I bought this three years ago after doing a lot of research. I never thought I would need to buy more of a warranty for this unit. Two people and basic regular use it’s not working anymore. I lost all the food in my freezer and likely the fridge. I’ve checked under the unit and checked the coils and the fan is blowing and the air coming out is really not cold. My freezer is approx 40 degrees. Really sucks to spend so much and have nothing three years later. My last was an Amana and lasted a long time! So disappointed????

We purchased an LG front-load washing machine in April. The drain hose became kinked in August so the washer would not drain. Called LG customer service on August 23 to have drain hose replaced. Twelve calls and 3 months later, still not replaced. Get the run-around with each call. Please, if you value your sanity, do not purchase an LG washer.

I have had my refrigerator about 4-5 yrs and woke up to no power, on a Sunday. They cant get a repairman out until Thursday. This is my one time then I am buying GE or Kenmore - brands you can trust. My GE lasted almost 20 yrs and was working when I gave it away for this one.

The LG refrigerator belonged to one of my family members. Im assuming they got it because of its sleek design and functionality. It matched well with the other appliances in their kitchen as well. It worked extremely well and had great, convenient compartments. The display on the water/ice dispenser was attractive. I honestly really liked the fridge and there was nothing that I would have changed. It was a perfect fridge. The fridge had everything I would ever want and need in a fridge and more. There was nothing that I disliked about the appliance.

I was quite happy with my LG electric (glass-top, stainless steel) range until, this weekend, the oven simply stopped working. That means no broiler, no oven, no self-cleaning. Based on my description to our authorized LG repair outfit in my city, Im told its going to cost $195 ($220 with taxes) + $120 for the repair ($138 with taxes). Thats $358 total!! After spending well over $1000 only 3 years ago for this appliance, Im infuriated.I called another company in town that repairs LGs and they said that people are lucky if they last 5 years, and that most of the time, within 2 years there are issues. She actually said that their company recommends that people keep their old ranges as long as they can. I was flabbergasted. I cant afford a new range right now so Im going to get this thing repaired, but believe me, I will never buy an LG product again. I just hope the LG dishwasher and fridge I bought will last a longer. No customer loyalty here, thats for sure.

I purchased my 4-door LG Refrigerator for nearly $3000 in June 2016. Within one week, the lovely in-door icemaker jammed. I had to remove the icemaker and stick my fingers into the hopper to clear a frozen chunk of several ice cubes all melted together. I called LG in July when it continued jamming several times a week - sometimes numerous times a day!!! I was told to be sure the temp was set correctly and the fridge was level. I did all these things, but it continued jamming all summer long.Since August 2016, I have spent hundreds of hours on the phone - one service company (A & E Factory Repair) came out and their solution was to put Vaseline around the sealer surrounding the icemaker and door. I am now calling every few days, put on hold or disconnected, and am getting ZERO help from the Executive Support team in Alabama. First, the product is clearly DEFECTIVE and no one seems to care enough to make this their personal mission to get repaired.Heres who has taken my call and promised to call back with a Service Appointment: July-August 2016 Called LG Service numerous times in July and August: 1-800-243-0000 and complained about icemaker jamming and dripping. 9/22 - called Customer service who would schedule service and call me back. Never heard back. 11/11 - called again to inquire about service and was told Id hear back. 11/26 - Noel in Manila assigned me Case **, which was given to Cape Fear. 12/5 - I called Cape Fear to inquire the service date and was told they cant come until 12/16 - but I am out of town that whole week. So Tamika in Huntsville ALA got a service company to come 12/14. 12/8 - Pauline in Manila said she could not help as there are only two repair shops and the second one (AppTech - 910-358-8456) said they dont come to my town. They are four hours away.12/14 - Vaseline applied by A&E Appliance Repair - two days later the icemaker jammed and remained jammed until 12/23 when I returned home. 12/30 - Spoke with Russ in Manila - cant get me a repair auth until he reaches Cape Fear Appliance Service although Russ kept trying to call them for over an hour while I was on hold. I finally called Cape Fear and listened to the recording (they were closed for the holiday) and told Russ they were closed. Called again and asked to speak to US - got Brenda in ALA. Executive Supervisor Dept. She promised to personally deal with the problem but never called me back.1/17/2017 - Tori in ALA said Brendas manager on 1/6 found an appt for 1/20 with Cape Fear Appliance, but that manager never called me and gave me the choice - he just figured it was too long to wait so he did nothing - was trying to find quicker service. Tori was checking on progress and while on hold I was disconnected. Tori never called back.1/23 - Willy in ALA said the Locator Dept is trying to get speedier service (I explained the 1/20 service call would now be great) - Willi promised to call me back by Tues 1/24 - as Locator Team might take a few days to locate repair service. 1/25 Willi never called me back and I spoke with Mark - ext. ** in ALA. She insisted she was not Willi nor Tori and would INDEED call me back the SAME DAY. She never called back either. 1/30 (TODAY) Tish spoke with Mary who is in the same department. She spent over 20 minutes reading back to me all the notes of my customer service contact and she apologized profusely but assures me SOMEONE from LOCATOR will call me back.LIARS and CHEATS - and the ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN DECADES! You decide!! Is a really great refrigerator worth this type of headache! BTW - my icemaker is dripping melted water all down my beautiful Black stainless steel front and it now looks terrible on top of STILL not having a reliable working icemaker! Worst decision about buying from Home Depot.

LG french door refrigerator with bottom freezer - The unit is only 1 1/2 years old and one of the fans blowing from the freezer started sounding like a 747 on takeoff. I called LG, but was told it was out of warranty and tough luck. They even had the nerve to insist it was my fault for excess ice build up causing fan to fail. I wont waste any more money repairing this thing. I will get a different brand. Do not buy LG refrigerators! They will break your heart and bust your wallet.

I bought this refrigerator in September, 2020. My wife and I noticed that the water and ice it dispensed tasted bad and metallic. The cooler and freezer worked very well but our friends confirmed the bad tasting water and ice. We never had this problem with our old GE refrigerator which lasted 22 years. Four visits by LG technicians failed to solve this problem. I wrote several letters both to LG and Home Depot. Finally, we were contacted by Home Depot who offered either a replacement or a refund. Having lost faith in LG products I elected to take the refund and have ordered a GE refrigerator.

