I love the convection cook top! It is very responsive. Its about as responsive as gas, which saves a significant amount of electricity! But, it is WAY easier to keep clean. I also love the warming burner! Having that 5th burner in which to keep something warm, while you finish other things in the oven or on one of the regular burners is very helpful. Its also great for melting butter. The ability of the oven to delay the start of cooking and program cooking to finish at a certain time or in a certain amount of time is also very useful when you cant attend to starting or stopping cooking in the oven.

Our Whirlpool refrigerator was delivered July 27th, 2013 after waiting 6 weeks for it. I was getting something off the top shelf (side by side refrigerator) when a 2-liter plastic bottle fell and put a hole in the bottom shelf where it sticks out under the vegetable tray. I have had grandkids sometimes stand on that shelf of our other refrigerators without ever doing any damage to it. It makes me nervous of dropping something else. I would like to send a complaint directly to Whirlpool but dont know how to reach them.

I purchased a new French door refrigerator in May of 2016. Professionally installed. Last May 2017 icemaker stopped working and was replaced. June 2018 icemaker stopped working. This part of the refrigerator is poor quality and because of that I will never purchase another Whirlpool appliance. They use to be good quality and dependable. Not anymore.

I have a small condo and this dryer fit into the appliance closet with a few inches around it. Every home needs a laundry system. I bought the washer and dryer in this model. Whirlpool is great!

We bought an 80 gallon lifetime warranty electric water heater. We get about 20 minutes of hot water and then cold water. Weve had 2 plumbers out and checked our system and said it has to be the water heater, but they dont want to mess with it in case it voids the warranty. Fine. We called Whirlpool and since the alarm system isnt indicating an issue, they say its not the water heater. We now have to do a diagnostic ourselves to find out if it is the water heater. What? It has a warranty! We are not plumbers! How come Whirlpool doesnt think its their equipment? Weve already had ours checked and it isnt us! So frustrating and we will not buy another whirlpool product again! Not good customer service to promote repeat buyers. Whirlpool, shame on you.

The ice maker freezes up at least once a week. It requires removing the bin and chiseling the ice away. We have had repair here twice, and it still happens all the time.

Our son-in-law bought us this Range. Before it was even a few months old the oven handle melted off, we called Whirlpool they sent a repairman to fix it. Now it is three years old, the same exact problem with the broiler handle. There should be a recall on this part, why in the world would a manufacturer use plastic for handles to begin with. Yes I can replace the part myself for $37.57 plus all other added fees but its not right nor fair when its a faulty part to begin with. My one and only new stove is actually a pain.

The Whirlpool fridge we bought kept freezing food in the fridge. Local technicians couldnt solve the problem after replacing some parts. They called Whirlpools technical person and found there are other similar cases for this model. We were told to wait till they solve the engineering issue. We require to replace another model. Whirlpools customer service Supervisor whose name is Alisha talked very arrogantly and hung up on us. In one word, bad products, bad service, bad people. We will stay away from any Whirlpool product in the future.

We have had our Cabrio for one year now and we found the agitation cycle to be loud but we have gotten used to it now. The thing we cannot get used to is the sour smell permeating from it. It smells like a dirty mop. Our washer and dryer are in a small laundry room so when we enter it to get to the garage or bathroom, the smell hits you like a ton of bricks. Stinky!!

Just purchased Whirlpool top load large capacity washing machine with no agitator at Lowe’s three months ago. I sit at the kitchen table in my freshly washed exercise clothes and smell body odor. There were six exercise items in the load and supposedly enough soap. The load washed for 45 minutes last evening. Yard work clothes washed yesterday are not clean. I had to remove grass from the bottom of the tub. When I iron my smocks for work, since I work with animals, I pick pet hair off of them as I iron. Judging from other reviews, this torture won’t last long, before I need to replace this piece of junk. My last washer lasted 20 years. If it didnt leak water, it would still be running. Thanks Whirlpool, I guess the joke is on me!

My refrigerator is a side by side and its freezer compartment is small (width). Whirlpool is always my brand of choice for household appliances. I personally would not choose the side by side design again but I would choose Whirlpool.

We purchased our Whirlpool Refrigerator, oven, and microwave a little more than a year ago. Not a single negative event with any of these products and my wife and I wholeheartedly recommend Whirlpool for operation and last ability, unlike the products we replaced them with.

My Cabrio washer worked fine for approx 3 years. Within the last 9 mos there has been one repair/replacement issue after the other: pump, computer board, bearings, seal, etc. Whirlpool takes no responsibility. Worse purchase I ever made.

I purchased a french door refrigerator in March 2013. I purchased the Gold Series because I wanted the best. I have come to the conclusion that Whirlpool does not make a refrigerator with the quality to reflect the Gold Label or any label. My ice maker system created ice dams inside the fresh food area, in the ice bin compartment and allowed water to run into the fresh food area and floor. After four repair visits, I am still dealing with occasional water running down the inside of the ice maker door and into the fresh food area. I contacted Whirlpool and tried to get the defective refrigerator replaced; however, the very rude customer service representative insisted on another repair call by A&E. They scheduled the appointment for a time different than we agreed upon, so at this point I have had to cancel this appointment. I do not know why anyone would want to buy an appliance made by Whirlpool, which includes several other brands.

Whirlpool contacted me today about a review I posted on their website about the washing machine I purchased from one of their distributors. It was not to say they were sorry for the washing machine ruining our floor or our clothing. It was to say that they will not post my review because the model number is not the same as the one I purchased. Unfortunately for me my model was manufacture discontinued and although they look alike this new model is significantly different than the previous model it replaced (I will believe that when I see it). So they obviously knew there were problems with the earlier machine. I am outraged that whirlpool would stoop to such low business tactics to sell their garbage to people and then treat them like dirt.

We purchased a Whirlpool french door refrigerator 10 months ago. We have had issues with it freezing up and not cool or making Ice. In 10 months we have had repair work done on the same issue 3 different times. This refrigerator has been discontinue at the time of my purchase because whirlpool was aware of all the issues from what the repair people have told me. Shame on me for not researching this refrigerator. Customer service was no help. All they kept saying is that they will keep repairing it under the warranty. DONT buy a whirlpool. Stay far away from this company and anything they make. They do not stand behind the products.

