refrigerator go out. I called the company and told them it was maybe four years old. They had two people out to replace the motor the same day. What a difference from LG! Oh, and my LG is three years and four months old. I hear Speed Queen is the best, but I never see it sold anywhere! I would caution everyone to avoid LG!

Purchased refrigerator 3/6/17; currently on my 3rd compressor. Because of frequent compressor failure, sent certified letter to Huntsville, ALA President of LG Electronics USA 11/8/19 and again 12/27/19. Received Returned Receipt back both times, however, have never heard from anyone at LG. Replacing a failed compressor with the same type of compressor time and time again has proven to be very poor strategy, not to mention the inconvenience to your customer during the replacement phase. Loved LG; have 5 LG products in my home. Extremely disappointed with customer service.

We purchased an top of the line all stainless steel LG Washer and Dryer from Home Depot in 2009 and from day 1 had nothing but trouble with both of them. The washer was constantly out of balance even though the washer had the true balance system, then the computer board went bad, then the door switch and drain pump quit. The dryer has never dried correctly, it always takes about double the normal time to thoroughly dry. It has cost me over $500.00 to keep them running for less than 5 years, LG should be in the junk business as they excel at it.

I purchased this LG French Door 28 cu ft Refrigerator Model # LMX28988SW on 3/10/2011 and was delivered and setup from Best Buy on 3/28/2011. Was told this is the best fridge on the market... It cost almost $2600, but I wanted something that would last. Boy, that sure didnt happen... Not quite 7 years later my freezer and icemaker both stopped working. The ice maker needed replacement just a few months after purchase and now it failed again. Im sure its somehow related to the freezer no longer freezing things. I have an International Harvester refrigerator in my barn that was purchased by my parents in 1950 and it still works fine. How discouraging that this LG fridge has already puked out.

However, several attempts to get some type of follow through and repair was unsuccessful. The oven condition showed that it had been defective when the range was manufactured. Gus from LG did not return phone calls after the pictures were sent by mail and then faxed. To this date, I have not heard anything back from the company. I purchased this refrigerator, model LFD22860ST, from Sears in Feb. 2007. Two weeks ago, I smelled an electrical type smell that woke me up in the middle of the night. The light bulbs had been burning while the doors were shut. The wiring was burnt. The light cover was burned and melted off and was laying on top of food. The top of the liner had begun to melt as well. I managed to get one bulb out. The other bulb burned out. One of the plastic tabs in the upper inside corners of the french doors (the part that is supposed to keep the door firmly closed) broke off. And the bracket deep inside that you screw the tab into has broken out as well. So, there is no way to anchor/screw a new tab in even if I wanted to. Its the door with the controls and water in it, so its a challenge to make sure it is not coming open by itself. The plastic piece that runs across the lower inside, that holds the crisper bins in, has broken in the middle. So, every time you pull/push the bins back in, you have to struggle with that as well. The ice maker overfills. And when you open the bottom freezer door, ice cubes come tumbling out all over the floor. With that, Im constantly turning the ice maker either on or off. Ive noticed that LG has discontinued this model. Was it discontinued because of these problems? I paid an awful lot of money for this designer, stainless steel, french door refrigerator. I really expected it to last more than 4 years!