I’ve owned this stove for approx 1 1/2 years and in this time my roommate and I have nearly burned the house down TWICE. The knobs are SO easy to accidentally bump and turn on. The first time I had a bag on top of the stove and luckily noticed before it started flaming, but my roommate started an actual full on fire last night with a basket of laundry. I’ve since taken the knobs off, but have read other reviews of people who have done the same, but that bumping the stems actually turns the burners on easier than if the knobs were in place???‍♀️ Ordered some child proofing so we’ll see how that works. No issues with cooking, but it’s NOT worth the risk!

We purchased a 23 cubic foot French door refrigerator. Unfortunately we did not purchase an extended warranty. Within three years, the first problem was the ice maker, which LG repaired at no cost. The second problem came when a handle for a crisper broke off and now the fan motor now sounds like a motor boat. This all happened within three years and when I tried to contact a person of responsibility my emails go unanswered. I feel that this a poorly made product and seek relief and repair.

LG dryer SN 611KWBY00437, model number DLE5977S and LG washer SN 612KWFN024
LG dryer SN 611KWBY00437, model number DLE5977S and LG washer SN 612KWFN02411, model number WM2277HS/01 - We purchased this set of front loaders for obvious reasons, or so we thought. We wanted something efficient, low cost to run and something big enough to handle the capacity of clothing that 3 teenage girls throw at you and 2 teenage boys, then of course, mine and my husbands along with being able to wash a comforter for a king size bed and actually get them clean. This is not what we got with the LG front loaders at all! No matter how often we use the tub clean, the washer still stinks! Ive washed the rubber gasket inside and out thinking something is lodged in the gasket making it stink, but nope, its the tub or better yet, whats under the tub. They that claim its a buildup of soap and fabric softener, so I asked the LG representative how I could get rid of this horrible smell that wreaks through my home while washing a load of laundry and how do I get it to stop ruining my clothes. Ive had to throw away towels and clothes because the washer makes my clothes stink and the stink wont come out! She said that is not something theyre obligated to fix, which really turned my attitude from pleasant to obvious anger and asked her If anything goes wrong with your products, your obligation to fix because you damn sure arent doing a good job or there would not be so many complaints! Needless to say, my family must deal with the problems of the washer. Now for the dryer, out of the blue the dryer sounded like I put a few bags of rocks inside. It was so loud I just knew the drum of the dryer was going to explode! So, I called Sears to have them come and take a look at it and fix it. He said, I hear the noise and understand what you are talking about, but I cant find where the problem would be at. Drum belt, rollers or split drum. He felt bad about it and told me this has been a frequent, continuing problem with the LG front loaders and I know the guy felt bad because he didnt even charge me. He works for Sears and we know how they are about that $75 service call. So now, Im back on the phone with LG and they told me to do what Ive already done and that was to call Sears for repair. When I told her I already did that and went through all of that, she said if the repairman doesnt find a problem, then the dryer is fine and should be working properly. I turned it on for her and she was just so sure I put something in it for dramatic purposes! I explained to LG, a minimum of 10 calls, that the washer stinks and is ruining my clothes and that my dryer is obnoxiously loud, takes 1 hour and 39 minutes to dry clothes, which is the maximum time you can put on this particular dryer and the clothes still may be damp. She said I was probably overloading the drums. If 6 towels is overloading front loaders (washer and dryer), then the quality of LG is of very, very poor quality. With so many people having these very same complaints, LG should take pride in their customers and recall these items. When you spend $1,900 for a matching washer/dryer front loaders that claim to be efficient, but it takes over an hour to dry clothes, it doesnt sound very efficient to me. Needless to say, if anyone ever asks me about LG washers and dryers, I will not only tell them to run, but to sprint like their butt is on fire because they will be wasting their money. The washer tub stinks, which makes your clothes stink. No fix. The dryer is horribly loud, doesnt dry clothes very well at all. Finally, the belt and/or rollers on the dryer tub broke and the heating element went out. An expensive fix and a very common problem with this product. Do serious research when youre ready to purchase a new washer and dryer. No way would I ever recommend LG products.

After less than a year began having OE error codes appear and dishwasher stopping in mid-cycle. Did diagnostic over phone with LG and said it was probably pump. Read reviews and saw some who said they replaced pump, control board and no better. I used shop vac to suck out water, then took long time balancing dishwasher, then re-routed drain pipe up high, instead of cabinet floor. Has worked since with only filter cleaning every few loads. Still a horrible machine, but working for now. Hope this helps. Good luck. Next purchase I will read ALL reviews before buying.

LG Ultra Capacity WM2101HW Washer Garbage. I purchased this LG washer based upon the reviews of Consumer Reports - BIG MISTAKE. This washer has been loud from day 1 and started leaking about 4 months later. As others have said it unbalances and gives error codes often. I had it repaired once because it stopped draining. A technician visit and parts cost $400 -- that is when I learned that you actually have to drain it yourself. Who designs such a washer in this day and age? Now brown liquid is coming out of the back of the machine and my clothes and sheets smell like sewer after they have been through a complete cycle. I leave the door and soap compartment open between uses. What a waste of money - horrible product. DO NOT BUY LG. I will replace this POS as soon as I can afford.

I purchased an LG Microwave P/No 3850W2A233P. The handle seems to be made of stainless steel - what a stupid thing to do since 90% of Microwaves are located above ovens. The heat from the stove and the pots and pans heat the handle and no warning label or anything lets consumer knows to be careful. That never happened with my Samsung Microwave and we owned it for 13 years. WHAT A Waste of money. My son got burned so bad we had to take him to the doctor. Horrible product. DO NOT BUY.

I purchased the Model#WT4870C*W LG White Top Load Washing Machine 12/20/13, purchase price $599. And because my husband and I traveled for 18 months this machine got less than average use. This is the worst machine I have ever owned, reasons are as follows, does not clean clothes, the clothes come out dirtier than when they went in and yes I wash my tub with tub cleaner very often. Does not use enough water to cover the clothes and even when I use extra rinse. Clothes come out with soap and dog hair all over them. The top of the tub on the rim stays filthy. I get cleaner clothes from old laundromat machines. Sometimes clothes come out still dry in spots. How can this be. I believe LG should return everyones money and get out of the business. Same goes for their TVs. I will go back to agitator style from Maytag if I can find one. Very disgusted with this purchase, a waste of my money, I will never buy LG, again...