6 years ago, we bought the refrigerator, the oven and the dishwasher. Theyre all Whirlpool appliances. With that, we took the 5 years guarantee extension for all those appliances. After 6 months, the electronic front panel of the oven jammed. The repairman knew what was the problem and had to change this panel. Then a month before the expiration of the guarantee extension, the refrigerator never stop running. I have to call them 3 times before they place a service call at the right place, very strange. Now, the auto-clean on the oven doesnt work. The very known E1-F5 error on the display and no solutions that work. Whirlpool, never again and I will make the real publicity for this brand without a shame.

1st item - ice pooling at bottom of freezer, now repaired at a cost of $100. 2nd item - 1 day later fridge/freezer keeps shutting off and on irregularly. Cant contact anyone one from Whirlpool on a weekend and Trail Appliances doesnt have anyone available to come and look at it and if they did it would cost us another $100+ with no guarantee and we were told by Trail the Whirlpool will not touch it if someone else does. From what I have read seems we now a victim of Whirlpool. P.s. for those who dont know yet Whirlpool not only now owns Bastemp, they also are the makers of Kenmore and those fridges have experience the same ice issues.

Whirlpool Cabrio Top Load, Short Agitator to protect clothing, cost reasonable, on sale $800.00 both (Aug. 2013) - Sears credit no interest. Moved, and had to sell after a year, but I anticipated a long life r/t rating/reviews online. One Problem: no setting to soak clothing that may need it. I bought the largest Whirlpool Cabrio to make sure my Queen bedspread (heavy blanket type fur on one side) would fit. Because of the short agitator I could have bought the smaller one I discovered. I could fit 6 regular side and 4 beach heavy beach size towels in it easily, or two Queen quilts in at a time. I rarely needed an Xlg water setting. The dryer had a steam only setting but I never tried it because it was set up in the apartment when I arrived and the delivery people were not very bright. Put the Dryer farthest from the vent, washer farthest from faucets, and put hot and cold hoses on opposite spigots. I did not want to chance they set up the steam section wrong, as well. I moved across country 1 year later, but have trust the W/D would do well. My last Sears brand (made by Whirlpool) only had one minor problem (on warranty) and lasted a good 8-10 years before moving and selling them to another couple. They were still in wonderful working order (front loader).

I have had my whirlpool oven for approximately 6 years. This will be the 3rd time I have had to replace the thermal fuse. For the last three times I have used the auto clean, it blows out the fuse. It has cost me $110.00 each time I called my appliance tech to replace the fuse.

The technician that was here to repair my propane water heater called Whirlpool to get help with the problem. The pilot would not stay lit, they would not help him. I told him it was installed in a mobile home and he had to cap the gas to the heater, it was still under warranty. Later I found out there was a recall on this heater and that probably was the reason they told him that. I ordered a water heater just for mobiles and am in the process of getting it installed. I kept the old heater for now and will still pursue this issue under the warranty.

This same problem occurred about a month later so I called Whirlpool. They sent out an entire new thermostat assembly which took me about an hour to install. The hot water heater has worked correctly ever since.

The knobs on the Whirlpool gas stove model Super Capacity 465 AccuBake system are easily confusing and dangerous. If the knob is turned in the wrong direction when intending to turn the burner off, it turns to a very low setting which is although nice for simmering, it is very easy for it to be mistaken as the off position and leaves only the gas leaking if the smell is not noticed in time.

Ever since I purchased your washing machine, it has sounded like a diesel truck or cement mixer. You cant hear anything over the noise anywhere in the house.Have had two repairmen out to look at it and they say, Thats normal. I have a friend who has the same machine and it doesnt make noise like this one. I will never buy another Whirlpool product again and hope this blows up before the warranty expires. Also the tub is falling apart. What a piece of ** this machine is. You should be ashamed to put trash like that on the market.

The machine is reliable, does not take forever to do a load, it is relatively quiet. It has sufficient options depending on the size of the load. Additional options are time setting, choice of warm, cold or warm/cold water settings. On light and medium loads it extracts almost all of the water; on heavier loads an extra dry spin does the job. In all the years that we have had it, it has required only one service call. The maintenance man told us that this model is the best in a series and he recommends that we hang on to it for as long as possible. We're very happy with it.

A few weeks after we bought it, the washer was already having issues spinning out, and the clothes would have to go through another rinse and spin cycle. A bout a year and a half in and I had to replace the pump because it stopped draining. Even carefully loading the machine, and at least two or three times a week it would not spin out. Two weeks ago it stopped agitating actually performing washing action and spinning out all together. Last night I replaced the actuator which controls the speed or lack thereof in the spin. Still nothing. Ive reset it multiple times, still nothing. At least the clothes are getting wet. At tax return time I am replacing this piece if garbage and I will never get another whirlpool, or Maytag washer again because from what I have been told by dealers and repair men; they are all garbage.

I purchased a Whirlpool French door refrigerator (model #WRF736SDAW12) with the bottom freezer last year. From the day it was delivered, its been broken. It was pouring so much water from the top panel, it would run over the top shelf and fill the shelves below. This was not a small drip. From the beginning, I was calling and requesting a new refrigerator this one was obviously defective. Whirlpool insisted on sending repairmen over and over and over again. I kept calling. I did not want this refrigerator. What if they finally fix the water problem and down the road, it has an electrical problem because of the amount of water it was internally leaking? Well, guess what? Not even twelve months in, theres an ELECTRICAL FIRE in the refrigerator! Thank goodness it was contained within a metal box within the fridge. It otherwise could have burned my house down. The refrigerator has finally been deemed irreparable. So for almost $300, Whirlpool will send a new refrigerator. Am I crazy? Theyre going to charge me more money? Its for depreciation, they said. Ive used the refrigerator for a year. I said it was broken when it was delivered. I requested a new one then. Theyre the ones who kept replacing parts. Now Im supposed to pay more money for a product that I paid full price for? I was told I have 14 days to accept their offer. WORST, customer experience, EVER! Thats what their customer service line is called – customer experience line. Sheesh!

Whirlpool gold series bottom freezer unit - We have had numerous problems with this refrigerator. We have had several repairs done on it and have still not solved the problem. The defroster does not work right and we have to unplug it so it will unthaw, then the refrigerator gets cold again. The freezer when it is acting up freezes food and ice cream so hard it is inedible. We have just purchased a different refrigerator. This Whirlpool model has also been discontinued from what I can find. No doubt because of a design flaw. Why are they not responsible for this? We bought this appliance in good faith.