My 3-year-old LG Refrigerator has a failed linear compressor. Apparently this is a known defect since 2014 which was before this refrigerator was purchased in 2016. There is currently a class-action lawsuit filed against LG. I have received the run around from LG. I have called every day since 9/28 and have received a different story about how to get it repaired and if the part has been ordered and where it is in the shipping process. I have now been without a working refrigerator for a week with no end in sight. I have 4 children and 3 adults in my household. This is a HUGE problem. Short of buying a new fridge I have no recourse. No one can tell me when it will be repaired or when I will even receive the part. I do have a guy who will replace the part when I finally get it but every time I call LG I get a different story about where the part is and when it will finally be shipped. The process to get this part has changed with every phone call I make, as has the time frame. On Saturday when I called it was 1-3 days. On Monday when I called it was 3-5 days. On Tuesday when I called it was 7-10 days. Today when I called it was again 3-5 days and still has not shipped. Then I had Jenn from LG call and offer a mini-fridge until we get our part on Friday, but we wouldnt get the mini-fridge until Friday which is when she told me the part will be here. She then offered me $250 for spoiled food, which is quite inadequate since we had to go purchase a mini-fridge already and I am spending about $10 per day for ice to keep the rest of our refrigerated products on ice. She told me the part would be here by Friday 10/4 but when I called LG customer service today 10/3, the part has still not shipped and they said it would still be 3-5 days before the part even ships. Jenn also sent me a text and said I could text her at any time to get an update about my part. I have now texted Jenn 4 different times over two days and have yet to receive a response from her. I dont even know what to believe at this point. I think that contacting an attorney to get some recourse will be my next step. I am going to have to go purchase a new refrigerator since LG is incapable of getting my 3-year-old refrigerator fixed in a timely manner. Steer clear of this horrible company with horrible products! This is the second problem we have had with this refrigerator. The LG dishwasher we have that was purchased at the same time is now on its second motor. It is also 3 years old. Terrible, terrible products! Huge run around from customer service.

Our daughter and son-in-law purchased a LG french door fridge six years ago. Love the french door... but... after about 1-1/2 years... maybe 2... the fridge went out. My husband pulled the panel off the back and found a fuse blown. Cant order just a fuse? What? Had to order a whole new circuit board... $$$. So we took burnt fuse out and went to local hardware and purchased one as close as we could. Installed and waalaa it worked again. Now, it happened again so we showed our daughter and son-in-law how to change the fuse and keep the wires clean... The fridge goes out about once a year but wow does it save them a ton of money being able to fix themselves. And the fridge works just fine! GOOD LUCK!

You pay almost $4000 for LG appliance and dont expect them to stop working in a year. Beyond pissed. It sucks. Might as well just bend over. Why dont these major companies warranty their products better? You know why is because they know they will break. LG is banking that your appliances make it through the 12 months then they can repair it. Well you should have bought the extended warranty? Really? I could barely afford the appliances and they want me to pay more to insure LGs faulty products? Really? Im insuring LG? How messed up is that? LG refer LFX25973ST serial number 505TRJL34580.

Brand new $2500 French door refrigerator not cooling or making ice out of the box. LG “support“ made me test it different things for 2 days straight. Just long enough to be past the 2 day return policy at Home Depot. Lost hundreds of dollars in meats and seafood in my freezer. Turns out the main PCB board which is the brains of the refrigerator is defective. I demanded a new refrigerator and have been given the run around from LG for the past week, not to mention rudely spoken to and hung up on several times. Purchased a matching LG washer and dryer (Front load washer model WM3670HVA) including pedestal bases for both from JCPenney in July of 2017. All was well until; Dec. 7 when we heard a loud banging noise coming from our laundry room. The washing machine drum was hitting the back and front of the washer so violently that I thought it would break the door. I immediately shut down the washer and rebalance the load. The same thing happened when I restarted the washer. Every time the machine went into the spin cycle the drum would hit the front and back of the machine with such force that we thought it would crack the door. The load in question was towels and wash cloths. After we removed the towels we tried it with a lighter load, tee shirts and underwear, same thing happened again on the spin cycle.I called LG and reported the problem that day. They stated they would have their service vendor call me. Never received a call. Four days later I call again and get the same answer. Still no call. Called JCPenney to report the problem and they tried calling LG with no luck. The appliance manager told me that LG service actually hung up on her. Today is 12/18 and I placed my third or fourth phone call to LG. Guess what, I get the same answer stay by the phone someone will call. I ask to speak to a supervisor and she repeats what each of the service reps said, Youll get a call from the center tomorrow. Twelve days and I have a broken down washing machine and still no call from LG warranty service. Never again will I buy an LG product if this is the way they handle their warranties. What are my options???Updated on 03/17/2018: Today is March 17, 2018 and LG warranty service still has not repaired the washer described below. My advice to any consumer thinking of buying a LG appliance is DONT. If you dont believe this review simply read all the other reviews that have been submitted and you will be educated to the fact that when needed, LG Service and their warranties may not be there for you. In my opinion they are the worse of the worst. I am 76 years old and the process of seeking warranty support from LG has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. Yesterday I spoke to LG for about the 15th time and they outright lied to me again saying they finally had a repair service to look at the washer. I immediately call the repair service and they tell me that they did not accept the work order and LG does this to them all the time. Shame on LG when they wont help consumers get what they are entitled to. Tells you something about their product and their Corporate attitudes. Ill keep fighting with LG but future consumers should heed the warning BUYER BEWARE.