This french door fridge (split doors, one fridge drawer and one freezer drawer) was bought in 2015. It has moderate space (the freezer section is a little small). It had to have the compressor and evaporator replaced in December 2018 right before Christmas. Cost of repair was cover by LG. Cost to replace all the food for Christmas that was ruined was covered by me. After that we put a small cheap (freezer on top) fridge in the basement and keep about half our food in it because we were told that this was a known issue and we could not be guaranteed how long before it would need to be fixed again. Its now October of 2019 (10 months later) and the fridge is once again not cooling. A tech is coming to look at it and we didnt lose as much food this time but no one should need two fridges to keep one fridge worth of food cold. I would strongly recommend avoiding LG or any fridge using a linear/inverter compressor. Other brands fridges with lessor warranties may cost less but are often still manufactured by LG with the same technology (which seems to be flawed or poorly manufactured). Our previous fridge was an old and ugly Kenmore but it had kept food cold for 20+ years with nothing but an annual cleaning of the coils.

Absolutely disappointed with this stove. We bought it because of the good review. It have nice features, but it is always defective. We had the technician four times during the warranty period. Now the warranty is over, and still need him on a regular basis. Every appointment is scheduled weeks later, which is very annoying. (imagine 2 weeks without oven). Among the CON of this oven- Automatic cleaning burn the fuse, every time... unless you move the oven 3 feet from the wall, suggested by their own technician (Gee, we are in 2019!!!). The induction burners have an intricate inside panel, when one is defective 2 or 3 stop. They were supposed to be independent. Every time you open the panel, one of the button break. And most of all, the service is horrible, from the long waiting time on the phone, to the unacceptable delay for the technician visit, to the technician fees... And ability. Please do yourself a favor, choose another one.

1st dishwasher faulty control panel. LG wanted us to wait for 3.5 months for part. I had to raise bloody hell before they agreed maybe this was a touch unreasonable. Luckily Lowes mgmt was outstanding and took machine back and gave us replacement. Installation number two completed to find door latch assembly faulty and after LG needing two different repair people to verify this machine too is a piece of crap the new door assembly part will not be available for 40 days from now and will not replace machine and expect us to wait for their repairs. Why oh why did I not read recent reviews of LG products. I have all LG appliances in my home that I have had for over 10 years. Now reviews say newer LG products a consumer is lucky to get 3 years. Calling all consumers... Vote with your $$, stop buying LG and lets put this company out of business.

Ordered & paid for LG, bottom freezer refrigerator in 2/2014. Delivery was April 1; delivery man lost a part to the doors so didnt close properly. After a LOT of phone calls LG called and delivered a new refrigerator (same model). Two months after use, started whistling. Sounds like the bomb sound effects in old war movies; I timed the whistle... over one minute - each time motor cuts on it whistles. After whistling stops motor runs at an elevated groaning (small aircraft). Called LG for repair (still under warranty); online customer service ignored my request for two months. Finally got a note saying sorry - were having IT issues. They scheduled an appt for a repairman after I called Home Depot (who then called LG). Repairman never showed because the company doesnt service LG unless out of warranty or bought from them (so they told me when I called to find out where they were).Recontacted LG (online chat customer service as it is based in the US) and I keep a transcript of conversations. Week later, awaiting repairman. Refrigerator 5 months old. After reading all comments, I am fearful for the next 7 months. I will not ever buy an LG again purely because their customer service quality is - well I am not suppose to write what I am thinking... How do we stop this company from selling in the US? Who do we complain to? Federal Trade Commission? BBB? Who else?

The odor on my clothing and towels is absolutely offensive and I feel like everyone who comes close to me can notice it. I certainly hope that anyone who has a desire to purchase an LG front load washer reads all of these negative comments. I wiped out the inner rubber gasket. I could hardly get my finger inside of it and out came globs of black mold. I continue to run bleach through the machine as well as the fresheners that are recommended for front load washers. The odor still remains. I want my top load washer back, so I can return to Tide Mountain Spring detergent. My family was always complimented on how fresh our clothing smelled and I miss that! Not satisfied with my LG Refrigerator #LFX25991ST. I purchased this refrigerator in February 17, 2013 and now the freezer/and main food compartment doesnt cool or freeze. However, the interior light does work. Called LG and they advised me that a Tech would be out in two days to check it out. So we bought ice. The Tech did arrive in two days, checked it out and found that the compressor had failed. My Fridge is still under warranty and should not have a problem getting it fixed, but its new. I kind of look at the fridge as buying a car, turns bad there is a lemon law that protects the customer. The compressor is like the engine of a car going bad. Well, the Tech did call in to Atlanta, Georgia to request a new compressor and should arrive in two days. He said it would take three (3) hours to replace. We will see this Thursday, Jul 25, 2013, if he is correct or even shows up.

Our just under 3 year old $2700 LG French Door fridge stopped cooling. This one was the type with only the door ice maker that has always sucked and only made enough ice for one large glass a day. LG sent out a tech for $275 (I had to pay in advance) that did nothing and said the coils were dirty and needed to be cleaned and left. I cleaned them and it still is not working. I also did the over the phone diagnostic with the India call center (customer disservice) which was completely useless. I will be doing a dispute on my credit card for the BS service call and hope I can get a real tech to fix it. I also have the 10 year warranty sticker on my door, total scam. I will never buy another LG/GE product ever again.

I am so upset with LG Fridge and LG customer service. I bought my fridge in July 2011 and purchased 5 year extended warranty from HD. During that time we replaced compressor (June 2013). Today I had to pay $500 labor fee to replace a compressor again (the part it is still under 10 year warranty). I am devastated. I called LG and they were extremely nice repeated memorized sentences, when I was finally connected to a supervisor (20 minutes on hold). She was rude and impatient. Never had to deal with this kind of attitude. I would never buy anything from LG. I like class lawsuit idea. They should have a recall and waive charges related to replacing the same parts, obviously it is manufacturer poor quality.

LG washer - Its not a high efficiency, energy-saving washer if you have to wash everything twice. In particular, it puts large, yellow spots on my sheets that werent there when I put them in the machine. I just use Tide, Downy fabric softener and a little bleach. When I take them out, there are weird spots nearly every other time. Not worth it.