Purchased a Whirlpool double door refrigerator and within a year the freezer and refrigerator doors were severely out of line. Called repairman who said the risers were broken, they were plastic and needed to be replaced. We did that. The doors were again out of line so badly that you had to push the refrigerator door side hard to get it to close. Repairman came today and stated he would recommend ditching the refrigerator as the risers in the bottom of the refrigerator are made of plastic and will continue to break. He leveled the doors but stated that they will continue to become out of line again.The repairman stated that this is a design defect in the Whirlpool refrigerator and he has replaced the risers in many of the refrigerators repeatedly. As if the refrigerator isnt enough, we own a Whirlpool Duet Washer and Dryer. Within 3 1/2 yrs the motherboard went bad in the washer and we had to replace it. The part and labor was almost $400. Whirlpool considered us a valued customer and offered us a comparable washer for $500 and they would take ours away for $20 extra. Only problem is that our original washer was $1,000 and the comparable was not as large as the one we had and did not have the stainless ours had.All I can say is if were valued customers I would wonder how they treat their less valued customers. All of this is to say that I will no longer purchase any Whirlpool products. Not only are the products below par but the customer service is non existent. They really do not care if they lose customers or not. They dont want to hear your woes about their appliances.

Have had Refrigerator less than two years and the evaporator seal is leaking and all the Freon is gone causing the freezer and ice maker to quit. Will cost $700 to repair. Found out it is a known defect with Whirlpool. Called Whirlpool for reimbursement and they refused, saying they do not know anything about this issue. This is interesting since it is all over the Web with complaints. I have been a customer of Whirlpool for 20 years and they have lost me and everyone else I know.

Whirlpool has always been a quality product in my household. I had Whirlpool microwave prior to the one I recently purchased. It lasted 10 years and was used frequently and always on daily basis. It worked like a dream and I would never purchase any other brand!

After doing much research on refrigerators, I chose the Whirlpool with the French doors and bottom freezer. Within a month, I had to call the repair service. The freezer made a thick layer of ice on the bottom, wouldnt shut properly (I had to keep a heavy box in front of it to keep it closed) and frosted over all the food in it. On his second visit, the repair man told me that the company knows about the problem, that there was a problem in the design of the appliance, and created a piece to be installed in the machine to alleviate the problem. The problem has not been fixed with that added piece, and the repairman has been here a few more times. Now the freezer just randomly stops making ice on top of all the other problems it has. The retailer would not take the fridge back, and I refused to buy an extended warranty for an appliance that the company themselves knows is a lemon.

My Whirlpool Cabrio Washer is only 4 years old. I have had balancing & spin issues since day one. Thought it was just me. Constantly had to drain and spin after rebalancing. Now 10 days ago it cost me $250 to have it fixed. The aqcuator (?) Went. It wouldnt spin out. Now 10 days later it stops again. The appliance guy reads code. F7E7. He tells me the bearings are no good. Will cost another $400 and they need some special tool to fix it. IM DONE. My last set was 15 years old. The price is ridiculous and quality not worth what this triple capacity set cost.

Two years ago, I bought two Whirlpool Water Heaters. Like the others who have posted, after one year the first one went out. Last night the second one went out. I just wish that I had read the prior reviews before I bought these replacement water heaters. I also had to navigate a very unfriendly customer experience, first with Whirlpool and then the manufacturer. After that I had to wait a week to get a repair person out only to have to order the part and then be asked to pay for it and the express shipping. Totally amazing! I have decided to buy new water heaters next quarter because I just cannot put up with either the aggravation or the expense of constant repairs. I will returning these two water heaters to Lowes, where they were purchased. Perhaps if enough of us return them, Lowes will decide its not worth damaging their brand to sell a known inferior product. When this many people complain about a product and they all have the same experience its a lack of quality, plain and simple. And I would think that Lowes would not want to go on supporting a known inferior product when even Whirlpool is lukewarm in their response to our complaints.

First of all, I would like to tell everyone who ever reads this, that please please please never ever use any Whirlpool products, as their service sucks, their response sucks too, and zero co-operation from their people, which will make you regret to have used their products in future. Please note I registered a complaint on the whirlpool no. **.The complaint was that the washing machine used by us had issues, the power button/ on & off button had come out, and this was clearly stated while registering the complaint. I get a call from Mr. ** (Representative of shree enterprises bibwewadi, pune) and the power button issue was well informed to him as well over the phone by me. He arrived to our place without any new material, he sees the machine and interchanges the buttons, i.e. the broken power button is replaced by other button from my machine which was less used compared to the power button. I had to pay a sum of rs. 400/- for the pathetic service I received from your end.I expect a response from your side within next 4 hours, or I might have to escalate this issue!!! (Please note Whirlpool team that I had submitted the same on your website yesterday, yet I have not received any response from your side). (Whirlpool rating- 0 out of 100). Thanks. Love my Whirlpool stove and I just bought a Whirlpool French door fridge. I also have a Whirlpool washer and dryer and I am very happy with the way they work and look. I replaced my Tappan stove that I had for quite a while and it was a good stove but I am very happy with my Whirlpool stove, it not only works great but it looks great.

While my oven was running the 3 hour self clean cycle, the glass on the inside of the door cracked. It was in the middle of the cycle so I tried to call whirlpool to see if I should hit cancel or if it would cool too quickly and make it worse or what to do. First person was young and stumbled with English in the service department. He couldnt answer my question, just schedule for me to pay for service to come out. After I got upset and said there must be someone to talk to, he sent me to parts who said she can only order me parts. All I wanted to know was was if flames were going to shoot from the oven or what! I told her that I needed to talk to someone who knew something about ovens and she asked if I was calling her stupid and hung up on me!

We are doing a kitchen remodel and I found the best price here. I was a little skeptical to order a range online, but I did go look at the exact range in the store and decided I would give it a try. I received email updates about the product and during delivery, I received 2 calls.... one to tell me approximately what time the range would be delivered and another when the driver was about 20 minutes away. All around good service.

I have had my Whirlpool Gold for 8 years now and it has met my expectations. The glass shelves are easy to keep clean and it lets the lights give an open feeling to see everything in it. The ice and water dispensers are used many times every day and work just fine. Great appliance.

Im a renter, and I know the landlord purchased the least expensive stove for this apartment, but that shouldnt mean one has to absorb ongoing off-gassing fumes for well over a month now. The stove was installed 2-18-17, and its now 4-6-17, still havent been able to use it. Is this really off-gassing or is this what Americans have to contend with now! Oh and theres the little sticker that says Made in America and in small print it says designed and assembled in America, but no mention as to where the parts came from!!! The only reason Im giving even a One Star rating is because I cant continue through this review without at least marking one star.