My wife and I spent $2,000 on LG Dryer and Washer. Like someone mentioned earlier, washer does what it is supposed to do. Dryer, on the other hand, worked well for only 6 months. Now, it has stopped drying 2 times in the last 4 weeks, and LG reps struggle to support what is an inherent issue. They subcontract local repair companies that do not have parts, and each failure takes 10 days for a fix while your clothes pile up. We had a $350 (another cheapie name brand) dryer that worked flawlessly for 8 years. LGs customer service is subpar. Their structure for repair with subcontractors is subpar. Their parts delivery and stocking is questionable. And when you call their 800 # and ask for a supervisor, they simply switch you from one line to the next. There is no hierarchy, and no one gives a crap that your expensive dryer is crap. Run as far as you can from LG if you are looking. We are hoping our machine is running by next week so we can catch up on 10 loads of laundry while we wait for 10 days for parts. Very poor communication between LG and subcontractors as well. It’s so frustrating. We are going to talk to the Home Depot as well where we purchased as well. They should know they are selling inferior, defective products right? LG, step it up. We are extremely dissatisfied with LGs customer service and lack of commitment to honoring its product warranty. We gave the experience a one star rating as it was the lowest option in order to continue this review, but we would assign a negative rating if that was an option. We bought an entire suite of LG kitchen appliances in 2013. The fridge stopped cooling at the beginning of May, 2019. Since that time, we have paid for service calls by two different repair companies and have made numerous phone calls to LG in an attempt to resolve this problem. LG has agreed that the parts are covered under warranty, but they no longer carry one of the parts (an evaporator). One of their representatives advised us that we could have them try and obtain the part from a third party or file an appeal for a defective unit. After determining that the part through the third party was on backorder and would take at least three weeks to obtain, with no guarantee as to an exact delivery date, we elected to file the appeal. At that point, we had been without a refrigerator for over a month, Several more weeks have gone by. Despite assurances from LG that we would be contacted, we had to call them multiple times for a status update and had to submit the appeal more than once. When we called a few days ago to once again to determine the status of our appeal, we were advised that it had been rejected the week prior (again, nobody from LG contacted us). They claim the appeal was rejected because the part is available through the third party (even though is is on backorder for at least another three weeks). We are fed up with this whole process! We never expected to have to replace a refrigerator that is just 6 1/2 years old - our prior refrigerators each lasted over 20 years. We were hoping that since LG no longer carries the parts necessary to honor their warranty, they would honor a defective unit appeal with at least some type of discounted price on a replacement refrigerator. In researching this issue on the internet, we have seen numerous complaints about LG refrigerators with faulty compressors and poor customer service from LG in attempting to get the problem resolved. Think twice before purchasing a product from LG... We will certainly never buy anything else manufactured by this company.

If I could’ve given this zero stars I would’ve. I bought this LG (Life is Good) top loader washing machine and LG Dryer because my old dryer finally broke after 10 years of usage. My previous washing Machine worked fine but the wife wanted the new LG dryer to match a new LG washing machine. So we bought the set. After maybe 4-5 years I noticed some rust on the inside of the body of the washer. Well that rust spot got bigger and more rust spots began to pop up. After many failed attempts with LG customer service and their service technician in my area the end results were that they would not repair or replace the washer. It is considered a cosmetic issue. The rust has dropped into the washer with the clean clothes defeating the purpose of cleaning the clothes. It now has become a hassle pulling the so called clean clothes out of the washer without touching the sides or the top because it’s all rusty. I’ve sent LG pictures of the rust at their request with no response. During the time of purchase we also bought other LG appliances. I’ve had problems with their microwave, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. My older appliances I had that were much less expensive outlasted the very expensive LG CRAP I bought. Don’t buy LG!!