We have a six year old French door LG refrigerator, $2,700 purchased at Home Depot. It stopped cooling fridge and freezer. A local repair man told me it was the compressor and that he didnt work on LG refrigerators. I called the customer service number in the owners manual. The sealed system has a parts warranty for seven years and the compressor has a parts warranty for 10 years. When I called them, I told them that my compressor or sealed system was bad as the repair guy had told me. They acted like it was no problem and sold me a repair package for $459.00. They said that would include the repair and a year warranty on the repair. I said great and bought it. They send out the first guy after waiting several days. He said after a few minutes, the compressor is bad and he had to order the part. Well, after several days I hear that he is not coming back to fix it so now I have to wait several more days for LG to send someone else. Another guys shows up and says compressor bad, Im like yeah I know that. He says we will order the parts and it will take several days to get it. He gives me a card and receipt and is on his way. I wait days and never hear anything. I call the number in his card, they say we dont fix LG compressors. This is the same story that I got from the first one and this time I told LG to only send out a service that could fix it because I already knew that was the issue and they should have too since the first guy didnt want to fix it. So this time I was livid. They sent someone else that refused to fix it probably because LG will not pay them enough to fix it. LG continued to give me a runaround after they sold me this repair service for labor on what should be parts under warranty. Not to mention the fact that they screwed me around for three weeks sending their two chosen repairmen out who then refused to fix it but LG was not straightforward on that. I got the same BS story that I read in some other reviews that they say they dont have a repair person in my area. I told them that I live right outside of Houston and if you dont have a repair person in my area then you dont have one anywhere. They then said they would refund my repair purchase minus $100 for a service call fee. I was more livid! At this point I had been out of a refrigerator for over three weeks. We are a family of six with four children. It was our only refrigerator. We were living out of a mini fridge out of our attic and coolers! They did not care one bit. As I figured out that this was going to be a process, I went to Lowes and purchased a basic Whirlpool refrigerator for my garage. After threatening them with BBB and lawsuit, they refunded me my full purchase price of the repair package they sold me. I asked how they get away with not fulfilling their parts warranty. They offered me a one time chance to call my own repair man and I could call in or email his info to them and they would authorize him to get the parts under warranty but of course then I start over on service calls, fees and labor charges and Im sure, more runaround with LG sending the parts that my repair guy would need to fix it. I am so done with dealing with them. From the other reviews I read, Im lucky that my fridge lasted six years! I paid $2,700 for this refrigerator and we have kept it in perfect condition but now it is an expensive nice looking nonworking piece of junk! They are a horrible company. I called local repair companies and many dont even work on LG or Samsung refrigerators. They say their systems are too complicated and awful. I will never ever buy an LG again. I will not purchase Samsung either after what I have read and found out from repairmen. We have been operating out of the one I purchased for the garage and I am researching what to buy to replace my $2,700 LG. Awful, awful, horrible company for customer service!!! I will be purchasing Whirlpool/KitchenAid or maybe GE. It is really unbelievable what they put me through in this process and they do not care one little bit. I am a stay at home mom so I could be around without taking time off work but total and complete runaround and they lie non stop to you. They do not care about you one little bit and wouldnt care if you did have to take off work to deal with their scam and it is a scam!

We noticed water in the tray (leaking from bottom of the washer) in the very first week. Tech call within a week! Not a happy start. Water leaked few months later. Now we see water leak almost every wash. Technician came out and confirmed no leak after running few wash cycles. Fingers crossed... We had to call the technician once for a different issue also. I never had such issues in my previous washer (front load -- not LG) which we used for about 10 years. Also I have a feeling that this machine is using lot more water than my previous one and wash cycles are longer.

Have this stove for less than 5 years. From one day to the next the oven just stopped working. Error code F9 displayed on oven control panel and when I checked manual it states the regulator valve is closed. How can this shut off without it being touched? We unplugged the stove for an hour and still the oven doesn’t heat. Also, the burner control knobs just turn on their own by the slightest bump. Few times smelled gas and it was because the knobs had turn unknowingly. This is very dangerous. The grates are even changing colors. It seems the warranty is no longer in effect. Now what?

The pedestal washer catches fabrics and causes damage. The front load washer is loud - with just 5 t-shirts and 1 beach towel seem to stress the machine. When the cycle gets to rinse/spin it produces loud thuds and disturbing noise. The dryer drum is bent, or warped, it has a raised hard plastic that hooks and drags clothing items while the machine is in dry cycle thereby causing threads to pull away from the garments. It has only been 6 months since purchasing the washer and dryer and the extensive damage is deeply disturbing and unacceptable. Meanwhile the company we purchased from is making every effort to avoid responsibility/accountability or remedial action.

I bought my LG appliances not quite 3 years ago. I did my whole kitchen, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer. They were very expensive. I thought I was buying the best. I bought them from HH Gregg. First mistake. They went out of business shortly after. I never received pedestals for washer and dryer, they owed me $150 back but of course I never saw that. The appliances are junk. Microwave is convection but has burn marks on side from first use. Dishwasher wheels fell off right away. Getting dishes in and out almost impossible unless I get halfway in it. I rarely use it because its a pain. My refrigerator compressor went out the beginning of June 2019. LG uses a company called A&E for repairs. When I called them they told me they only had one technician in my area. I finally got my refrigerator fixed today. September 11, 2019. The compressor was fixed 2 weeks ago but the day after it was fixed the icemaker went. I went without a refrigerator for two months and without ice for over 3 months. I have had to buy bagged ice for 3 months.I finally had enough with A&E and the rudeness I dealt with there. I refused them to do the repairs. LG said they got someone else to do the repairs, only thing is they never called him to set up for repairs to be done. Not once but twice. Thankfully I had his number and he made time to fix the refrigerator. His company is called Umbrella appliance repair and his name is Said. Not sure of last name. He is from Williamsburg VA. I would recommend him and give him the highest respect. He came even though they didnt call him like they said not once but twice, they had me wait all day and he didnt even know he was supposed to be here to do repairs. He worked until after 8 p.m.My husband passed away 3 yrs. ago, the person that took my info got it wrong and somehow when they sent the parts to my house, parts I didnt know were coming, came in my dead husbands name. Can you imagine getting a pkg. on your front steps with your deceased spouses information on it. Also during all of this mess my mother passed away. I had family coming in from all over the country and no refrigerator to keep food and no way to make ice. I had people here from Wisconsin, California and Pennsylvania. This has been a nightmare I wouldnt wish on anyone. Over 2 months without a refrigerator 3 months without my icemaker. LG should be ashamed. I would never recommend them to anyone and I promise I will never buy LG products again. The worst customer service ever, from LG and A & E repair services. Debbie **