I just bought a brand new Sterling steel refrigerator not even 2 months ago, and since I got it, noticed rusty spots coming out,and now has spread all over. I called customer care, and they said it wasnt cover under the guarantee,and to buy a special spray out of my pocket expensive to remove the rust. I am Very disappointed with the service I received, for its not even 2 months old refrigerator and it looks like it is old now. In addition, the company didnt offer to send someone to take a look, checking and make sure theres no future problems with my new purchase, and as a courtesy removing the rust free of charge.

Whirlpool GX5FHDXVB03 french door refrigerator: Continual water leaks. Condensation freezes in bottom of freezer compartment then leaks out on to floor. Per repairman, this is a common problem with this model which theyll come out and fix (remove ice and run hot water done drain line for a cost nearly $150) but it will happen again and again, etc. I cant tell you how many times weve had to perform this task. This is an engineering design defect that Whirlpool should fix.

We purchased the Cabrio Agi top loading washing machine in 2011 (3 years ago). After 2 years it started leaking from the plastic drum (Bearings?). Luckily we have it in the basement on concrete floor, so there was no damage, just frustration. This was poor purchase on our part. We should have searched for more reviews. The wash time is ridiculous; it is too long, an average of 50 minutes per load. I dont know about how clean the clothes were, I guess they were OK. I didnt notice a smell, or them looking dingy. The Cabrio is a piece of junk if the bearings went out after 2 years?? We just purchased a heavy duty Speed Queen, top loading, agitator washer. My wife loves this, its like the old Maytag we had. They told us they wont be selling these washers after next year. Buy them while you can. The Cabrio is headed to scrap yard.

I bought a dual oven Whirlpool 2 years back. This range keeps breaking knobs that are such a poor quality. I have bought knobs from Whirlpool 7 times already then got PSEG home service and they are tired with the quality itself. Save your money and buy another make! Poor customer service and the worst experience is what I have gained on buying this make. Have old mother at home and this headache only created more issues to help her with cooking.

WHIRLPOOL MICROWAVE HAS HAD MAGNETRON GO BAD 3 TIMES IN 1-1/2 YRS! I bought a Whirlpool Microwave Hood Combo Oct 2009. July 2010 the magnetron went in it! December 2010 the magnetron went in it AGAIN! This time we had to pay the labor to have it repaired because it was 2 months outside the warranty period. We did not want to pay because we knew having the same part go twice in one year that something is wrong with it. Whirlpool told us that if it happened a 3rd time that they would most likely replace the appliance for us. Well....July 2011 the magnetron went AGAIN for the 3rd time! Whirlpool told us to take it to a licensed shop to have it diagnosed to prove that it was the same part as the previous two times, fax paperwork from the prior two times, and have the shop call in the diagnosis of the 3rd time. We did all that, and they told us they wouldnt do ANYTHING for us because it was outside of the warranty period! Well they knew that when they told us we had an opportunity to get it replaced! THE SAME PART WENT BAD 3 TIMES IN A 1-1/2 YR PERIOD OF TIME. We trusted that the Whirlpool representatives were being honest with us during those phone conversations. Whirlpool can not explain why representatives would give us hope of a replacement (although each conversation is documented by their login and employee ID number). So not only did I buy a brand new MSRP $619 microwave, I paid to have it repaired the 2nd time, and to have it diagnosed the 3rd time, uninstalled and reinstalled the microwave each time, the inconvenience of not having use of the appliance during each occurance, and the unbearable suffering of calling in to customer service and repeating the story over and over to each representative. My house is brand new (we moved in to it November 2009); we bought ALL our appliances from Whirlpool. All I get for an answer now is sorry. That doesnt help me any financially having to repair and now replace an appliance that has been in use for only 1-1/2 yrs! I have seen $39 microwaves from WalMart last several years, so what is wrong with Whirlpools manufacturing?! Customer Service is unreliable, untrustworthy, non-sympathetic, and insanely frustrating! My question for Whirlpool is...why cant you make a product that lasts better (better quality=longer life=healthier environment and happier customers)? Why cant you stand behind your products better? I purchased this model 2 years ago. I absolutely hate the fact that there is not enough water dispensed to clean my clothes. Part of my clothes dont even get wet, therefore, I have to press pause and add 2 to 3 gallons of water during the wash and rinse cycles. I do like the spin cycle as long as it does not get unbalanced.Wished I had never purchased it.

This fridge is very spacious in the fridge area. The freezer area is larger than a model with freeZer on top or a side by side model. The black stainless steel is very attractive and doesn’t show fingerprints. The controls for the fruit and veggie drawers are cheap. The drawer for meats and cheese is huge. Overall I like this fridge.

I have had too many problems with the thermocouple beginning about two years after I purchased the water heater in 2003. Whirlpool keeps replacing the thermocouple, but I have to pay for the plumber to come out and repair the unit. This runs me about $180 each time. The thermocouple has burned out three times since September of this year. The plumber didnt charge me anything the second time it went out. But it went out for the 3rd time today and he recommended that I replace the unit. Of course, it is out of warranty and Whirlpool was happy to tell me that I could purchase a new thermocouple at my own expense from them. I have paid for this water heater three times over with repairs. Whirlpool knows that there is a defect with the design of the water heater. There is no way that a regular consumer can get inside the water heater to clean it. I will never purchase any Whirlpool products ever! I advise anyone reading this to follow suit.

I bought my first Cabrio set in 2008 to replace Maytags that lasted forever but looked their age on the outside. No problem with cleaning and drying, just wanted something new. What a mistake! I looked in Consumer Report Guide to pick and found the Cabrio set. Had problems after the first 4 months - UL uneven load codes flashing up, and had to replace suspensions and bearings, boards, etc. Unfortunately within that 4 months I bought another Cabrio set to put in my vacation home. Started with the same issues and really hard to get a service technician to come out because of where we were located. Customer service with Whirlpool sucks as well as Sears service. It is AMAZING to me that Whirlpool will NOT stand behind this product. I am writing this as I see an F1 code flashing on my washer here at my second home. I have a load of towels in it and house guests arriving in the morning! I will be trashing this washer and dryer and finding something old school and reliable. I want no bells and whistles, just clean and dry clothes. Whirlpool, you should be ashamed.