I have only had my over the stove microwave for a little over a year (model # LG - LMV2031ST). It stopped working. I am very surprised. I spent time researching it and expected to have it last longer than a year. My previous one lasted 11 years. It was from a different company. The warranty has conveniently expired. I now have to spend precious funds for repairs or to purchase another one. I am on a fixed income and would never consider buying another LG product.

Absolute nightmare dealing with this company. Our refrigerator quit cooling
Absolute nightmare dealing with this company. Our refrigerator quit cooling, common issue we found out. LG sent out repairman they determined it was the compressor, replaced it, still wasn’t working. They sent them out again and it was replaced a second time and still didn’t work. The repairman deemed it unfixable. We were told if it was deemed unfixable we would get reimbursed for the fridge or a new one, they had us email them our sale invoice so they could get us a new fridge. That was a lie. They sent the repairman out again. They had them replace every part in the fridge and guess what it still doesn’t work. Our refrigerator has not worked for 4 months, they have sent their repair company to our house 8 times. That is 8 days of missed work waiting on them to get here and work on the fridge. We have been told by a few of the customer service people on the phone that this case is getting escalated. Well it hasn’t. We have been told that if we were without the fridge 30 days it would get replaced that was a lie, not fixable it would get replaced also a lie. So we call them once again to let them know it isn’t working and now they say they can’t send someone out until January 7th. That’s another month without the damn fridge. We are beyond fed up with the poor customer service and absolute lies we have been told. Do yourself a huge favor and do not buy from this company.

We purchased this refrigerator Dec. 15, 2014 its not a year old and still under the factory warranty. This is the second time that we have had this problem with the refrigerator not getting cold. May 2015 was the first time someone came out and adjusted the temperature, the same problem happen again around September 11, 2015 where it wasnt cooling or making ice. The day I got out of the hospital, I come home and everything in my freezer had thawed out and spoil. I began calling immediately but no one seems to put themselves in our shoes. We have been without a refrigerator since September 18th, 2015. Someone from Jebco in Saraland, AL. came out on September 23, 2015 said that he had to order a part and for us to unplug our refrigerator until he return on Monday September 28, 2015. Well Monday came, his clerk called to say that he would not be able to come on that day. I was so upset that I hung up on her, but later called back to apologize, later that day she called LG to inform them that she did not think I was satisfied with them QUOTE: Im not satisfied with anyone because everyone has a refrigerator and we dont. We are having to keep water in a cooler and having to go out to food because we cant put anything in the fridge. All we are asking is for them to give us another refrigerator, nobody seems to be able to accommodate for our loss. We are still paying for a broke down refrigerator, its notfair. I thought customers were always right and came first, well it seems that is not a true statement, because if it were true they should make sure that the customers are happy and satisfied to every extent.I am so dissatisfied with HHGregg and LG, I am letting everyone know not to deal with either one of them because they dont stand by their word of satisfying their customers. Is there anyone that can help me please come forward to give me some advices? We have spoken to so many peoples and nobody doing anything.

We purchased an LG front loader washing machine, LG dryer and LG refrigerator in 2006. The dryer needed repair service once; the washing machine had several issues including nasty smell, weird spots on clothes and needed lots of repair, and the refrigerator has stopped working twice. We had purchased the appliances through Best Buy and were able to cover some of those repairs under the extended warranty. All the appliances are long out of warranty now. Last year, we found that there was an internal leak in the washing machine causing the rear left housing to rust completely through which resulted in a flooded laundry area every time the machine was running. Now the freezer/refrigerator stopped working (again). I have not yet contacted LG as I dont expect them to actually do anything about these issues. The dryer is still running as far as I know. In all fairness, we have used the washer extensively but based on my experience with other brands, I would not buy any LG appliances again. They were expensive, turned out to be substandard, and have costly repairs.