WT5001Cw washer purchased on 3/17/12 from Sears. Contacted Sears within 1st year to say washer would not dispense hot water. Sent tech out and was told LG said working according to specs. Tech told me to purchase extended warranty so machine would have to be replaced if 4 service calls were made in 1st year for same problem. I did that and then Sears said it didnt apply because LG said working according to specs. After Sears sent 4 technicians out over a period of 1 1/2 years and after the 1st year manufacturer warranty ran out, I was told that nothing could be done.My argument is: I should have been told at purchase or stated in the manual that the machine would not dispense water above 98 degrees, even though it had a hot water selection on it. 98 degrees scientifically is considered lukewarm and the machine will not go above 98 degrees which prohibits me from killing microorganisms in bed linens and bacteria in reusable baby diapers. Sears would not help me and referred me to LG. LG said they cant do anything because the machine is past the 1st year warranty, even though I contacted Sears, who contacted LG within that 1st year. Sears continued to send technicians out with non-workable ideas to get hot water when the bottom line was, it is impossible to get hot water. The machine mixes cold water even when the setting is on hot. I have written to Sears CEO Eddie Lampert and LG corporate office and received responses Sorry but we cant help you with this problem.

LG front load washer is four years old. I got an LE message then the machine wouldnt run, so I called for service. Stainless Steel drum has lifetime warranty. The motor has 7-year warranty. The service technician was on the phone with LG for about an hour, apparently trying to understand the Pakistani man. The end result was $700 to repair the drum and motor and replace the plastic drum around the inner drum, which of course has no warranty, and about 5 hours labor to tear it all apart. It doesnt matter what model. It is a $1,000 washer that should not need $700 in repairs in four years. This is the very last LG product that is ever purchased at my house. If I could have given it zero stars, I would have.

It is currently full of water and not useable. I was told yesterday that someone would come today. I waited until noon so I rang and they transferred me through to the technician who was the rudest man I have ever in my life spoken to. And he informed me that no one was coming today and that they were booked until the middle of next week.I stated that was not good service and he told me to phone LG. So I said you are a very rude man, can I talk to the manager, I wish to lodge a formal complaint, to which he put me on hold for 10 mins and then came back and said he does not want to talk to you, but we can come on Monday (5 days time as opposed to 7). Had two LG refrigerators fail within 5 years. The monumental problem is the horrible customer support and the way they try to keep delaying until you get frustrated and just lay out the money for another refrigerator. Planned obsolescence and they charge quite a bit. They should not be permitted to sell in the USA. I have been calling for our most recent refrigerator failure and they told me to wait by the telephone. They would call me on Monday and that was ten 10 days ago so I call and each time I call they state they are trying to find a service person and it shouldnt be that hard in a large city. I am so far pleased w/ my new refrigerator, but getting the right help for a replacement part has been extensive and frustrating. Fridge under warranty. Needed to order new tempered glass shelf for my model fridge. First time - Sent the wrong part. Glass is correct width but 2.5 too long. Called again. Second Time - Sent entirely wrong part. Third time - Looked online at blown out version of parts while on phone with Customer Service. They sent the wrong part again, but same part as first attempt. Each time the Model number was verified having taken a picture of sticker on inside of fridge. Clearly the part # is mislabeled. Now they are asking me to wait 3-5 more days to get a call to schedule an in-home visit. Offered to send picture of parts and how tempered glass shelf is too long. No, once the order was put in process by supervisor for technician there is nothing else to do but wait.ON ANOTHER NOTE: Im from Maine. Fridge purchased in Maine. Maine has Consumer Goods And Maine Express And Implied Warranty Laws. I do not know about other states, but is worth a look. In Maine regardless of what warranty the retailer or manufacturer gives, Maine law gives consumers a 4-year warranty and the Retailer is who is responsible and who you deal with, not the manufacturer. So when offered the 3-yr warranty, I say, No thanks, because Im covered by Maine Law for the 4 years.

I know the sales associate realized I wanted self clean so I really didnt pay enough attention. It was a while before we really used the range as we were out of town with the family situation. I have watched the videos regarding easy clean and LG claims small spots, light soil are easily cleaned after the easy clean cycle. I have run the easy clean three times today to clean light soil and it doesnt clean up with plenty of elbow grease. Ugh. I should also mention my husband has had to take the glass out of the door twice to clean soil or grease. We are retired so its not that we are always cooking.

Most of my family has LG refrigerators. We also enjoy the style that LG has that was why we went with them. We like the whole line, so we got the stove, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. I like the fridges French doors and the way they open up to allow us to access the extra-wide fridge without swinging the door all the way open. Also, it doesn’t take up so much room in the kitchen. LG did a phenomenal job, but I had some issues with the black stainless flaking off. A rep came out to replace the doors, and that was phenomenal. But when they replaced the doors, one side doesn’t shut on its own anymore unless I slam it. I’ve tried calling them back a number of times, but there was no response. That part was disappointing, but the product overall, when it’s set and adjusted right, is phenomenal.

About 4 years ago, my wife and I purchased a top load LG washer/dryer set from Lowes for~ $1400 after our MAYTAG washer died after 20 YEARS. They worked fine for about 2 years. After that time, the washer started to get the UE error more frequently, and started to growl and squeal. For weeks, I tried to get a service appointment from LG under warranty. None of the listed repair shops would touch this thing for less than $90 service call. In talking to the tech, evidently, this is a common issue with these products and costs around $450-$500 to repair. I considered fixing it myself, but the expense of the part(s) and special tools required made it not viable. As a mechanical engineer, there is no way this device should fail so quickly. We do maybe 6 loads of wash/week of normal clothes and towels. Bottom line, I will NEVER buy LG again!!! That includes phones and electronics. LG Refrigerator model number LFXS30766S/02 - Retail Cost $3,799. topped working on 6/11/2017. It was Purchased on 7/9/2015. The unit was only 23 Months old. Compressor is Defective and there seem to be another issue with it. As an Engineer, I tested the Refrigerator myself and determined Compressor has completely failed. I called LG Service department to let them know that the Compressor is bad and it needs to be replaced. The Compressor is under 10 Year warranty. I was notified that a technician needed to come out and verify this. I was given 2 options: 1. I needed to pay Approximately $345 (I do not remember the exact amount, but it was this high) to come out just to look at it and fix the issue, but this will be a one-shot deal. Or Option 2. $459 to come out and verify, Fix the issue and then have it covered again under warranty for another year.I do not understand why I need to pay these amounts for something that is covered in warranty. Especially when I am reading all over the internet that this particular Compressor, Ice trays and circuit boards are Failing at an extremely high rate. I ended up having to pay $459 to have a technician come out to say that I was correct and they needed to order a new one. Its now 3 Months later and I do not have a refrigerator. We have given up on LG. Never again. Pass the word around. Do not wait on them to do the right thing. We ended up purchasing a Kenmore Refrigerator for the family. For the cost we paid for the LG, you would expect a quality product. But it seems like LG is using the US Market as a dumping ground for their defective items.