We got the convection oven. It has no element like the one we had before with the fan. It is useless. We have to upgrade the temperature to get what we want. Difficult to clean. It does not cook like it should. We do not like it, period. Those electronic controls are not doing their work. No more Whirlpool appliances. Problems with the noise of our dishwasher also.

I bought a Whirlpool water heater from Lowes. I had trouble with it from day 1. It never worked correctly. Their service department is terrible. All they want to do is sell you extended coverage policies on it. Every time I have it fixed, its never covered, and I have to pay again. You will be sorry if you buy a Whirlpool water heater.

I purchased a Whirlpool Refrigerator with French Doors, Model No. GX5SHDXVD03. Within 1 year and 4 months, I had to replace the defrost control board. I spoke to Whirlpools customer service, George ** said he was sorry for my inconvenience but that he refuses to help in any way because I missed the warranty period by 4 months. I spent $352.74 for the parts and labor and lost hundreds more in food. Do not purchase any Whirlpool products. I was told that the boards have been going out frequently.

Our Whirlpool Duet Washer pair is 2.5 yrs old. The washer didnt work at first, but a repairman found the problem and fixed it right up. They have not broken. The dryer has been fine and we have had them stacked for most of the time without any issues. My problem sounds minor compared to those others listed here, but this thing is ruining all our white or light colored clothes. They go in white, and come out covered with splotchy, dirty looking spots literally all over them! They werent that kind of dirty when they went in. It’s the oddest thing, like it makes dirt. Reading some of these concerns makes me wonder if it has a mold problem inside somewhere, and that is what is ruining our clothes. Tax return is coming and it is going. End of story.

I have had my washing Machines since 2011 and have had continuous problems with the washing machine during spin cycle sounding like a freight train going through my house. Whirlpool has had people to my house 5 times to fix. When warranty was up in 2012, I was told they would continue to cover this particular issue. They came out again in April 2013 and now I am being told, Too bad; if you want fixed then you will need to pay for it.

My husband and I purchased a Whirlpool over the range microwave in 2005, model number MIX155XHPT-1 and serial number TR S 30 32419. At first the top vent broke then the opening side broke off. Then the whole side of the closing door broke off. Now the whole door wants to fall off. I would have never expected this from Whirlpool, but it happened.

On May 25, 2008, I bought a Whirpool Model# BFG1J4040T3NOV 40 gallon natural gas hot water tank. The pilot light went out today, Sept. 26, 2011, and it will not re-light. This was bought at Lowes and was rated as a 12-year warranty on the tank and parts. This is premature failure of a product that is listed as 12 years. Due to all the other similar complaints of this Whirlpool hot water tank, I would like my money back ($455.81) plus installation or a new tank installed.

We got what was a top-of-the-line Whirlpool Refrigerator about 10 years ago. It is still running, BUT all of the drawers have broken at least once and the door shelves no longer work. The replacement cost for each item is ridiculous especially considering how flimsy the items are. We decided to look at Whirlpool Refrigerators since the one we have is still running. They have changed absolutely nothing in the drawer or door design. It is all still very flimsy especially compared to the competition. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a fridge to look elsewhere, since, obviously, the quality of the interior is not a priority at Whirlpool. Avoid Whirlpool Refrigerators. The drawers and drawer shelves will ALL break since they have put no effort into fixing obvious defects.

I own an FG flame lock water heater and have been having the same problems with the pilot light not staying lit. This is very frustrating! I have searched many websites and am not able to find a replacement thermocouple for the stupid thing. Also, I have been told that the parts for the type of water heater that I own is no longer available. I tried to call the Whirlpool number a handful of times, but unfortunately, I was on hold the entire time and could not speak with a rep. I guess that explains all of the complaints I have read on here. I would like to be contacted or have help from someone regarding this matter! I would not recommend this product to anyone and I am very dissatisfied!

This microwave is one of the best Ive ever used. Ive had several brands from generic on up and this one takes the cake. Its very reliable. It works excellent and heats up fast. Ive had no problems with it working to full capacity or any fear of it breaking down. Its pricey but well worth the cost if you want worry-free warming and cooking.

I bought the new Whirlpool aqua clean last year - they guaranteed me at the store it would clean as I explained having a clean oven at all times was extremely important to me. They assured me I would be pleased with the results. I have never disliked an oven as much as I do this one. The tech came to the house and checked the temperature of the oven as I also complained it was baking uneven (the back was overcooked while the front was underbaked) but the temperature was right on so nothing can be done. As far as the cleaning goes all I can get is a new bottom pan for the oven as I have four years of insurance. Not happy as I would like to have a different stove. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS OVEN TO ANYONE.

Whirlpool refrigerators with bottom freezers have a major defect in a tiny drainage hole hidden inside the back panel. The hole easily gets blocked with bits of debris during manufacturing or with a few bread crumbs, then it freezes shut. Then water ends up all over your floor. You cannot fix it yourself as you have to take apart the whole freezer. The repair bill is huge. This will happen often. Check on the internet and YouTube to verify & you will see that this happens to everyone with a Whirlpool. Also your floor will be ruined if you dont mop it up every few days until the repairman arrives! Stay away from Whirlpool!!

After reading all of these reviews, Im not surprised at the negative comments. My husband and I owned a Whirlpool washer and dryer for 25 years prior to them both dying the same summer four years ago. I absolutely would not purchase anything but another set of Whirlpool washer and dryer because of the longevity of our previous set.We bought the Cabrio set 4 years ago this summer. After two years, we discovered it had a slow leak at the back hot water valve and underneath it somewhere when it spun and it had slowly leaked under the wall into our living room which eventually caused our hardwood floors to buckle. We had to replace the flooring in that section at a cost I will not even say and had a repairman come out and fix the lid lock, leak where for some reason there wasnt a washer in the valve area, underneath and the problem with the spin cycle. This was at a cost of around $200.00. Of course our one year warranty had run out. The next year it did the SAME THING AGAIN!!! Although we caught it quicker, we STILL had to replace a small section of hardwood flooring and have the machine repaired yet again at the tune of approximately $200.00. Now, as I type, our machine has yet again flooded our laundry room one year later and I will have to call a repairman in the morning yet again! Its becoming an annual and costly thing!!!I came across this site while looking to see if by chance this machine had been recalled and we would be able to get another one at no cost since we have already paid a fortune for the errors it has caused. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau and writing YET ANOTHER letter to the Whirlpool company with the hopes that they will recall this machine!! If enough people protest and report this shoddy workmanship, maybe they will!!!