2015 LG french door refrigerator Model: LMXS307465 - Purchased December 2015, so just over 2 years old. Suddenly not cooling adequately and had ice building up. After defrosting and cleaning, would not cool to safe food storage temperatures. Several phone calls to LG for phone diagnostics were no help. Finally said it needed a service call and gave me numbers for 3 different service companies. Either they didnt come to my town or didnt work on LG. Finally found somebody to come on my own. Now awaiting a new control board. Called LG back to find out that part was only covered for a year under my warranty. That was an expensive fridge with a lousy warranty. I suspect Im not the only customer with this issue.

We have had our LG Microwave for about 2 years, but today it started on fire when I went to re-heat up two slices of pre-cooked bacon. Pretty much as soon as it started, the right side wall started on fire! We opened the door and unplugged it. We are very disappointed with the quality of this microwave, model LMC0975ST. We have purchased two LG refrigerators for homes, two LG televisions and they have all been great, but not the LG microwave. I know this is a new technology, Smart Inverter, LG has claimed to put into these microwaves, so I can only speculate as to whether or not this had anything to do with the fire.

Update 08/21/2019:After posting this review LG was quick to respond with to a private exchange to stand behind their product. We had several exchanges concluding with me sending them the details and invoice from the LG certified repair company we had used to assess the unit. Unfortunately after this exchange we have received no further communication from LG. They had stated they would stand behind the quality of their product however after more than 2 weeks of silence and a not functioning refrigerator I am losing confidence. I am disappointed that they set the expectation that they would help and then have failed to respond. Not only because I would like their help but I need to decide if I need to buy a new refrigerator. Ironically the short term solve has been to use a 20 year old Amana unit in the garage which has never needed any repairs. Maybe we should go back to a more reliable brand. Original review:We bought an LG refrigerator when we purchased a new home. 5 year and 2 months later the board has gone out, the fan motor isnt working, and our repair man says the defrost is also not working. To fix it will cost more than $1000 with parts and labor. Very disappointed to be needing a new unit after just 5 years.

Updated on 08/15/2020: Its now 8/15/2020, nearly 10 weeks into the saga of my LG refrigerator. The tech called me on 7/1/20 to say that a refund had been approved. It took until 7/16/20 to get an email with instructions to follow to get the refund. I followed the instructions and used the FedEx label provided on 7/20/20 by putting the form in the FedEx box. I sent emails and texts to the LG customer service contact and their support center on 8/3/20, 8/10/20 & 8/14/20. I also scanned their letter with the label from the unit (which was fedexed on 7/20) and attached it to the last email in the event that they attempt to say they never got it. Still no response. This is now beyond ridiculous. Oh, did I forget to mention the fact that I have ordered a replacement unit, which is from another manufacturer, but due to Covid-19 wont be available for 4 - 8 weeks and I have to pay for the removal of the LG unit?Updated on 07/16/2020: I posted my story up to 7/11/20, and received a response from LG requesting more of my information on 7/13/20, which I provided, but have not heard back. Meanwhile the customer service rep sends text messages without responding to my texts. Apparently they want the model sticker off the fridge, which I sent a photo of, and since their factory tech already physically inspected the sticker, I am not sure why they want me to scrape it off and mail it in. At this point they should come pick up the unit and keep it for themselves and maybe figure out what is wrong with their product. Meanwhile, remember this started with the freezer side not working, their repairs rendered the entire unit out of commission. By the way, did I mention that it is mid-summer, heat wave time of year. Oh, yeah and now that I am shopping for a replacement, I come to find out there are none available for at least 4 - 6 weeks.Original Review: My 3 1/2 year old LG refrigerator side by side model #LSXS26366S began to act up on 6/7/20 when the freezer side stopped working. Called service on 6/8/20 and was told their factory tech would come out on 6/16/20. Received parts boxes delivery during same week. Tech spent 4 hours at my home on 6/16/20. Left me with trash and old parts, said it was fixed. Next morning some up to a unit that didnt work at all, had to throw away food since fridge side now did not work. Tech came back on 6/17, worked 2 hours and said he had to order more parts, which turned out to be the same ones. They arrived on 6/22, he came back out that same day, spent another 4 hours on unit, said it was fixed, give it 24 hours and then it would be good to go. Called tech on 6/24 since once again the unit was not working. More spoiled food. Good thing it was time to replace the unit. He started process of filing report with my proof of purchase and model info. I also called LG customer service and spent 2.5 hours on the phone to file claim. Provided same proof of purchase info. Got call from tech on 7/2/20 that my unit was approved for replacement. Followed up with customer service, another 1.25 hours later was told to submit my info again and would hear back in 7 to 10 business days.I submitted written request for response on 7/7/20 since they do not answer phone calls. Received email written by an semi-illiterate person named Alexuis ** at LG asking for my info all over again. I forwarded photos of proof of purchase and model that from unit. Now told to remove sticker with model info and FedEx to them and wait another 2 weeks for payment. Not sure how a company of this size can be so poorly run and how they have all these built-in delays to basically force you to just go away. Will never purchase another LG product again and warn everyone I know to beware!