Bought this washer 3 months ago. Absolutely hate it! Leaves white film on my clothes. Have to run all washes through a quick wash to get the film off. Hammers the water through the pipes, causing the fittings to come lose and leak! The spin cycle practically dries the clothes leaving them so wrinkled that I have to dry them longer to get the wrinkles out. Waste of my time and MONEY!

The door handle is cracking on my Whirlpool microwave. This is a poor experience with Sears. My original door was smoked up from a kitchen fire. I replaced the door and handle in June. My boyfriend does all the cooking, so I did not notice the handle until November. It is cracking on the side. We contacted Sears, and they said it was past the warranty. This problem is due to a defective product. I have seen several similar complaints online.

I will never, ever, ever buy a Whirlpool appliance again. We bought the french door bottom mount refrigerator in 2013. After our warranty ran out, we had to have the guts of the refrigerator replaced and then the ice maker replaced again. We bought a Whirlpool Cabrio 6300 washer based off the salesmans recommendation (not very happy about this). After the warranty ran out, every time in the spin cycle, it makes a sound similar to a piece of metal banging around inside the cylinder during the cycle. Our friends have told us they had a similar experience and for their machine, they found out the bearings were going out. Weve had this machine a total of 3 years. I doubt we ever buy another item from HH Gregg plus will do our investigation on Consumer Buyers digest before we toss any more money out for a washing machine.

Three days ago my washer Whirlpool Caballero has made a loud jet noise sound while spinning. While researching for a repair Ive noticed many complaints about this type of washer. Is there any resources that will help me get this repaired?

Purchased this beautiful sleek Cabrio washer in May 2012 from Appliance Smart, with its modern looking glass top, it looked so nice. The washer itself works ok for now, but it does unbalance a lot, thats not main issue. We deal with that. The poor design of holding that sleek glass top in is the problem. After a little over two years, it started cracking at the hinge that is just mounted in Plastic which holds the whole lid down, including the heavy glass. The glass started raising up, causing steam to escape. The lid is rubbing and very difficult to open. Appliance Smart is gone now.. We called the service repair person about 6 months ago, he looked at it, said its a problem that is not covered on our warranty and it would be approx $350.00 to repair!! So today, tomorrow or next week it will stop working because the lid is popping off! Its a terrible design, dont be fooled by its sleek look. The manufacturer takes no responsibility for this major design flaw. Beware, the very thing you need to be fixed wont be covered under warranty, lemon law, or just good customer service. We have owned several Whirlpool appliances and doubt that we will own one again, due to the way this issue was handled by Whirlpool.

Whirlpool Cabrio Platinum WTW8800 model - In the words of the service technician who came out finally to service the machine. This machine is a piece of crap that should be recalled from the market. It is a low level-water unit that has no agitator ability in it and does not provide enough water to even slightly clean clothes. Everything must be sorted into the smallest loads possible and even then the clothes dont clean because they beehive into a ball and do not agitate. Technician says the machine cannot be fixed and simply recommends it be trashed (it is 1 1/2 years old). Technician recommends going back to front loaders where at least the clothes agitate. Called Whirlpool for help and was told all system are down...duhhhh. Call back in an hour and Good Luck.

I bought my Whirlpool Cabrio Washing Machine in 2010. I hate it 100%. I have never used bleach in the machine. I use liquid detergent only. 2 things happen every day: #1: When I wash a load of colors, I take them out when complete and there is dry white powder like substance over the black clothes. It looks dirty but it just got washed. #2 About once a week, I will pull something out of the washer and there is a bleach spot on it. The last item that this happened to was a $200 sweater. It went in the garbage. This should never of happened with an $800 washing machine.

The ice builds up over two week periods and begins to leak onto the floor, requiring me to empty the freezer, chop out the ice and put everything back. The repair job is in the vicinity of $100. Check the net. This problem is endemic. Since this is a problem created during the manufacturing process, Whirlpool should be fixing this problem free of charge. I will never purchase another Whirlpool product.

Ice maker continuously freezes up & have to pour hot water into the ice maker to get the ice maker off the mounting. VERY ANNOYING, A DEFECT IN THE UNIT= NEED CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT ON THIS.

I purchased a Whirlpool hot water heater 2010 and it started having problems 2014. I called customer service. They informed me my 6 year warranty was only for parts and I had to pay for a certified repairman to come and do diagnostic tests and they will pay for parts only. I said the repairman is half the price as the hot water heater and then he has to come install it. Woman on the phone was just as ready to get off the phone as I was! Save yourself and just buy a new one NOT WHIRLPOOL!!!!!!

Buyers beware of Whirlpool ovens! We bought a Whirlpool Built-In Electric Oven in August 2008. Fifteen months later, I decided to clean the oven for the first time and when I turned it on the auto-clean, the entire control panel went dark. The technician said he has seen this problem several times in such ovens and was able to repair the oven. I called Whirlpool and they had not heard of this being a common problem. Last week, the air blower wasnt functioning and had to be replaced. I called Whirlpool again and told them about this second incident in a 4 year old oven that is not used frequently. I told them their quality assurance people and/or engineers need to re-evaluate their products. My lesson learned is that I will never purchase another Whirlpool or Whirlpool related product.

I have recently bought a Whirlpool Cabrio washer/dryer combo and I wish I had read your reviews before doing so. I spend quite an amount of time washing, re washing, rinsing dark clothes to end up washing them by hand as the washer leaves unsightly white streaks on them. I have tried switching from hot water to cold, using very little detergent, buying clear detergent, then organic detergent, extra rinsing, etc. to no avail. Very frustrated and disappointed. I would gladly join any class action to stop Whirlpool selling these useless but expensive washers.