I have never written a review before but this issue has me so angry I felt
I have never written a review before but this issue has me so angry I felt the need. Our fridge is 2 years old. We wanted the best for our brand new kitchen... So sadly ALL MY APPLIANCES (WASHER AND DRYER INCLUDED) ARE LG!!! I wish I had my money back. I started talking to LG about my issues in mid-July. I was given two service people in my area to work on my fridge, which was at that time freezing all the crispers to the point I can keep nothing there. The fridge is 60m degrees, crispers at 20, chilling drawer at 20-30, depending on its mood that day and the freezer is holding at 0. One repairman came, talked to tech services and was told then there was a service bulletin on this model. He followed the techs advice and order a new board and a seal. (Customer service lied to me and said there was no service bulletin... told them my husband saw it and read it so they were lying about that!!!)Waited a week for the part. He installed and left. That evening the same error showed up in the screen... E rF... again! Tech support had told him this meant a fan error. He comes back to then tell me TS wants me to shut down the fridge for 24 hours so it can reset, which means you are really without a unit for 48 hours as it takes 24 for it to reach correct cooling temp. So we follow their request and start life out of a cooler. That seems like a very long time ago... Needless to say, the shutdown did not work. The error returned, servicemen refused to come back so I called the other name given to me. He flat out refused to come, stating he had one just like it in his shop that LG (the largest appliance company in the world), could not tell him how to fix, and he wasnt going to get stiffed by them for his effort.I have spoken to LG several times and am currently without a fridge, have a $341 bill for the misplaced efforts on repair attempt, and am waiting another 7-10 days until they decide to let me know if they will fix or replace. I can only assume from what I have learned that LG has a product with such a problem in multiple systems that they have NO IDEA how to fix and can only hope we will give up and just go spend another $3000-$4000 on a new one!!! I have lost hundreds of $$$ in food and expense of eating out because of this. I do not plan on giving up... I plan on turning them over to the Better Business Bureau and contacting a Lemon Law lawyer. I can totally understand that at times things dont work as designed but to tell customers they dont know what you expect is not acceptable to me. They have lost a very good customer over this whole issue. Add up in your heads, LG management, how much your top of the line appliances cost for a new kitchen and laundry room and tell me how many customers you can tick off before you wake up!!!

The large LG refrigerator is simply terrific! It has 2 freezer drawers on the bottom and a really large refrigerator section with a giant pizza-width meat drawer. We chose the stainless steel finish and, admittedly, it is hard to clean but looks so nice when you polish it. The top double doors have just the right storage on the inside. The 3 fruit/veg. containers are nice and big. In the freezer I have unplugged the ice maker, because it took up too much room and simply leave an ice tray across one side of the top section divider. It allows for sections of food to be stored without being in a jumble. It is a very large and tall fridge and I didnt mind doing without the cupboard section that usually is hung above. I found 3 woven baskets that simply sit on top and look very nice there.

We purchased an LG refrigerator; it has French doors and with a bottom freezer. Shortly after it was installed, the freezer started accumulating ice. We had it repaired several times because the electronic circuits were defective, and the problem recurred. LG refuses to take responsibility for the problem even though they have re-designed the circuit board at least ten times. My repairman told me that they have this problem since the refrigerator came to the market. I have paid hundreds of dollars in service calls, and the last time I spoke to their customer service department I was met with complete indifference. I was told that there was nothing they could do for me. Another issue is with this unit is poorly designed; it has a very flimsy hardware for the crisper drawers that keep coming off the rails. That issue was also not acknowledged.

I have not contacted LG yet, but it is clear that I will never buy another LG product. It is sad to spend this much money on a product that causes so many consumers frustration. Just for fun I now time how long it takes to wash a load of clothes, not to mention how much water is used.

Purchased our LG French Door refrigerator about three years ago. At first we thought it was a great product. We loved the interior lighting and space. We quickly learned that the ice maker could not provide enough ice for just my wife and I. God forbid we got company. We constantly found ourselves having to purchase ice. About a year ago, we noticed that our refrigerator was rusting under the ice and water dispenser. I couldnt believe it!! Ive had dozens of refrigerators over the years and Ive never seen one rust like this. Its extremely unsightly and although the refrigerator works okay, were replacing it because it looks so bad. I called LG customer service (what a joke!). Their stance is that they are NOT responsible for what they call cosmetic damage because it does not affect the performance of the refrigerator. I pointed out to them that my car which sits in my driveway is much older than my refrigerator and it has no rust at all but they simply dont care. I will purchase another refrigerator but I will NEVER again buy anything that has the name LG attached to it.

Purchased this top load LG washer 4 years ago. Problems with the performance: Takes too long to do a small or medium load. Washer does not balance the load. I contacted LG and complained gave me a case #. Never called me back. When I contacted them they said that the warranty was only for a year. Had to order a new LID for $200 which I have not received yet. Not sure if the expense for the LID was a good idea. My husbands a mailman and he uses a lot of ice. We wanted a second ice maker and we wanted it in the bottom. LG was one of the only brands that carried that, so we purchased from them. We have the refrigerator for almost a year now and its been fine. But we had to have it serviced because the second ice maker was leaking water, the tubing hadnt been pushed in far enough. And when we told them about the issue, they did not handle the matter well because when the servicemen were supposed to be there, apparently, someone didnt get our entire address. So when they said they were gonna be there, they never showed up. When I called back, they had to put it a week and a half back further, even though it wasnt our fault that they didnt get the address. They said they called but nobody ever called us. It was an absolute fiasco and one of the worst service experiences Ive ever had. In the end, they sent a different guy to do the repair and when he came, it took him 15 minutes to assess the problem and fix it and we were back in business. Other than that, we have more than one appliance with LG and were very pleased with it.

A&E repair sent the new compressor prior to the repair date so it would be here and I wouldnt have to wait for it to be ordered and wait even more time, which I was very grateful for. I am now waiting for LG to call me for compensation to a French Door refrigerator that was full of food that was lost due to this problem not to mention the inconvenience this has caused. I was comparing prices and online reviews and decided to go with LG. They had the best prices for the features I was looking for at the time. LG has met my expectations and I would recommend the fridge to others. I never had to have any repairs or service done on the fridge. The LG refrigerator had a lot of space for the food I needed to keep for a large family and lasted a long time. It also had a nice ice maker and was energy efficient. I only bought a new LG fridge because I was remodeling my kitchen and the fridge no longer matched with the updates. It was reliable and held up to the brands claims. Maybe one thing that the LG company could improve on is warranty length on the product.

I bought $4000 LG refrigerator LRMDC2306S in November 2020. It started giving me a problem with ice making and cooling from mid January, even less than 2 months. Then it completely stopped working on 2/7/2021. I had to throw so much food on Super Bowl Sunday morning. The CL E error code on the control panel turned out to be an issue with a compressor. The part is even backordered for 2 months. I requested a replacement. I didn’t want to deal with the repair since it is definitely a lemon with a major defect. This appliance is not reliable. It will give the same problem over and over even with the replacement of the compressor. Who wants to exchange a compressor at a brand new $4000 worth refrigerator?! Pacific Sales manager was no help. I talked to many people at Best Buy customer service. They didn’t want to do anything for a customer since their 15 day return period was over and I didn’t buy their Geek Squad protection. I was told LG’s replacement or reimbursement process takes up to 6 weeks and the approval is not even guaranteed. They may attempt to repair first. I have already lived without a refrigerator for a month and now I am unsure of how long I have to live more without it. I have been calling LG customer service 3-4 times every week for a month to follow up. I have to repeat myself whenever I call for 30-40 mins because the notes are not complete and they don’t have a matching report from a tech side. Return authorization department is never connected even with an hour wait. It is ridiculous you get to use a refrigerator only for 2 months and you don’t get any help or support despite $4000 spent on an appliance with a major defect. I’m so frustrated with all the inconvenience caused by this refrigerator. I hope Best Buy and LG build up a better follow up system and prompt return service for defective products.

I bought an LG French door refrigerator 3 years ago and I wish I would have seen these reviews back then. Please DO NOT purchase an LG refrigerator! Listen to the people who wrote the bad reviews and do your homework. We all have the same reoccurring problem. The compressors fail by the most 3 years. Mine failed after 3 years and then again after 2 months. Twice in two months I lost my food. The first time in January of 2020 and then again in April 2020. They compensated me the first time for food loss but the second time they denied me because they said 12 months have to go by before they can compensate me again. Whoever thought this would happen again within 2 months. This time I lost more food cause I made sure I had enough food to last me for 3 weeks since we are in quarantine. It is very stressful during these times to try to stay safe while shopping. I had to wait one week for a repair man to come and worry about us staying safe and distant when he was repairing. I lost all my food and had to purchase a limit amount of food to fit in my cooler with ice. This imposed a tremendous inconvenience since I had to shop at least three times that week. I called customer service and all they could say was sorry about that maam. Are they really sorry? This was not my fault but a product failure and they should be responsible to accommodate their customers with their needs. I paid $4,000 for this fridge and I did not expect this to happen so soon. This must happen quite often so they implemented a rule about compensating after twelve months. Be careful. Life is not all Good with LG.

I too take care to leave machine open to dry and clean tub on clean cycle with bleach once a month. I use the correct detergent and amount and even periodically use the refresh tablets in the machine. I have also spent money on service calls. I purchased an LG washer and dryer in 2018. Within 6 months the dryer has no heat so I called for a repair. The electrical panel (brains of the dryer) and the thermostat had to be replaced. I called the store to express my disappointment and the saleswoman said, You must have bought a lemon! Clearly doesn’t stand behind the brands they sell! Less than 2 years later my dryer again has no heat! The repairman came today and the exact same parts need to be replaced again! I feel I have a defective machine and LG says they will most likely just repair it. I feel they should replace it. An appliance that only worked for less than 6 months is not what I thought I was buying. I thought I was buying quality! I will never buy an LG again! This refrigerator (French Door Model LFX21960ST) is only about 3 years old. The first year we had to call out the repairmen because, evidently, the light was not going out when the door was closed. This is difficult for me to know since I rarely spend time inside the unit with the door closed. As a result, the bulb burned, melted and fused the carriage to the top of the fridge. It was still under warranty so it was fixed, though I had to take off work to wait for service. Now the display shows ‘Error’ which means, according to the LG site, repair must be called again! I have never had a refrigerator that needed service much less one needing major work within two years.

The dishwasher does not clean the dishes, and the soap dispenser always has caked on soap residue. As of this date, I have not had an oven for over a month. I bought this unit from Best Buy but with the warranty from the manufacturer I did not buy their product insurance policy.I lost three refrigerator full groceries due to malfunctions on three different occasions. The company sent out repair folks, and parts took as long as two to four weeks to appear. We were storing food in purchased coolers and finally bought a small freezer whilst waiting for help or replacement products from LG. It might get fixed and work for three months then would go out of whack. I’d call LG. Repair person would show within a week. This guy would order a part (compressor or board). Wait two more weeks. Fixed but back it would be within a few months and break again. But the latest episode was a matter of days before it went down again. I need to get action and do not know who to call. This product died after one and a half years.

Noticed a burn spot on the inside of my LG Microwave oven about 2 weeks ago
Noticed a burn spot on the inside of my LG Microwave oven about 2 weeks ago. Tried to wipe it clean to no avail. Took a closer look at the spot which is growing larger with each use. Now it seems to be burning away at the material. The microwave has been noisier at start up than usual but thought nothing of it so it may or may not be related to the problem at hand. Contacted LG customer service and their rep told me to stop using the microwave as it could catch on fire, but what was occurring with the microwave would not harm the food being cooked. Thats a small comfort. Requested recall information, but alas there is no recall issued by LG for this problem yet the potential for fire is great. Wheres the logic in that? Hasnt LG heard of Tort law? LG contacted the local repair shop to fix the issue at their expense. Parts and labor paid for by LG. Purchased this microwave in 2008. I have used and owned various microwaves in my lifetime and have never had anything like this happen before. Yes, I keep the interior clean and grease free. Needless to say if this is unrepairable and must buy another microwave it will not be an LG.

Doing a load of wash was an excruciating experience with our new top loadin
Doing a load of wash was an excruciating experience with our new top loading LG washer. Kept stopping, flashing uE or UE signals, requiring a load redistribution which many times did not work requiring more load redistribution! It took hours to do a load of wash, could not leave the house, not knowing how long it would take to complete the cycle. Every so often a load would run right through raising expectations that this washer was finally doing what it was supposed to be doing only to realize that dysfunction was the norm. We were told we were not distributing the load evenly?! Does it now take a rocket scientist to load a washing machine, obviously with this one it does. We were told maybe we didnt have enough clothes in, just add more! Like clean ones? I thought this was eco friendly? We finally had a repairman (kid) in. He was very nice, and ordered a new computer board saying sometimes the washer didnt learn right. OK, so I now have a learning disabled washer, but hey it was getting remedial learning! Good... right. In the meantime I was advised to use the low spin option. About 2 weeks later the new computer board is installed, but was still advised to use the low spin option, really, whats that about, wasnt it just fixed? But anyway, delighted that I now had an A+ washing machine, OK maybe a B+, I loaded it up, still using the low spin option as advised, even after the brain implant, and guess what? The load went right through! Success, shes a genius! Alas, the success must have shorted out the new brain. Its now back to playing the same old games, and me, never knowing when a load will go through as it should. And guess what?? the low spin option is no longer an option! Skips right over that. Maybe she did learn something.