Less than 2 years after we purchased our whirlpool dishwasher, the rack started to rust. Now the tines are so soft they fall off. The last time we bought a dishwasher the Same thing happened, but after 15 years! They dont even have an option for that to be under warranty so it tells me they dont stand by their product. My landlord purchased a new Amana washer (NTW4605EW0) Labor Day weekend 2015. It started having issues in the spring, so we went through the process of utilizing the manufacturers warranty. Apparently, Amana, part of Whirlpool, requires 5 attempts at repairing the machines before replacing. Okay, so starting in June 2016, we arranged service appointments 5 times and replaced 1 part, then another, 4 times. Clearly, that part is defunct. Right? Fast forward to September and then into October. Get a new washer, and not the one I preferred. We got the Whirlpool WTW4816FW1. Before the installers leave, we are having the SAME issue. Stops midcycle, doesnt finish cycle, sometimes stops while filling, or while full, or kid wash, or mid drain... But now with the new washer, the drain and spin cycle thinks it should FILL instead of drain... and Whirlpool said they would get someone out the next day, a promise they cannot keep because they dont supply the repair guy, they source with local companies. So, the company ordered 3 parts... That could be the problem. And 4 days later, 2 parts are on freaking BACK ORDER. Parts arrive. All new parts replaced. Machine still doesnt work. Outlet tested by us and them and it is fine. The techs think there is some kind of RF interference. Turn off sensor light, which is on the same wall, unplug power to wifi router (which outdates the washer). Still, doesnt work.I have spent half my week, every week, since June, restarting my washer, unplugging the damn thing, waiting, and waiting, trying again and again and again to wash 2 loads of laundry a week... Literally takes a week until the damn thing does its job. Whirlpool is sent us a replacement washer. Can you guess what happened the first time we started it? SAME ISSUE. Cycle will not complete. Sometimes it dies before it even fills. Sometimes it dies while filling. Sometimes, it will fill and fill and drain and fill and fill and drain and... never stop filling. Or, the fun one, the drain and spin cycle thinks it is suppose to fill. Continuously. And then, suddenly, after unplugging it for 1 hr, or 24, or 72 hrs, it will work fine for 1-7 cycles. Nothing is consistent except that it doesnt work consistently. HAS ANYONE HAD THIS MUCH TROUBLE???

I bought washing machine Whirlpool Cabrio Model WTW7300XWO two years ago. It only lasted 2 years and the tub seal and tub bearing went bad. I called Whirlpool and they wouldnt replace defective part on their dime. I talked to supervisor and they still refused to admit they needed to fix this broken product on their dime and make it last longer than 2 years. They claimed only a 1-year warranty. This is totally unacceptable to have a supposedly good washer that you pay $700 for (manufacturer price $899) last only 2 years! Very, very disappointed! I wouldnt buy from this company again!

I have been unhappy with my Whirlpool Cabrio washer since I purchased it from Lowes. I should have looked online before I bought it and then I would not have made the mistake of buying it. The washer leaves soap deposits on the clothes and sometimes leaves a colored soil. It has ruined numerous clothing by tearing out hems of towels and wash cloths and tore a hole in a favorite sweater. I prefer an agitator in my washer. From what I read, I will soon begin to have other major problems and then I will replace it, but not with a Whirlpool.

My Whirlpool electric range has been a nightmare! I bought this thing 5 years ago and I am having it replaced on Saturday! It had a cleaning thing where I put in distilled water and 20 minutes later I could just wipe it out. Not true. I had to use oven off??? Next the oven would not work. Learned if I turned off the power it would reboot itself! The next thing it did was all on its own it turned the temp. from 250 degrees to a full BROIL. The oven now will not heat up to 350 degrees! I just blew $1200.00! On the other hand I did buy a Whirlpool fridge. It has been awesome!

I bought this machine in September of 2014. Six months later I HATE IT!! It does NOT get the clothes clean and dont even try to bleach white towels or socks, it doesnt pump the correct amount of hot water and things come out just as dirty as when they went in. It tangles everything together and frequently stops working because it unbalances the load with its lack of water. Ive always been proud of how my familys laundry looked and now Im just embarrassed. Im considering donating this to a human society for dog towels. Stay away from this washer, its horrible. Im going to the laundromat and shopping for a new machine ASAP!

We purchased all our appliances from Flecks - there were to be rebates. Also never received them. We have had our oven for 2 years - when I set the oven on 350 it will go up to 400 degrees & the temperature on the front of the stove is 350 then it will drop down to as low as 250 & the temperature will still say its still 350. I called the company - did will do nothing. Will cost me as much to fix it as to get a new one. This a Whirlpool oven.

The Whirlpool engineers need to go back to design room sober on this machine. It is only a year old and still I have to run one load two sometimes three times just to get clothes clean. How is this energy-efficient? I have tried all of their so-called remedies. Paying such good money for a lousy and lazy appliance is hard to swallow!

we bought a hotwater heater and it gets scalding hot set on the low setting, we had the gas valve replaced by a@e paid for by whirlpool. It still gets above 125 degrees,set on vacation with me using it all during the day.I have contacted them several times, they told me to let the hotwater run about 10 minutes everyday, or just turn the heater off and let it cool off. I bought a water heater to use not light the pilot everytime I need hot water.

My stove has met all my baking and cooking needs. Love the self cleaning oven and I mean it does clean every bit. Always bakes at right temperature. I love it. All my pies and cakes come out perfect and the look of it is just pretty and matches my kitchen.

My mother-in-law purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator in 7/2010. It broke down the first time in August then consistently after that. We have had repair people out multiple times and the issue continues. I called Whirlpool and they said since it was purchased more than a year ago, it is not their problem. You would think that in all that time they would have found a way to repair or replace it. To make matters worse, we have had to call hospice in to care for my mother-in-law, all she wants is to get ice and water out of the door.

I would give no stars for this piece of junk, Whirlpools energy efficient top load washer. I called 1 day after their warranty was up. It was actually purchased on Oct. 9th, 2010. The machine was leaving spots on my clothes from day one (was told it was my detergent)! The machine started making strange noises and not cleaning clothes. It was coming out worse than they went in the machine! I called on Oct. 10th, 2011 to complain. They told me my warranty was up! I had to pay $234.83 to order F7E1 activator and pay repair. The repairman told me that my machine was not delivered until Oct. 14th, 2010. It should have been covered on warranty!

Do not buy anything Whirlpool makes. I purchased a new home and new appliances. In less than 4 years motor is gone in dishwasher. 6 weeks later I have another leak that has ruined my hardwood floors. My fridge is making all sorts of weird noises and alarm is going off. They are coming to ‘look’ tomorrow. And my washing machine is no longer draining. Whichever you buy from check how the extended warranty works... Trail Appliances Calgary uses a company that is horrific to work with, doesnt have a human to talk to and wont acknowledge you unless you pay $149 upfront. RUN AWAY!!!

The shelves in freezer don’t lock into anything so if you don’t balance the food right on the shelf it will tip over. I had to replace the fan motor in freezer. The refrigerator is only 4 years old. The little tray under the water and ice outside of door if you shut the freezer door too quick water from tray goes everywhere. The water filter cost $50.00. If you have bad water you will need to change it twice a month.

When we moved into our home this past year there was a Whirlpool gas stove model number W10406473A. We have the plastic knobs on the front of the stove which need to be pushed and turned in order to turn on the gas. I recently ran into a serious problem where my cat walked across the knob area and pushed and turned the knob causing the gas to come on the stove. This is a problem due to the fact that a child could have also have easily turned on this stove. This is a definite fire hazard as well as a carbon dioxide problem. I warn anyone with this stove to replace it with another make or model immediately. Im in the beginning mode of looking to see if a recall has ever been made on this model.

I also have a side-by-side Whirlpool Gold Fridge purchased from Lowes Retail Store, and I paid $1,480.00 for it. It is now 4 years old and I just noticed large cracks on right, inside part of the fridge. I called Whirlpool and got a runaround. Some lame guy said, Sorry, nothing we can do for you.When are people going to stand up for their rights and fight for their bucks? We have always bought whirlpool appliances, and trusted the name. We can put a man on the moon but we cant build a reliable bottom freezer refrigerator. My previous refrigerator was whirlpool. 19 yrs old when it went out for a new whirlpool bottom freezer fridge, 2014 Jan. 14 months after purchase, no warranty. The temp in freezer and upper compartment would increase and stop making ice. At first, we thought it was the icemaker. Repairman NOT FACTORY TRAINED, THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.. Came and looked at it said, yep, icemaker. Plugged it in after 4 days. Just like brand new - making ice, not the icemaker. About 4 days later same problem - temp increasing. Called the store where we purchased it, sent the same repairman. He said it was a cooling fan. This went on for 2 months trying to figure the problem. Well, we cant rebuild a refrigerator out of parts it doesnt need, so we called a FACTORY TRAINED TECH who diagnosed the thermostat and defroster in the bottom of fridge taking two screws out and pulling bottom freezer out. It was iced up. Cost to fix it - 522.00. So I called whirlpool corp., explained problem. They agreed to pay for parts if we paid labor, 100.00. This is doable. However, if we continue to have problems after this, we will purchase a top freezer fridge, no ice maker because they constantly break down.

My story begins in August of this year when my wife and I built a new home. The builder provided Whirlpool appliances in the kitchen. The fridge has continually tripped the breaker and after numerous visits from the builders electrician, we finally also had the Whirlpool service technician check out the fridge too. After the control board was replaced, and the interior light housing was replaced, it turns out the wiring harness in the fridge is faulty and is not repairable. According to your customer service team, the fridge will need to be exchanged. I have made numerous calls to the suggested numbers (866-698-2538 & 800-253-1301) to find out the status of the exchange. Each time, I have been told that my file is with the review team, and that if I have not heard from them in the next three or four days, that I should call back again. I have not been able to contact the review team directly myself, as your customer service team is either unable to or is not allowed to share those contact details. So I am relegated to wait and then call back again. I have lost track of the number of calls I have made, and the hours spent on hold because of the high volume of calls or re-telling the whole story. The fridge was determined to not be repairable on November 19th. I am not sure if this is the treatment you intend for your customers, or if this is an anomaly.

Whirpool Cabrio Washer - Do not buy this washer. Clothes are not clean. They are twisted with residue still trapped in the wadded up mess. Even if you select deep water clean, your clothes will still have the same dirty marks on them as when they went in. Also, there is no spin cycle. If youve got a bunch of wet towels you just want to spin the water out, you can forget it. You will have to do a complete wash. And the 1 star is not even appropriate but there is no choice of a big fat zero. Wasted a lot of money on this when Ive had great luck with Kenmore.

I have fought with this issue hundreds of times over the last 3 years. My old water heater work fine until it started leaking, I bought a Whirlpool 40 gal gas hot water heater from Lowes. Worked fine for the first month, then this pilot light issue started popping up intermittently. Now the damn thing doesnt want to light at all. I WOULD NEVER BUY ANOTHER WHIRLPOOL PRODUCT THE REST OF MY LIFE, and I will tell everyone I know that WHIRLPOOL Products are not quality products. DO NOT BUY. There have been so many class action lawsuits about this product and Whirlpool keeps on selling this junk. Im so frustrated with WHIRLPOOL customer support I cant think straight. To reduce your headaches in life, do not buy Whirlpool products as they are junk and their customer support is terrible also.

We bought a gas hot water heater from Lowes on Dec. 31, 2010. In July 2011, there was no hot water. After much yelling and headaches, Whirlpool agreed to send out a technician to look at it, since I refuse to go in the attic and I will not work on gas appliances. After 7 days with no hot water, they replaced a valve that failed, they said, because our attic was too hot. The old unit never complained. Eight months later out, the unit went again (and we had an attic fan put in). This time, Whirlpool sent out a local plumber (and I paid for the call) though we had a warranty and extended plan with Lowes?! This time I was told no problem it was too windy and it blew out the pilot. Its funny we never noticed the attic being windy even during the hurricanes. Four to 5 months later, well, you guessed it but this time my husband just re-lit it. Then the next time, 5 months later, my brother-in-law did it. That was August to September 2012. See, this morning, there is no hot water. I had to fight with Lowes since we have the 5-year extended plan. I cannot get anyone to explain why it makes sense to them that a 2 1/2 year old hot water heater has to be re-lit every 4-6 months. Then I went online. Now I know why Lowes and Whirlpool are ignoring the issue. So, anyone know a good lawyer or what are they doing to get satisfaction?

I purchased my Whirlpool French door refrigerator about 2 years ago. I shopped around and read reviews before deciding on the Whirlpool. After about 9-10 months the ice maker didn’t seem to produce enough ice. I called the store I purchased it at and tried to get them to come out and find out what was wrong. They waited and waited. I had to call them back at least 2 times before they finally sent someone. But by the time they sent someone to look at it the one year warranty had expired. I spent $1800.00 on this refrigerator and it didn’t even last longer than a year. Of course Whirlpool wanted to come look at it and charge me another $100.00 service call and possibly another $100.00 for parts and labor. I will never buy a Whirlpool product again.

They are good washers but they are overpriced. They have way too many functions for doing laundry. I know everyone wants their washer to do it all but the machines just can’t. There is no washing machine in the world that can sense a stain and pinpoint it and remove it.

Just like a lot of other people, I bought a Whirlpool hot water tank because of the good name. And just like the other people, my tanks pilot light will not stay on, it will be on for a few days and then you get up and no hot water.
